This guy is relaxed, friendly and normal... not a typical math professor at all. Good at answering questions, glad to give you hints on the homework, tests were take-home and not too hard, informal lecture style. Only issue is confusing sloppiness on the blackboard. To demonstrate one result we proved, he actually used a power jigsaw.

Overall a pretty good class. Kept things simple during class yet exam 2 and 3 were really hard. The curve is way off. You can work your butt off all semester and get a B- in the class but there will be no curve to your advantage. However if you mess up and get a 65 you will be curved to a C-. Would take again

Took calc 2, after 2 weeks realized lectures were pointless to go to. Frequent errors in slides and teaching, lectures not engaging. Grade composed of 3 tests, a final, discussion worksheets and prairielearn hws. self studying for tests when the time came was enough to get an A. I guess I'd do it again? But self studying wasn't fun.
