He's informative and is willing to bend over backwards to help you. He'll recommend that you get the book, but I honestly never used it for Con Law. Just do your work, try to get it in on time, study your cases and you'll be fine!

For the class: Take notes while reading the book because there are summaries. Try to attend every class because he explains the readings. And it?s not that he is boring, he tries to make everything understandable and is pretty funny. Overall he is a great professor.

He can be strict, but somehow it is amusing to watch. He has the ability of making his lectures very interesting! His class has prod my curiosity about laws. He's the type who will do greater good for this school and in a cool leadership kind of way. :)

Professor Leggett not only taught about the foundation of American Government, he exposed all of its flaws and what people of this society should do to improve this nation.

Jason Leggett inspired me and made me passionate about politics, which i never thought would happen. His class is always interesting, but make sure u read the news and remember the names (though i dont know if he still does weekly news quizzes). And, his passion for the subject is really hot =) Highly recommend !

He made me interested in politics, which I NEVER thought would happen. Take any of his classes. Trust me. Just do the work and you'll get your A :)

Take him, passionate about the subject and cares about students. I hated politics before this class, but he inspired me so much i even went to see our congressman. Not too easy, but def worth it. Took him a couple years ago and still consider him one of the best profs ive seen. Oh and he's hot too :)

By far the best Professor I ever had at KBCC. No joke he is the freaking man!!!!!! Before entering the class I had some interest in the class and after taking his class I wanted to switch my major to Pol. Sci. You and KBCC are lucky if you take him. Exams are verbal except for the final. He's just simply awesome, no doubt about that.

I had this class because linked with Student Development class. He made things much easier for me. He was Extremely helpful. If there was any assignments that you was struggling with he would schedule a meeting with you and try his best to fine a way to break it down for you to understand the assignment. HE'S THE BEST NEED MORE TEACHERS LIKE HIM.

He may seem a bit tough during lectures becuz he really wants us all to succeed. He will give up his breaks to help you. I realized how much he cared for us. His lessons were super interesting and engaging. You can tell he has a passion for the topics that he talks about. He's very opinionated throughout his lessons. Doesn't care for attendance and cancelled class a lot. Pretty simple to pass. Just be engaging and do the small amount of work that he gives.

I am appalled by the previous review. Does the professor push you to think outside the box? Yes, and I appreciated it, even though it wasn't always easy! Was the textbook always easy to understand? No, not all the time. However, he gave me great feedback, and he answered any questions I had, with complete care and guidance.

Im taking him for environmental politics and i swear this dude is best and the most interesting professor i have ever had and will ever have. He is knowledgeable beyond belief and a great speaker as well. Take him. I promise you, if your an average B student like me, you wont regret it.

Great professor. His teaching approach is very interesting and engaging. His lectures are so entertaining to a point I was looking forward to this class! It's VERY hard to fail this class since he's extremely accommodating and FAIR. Show up, do your work, and you'll be good.

First time taking him, I would say hes definitely a great Professor. His teaching methods are not the usual factory style learning that many students are accustomed to like in Soviet Russia. He makes you think, and makes you want to learn about the material and after taking his class I am knowledgeable on my sense of Agency, and civic duties.

Get the book do the reading you will have assignments at the end of each reading through google docs, allows extra credit options, open book midterm and final see law beyond a concept of command and more of how it's used for social change and as method of resistance even if you do bad on the midterm past assignments count easy A

Research paper is the main grade for this class along with other assignments through google docs must have thesis and inquiry for the paper you must research the UN goals thoroughly and follow his feedback easy A all assignments count.

Professor Leggett is one of the best Professors I've had this semester. You should read the book and be specific with your answers. Your answers should be based on the reading and should include your experience and your thoughts. You have plenty of time to finish the work. Lectures are so helpful to think about the answers. I Highly recommend.

Professor Leggett was the one and only professor who actually wanted you as the student to understand & gain knowledge rather than receive just a grade. Inspired me into law & society! One of the best professors that I had. His lectures are interesting, gives plenty of time to finish the work, a lot of extra-credits. But what is most important is that Professor Leggett makes you think outside the box.

Allows work to be handed in whenever unless told otherwise. Gives enough extra credit to make sure everyone passes. Grades always start off from an A+ and goes lower for best possible outcome. Rubric is clear and sends videos through YouTube to help better understand when needed.

Professor Jason is the best professor Ive had. He is very respectful, kind, cool, friendly, caring, helpful and supportive. The course is interesting and the readings are a little tricky. Its adequate coursework and easy. Extra credit is provided. Awesome!!!!!

Great Professor. Allows homework to be submitted late and gives full credit, is a very light grader. His class seems very hard and complicated because of the homework seems very advanced but he looks for effort and views instead of "the right answer" Does require a textbook that can be pricy $80. He gives a lot of extra credit assignments.

the Pr. is a tantrum nugget, you don't want to be in his naughty side, He is difficult and a pain in the ... to work with. however, you actually learn things from him. stand watch, his favorite topics are LGBTQ0123456789+ and Polyvocality, but once you get to know him, He is OK and the part that I like "very intelligent."

He is a somewhat difficult professor because a lot of homework and many times he doesn't like what you write, but his positive side is that he helps you improve your way of thinking and tries to get the best out of you. If you like to read a lot, TAKE HIM.
