He is a good prof and makes class fun with his jokes. He is very approachable and will answer your question the best he can.

Very good professor! The class isn't bad and he tries to make it fun with jokes. He loves Deuce and Austin Powers and will throw them into the lecture whenever he can. He does cover a lot of material for tests though. Overall, take him if you can!

He is a funny and nice guy, class is pretty easy, just make sure you get the notes. I would have done better if I havent missed so many classes. Very fair class and you dont even have to study that much.

He is the best teacher I have had at school. He loves Deuce Bigalow and is always making jokes. He is a legand to all people who look to be Geology majors. And even if you don't like rocks, he is great.

What can I say? Price is the man. I became a Geology major because of him. Great stories, great jokes, Price is a legend.

Just take good notes, go to class, and study. Tests are difficult but they come straight from the notes he gives...so its what you make of it

Even know im not doing too well. Everybody else in my 150 student class is. Great teacher keeps you intresting with cheesy throw in lines (about rob shnieder,in-laws,goats) to keep you awake. I can honestly say that any other teacher i would have dropped that course- it's so boring - take him :)

I have to say that between the oddball jokes about Mike Hackenson, the in-laws and goats, there's no way anyone could ever hate his class. And don't forget the "Daily Silly Trivia." He has this weird obsession with Rob Schnieder though, it's still cute. Definately the hottest teacher i have.

So funny! Easy class...dont' buy the book, just show up everyday and study the notes and highlight the "bried reviews" and you will get an A for sure! Very easy! He loves Goats and Llamas! Bring hima Pepsi too...he'll love you for life!

Best teacher on campus. Word is spreading. Funny, hot, teaches well, clear presentations that keep you from falling asleep. Be sure to ask him about watermelon tourmaline and after dinner mints in bowls at restaurants, and Mike Hackensack.

He is awesome. Makes the class really interesting with all of his jokes...they do get pretty old by the end of the semester, but he's still cool. Don't buy the book! He gives you really detailed notes and the tests are taken right from there!

REALLY funny. Tests are relatively hard, but multiple choice. He keeps class interesting and if the class starts to pack up before he's done, he'll just let you go. He loves goats, and Rob Schneider

Easy class...Dr. Price gives notes with power point. The tests are easy—questions come straight from the notes. Don’t even really need to use your book—only for figures. Dr. Price is funny and keeps the class interesting!

Best Professor ever!!! His notes were very easy to follow and the test questions came right from the notes. He is so incredibly funny. Never a dull day in class. His is by far the best professor Millersville has ever and will ever have. Take him as much as possible!

Wow, Rob Schnieder, Hanson, Mike Hakenson, Goats, and Llamas... He was a very interesting teacher. The Power Point helps a lot. Also, it's good to stay awake to catch the scary pictures and the Stupid Question of the Day.

Dr. Price is amazing! I loved having him as a professor! I would recommend taking him for anything! He keeps you awake and alert. He has a great sense of humor. I respect him so much for being such an amazing teacher and person. I learned a lot from his class. TAKE HIM!!

Take this class! Dr. Price is fun, the class is easy, and tests are easy since you can tell what the questions will be during the lecture. Watching some Rob Schneider movies will enhance your experience in this class.

Best gen ed I've ever taken! He is the greatest teacher and I learn so much from him! I really recommend him to ANYONE! Really shows an interest in geology and makes me have an interest as well! Hilarious even though his jokes are sort of dumb. He is great! Take him!

Don't even bother buying the book b/c everything you need to know on the test will be in your notes, take good notes and study them, pretty easy class, funny man, very nice

Very funny man. He didn't really teach too much in our lab, but everything was in the book so that was quite alright. Easy tests. I can't identify rocks to save my life, but I still did well. Would've taken him for lecture, given the chance. Definitely recommended!

Price is the man. All the tests come directly from the power points and are extremely easy, as long as you study hard. Funny guy, makes the class enjoyable and you might even learn something at the same time. Take this guys if you can.

Awesome prof! He's hilarious. Make sure you go to all the lectures and get notes- then the tests are easy. But don't miss class because he doesn't really follow the book. But the powerpoints are amusing so class isn't boring!

I stayed awake through an 8 am class... thats gotta say something. Definately an awesome teacher, the jokes were corny... but you just had to laugh because of how bad they were. In the end, I know a little more about rocks and enjoyed myself in the process

One of the EASIEST classes I ever took. Glad this was my morning class, he is very funny and nice. Tests come directly from your notes and there are like 3 and are very easy. That's were the majority of your grade comes from.

I LOVE DR. PRICE!! Seriously, he's basically a failed stand up comedian...half the lecture is him telling stories about his high school friend (Mike Hakanson) or his fave celeb R Lee Ermey. While the jokes are corny and lame, you can appreciate his sense of humor. Tests are straight from the notes. They're only hard if you don't study. Take him!

Dr. Price is a great teacher for a morning class. He keeps things interesting and he makes a bunch of stupid jokes but its funny! Don't even bother buying the textbook. All his notes come from the PP slides. The class is hard if you don't study because his tests cover a lot of information. He makes a bunch of corny jokes and has some odd stories, but at 9 AM they will make most people laugh, plus it just makes the class less monotonous.

Weird to see such extreme reactions to this guy. Class is easy as hell. Make sure to show up for in class exercises. Otherwise, zone out and listen to his ****ed jokes and ridiculous stories. You tend to get the impression teaching isn't his dream job. Probably wouldn't want him as my advisor, but for a 101 class, none better.

You'll grow to love his corny jokes after a while. He's a great teacher, and very helpful. However, make sure you study well for the tests. Also, some of his policies can be unforgiving.

OMG! I love Price. He's kinda corny sometimes... but when it comes down to it, he really does his job. He makes lecture fun and eventfull. And wow... Hicks, Sagget, Chloe, and Mike H... :) I wil have such great memories of his class. I hope that i get a chance to work with him on some progects!

Follow his rules to the letter, don't cross the man & learn! Fun course & content. Price injects a retro fun level into Geology. Watch "Zoolander" before day 1. Great movie anyhow and you'll understand the references. Take notes. Good notes. Pay attention to details like what happened in Cameroon. Price + Geology = a class NOT to be missed

I loved this class so much. Price is a straight forward guy, take the notes he gives you everything on the tests is from the notes, DO NOT BUY THE BOOK, I did not use it once and I have an A. There are 4 tests, no quizzes or homework. The final is not cumulative. He is a funny guy and he is seems like he really really enjoys teaching. Love him.

Amazing guy, knows what he's talkin about. Lab is easier than the lecture, but you still need to study outside of class, especially whne it comes to rock identification for the lab. His jokes are kinda corny, but still a really cool guy.

Price is a great teacher and the class is EASY he gives you all the notes from power points you only get four exams and that's your grade. DON'T buy the book I did and it costs $130 and I didn't use it once. He's a pretty funny guy and you learn a lot.Just don't miss his class because he doesn't give out his notes. Take him if you can.

I highly recommend Dr. Price. He doesn't assign any reading, homework, or any type of project all you have to do is go to class and copy his power point slides. He only gives four exams throughout the semester and they aren't cumulative. Easiest course I taken so far.

This is my second course with Dr. Price. He is a straight forward guy, which I appreciate in a professor. Tests are only from the notes taken in class. You MUST MUST MUST attend class. Don't bother buying the book. Four tests, each 25% of your grade, based on lectures. Easy if you study; you're screwed if you don't. Jokes are sometimes funny, sometimes you just want him to shut up.

DO NOT USE YOU CELL PHONES IN THIS CLASS. He basically tells you on the first day that if you keep him happy, he'll keep you happy. If he sees people texting (and he will call you out), then he makes the tests harder. If hes in a good mood, the tests are easy. Seriously, it's an easy A if you just put you phone away for 50 minutes.

Dr. Price is the man. Shamelessly mentions his love for iCarly during class. Sure, his jokes are repetitive, but watching as he laughs about to himself about them is hysterical. Tests straight off the notes, which you literally write verbatim off the slides. Easy B if you study a them. "Scientists can date rocks, but they won't say much at dinner."

This guy gave up wanting to be a decent professor a long time ago. He has been using the same Powerpoint slides for years and never changes his material. He is miserable and makes sure you are too when you have to be there. He is specifically out to fail students. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Price - pick someone else.

Wish I could have had Price for the lecture of this class, but as for the lab, he makes it a MUCH easier 2 hours to get through than I think Earman would. His tests are extremely simplified versions of the labs, even if rock identification can be a pain. Definitely recommend Price and his insane jokes.

It's been several years since this class, and it was one of the best classes I've ever taken. Sit in the front row!
