She is the most horrible teacher ever. If you take her classes, you will fail, no matter what. Her workload is unecessarily HEAVY. Do not take her if u care about your GPA.

She reads off her lecture notes and expects everyone to understand. She's boring and a very hard grader. Hard and tricky tests. Workload = heavy. 3 papers and independent experiment (she's very anal with papers btw). Not an easy A.

she knows her stuff but she teaches off her notes which is good for note taking and therefore you know what to study for her tests which are hard and confusing.the papers and the IE are the hardest parts however because she is a hard grader.not an easy A.

This teacher is on crack. She forgets where she is in lecture, stops talking midsentence and starts talking about something else. Her tests are horrendous and the papers are horrible. She's confused, scatterbrained, and impolite at times.

Its not that she's hard, she just doesn't know what the hell she's talking about and her tests are a joke. She thinks shes smart though! I don't think she's teaching this class anymore though so thank God for those who have to take anatomy!

She talks a lot about nothing during her lectures and she seems to depend on her notes for information. Her lecture tests suck, you have to live by her lecture notes and know them as if your life depended on them. The class isn't impossible,just study!

Although a bit boring at times, her lectures are good and she gives awesome notes and examples. She's also always there for help if you need it. She expects a lot from her students so as long as you take good notes and study hard, you will be successful.

This class is very challenging at times but its far from impossible.she expects alot from her students but is always willing to help and answer questions. The labs are sometimes unclear and tedious.The lecture tests are really challenging and the lab tests frustrating. this class requires studying.

If you take this class, be prepared for a twenty minute speech about what olive oil is, and how to use it. Her outfits were totally awesome though. Hard tests, organized notes, a lot of work for only 4 units. However, if you do love biology as much as she does, you two will get along just fine.

This is a definitely a tough class, and the work load is unbelievable. But, Jane does a great job lexuring. She is organinzed, prepared, and ready to assist her students in learning if they are willing to put the effort in.

This teacher is extremely rude I hated her class. Im my opinion I felt as though she had no clue about what she was doing. Her tests are hard and her lectures are confusing and half the time she's not talking about the subject. If you want to pass human anatomy don't take this class.

it takes her an hour to go over a single page of notes. you have to do a 9-12 page research paper. every 10 minutes she talks about her cats,or her friends.she gets mad if you ask questions in class. the lab tests are all fill in and the lecture are multiple-multiple choice.

As I read a number of these posts I cannot believe what I am reading. Dr Horlings is an outstanding instructor. She is tough, and expects you to study and learn the material (what a concept). I would take any class she teaches.

This professor lectures on exactly what she tests on-no tricks. If you are looking for an easy grade, avoid Jane. If you are looking to learn the subject, sign on. This is college, expect a research paper. Those that wrote negative reviews most certainly EARNED poor grades and must blame someone!

this class was REALLY hard. she expects a lot out of you but if you are willing to dedicate your whole life to this class for the 18 weeks, go for it... i dropped out.....didn't have the time to put in to it

she is quirky, but a good teacher. I think people dont like her because she is not an "easy" teacher, but if you try hard you can get a good grade. She loves what she does and I think gets the information across well.

The worst teacher?? Get over yourself, you need to study to EARN your grade. There is alot of info to learn, but you will leave her class at the end of the semester smarter, more informed and prepared for your future science classes. Certainly if you don't like to put any effort into passing your classes this one isn't for you.

Unfortunately not a good teacher. I don't recomend her. She doesn't like to be asked questions and doesn't like to help. Her lectures are not at the same level as tests. Tests are confusing and very detailed.

She is a very knowlegable teacher, but didnt clarify alot of things to the extent that i thought some things should have been covered. The information is hard, and there is alot of study time required, so you need to not just rely on the lectures and labs

Jane is a wonderful person and excellent professor. If you're looking for an easy A, do not take this class because it requires a lot of commitment. As long as you take good notes and study in advance, you will do well in this class. Whatever you do, don't wait until the last minute to study!!

Dr. Jane was by far the best professor I have ever had. She loves to teach and genuinely cares for her students. She went above and beyond by allowing me to take an incomplete in her class when I went into labor early. She later met with me at her home so I could make up the 4 exams I had missed. She really wants her students to succeed.

DON'T DO IT it's not worth your GPA. She's nice, but that won't help your grade. Tests on what she says she won't tests are very complex multiple/multiple choice. I left, and went on to an 'A' with a better teacher. MANY people failed from my class...others lost a decent grade over the IMPOSSIBLE final. If you are in now, get out.

I'm an older student, I take my classes very seriously and have a 4.0. That said, I found this class to be extremely difficult. Her tests are full of trick questions, like T/F that are partially true, and include a lot of small details. SHe is an excellent teacher, but I'm glad I dropped my other classes:this one takes ALL my time!

Steer clear at all costs!! Example - If you need a CORRELATION GUIDE ON TOP OF A STUDY GUIDE for each test.. there is a problem. She may be very "book smart" but she is a prime example of NO common sense. She types up lectures straight from her head, the syllubus doesn't correlate, lectures are totally different than listed & the $120 book, unused!

Supplemental lab work on top of reg. labs, 10 page paper, 2 study guides for each exam, which there are 9 of, confusing tests w/ multiple multiple choice, if you're half right its wrong! And on top of it all you have weekly scientific readings to write up. If bio is not your entire life steer clear!!! I dropped and went on to maintain my 4.0 GPA.

She's nice, but her class is pretty hard.The tests and practicals are extremely specific.She doesn't like helping very much, so try not to ask very many questions.THIS IS NOT A CLASS FOR QUESTIONING.She does not like revieving so take good notes that you can understand, so you do not need to ask questions.If you can get in the other class, take it!

Very nice lady, doesn't have sufficient knowledge to teach the class. I took BIO 11 & 12 during the same sem. and the things I learned in anatomy were of little or no value in phys. She tries hard, can't follow through, doesn't seem to know how to grade a paper, almost completely unable to write up a test, very diff. class, try to steer clear.

dr.horlings is a poor example of a teacher. her knowledge of human anatomy was poor, and should not have been teaching. she didn't cover a large portion of the material, was not clear at all on many subjects, shared stories with the class that were inapropriate, and didn't even have the final prepared on time. avoid this teacher.

Extremely easy class, at least in BIO-40. Everything on the test is listed in the review she puts up on blackboard. All the notes are avaliable on blackboard--print a copy and bring it in and just fill in the blanks. Grade very easily on a resarch paper that I just BSed. Offered a total of 5% to final grade extra credit for easy stuff.

Difficult class but very interesing. You need to study hard. Lots of extra credit on tests and a few labs. Prof. Horlings is enthusiastic about this subject and her stories make things really easy to remember. If you study you can get an A if you want to cram the night before a test, don't take this class. You will get what you earn.

The outline for "Modern Theories of Evolution" had hardly anything to do with the theories regarding evolution and everything to do with the historical evolution of organisms. If this class was called "Historical Biology" it would be a decent class, but I took it because I wanted to learn about MODERN THEORIES OF EVOLUTION.

An all-around good professor. She's very knowledgeable, and is more than willing to help out. I got a B-, and it was a hard earned one. This is not an easy class, so don't take this class if you want to cruise through your science credits. However, if you put fourth the effort to pass, you will learn more Biology than any other class guarenteed

I had to join this forum just to refute some of the comments posted here. Jane is an awesome teacher-extremely intelligent, interesting, down to earth, compassionate & accommodating. Her exams are hard (she makes sure you actually understand concepts) but w/all the extra credit she offers, you'd have to be an absolute moron not to pass her class.

A doctor could not pass this class. Her tests have little to do with her directed notes. Mostly based off of obscure material in lecture. I love anatomy, everything about it. She sucked the life out of me and my interest for the human body. She shouldn't be allowed near an antomy lab, she needs to stick with her major, Ecology.

Anatomy is a lot of memorizing. Jane is very helpful. Answers emails quickly. Walks around lab helping everybody. Gives useful tips on memorizing. Directed notes are very useful. Research Paper is part of the exam grade. Her tests are hard but she is fair. Gives extra credit but YOU HAVE TO STUDY!

For those of you complaining about the fact that she's tough and that she makes you work hard... You should get over it and realize that she does it for your own benefit. She is one of the best professors I have ever had and she truly cares about her students. Thanks to her being so tough and caring, I was just accepted to Harvard Medical School!

You may want to take another instructor if you want an A. The lab portion is easy and fun, but she doesn't explain very well. Her lectures are unclear, and her test are a little on her notes. If you work full time and go to school you may want to consider someone else. But, if you only go to school and this is the only class, you will be fine.

I'm at the end of Bio20 online & trying to figure out why people say it's so hard. Almost half of the class has an A. Good exam study guides and lots of extra credit. There's quite a bit of work, but I haven't had to devote my entire life to this class as some have implied. I do work & have young children. Take prior reviews with a grain of salt.

To do well in this class it's absolutely imperative that you pace yourself and STUDY. Dr. Jane gives you everything you need to make sure you stay on top of the material (i.e. directed notes, ipod casting of her lectures, powerpoint slides,useful weblinks, reviews). She is also VERY prompt in returning e-mails. She's educated & practical.

ONLINE: Sometimes nice, sometimes not. WAY too much work, reading, downloads, and time-at least 10-15 hours a week on just this class. At least $60 spent in ink cartridges JUST FOR HER CLASS. Mandatory field trip to the Ortegas. Tetious work-labs, lectures, and a 9-12 page research paper. If you want to give-up your life, take this class. DON'T!

The class is hard, it takes a lot of studying but it can be done. The professor's lectures are common sense and she is not gonna make you know the book by heart. Just do the work - 10-15h/week for A. Won't make a full of you for asking questions and she wants everybody to succeed. You will know bio by the end of the class just work hard.

This class was hard but not impossible. Study alot, don't get behind, do all the extra credit (and she gives a lot of extra credit), ask questions and get a good lab partner -- you will be fine. Study more than you think you need to. She makes it fun and relates it to your everyday life. You will know your biology by the end.

I liked Jane. She was a little intimidating at first. I dropped the class the first time because I felt overwhelmed, but that was my fault for not keeping up. I retook the course and loved how she related anatomy to everyday life. To this day, I surprise myself when I talk to my friends about anatomy and am able to accurately explain a concept.

Jane is GREAT! She doesn't give grades away. You have to WORK! She gives you a lot of paperwork to fill out on the field trips so that you learn the material and you have a greater potential to earn points. Take her if you want to learn the topic! So helpful!!

This teacher doesn't seem to understand the meaning of a 3 unit course. Somewhere along the line she got the idea in her head that a 9 page research paper and 20 page final review sheet to memorize were acceptable requirements for a 3 unit course. For the work she'll ask of you, take a different course, and at least you'll get credit for your work.

This class is a TON of work. lots of silly assignments (bio nerds will LOVE) that don't always prepare you for the tests. GOOD news: if you COMPLETE all the work you'll get a B. add some effort & extra credit (she offers TONS) & you'll prob get an A. you don't need the textbook for an A (& it's expensive!). oh and she likes to talk A LOT.

Teacher is extremely knowledgeable and plans for your success. Need to work for your grades, but will provide extra credit (LOTS) if you falter. Do all if you can and could change your grade. Very meticulous with instructions, but if you do all the reviews, you will do much better in the tests. Also, do all the labs - very easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Lots of work, but overall great class. Teaches well, and provides great lecture notes...gives study guides for all exams, lots of E.C., definately worth it, and are very interesting. I took the online class and it was a lot harder than if taken in class for both lecture and labs. Great class overall

A lot of work is definitely required to get a good grade, but the lecture is interesting and she tries to make it fun. A lot to memorize. Memorize her notes NOT the book, or you will waste your time. She is a good teacher though.

The majority of your grade average is from the tests. ENOUGH WORK to make you think you were at University level. Did all the extra credit and it didn't help! She is smart no doubt, but not very soft. Most of the class has a C and below. Bio Major Recommended otherwise find another class. Way Too Much Work!! Don't Risk Your Grades.

Did extra credit which was 13 papers, 3 field trips, 2 videos, all of it took over 2.5 hours or more to do. These are lumped up and all due at tests. Study for tests can be a challenge. The research paper #14 which is expected to be HIGH quality and can be returned for you to re-do minus 15%. PLUS you have your lecture work and lab work!

IF you do all the work, readings, and 3x5 cards (which is a LOT of work) you will receive an easy A. There is a lot of busy work but it all prepared me for the exams. The final exam had a possible 45% extra credit - I have never seen that before. I didn't do one extra credit and still received a 109% for the class.

People dont give her enough credit. shes a great teacher, yeah she does require you to work hard and study a lot but what do you seriously expect from an Anatomy class? Probably the best and most interesting class ive taken. Hands down.

Her class is very difficult. Study guide for her exams are like text book long. If you love biology go ahead and take her. She is very helpful and loves what she teaches. BUT if you can not put up 10 hours or more a week DROP THIS CLASS and save your GPA. Dont get me wrong. She is lovely and I love her. She is a great teacher but just too much work

If by chance you have failed Bio 20 and need to re-take the class do yourself a favor. You can take Bio 1 lab at IVC and Bio 1 class online at IVC. They both are the same class as Horlings Bio 20 and and IGEC certified. Classes are easier and not as time consuming work wise! Replace that D or F! Double check with counselor though things change.

Best science teacher I have ever had! I took her for Anatomy, and I got a 98% at the end of the semester. Taking notes is a must! Everyone who has complained about her need to shut up!! You are lazy!! I HIGHLY recommend her for Bio 11. Making flashcards was my trick :)

Dr. Horlings is a very good prof. She is very well organized making the experience easier than it might otherwise have been. This not to say she is easy, she is not. BUT everything you need to know is provided and she gives ample opportunities to earn extra credit. If you need a basic Bio class, I would advise your taking Dr. Horlings.

She is a great professor. She is very organized and make things much easier to understand. I took the BIO20 online with her and had lab once a week.Her lectures are long but she makes it fun. english is not my first language and I have a year old daughter I take care all day so overall, its tough class if you don't have study time.

Dr Horlings requires you to work very hard in her online evolution course. Weekly homework and on campus exams. She is extremely knowledgeable on this subject and the hardest working instructor I've ever meet. You will receive you scores quickly and with detailed feedback-- that was refreshing!

Jane's awesome. She's extremely tough but totally knows her stuff & completely prepared me for nursing school. She's funny, interesting, & very smart. She doesn't take attendance but missing class hurts! She podcasts every lecture & the study guide helps! The tests are a bit tough & the research paper sucks but over all, I am a huge Jane advocate!

AMAZING TEACHER!!! I wish all of my professors loved their job like Jane does! She is very approachable and willing to help. This class is a lot of work, but there are so many extra credit opportunities that it is hard not to pass. I received an A, the extra credit was a life-saver!! Professor Horlings is the best! I took her online BIO 20 class and learned SO much! She will not "give" grades away. You have to earn your grade. If you do everything (study guides, field trips, etc.) you learn a lot and get a great grade! I hated BIO before, but now have an intrest in it. One of the best teachers. Very helpful and kind. organized, clear, and nice. only thing is that I dont like is the extra credit, and you need them..its fun, but it ruins the experience because all you're doing at the fieldtrips are searching for answers in the illustration boards, no time to actually look around & enjoy. class is hard but what do you expect from a bio class.

This is one of the WORST teachers I've ever had. DO NOT take this class with a full time schedule. The work load is INSANE, she is NOT helpful,and is sarcastic in her email responses to questions. The labs keep you 30 min past the 3 hr class time, and her teaching techniques are TERRIBLE! Nothing is clear, and this is NOT any kind of Intro to Bio!!

I agree with the previous rating. This course is extremely hard, and the work load is INSANE! It is pretty much impossible taking her course with other courses due to her extreme expectations. The study guides she asks us to memorize are 10x more info than what's actually on the test. Her test questions are ALSO VERY CONFUSING with trick questions!

Don't take anatomy her, she makes the class one hundred times more difficult than is necessary. I understand that anatomy is a difficult subject but her work load is ridiculous if you plan on having a life outside of school. She isn't an MD so there is no clinical. Also, she made a significant number of student rewrite their research papers.

Her tests can be hard but as long as you study the OCW's and read your lab manual you'll do fine! She was the worst teacher i ever had. I took her online class and she makes you go to the school like five different times, which is hard when you work. I expect online to mean online. I also did three field trips, driving up to an hour and a half away, spent up to 70 dollars on tickets pulse gas. Just to recieve a D. DONT TAKE HER!!!!!

Dr Horlings is knowledgeable, passionate and loves what she does! The course definitely has a full workload, but she is organized, concise, and specific about what she expects and what needs to be done to pass the course. She offers a tremendous amount of extra credit giving her students every opportunity to do well. It is a great class! :0)

This class was amazing! Yes, the material challenging, but why take the course if you don't want to learn? Quick email responses, extremely helpful, always answered questions and even went as far as finding extra resources! She is knowledgeable and uses technology. I took this course as a full-time student (16 credits), worked part-time and I am a mommy - I passed and I earned an 'A'. Apply yourself and you will get so much out of this class. Dr Horlings is eager to share her love for biology. Helpful, extremely competent, and uses so many examples in the real world. Take her if you care about learning.

There is not an easy class by any means... Lots of work.... Hard tests...long study guides. However I was taking 17 units during this term as well as a full time mommy of a toddler and was still able to get an A. Work hard do all of the study guides, homework and extra credit and you should be fine.

Must work hard in this class. Lot of things are covered. Took it online and it was great. Just like any other classes, must study hard to earn the grade you want. Prof. Horlings is super organized. She gives supplements which are very helpful. I really enjoyed this class. She is great!

Taking her online class and it is by far the most work I have EVER done for any class. If you want an easy class do not take this one. She is a great teacher though and is very helpful. Bottom line, extremely full work load. There are 2 homework assignments, 10 page paper to write, field trips, mid term/final.But if you do the work you will be ok!

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING HER CLASS! She is very inflexible with her "policies" which are only meant to make your life a living hell. Very inconsiderate towards other things in student's lives, including other classes. Expects you to leave everything aside and only focus on her class. Extremely close-minded/rude/defensive when you ask for help.

Dr Horlings is an excellent professor. She prepares you for your future classes very well. You have to earn your grade, but that's what college and life is all about. I got an A in the class, and i was a full time 16 credit student. She's very helpful and such a sweet natured lady. Take her if you want to learn! Love Dr Horlings!

I took this class because I needed a science in order to transfer. She wasn't as understanding as most professors would be in certain binds I found myself in. Her class overall isn't difficult, but she makes it that way, especially on exams. Probably because she was screwed over in the past by other students. Whatever, it's over I'm glad.

She makes her online class very easy, but the way she communicates with people needs a lot of work. If you feel as though you can make it through whatever class it is your taking with little to no contact do it. Otherwise find a professor who doesn't balk at the idea of questions.

Jane is a self centered, egotistical woman. She has no clue what she is talking about half the time and students have to correct her and when they do she gets mad. She purposely tries to trick you with multiple/multiple questions on both the homework and exams. Only take her if you have all day every day to study

unhelpful, unclear, and utter unwilling to lift a finger. I took her class on-line submitted my paper on-line, and her response was, "I don't know why you emailed me your paper. I said it had to be in my box by monday." So after figuring out she doesn't live in the 21st century where box means inbox I had to pay $40 to overnight my paper to her.

Worst Professor of Anatomy professor. She is extremely rude and terrible attitude. She treats her students like elementary children. She thinks that she is the Queen of England. She just discovered about Google in 2013 and spends hours talking about how to search things. The class feels like a 20 unit class with tones of busy work. Don't take her!

Weekly PowerPoint lecture and HW (~40 questions each), takes 2-3 hours to do, 90% of material comes direct from slides. Three exams, each with several extra credit questions. One long research paper, your choice of topic. Start the research paper and do the field trips early. Class moves at a fast pace. Don't take it if you can't motivate yourself

I took the hybrid BIO 20 course and was pleased with the outcome. While there's a ton of busy-work on a weekly basis, it's beneficial and effective. (also constant EC opportunities!) It's hard at first to get used to her teaching method, but you'll ease into it. She's very helpful and kind. I'll be taking her anatomy course next semester.

Misleading, gives you the wrong info (corrected by students), exams are more difficult than necessary (although there is extra credit), she expects you to put in about 40hrswk outside of class (unreasonable), gives you too much info (it isn't even relevant to the course). She's a nice person, but she chose the wrong profession! I'm an A student!

Her test and quiz questions are all trick questions. It doesn't matter how well you know the material; the way she words the questions in her exams and weekly quizzes is designed to confuse you. I have gotten A's or B's on everything so far, but I would not recommend her. You will learn more about how to decode her teaching style than Biology.

horrible teacher i was in the hybrid anatomy class where lecture was online. jane was the lecture teacher & her lectures were worded horribly, she never has office hours, her exams are extremely difficult, 10 weeks into school she only came to class twice, she is extremely rude & i would never take a class with her again

I took her hybrid Biology 20 class. It wasn't bad but her work load is immense (especially for 3 units) so don't take this if you already have a heavy load. Don't bother buying the textbook just use her notes and some online resources and you'll be fine. Do the study guides before each test, it really helps. Show up for the labs and you'll be fine.

The amount of lecture notes were ridiculous and not once did i even open my $200 textbook. The study guides are very helpful but they are really long. Its almost like she tries to trick you on the tests. Trying to email her was a nightmare, no straight answers and makes you feel stupid for even asking. You are basically teaching yourself biology

This was one of the hardest classes I have taken, HOWEVER, if you don't do well on test she makes it possible to pass! You have to work for it but she overall, is an amazing teacher. I am taking her next semester for another class. There is a lot of work, but its worth it. you will pass if you put the effort into the class. she is also really sweet

I enjoyed Professor Horlings Intro to Biology course. Although her class had a heavy workload, I learned so much & feel so much more prepared for a University. She gave her students every possibility to succeed in her class. There are plenty of extra credit opportunities & all provide another avenue of memorizing & understanding the materials.

Seriously - do the extra credit - Could save your grade. Immense amount of busy work. Just get through it. She is a very nice lady just a confusing teacher. Easy to tell she put a lot of work into presenting the course. The field trip is interesting and she clearly has a passion for horticulture.

This professor was SO rude!! I had to have a meeting with the Dean about her rude emails to me. She will make you feel like an idiot if you have a question, her homework assignments and tests are impossible to pass because the questions don't match the lectures. I would suggest reading the book along with her lectures. It is an overload of information sometimes, but all of it valuable. It can be understood. I enjoyed her class because of how much help she offered. Even the online portion had an option to Skype her and ask her questions. She is very passionate about the subject. This hybrid course was extremely time consuming. I was taking a total of 12 credit units the semester i took this course and literally had to spend and extra 8 hours a week studying for the lecture portion of this course. I would suggest taking minimal courses with this specific course. The material isn't difficult there is just a ton to go over.

Listen, if YOU decide to read through the insane amount of power-points and commit at least 3hrs a day studying than you might get a C. This course is a lot of work. Every week you have a 50 question OCW, which is basically a bunch of questions shes made up. There are 6 tests, she also gives a lot of extra credit

Rude and condescending, and one of the worst biology instructors at Saddleback, she posts PowerPoints with no audio, makes ambiguously-worded homework practice questions with terrible feedback, and has students write a script about a bone--an excuse she uses to treat students with disrespect. If you actually want to learn, take any other professor.

I had Bio20 and Bio11 with professor Horlings. If you want an "A" you need to study from the week one; read the text book along with her chapters. She replies to her emails immediately so send her an email whenever you have question. She loads a lot of work to do that's why you will learn a lot in her class with doing all of her assignments.

Took the online/lab hybrid class & she was awful. Very condescending, rude, & not helpful, which makes it worse cause there is so much work involved. She writes the questions in a way that tries to trick you, and is a hard grader. Labs are fun, Klingbeil is the nice one! But this class was too stressful, do yourself a favor and pick someone else

Her online homework questions are so complicated and tricky that is impossible to get 100% them. even she gets the wrong answer for her own questions! Be warned: The amount of study time to get an A for exams is more than what other 3 unit classes I have taken. As others have stated: memorization is key and study guides are written to trick/frustrate you. Teacher is straightforward and her feedback is as well on the work you give her. This is an extension of the review below on things I missed. The exams has to be taken at Saddleback or taken online on ProctorU ($$$ fees). Textbook use is very minimal and you don't need to buy the book. Two field trips are needed and a 10-15 page questionnaire for each one (you actually need to go to the zoos/museums/aquarium to complete them).

I loved this class! There is a lot of busy work, but it's all for your own benefit and really helps you learn the content. The OCWs have all the information you really need for the class, so I would skip out on the textbook unless you need the extra help. There are plenty of EC opportunities too if you need the extra push for your grade!

I took her hybrid human anatomy class sadly. She gives too much homework where one question goes 6 different directions and tries to trick you with little minor key words. I dropped after the first lecture exam since she said she predicted most of the grades to be failing grades. I don't normally complain about professors but I had to for this one.
