In her class now and I am throughly enjoying it. She explains things well and really seems to care about what I have to say. NO she doesn't give busy work, all the work she gives us is given for a reason.

Best teacher I have had. Is a student herself so understands the life. She is very firm, but extremely fair and charitable. Simply put, be nice to her and she will be nice to you. She is also good bout helping you get the grade you want, so long as you will work for it. Would take again, and rec.

Journal type writings in and out of class along with short answers to questions about readings. Reviews over quizzes before taking them. Really funny, and great personality. Cares for her students.

Take It! Mrs. Selitto is very fun and is very willing to help if you ask for it. She is understanding when issues arise and you need to extend deadlines. Study the notes that she gives you, you will need it for the final. If you listen to her instruction and take the class seriously, it is very hard to fail.

This teacher is awesome... shes crazy, funny, and nice.. make sure you do all the assignments and turn them in on time..and print out the notes for class and highlight them! This class is overall really easy... n she makes it very fun.. highly recommend her!

Dr. Selitto is one of the best professor, she goes above and beyond her duty to make sure that all her students understand, and pass her class. I think that she cares too much for some of these students that do not put any effort into their class work, and gives them an opportunity to make up their work, most professor would not do that.

She's absolutely wonderful. I have taken her for both English 1 and English 2, and have gotten A's for both. As long as you DO the work, she returns the favor. I HIGHLY recmomend her to EVERYONE!!!

Dr. Selitto went above and beyond what she needed to make sure her students understand to work. I took her for ENC 1101 and waited to take ENC 1102. I wish she taught more classes so I could take her again. She is a blessing to have as a teacher. You need to take her if you need to take English classes.

SHE'S AMAZING! I took her for ENC. 1 & 2 and got an A. She has a lot of HW but it helps your grade. She's picky with papers but you'll learn. She gives you the answers for most of the test and quizzes!! I strongly recommend taking her! Easy A.

Dr. Selitto is a great professor. She is funny, sarcastic and at times serious. She has you work in groups, which is an easy A. She actually teaches how to write compared to other professors. Do the work, go to class, and if you cant she will work with you. Great teacher easy A.

She's brilliant in stretching my capacity to think college level writing. I loved her humor, fairness, and clear instructions. Don't take her if your head's not in the game. She will provoke your opinion and conform it to a true English learning experience.

Highly recommend! Don't let her scare you off on the first night, She's all bark and no bite. Attendance is mandatory. Her instructions are a little unclear at times, but that's the only negative thing I can say about her. Do your work and you will get the A if you deserve it.

Very organized and always on time. This was my second time taking ENC1101 and I passed with an A! She is very helpful, funny and sarcastic at times. You work in groups alot but it's an easy A. So just show up and do your work.AWESOME!!!

She is a funny and a very sarcastic teacher.She makes funny faces but eventually gets to the lesson.She is a fair marker and will answer any questions you have by email.Some activities are BORING and repetitive but it's not tough.Her papers are not easy,you ahve to put quite a bit of effort into her class and always be present for exams.

Eng I requires a lot of writings. Classes are always busy with quizzes, writings or group discussions. Must attend to earn points and submit your hw. Students withdrew because they failed to attend classes and submit hw. She doesn't lecture much. She gives guidelines. I learn mostly through practice. She grades easy. Don't need the books.

As long as you apply yourself and let her know you want to do what she wants, you should get a good grade. Goes over the exams right before she gives them. Understanding exactly what she wants on the her papers is not so easy, so ask lots of questions about what she wants. Very Cool Lady!

This professor is an awesome professor. She grades easily, homework are easy. The test are easy. She does go over the actual test before the test. If you fail it because you are lazy. I will take her again for ENC1102 so that i can pass.

She is the best teacher ever, she WANTS you to learn and isn't afraid to tell someone if she thinks they aren't willing to learn. She fails to be a pushover, because she wants her students to pass and will do anything she can to help them pass. This professor is AWESOME!!! I'm not taking english two next semester because her class was full and I do NOT want to take another class. She is funny, and down to earth which you have to love in a teacher!!! Also her asignements are so simple as long as you follow her directons which she gives you step by step!!!

Nice teacher if you do your work she will like you.Never miss a paper if you do you fail the whole class. I think it's like that for every english class.Do the paper according to her standards. Put everything she said to put on the paper.

Listen and follow the core directions and you will pass the class. She will help you but you have to make the effort. You must make a passing grade on all the papers but that is a core class requirement not the teacher. She is very disorganized so listen carefully and follow the core instructions and you will pass the class!

She was pretty easy. As long as you attend class and try your best on the assignments she is pretty understanding. Make sure you follow her core papers exactly as she has them and you will not fail them. She also gives you the answers to the tests. All you have to do is study them. I am not an English major so I would definitely take her again.

She assigns way too much work. The work isnt hard its just a lot. She is really nice though. She CAN be really forgiving, but not always. She does make ENC a little more interesting. I love her personallity.

She can be sweet or bitter, you decide by the initiative you take in class participation and really think critically. I took her for English 2 and actually enjoyed it although you have to do the work. Fallowing her instructions can be tricky but if you ask she will explain everything thoroughly

So she is probably not the best English professor at Seminole State, but I can tell you she really knows her stuff. Just go to class, take notes, study hard for tests and exams and you'll pass. Don't slack in her class or you'll end up failing.

Dr. Selitto gives you full credit for all homework or classwork. She gives you the answers to about half of her quizzes/test she gives. She reads over the test and gives you the answer right before handing them out. No way could you fail any of her test. She is a little crazy but it's an easy A so I didn't have a problem her craziness. :)

Dr. Selitto is an amazing teacher. Her personality is awesome and she always keeps things interesting. Her tests are very easy. She has no tolerance for students who are excessively absent or that do not work, but can you blame her. Pretty much if you show up and do the assignments you will pass. Dr. Selitto is a PEACH!!!

Just go to class and keep up with the material and you should be fine. She is more than willing to help all you need to do is ask for it. Shes flexible but don't over step your boundaries. Overall awesome professor and class would take it again if i needed it.

My favorite professor. She was amazing. I would take every class with her if I could. She has the best sense of humor. Do the required papers and labs, and overall, don't be an idiot. If it's required, it has to be done. A lot of awesome class discussion on articles and short stories. The books are nessesary for passing. Labs are 50% of your grade.

Dr. Selitto is awesome. We do a lot of group work which is great for understanding. She has a fun personality that you'll grow to love. At first she can seem like a lot to handle, but if you have questions, just stay after and ask her and she will tell you exactly what she needs. The class is very easy. Turn assignments in on time and participate.

If you're a no-nonsense student, she may not be for you. However, she is super funny and very easy to work with. She gives clear directions for all assignments and test answers are always in the lecture notes you can print. Always leaves time for questions and is quick with email responses. If you do what she says, you will be fine. Expect laughs!

If you are a committed student take her, she makes the class so easy to pass but only if you do the homework. Be prepared to write a lit review every week (it is easy if you commit to it). Almost every day there's group work which is amazingly easy. She gives you all answers for the tests and all you have to do is remember them.

She is so clear on grading if you come and do the homework it is an easy A. She says that she won't accept late work (she's very understanding though) very good class if you have a busy schedule. Love the way she teaches and she lets out early often (never cancels a single class) Textbook is an absolute must to pass the course.

LOVE this professor! She is hilarious! Work load is normal. Just do your work and don't be late to class and you're golden! Would absolutely take again!

I have a high C in this class because I didn't do the majority of the homework, however, Dr. Selitto's class is super easy! She's easy going, very understanding, and will accept late work if you talk to her but don't wait until the end of the semester! She's such a sweet lady, I would love to take her again!

Dr. Selitto is awesome. Very rough around the edges, but she's a sweetheart and extremely forgiving with due dates. Respect her and she will respect you right back. She talks a lot about her family problems, but if you do the lit reviews, you are guaranteed an A. You will not regret taking her.

The class was hard. Lots of homework and reading. But the teacher will clear up any doubts you may have.
