An inspiring teacher who care about every student, makes learning an experience you'll remember, is the best teacher you will ever have, movitational and actually cares about students and views them as equals. Just an amazing person and insirational.

This class is a very fun class. Lots of easy group activities and snacks! There's two essays to write and be sure there's no grammatical or mechanical errors, she'll mark you down for it. Essays are to be written MLA style. One oral report. She's great!

She is a very sweet person and a great example for new teachers, but she gives too many assignments and doesn't really explain well some of the assignments. You have one individual presentantion, about 2 group presentations,2 essays,EFE,etc.

Charlie is super fun. Food is brought each week, it's really kick back. There is a lot of work in the class, my advice is to start on EFE ASAP. She talks a lot but that's what makes her so funny. She's everywhere, but if you need help she's always there to help. She's a ton of fun, and inspirational

She is nice, but I did not go to her class to be her friend. I felt that I did not learn anything. She is unorganized and unclear about what she talks about. If you want an easy A this is the class, if you want to learn, find someone else

A bit unorganized though she tries hard and then some to get everything across. She is inspriring & laid back. This class is a lot of work but she tries to make the class exciting with handouts, stories, guest speakers, etc.Start working on the assignments right away otherwise they may be overwhelming. However, I would gladly take her class again!

I loved this class! And she is the coolest teacher!

She is so sweet, genuine and very inspiring. The assignments can be a little overwhelming, but she's a really easy grader. She can seem disorganized, but she'll help you until you understand.

Absolute best teacher I ever had in college.Class is entertaining.Would recommend her to ANYONE!!There are assignments that she has to give to the class, but she will help you along the way.Snack time is awesome!This class was over 2 1/2 hours, but it went by so fast.She gives you so much knowledge about the teaching beyond the scope of the class.

Charlie is the most genuine teacher I have ever met. She is so passionate about what she does and I am very thankful to have had her as a professor in two of my classes. She has so much valuable knowledge beyond what the class entails and is never too busy to share it with you. I very much recommend taking her at some point in your education.

What an amazing woman she is! Charlie loves to help you, give you the opportunity to succeed, and encourage you with all the love she can possibly give. This semester was one of the bests because Charlie had given me motivation to be the best teacher I can possibly be. Take Charlie!

This instructor and class was absolutely wonderful. You would be lucky to have the opportunity to take such a honest, fun, inspirational professor. She helped me so much by meeting with me whenever I needed a question answered. No one missed class because it was so enjoyable and we learned so much. Take Mrs. Littrell. You will be lucky.

Charlie ignited my desire to teach. She was inspiring and honest and made us aware of what we will be dealing with as teachers. Snack time and show & tell were fun. She loves teaching and it shows.

Absolutely take this professor; You will gain a fabulous insight of the teaching profession. She is dedicated to her job at San Diego State University and you as a student. Wanting the best for you is her #1 goal, even if teaching is not right for you. The course is created for us. It has rewarding activites with group discussions. A MUST!!!

I took this class in Spring 07 and was not excited to take it. But Mrs. Littrell was an awesome teacher, enthusiastic, energetic and refreshing compared to all the dull State teachers around campus. I enjoyed her class alot and actually attended almost every one! I strongly recommend taking ED 200 or 300 with Charlie Littrell.

I loved Charlie! She's so understanding and is so funny! She really knows what being a teacher's all about and I can't wait to get into my own classroom! She really showed me that teaching's what I want to do - it's so great to have a professor who's so passionate about what she does!

She picks favorites. If you are not her favorite she will grade your papers really harsh. If you are one of her favorites you can write about apples. She also gives some advice that would not be good for a first year teachers. Don't take her too seriously.

I absolutely loved her! Her class requires a lot of work, but it is pretty easy. Make sure you stay on top of the reading and do the reflections. I had her from 7-9:40pm and it always went by quick. She is very energetic and passionate about what she does. Try to get to know her, you will be glad you did. Definitely try to get her as a professor!!!

I loved Charlie's class! She is an amazing woman and I am so glad to have met her. She is very helpful and inspirational for future teachers. Her night class flew by, I had a blast. Dont procrastinate on your observations, keep up on ur reading reflections and enjoy the snacks you get every class meetinG!Lot of work, although not hard and very fun!

What a fantastic teacher! She may rub some people the wrong way, but those people are just way too serious. She makes class fun because you never know what to expect.

she was so much fun. I took her night class. The time went by really fast and we had snack days every week and a pot luck at the end. t became my favorite class. Lib studies majors have to take this class anyways, so when you do, make sure you pick charlies!

Charlie is really entertaining and makes class fun. This class is a lot of work, so make sure to stay on top of your observations. You can get a good grade if you make your assignments pretty (add pictures on a cover sheet, etc.). She marks you down for bad grammar. I had her for night class and it went by fast because we had snacks and such.

I LOVE Charlie, she is great. The reviews are right about her. She is a lot of fun but could piss some people off. Those people need to get over themselves. Raise your hand a lot, answer a lot of questions and she'll love you. She loves to give bonus points for everything. She could be vital to any future teacher's career.

FUN CLASS. CHARLIE IS REALLY COOL. EVEN THOUGH THIS CLASS IS 2HRS LONG, TIME GOES BY QUICK. YOU HAVE SNACKS EVERY CLASS MEETING, WHICH HELPS. OVERALL, A FUN CLASS TO BE.

Can be really rude and you know when shes cranky but i have to say, she wasnt that bad of a teacher. I got in A in the class and i barely read the books, i just picked paragraphs from the reading and its only a page. Also if you show that your listening, yeah she takes it into consideration. It was an easy A just pretend to care shes fine then

I don't know why all these comments speak so negatively of Mrs.Littrell. I just had her the past semester and she came to class every day with a bright smile and HILARIOUS personality. She is so so funny. A GREAT teacher and a GREAT woman to learn from. TAKE HER!!!

Incredible teacher! She gives you everything you need to know for her class, she is extremely helpful, and very understanding. You can tell that she is very passionate about teaching and inspiring new teachers. There are two big papers and around 10 paragraph papers and a presentation. If you don't attend she knocks down points.

Charlie is amazing! She loves what she does & knows what shes talking about. Although this class may be a bit overwhelming in the beginning, you will probably get an A if you go to class & do all the work. There are a lot of projects happening at 1 time so try to stay on top of it. She ALWAYS pushes back due dates if a lot of people need it

I love Mrs.Littrell!She is an amazing teacher and is truly inspiring especially to future teachers.She shares exciting stories in class about her experience when she was an elementary teacher.She's also very helpful and shows you great appreciation if you did anything good by giving bonus points.I love her enthusiasm and energy.She's our SDSU mom.

Charlie is absolutely amazing! She is always so bright and optomistic and makes me so happy to be a liberal studies major. She is so incredibly supportive of all her students and just really cares about us. I wish i could take another class with her! Cant wait to be in her credential class! I cant say enough about her!!

She is outstanding and has 30+ years of experience in this field. However, she is retiring at the end of this year 2015. I'm glad I had the honor to be her student :)

I loved the 30 hours of observing and all her insight about teaching. Hands down the highlight of the class! She can be so kind, but she can also be sarcastic and demeaning. There was too much going on each class period- and I felt like the students did most of the teaching. Made going to actual class very frustrating at times :(
