Lots of work. First exam was a nightmare. The second was very easy (since over half the class failed the first exam). Tried hard. Do not take Mgt 355 WAN. You must learn half the material on your own. The hardest class I have ever taken.

Strongly recommend. She explains fully, wants you to learn. Highly recommend (after all this is a hard course, don't make a mistake taking it online). Handout notes and exams relevant to homework and class examples. Study & u will get a good grade!!

Take her and don't buy the book. Do the HW she asks to hand in. If you want to get an A, sit in her classes all the time.

Nice Prof for mgt 355; kinda boring.. but very easy cos she already done most of the work/ calculations for u.. Just have to understand the concepts, how to solve the problems + do your hmwks, will get an A.

She very organized and explains very well but if you miss her class you'll be lost She does not miss any of the class time. A lot of HW but the examples she does in class are very simmilar. Not a bad Professor compared to the other MGT 355 Prof Take her

A really really really hard course. You have to know excel really well. She is hard but extremely helpful. Her midterm and final are extremely hard but you can use notes. Take at your own will.

This lady was very easy to understand and was helpful. The person who said she is hard to understand needs to learn english, because her speech sounded perfectly fine to me. If you are not lazy, then you will get an A.

The class is a nightmare however Winch is very good & helpful. She will spend a lot of her time on you only if you ask for help. Midterm and Final are both open notes but you have to really be prepared. I would def recommend her. She's awesome.

Doesn't play with a full deck of cards, but she is real nice and goes out of her way to get this info across. Likes to talk about Century 21. Besides being funny, you will actually learn from the course and as for grades, she is very fair. If you need to take mgt 355, please make sure to take her

She is pretty good. Just study her hand out before exams and you will aces it. But her exams are tricky, so read the questions carefully and answer the question fully.

A great professor! She she very organized and as long as you do your homework, you will be prepared for the exam. Explains well and makes the material easy to understand. Im so glad that I took her for mgt and i recommend that people who have to take mgt, to take her. :)

Makes an already easy subject into one any 5th grader can understand. Trully is not bored of teaching the class. Very organized in teaching and very clear on grade expectations and such. First few chapters will seem like 8th grade, but after that, class is enjoyable.

Exams are her lecture notes and homework. Reviews any questions and always there during her office hours to help. Makes the class go by fast and easy grade - just review the material she hands out and on BB.

Fair amount of work, tests come from the homeworks, so if you do them you'll be fine. Keep up with the reading, class can be boring from time to time. Overall she's a good professor.

With Winch it is easy; your grade will strictly reflect the effort you put in. Her tests can be tricky, but if you are prepared and have practiced enough - you will do fine. The class is straight-forward and she does not ask you for the impossible. Attention LAZY Pace Students: She will give you a C guaranteed and you will be mad - don't blame her!

Super nice and absolutely fair! The most you have to do is Homework. But she'll give you 2 chances to miss it. Tests reflect the homework and classnotes. Definitely get an A if you understand the material and do the work.

She's so nice. Her tests are very fair. She gives you all the formulas so it's impossible to do bad. easy A.

Hmmm...Very easy class. ONly thing about this lady, is she is friendlier and more understanding to students who are asian. Beside that, you would be very silly not to take her. : )

She is excellent. She is the best in her field. She teaches you what you need to know to be successful in the real world. Take notes and go to class and you will be fine for the exams. Minimal HW and very manageable.

This class is extremely easy. She assigns online quizzes that you can take over and over to get a 100. No exams except midterm and final, which she gives review sheets for. Once you sign in you can pretty much just leave. Lectures are boring! Easy A.

GREAT PROFESSOR! I would take her again in a heartbeat. She is really clear, explains concepts well and gives handouts to help you understand. Makes herself available for extra help, answers e-mails within 24 hrs. Not hard to do well in this class.

She is a great professor. She sets the class up so that if you do your homework you will know how to answer the quiz's and tests. And she gives out handouts for each chapter that are extremely clear and helpful.

Wonderful professor. Very helpful and understanding. Class is actually kind of fun. I enjoyed bizcafe. To the person who said you can basically sign in and then leave, that's not true. She takes attendance at the beginning of class and then after the break. If you have the option to take this professor, DO IT!!!!!

I think her class is crystal clear. Sometimes she talked sth not related to class, which is annoying. However, she is not only friendly to Asian. She is a good professor.

Really nice professor. IDK why everyone says she favors Asians, because she certainly didn't do that in my class. I highly recommend her.

Professor Winch is an excellent professor. The class can be a hard one, but she will help you and try to be accomodative. My advise is take her.

Just to make it clear, she does not favor Asians over anyone else. She like students who work hard for their grade. Many professors would prefer these students. Her class is not hard, it just take some extra 30 mins out of class to review her material and you should be fine. She helps out students whenever she can. She gives review before her tests

Had Professor Winch for multiple MGT classes. She's very knowledgeable about course materials and helpful if you need help. Tests are not incredibly hard, just study the material beforehand and you will do fine. Textbook is mainly used for homework problems

Great professor. The material does require a lot of work but if you stick with it she is very fair and provides opportunities for you to do well. Also provides lots of supplemental materials on blackboard. You will definitely get a lot out of this class, even if its only a refresher for excel.

Professor Winch is the best MGT professor at Pace. She is extremely helpful but the class requires a lot of work. She puts all her lectures online and responds very quickly. Overall a nice lady

Winch is a great professor: Super knowledgeable and organized! However this class is difficult!! She gives weekly hw assignments that take several (3-4 hrs!) to complete. And if you are unfamiliar, she reteaches the lesson with videos she posts for each chapter, beware- these videos are also very long. I recommend an easier prof. for 355.

Great professor, learned a lot. Also, you must be very lazy to not get an A in this class. Homework isnt that long (avg 2hrs per week). Homework is given on a template, u just have to fill in numbers. CW is nearly identical to HW. She is a lenient grader in an already easy class. She gives ec for articles that relate to mgt.

Easily one of the best MGT profs at Pace. Don't be fooled into thinking this is an easy A, she does give a generous amount of work every week. But she does explain everything in detail, and if you miss something she records her classes and posts them online. Everything is done on Excel, and her exams are open note.

I took this class over the 3 week January intersession online, and I'd have to say it was well worth it. You must be willing to put in about 15-20 hours per week for this course and be prepared to have work due every other day. Excel is used for everything in this course..Homework, tests, lectures, and Prof Winch is always available to help out.

She's a great professor. The class itself is not easy and requires a lot of work but she provides lecture videos for every class she teaches. If you pay attention in class and watch the videos you will pass with flying colors. She grades fairly if she knows you're trying.

Absolutely amazing professor- attendance is mandatory, but all of her lectures are recorded online so you if you miss something, it's there for you! Extremely fair exams, respectful to students, easy A! Definitely would take again.

Winch is a cool professor, she makes an effort to connect with students with little jokes. All her lectures are online so if you are lost in class no big deal. if you do better on the final she counts that more than the midterm and vice versa. I liked her class if you don't know excel you will learn it there

She is overall a fine professor. Homeworks are harder than exams and they are annoying most of the time. She teaches the basics pretty well. She doesn't class time very efficiently. Homeworks are nightmare but other than that she is a good professor.

Winch is a good professor, she knows what shes taking about and relatively easy. Her homeworks are somewhat hard but if you go to the tutor, theyll help you out with it. She allows two pages of notes for the exam so its easy to do well, and the test themselves arent that difficult as long as you pay attention in class.

Great Professor who teaches basic pretty well! Also kind and easy going. Willing to go extra miles to help students. Final grade is based on three exams, weekly homework, and class participation with extra credits. I learned a lot from this class and will never forget. A MUST TAKE!

The best professor at Pace to take analytics! Analytics is work, there's no way to avoid it, and Professor Winch makes sure you do a lot of work in this class so you can use what you learned (*extremely useful spreadsheet skills) in internships. I took a summer session so it's about 8 hours per week. Exams are very fair, you just have to study hard

Prof Winch puts so much work into her classes that it makes me want to do the same. I took her BA class asynchronously, and it was the best thing I ever did. It was a lot of work (5-7hrs per week), but i learned so much because her videos and homeworks and quizzes are so thorough (not hard at all if you actually watch the vids, just a lot to do)

Professor Winch is the best professor I had. She gives amazing lectures, and I really learned lots of useful materials from her classes. And after taking her business analytics courses, I became very interested in the field and decided to pursue BA as my future career. She is also very patient and caring towards students.

I took Prof. Winch for 226, 351 and 353. The class is not easy, but if you do all the work and watch the videos she gave you thoroughly, you will do great in her exams. Prof. Winch is always there to help if you need it. I honestly learned so much from her class and would LOVE to take her again.

She is a great professor! I will promise you that whoever is writing a bad review is because they are not putting in the work. She explains everything you need to know for the exams in her lectures. If you pay attention and watch her lectures you will see how easy her exams are. Her exams are tedious only because the course material is tedious.

I learned Python as a first-time coder and got an A because she was SUCH a good teacher. She makes her own material (she can tell if the code you used was or wasn't from her class) and she gives great feedback on each exam (gives partial credit on exams too if work shown). Very clear syllabus. Make sure to have a good group for the project though!

If you get anything less than a B in any of her classes you just didn't put any effort in. Only wished the classes covered more complex topics and was more challenging. Overall a top professor at this university that covers an interesting subject.

I have no idea why people are rating her so poorly. She is a sweet lady who explains the material well! The course work isn't fun, and her lectures are a little slow moving, but she's nice. Her exams are open note, so if you have good notes, you will do great! She is easy to reach and responds quickly. Stop hating on her!

Her lectures and homework covers everything in the class. As long as you pay attention and follow her steps you will understand what it going on. Her tests are also open note so you could literally write the steps and add a few screenshots in your notes and you'll easily be able to answer a majority of the questions on the exam.

I took MGT251 with Prof Winch it was a really informative class. She can tell if you used AI in your code. There are 7 HWs & the lowest grade is dropped. All 3 exams must be screen recorded with only the summary PDF she provides open. Exams are hard if u don't prepare well. There is also a group project worth 20% so make sure you have a good group.

My favorite professor at Pace. Always well planned lectures and genuinely wants students to succeed. Her classes are intense and require time dedicated to studying and homework but she teaches very foundational courses that need that kind of attention. Always accessible outside of class and answers my questions very thoroughly.

Prof Winch is very kind and it's pretty easy to do well you just have to follow along with the exercises/material and she is very responsive if you have any questions. She does a good job at explaining the material and helping you prepare for the midterm and the final. I'd definitely recommend taking her class.

Professor is very nice and posts thorough instructions for every assignment. Your can have unlimited notes for the 2 exams but she uses a very strict proctor software that assigns a live proctor to you. Me and many other classmates had a lot of technical issues during this. My proctor even made me empty out the drawers in my desk.
