I thought she was a pretty easy. It was great that you could use all your notes on the tests, even the final exam. I would recommend her.

She was really good. I am NOT a math person but I thought she explain everything well and her tests were pretty easy. She goes very fast and doesn't do much homework answering...but she usually has 2 days t review for a test...Like I said...I am not a math person at all and I got an A.

All i know is she hooked me up with a C and i was really gettin an F

Very helpful. Explains many diffrent ways to do problems. Homework not required. But dont ask question if you diddnt at least review it. GREAT TEACHER.

Great teacher. Dry personality but explains subject very well and has greate handwriting for math problems. Just takes notes and do the test reviews; they are identical to the tests. Also, if you need help, she will meet with you before or after class but you have to ask or you will be left behind. Attend every class, probably get out early

Very excellent professor! Very knowledgeable. Was concerned going into the semester as math is not my strong point. By the end of the semester, I was very comfortable. The notes she provided were thorough and pertinent to the exams.

I took her for college algebra and statistics. Great professor! You will not regret taking her.

She lets you use notes on the last test and FINAL EXAM. She always responds to emails and is very lenient. She will go over anything you don't understand. She actually knew me by name and I rarely talked to her. She also put in in-class quizzes as EXTRA CREDIT. which boosted my grade to an A :) Overall I RECOMMEND! She's AWESOME!

Mrs. Diseroad is a great teacher, this is not an easy class by any means so don't it expect it to be some piddly little math class you actually have to attend the class to get a good grade. You get to use notes for all tests, and you can expect a quiz every other class but realize that they are there to help your grade and are for your benefit!

Excellent teacher, class is hard - it's STATISTICS! SHe's very nice, but you need to do your homework, or at least study your notes before exams. Does reviews, notes are allowed on all exams, even final. If you don't get a B at least, you should consider something other than college.

I would totally recommend this professor! She is very helpful. This is a hard class however she give quizzes which are done in groups to help with your grade and you can use notes on all tests! She puts up videos on the internet of problems and calculator help. I am not good in math and did really well in this class! I give her an A+

I recommend this Professor hands down! We are college students, we should be able to grasp the material. She provides you with absolutely everything necessary to ace her quizes and tests. You are allowed notes for these tests, and the quizes are group effort. Sit behind the smart one in your class and you'll do wonderful!!

I was lost in class most of the time, luckily she let us do group quizzes. After you get the quizzes back use those as your notes for the tests and if you can compare and figure out how to do the test problems you'll get an A as I did. If not you'll suffer. In this class the material is conveyed to the student by self-teaching, then she reviews very fast (hopefully you get it). She is monotonous and not very clear when speaking. If you do ALL of your homework early and and work very hard, you might be able to pull a decent grade. This class was very tough; she could have made it more student friendly

Yes, she does have a monotonous voice, which can make it difficult to stay focused. However, she gives students every chance to do well in her class, which includes group quizzes and formula sheets you are allowed to use on all of her tests. Pay attention to what she is focusing on during her test reviews and write THAT down on your formula sheet.

She had 1 semester(32days lecture days)to teach everything you should have learned in High school Algebra. I agree it was fast but I don't see the alternative. She is not super friendly, but definitely not scary. Take notes and do the review sheets b/c her examples are just like the test questions. 10 quizzes-pop, but you can get help from others.

I absolutely loved her. She set everything up for the student's success. She wouldn't move on to the next section until everybody understood. Plenty of opportunities to work together and answer any question . Also had for STAT 2023 and received an A

Pretty simple class. Mostly high school review. There is a quiz most classes, but she lets you work with a group so it's easy. Not a lot of tests. Lectures are long, and she's not excellent at explaining, but if you pay attention you'll be fine. Not too much homework. Replaces lowest test grade with final exam. I would take her again.

Very informative instructor. Try not to miss class because she uses the board instead of the book.

She's a very good teacher. At the beginning of the semester I was super intimidated by statistics but I got an A.... You can use notes on tests, and all quizzes can be done in groups. She did three extra credit quizzes at the end in case you miss any throughout the semester.

Solid Professor. 10 pop quizzes after each lecture, then additional quizzes for extra credit. 4 Exams and Final. Do your work and homework online and you'll pass.

YOU CAN PASS WITH A!! shes is monotonous, but a very sweet lady. shed come up to me and ask if I had any question . you must attend class and pay attention to the concepts she teaches if you want to pass. her quizzes are all open book and you can work with a partner and all her exams are similar to the quizzes just changed numbers. STUDY THE NOTES!

Statistics was intimidating at first, Mrs. Diseroad knows her stuff and lets you use notes for the tests. if you pay attention and do the homework, you will do well. She gives you everything you need to succeed. TAKE NOTES.

Loved that we got to work together on quizzes. Homework was nothing. Connect math online only. She let us know everything that would be on the test and allowed us one note sheet to have while test taking. I was overwhelmed in the beginning of the semester but by the end, I understood and grew to like what was taught

I took an 8 week accelerated course with her and got an A. Just barely. She was nice enough to round my B up to an A so at least shes cool. Her lectures moved very fast and it was hard yo keep up but once again thats 8 weeks. I recommend this class for a 16 week period. Also lets you use a cheat sheet on the test so I would point you this way.

If you're not the best at math you will have fun in this class. You have a quiz almost every class, but you get to do it with the rest of the class as a group project which personally helped me learn the material. Then you get to use one "cheat sheet" on a test. Homework is super easy and overall you can reach out to her and she will help you.

Ms. Diseroad is a great choice for a teacher. She does her lesson and then gives you a chance to ask questions. She teaches two ways to understand the topic which helps people embrace the tough subject matter. Group quizzes, cheat sheet for tests and extra credit help a person to succeed in this class, fostering a positive learning environ. B+A-

Her class is very relaxing, she does move through the lessons fast sometimes, but if you ask her to repeat it for you. She is more than happy to do so. She offers a good amount of extra credit that comes in very clutch, the test are not that difficult if you actually do your homework and take the time to sit down and do the study guide.

I really enjoyed this professor. She allowed a note sheet for every test and even one for the final. There is so much to learn in this class, and she understands that, so she makes it more bearable. She also is a very understanding grader. She likes to see her students succeed. She talks a little fast so note taking can be difficult.

As someone who has to take their time learning math, Ms. D's class was straightforward but she gave one word answers when emailed. HW load varies between chapters but I recommend writing everything down (at least I did since I'm a visual learner & most is self taught). If you know how to work your calculator you'll be fine. All tests use honorlock!

I took her accelerated STA 2023 course in Fall 2022 and it was probably one of the easiest classes I took that semester. She made you watch a video for every assignment there and it was not hard at all. As long as you write down the calculator functions, you'll be able to get almost every singles answer right, even on the tests.

Took as an 8 week course. HW and quiz due every monday and thursday on pearson. Quizzes arent honorlocked but the exams are. Not super difficult material, but I don't recommend this course if you have a hard time with stats or are uncomfortable with teaching yourself the material as she does not post her own lectures. Only videos are on pearson

Online 8 week course and my third time taking stats. 100% recommend Mrs. D. She was available for help when needed. As long as you stay on top of the homework and really understand the quizzes you will get a good grade. Tests are honor locked and you must be able to teach yourself the material.

I highly recommend taking this professor for sta 2023! I had never previously taken any statistics related class and got 101% in the class. And if you want to get an A, on the tests and quizzes, you NEED to redo the hw over and over until you memorize how to do it. Every quiz and test will be similar to hw. She gives extra credit quizzes, DO THEM!!
