Professor Bordbar changed my life and helped me to get into USC, thanks to his classes I am smarter than other students. He teaches so much incredible real world content. Also he's the only professor that dresses like a model with great suits. He tries to help everyone, but so many students are lazy and do nothing and then complain. I'm grateful!

I'm a Csun student and I'm only taking this class at Mission College because my employer (Boss) made me take it since I'm the office manager and wants me to learn how to manage and do some of the things the course offers. The instructor is amazing comparing to other instructors I have taken he really cares about his students.

Accidentally took this class instead of Business Law , but I still learned a lot. Just memorize key terms and hw questions and you can get that A. Lectures consist of watching videos but he's an inspiring lecturer when it counts . Sit in the front if you want to be his favorite (or participate a lot). He does care for you and thus very approachable

Took his class not knowing it was a hybrid. Easy to manage assignments through canvas. Nicest professor on campus. Gives students opportunity to raise their grades if needed. You have to read the textbook however, the book isn't boring. He assigns weekly quizzes and class discussions based on chapter readings which are fairly easy to do.

Caring professor who really wants the best for us and tries to give really good advice. I am shy and I ended up loving the group discussions and have new friends because of it. Fair workload and I will take his other classes too. Helps that he has a great smile and nice eyes too.

Favorite professor, he's smart, elegant even dresses the best, lectures are interesting and he is a true gentleman, classes are very fair, only wish more professors were like him and not there just for the money. He helped me out with 2 letters and a job reference too and I got hired because of him, my other professors would never do what he did.

Amazing teacher, I took both of his classes Business Law and Intro to Business 101. I received an A in both classes and learned a lot. His discussions make the class fun and interesting. He was even kind enough to round my 89.5 to an A.

Honestly I would rank him as the top 2 professors I have ever had in my life and I changed my major twice and will earn a BA now. His vast knowledge, teaching style, professional appearance and most of all his compassion and dedication, very few professors come close to him. I actually appreciated him more after I took other professors.

He is a very professional professor and expect s everyone to be on class everyday and on time. All of the homeworks are done on canvas. He dislikes underachievers and rude students. The online class was quite informative, which I found to be the quintessential online learning experience from an eminent professor with a distinguished background. His perspicacious feedback was appreciated. I learned how to further indemnify myself more with respect to the law and potential legal issues/ramifications that can transpire.

Bordbar is an incredible professor. For business majors, this is the guy you want to take. Gives great advice, gives you all the information you need for tests, quizzes and homework. Do the work properly, participate often and do your best to be known by him in a positive way.

I've taken both an online class and in person class with prof. Bordbar. He is a really good professor. He is one of the few professors that enjoys the success of their students. The online course assignments were consecutive so they helped a lot with preparing for tests. I would highly recommend.

Prof Brodbar was amazing. I took him for a winter business law class and I maintained an A without an issue. Weekly quizzes that are open book/notes, discussion posts that are very simple, and 2 exams. The discussion posts count for your participation in the class, so you have to do them. I definitely recommend him !

I had an 89 and he bumped my grade up to a 90. He also gives extra credit. His tests are okay it was just a lot of questions for me. He doesn't do live-lecture. He is good!

I think this class has a lot of substance. Discussion and 2-4 hws due every week. I believe there was one written assignment and two exams. This was an 8 week course so of course everything was condensed. Not an easy class, but do not let that stop you from taking it. I do not think it was super hard either just don't expect it to be a breeze

Professor Bordbar is an outstanding professor. He is very concerned about your success and wishes you well. Overall, this subject is simple because of him, and if you put in the effort, you can easily achieve a high grade. Professor Bordbar would be my first choice if I had to take this class again.

Bordbar is the best and nicest. Wasnt too hard to get an A in Bus Law, and Ive taken all his classes. Professor Bordbar also helped me a lot during a difficult time. If you are honest and work hard, you got the A grade! He doesnt like cheaters and there are so many in online classes, its getting out of hand. Highly recommend him.

I was taking this thinking I wouldn't learn much but I did, for me he opened my eyes to intellectual property ,so like other comments here, I am also getting A grade, so advice is don't miss work and he's cool with points, just do everything and even with one D exam, I got an A

Clear and concise, his method of instruction should be adopted by many other professors. Using real world examples that can help understand concepts allows for easier learning. You will learn more than you think you should know, vital and critical information to help you understand business basics. I recommend this professor for all buss classes.

Bring your popcorn and be prepared to blow your mind, the amount of material learned from live lectures is cutting edge and not in the books. I have a business degree in my native country and this Professor taught me more in a semester than I learned in 4.5 years, his lectures are like a taste of an IVY League college for the rich. He's a true gem!

I am a classic nerd so I will say he is super smart and up to date on the most current matters, Professor Bordbar is uniquely able to connect the dots in all fields from science, tech, health and business, to deliver an impressive lecture. I also learned major key financial ratios and enough to understand stock charts and accounting statements.

Really enjoyed his class. He loves what he does and cares about his students. He asked for the textbook but I never got it and passed with an A. Homework was one multiple choice questionnaire a week and answer 3 questions in a group for class based on the lecture. Lets you know important vocab words to know and posts notes. Would recommend 100%

Professor Jason, my preferred professor, after struggling at 2 colleges and almost dropping out, I lucked out finding him,I actually learned business and got 3 A grades and a B. He breaks down hard concepts so they are easy, on top of trends, ties book into current news, overly reminds you of due dates and the best dressed professor I've ever seen

Great and accommodating for athletes, highly recommend him if you are on any teams and need flexibility, and he helps with letters of recommendations. One of the best I've taken , got an A.

His class is pretty straightforward. As long as you do the work on time, you'll get an A. His tests will be easy if you review the homework assignments and listen to the lectures. He allows you to use notes on the tests.

I learned quite a bit, book was good, really smart professor brought it all to life, shared how it applies now, and in the next 10-15 years, really went out of his way to discuss AI and our future job prospect, plus he's very friendly. Just do the work, don't fall behind, and you'll get an A too. Suggest you not sit in the back.

I am transferring to UCLA now, Professor Bordbar is 1 of only 2 Professors in my 2.5 years here that inspired me. His lectures went beyond the book, teaching investments, Stocks, Mutual Funds, accounting Ratios. I really liked the weekly news stories on advanced Artificial Intelligence, which I can assure most people are not aware of.

I play baseball for the college, the professor worked with me and also changed my thinking from being a C student that I thought I was, to how to be an A student, so now I aim high , study better and I am getting A grades.

I'd only recommend you take Professor Bordbar for Bus classes,he's one of my favorite and I dropped 3 other business professors too. His lectures are interesting and class whizes by fast. Do all his work on time without excuses and there's no reason you can't get an A,while you come out smarter too in AI, stocks, Finance and even learn manners too.

For a 5 week class, it went by fast, with fair assignments and I came out with an 96% A grade. I liked the discussion forum the best , it brought to life many concepts and I'd recommend the professor.

I liked the class and professor, I was at an 88%, did the extra credit and got an A. This was a short 5 week class, so a lot of work, if you don't have time, try the longer classes, but i dedicated about 1 hour a day for assignments, i thought were reasonable, much better than my Math class for sure. Next will take his Law class next semester.

Just finished the Law class. Loved it and kind of sad its over. Made many new great friends in the class thanks to his discussion groups and I thank the professor for this. After class he went over our scores, I got a A even my test scores weren't all A scores. but do all the work and he's cool. He cares about students

Good class on Management, hes chilll and gave me good advises on my problem at my job, which I took an 3 months later I got a promotion. Smart professor if you like artificial intelligence he did give a lot of stories on this

I thought the online class was easy, I mean with unlimited open notes and plenty of time on exams, if you can't get an A, then you better make more notes. It's a short class over a month, so there's a lot of work, but my friends and I all got an A. Professor Bordbar is cool, he reminds you many times of due dates, its impossible to fall behind.

Bus 5, my last class to transfer. Learned more from Professor Bordbar than all my other classes. He really inspired me to educate myself, study, and be compassionate to help others. Taught a lot on intellectual property, contracts and somehow he tied this all into our life and future, just wish other professors taught like him. I will miss him!
