Funny, nice guy, class gets a little boring at times.
Very fun teacher! Our first test she didnt give a review but she did give a curve. The tests after that, she gave a curve and a review to help us improve. She has a lot of discussions in class. Always makes class interesting with her jokes and opinions. I would definitely recommend her.

Really good professor. Made class interesting because of his outgoing personality. Very nice guy, too.
Lecture is boring sometimes. Tests are essay-based and pretty hard. He's a nice guy, though. Be careful - he hates ringing cell phones (deducts points if yours rings).
This class is very interesting but she will challenge you. The avg. on our 1st test was a 76, but she wasn't happy with that, so she tried to help us all improve. She wanted us to really learn the material, not just memorize. She's jokingly critical of her students & expects them to put forth an effort. You can tell she loves what she does.
Be prepared to work your butt off!! This class is extremely difficult! The tests have trick questions and you better go to class everyday!!! She does keep the class interesting, but i hated the readings and the tests. By the way there are only two tests! I wouldn't take her again!
You really have to work for your grade. Readings every night (some difficult), and 10 Q&A for each reading. Tests are challenging (objective & essay). Class is interesting and should be attended regularly, but its more of a class discussion than lecture. She's very intelligent and expects a lot of you, but she's fair and offers extra-credit!!
great. fun classes. relates to students.
Don't take Shelton's classes if you have not taken INTRO. Many sociological concepts are used in the class that will be foriegn to somone who has not taken at least INTRO.
Horrible teacher. Expects to much and doesnt help a student when they need it.
Fun, down-to-earth guy who gives interesting lectures and great notes. Exams are multiple choice and only cover material of the section they are in. It's easy to make an A in this class as long as you pay attention and read the textbook. I highly recommend this professor!
GREAT! Jason Shelton is a GUY so all this comments about a woman...that is not this teacher! He is funny and he makes you want to go to class...just to see what he will teach about!
Fun and pretty easy.
SOCI INEQUALITY he was one of the best teachers I've had; he is very enthusiastic and cares about your experience and learning, but the tests were tricky..It was hard to make an A
FANTASTIC prof. Absolutely loved him. Super smart and funny. Don't let your phone ring, but other than that- incredible!! Haha- and if you have questions don't walk up to him while he lectures, wait til after class. Stupid students. Loved him! Attend class, skim the text book= easy A. He gives exactly what he wants you to know in class.
I've taken 3 classes with Dr. Shelton now and LOVED each one of them. He is very passionate and makes the subject matter relevant to current events. He made learning fun!
"Yo dawg, it's hot button!"
Dr. Shelton is great! He covers a lot of material but is very easy to pay attention to. He is very entertaining and is genuinely interested in what you think and have to say. If you go to class and take notes, you barely have to study for his tests. I would highly recommend taking him for sociology because he made it interesting.
Jason Shelton approached our race and ethnicity class with extreme passion. He not only teaches the facts, but really hammers the point home. The course work is easy, but you must read for the class. Don't ever expect to show up to class without reading. He handed out relatively easy A's, but the 13 page term paper was kind of hard.
Wow,what an amazing prof!!Very passionate about his cirriculum, makes the material comprehedable for EVERYONE!! Attendence isn't mandatory, extra credit is given for those days he does take it(3-4dys/semester).Only 3 tests+final so do good on those and you will pass.Gives good reviews. Very wise to purchase the book! TAKE HIM!!!!
Great professor! It was one of my favorite classes, he always made lectures interesting and fun. Exams are straightforward, go to class and get the extra credit points, I usually read all the chapters right before exams and managed to get an A. Would definately recommend.
One of the best professors I've ever had at UTA. Extremely interesting lectures. He's very passionate, charismatic, and funny. His tests are really easy if you take good notes and read the chapter and familiarize yourself with the bold face terms. You won't regret taking his class. You even get extra credit for showing up.
One of my favorite classes; he is very enthusiastic and makes funny jokes; he makes what he's teaching appealing and interesting. As long as you pay attention and take good notes, and, at least, glance over the chapter, guaranteed B+, maybe an A.
His lectures are interesting, made me listen to him. Grade consists of 3 tests, 2 class tests and a final, final does not include any old chapter, just the ones covered after the second test, all multiple choice questions. I just studied his notes and made a B, should have read book also, the bold highlighted terms for sure!
Attendance not required but recommend! I loved this prof he is cute, short, funny and make u want to come to class. He make u want to come to class since he ask questions and want to hear everyones opinions. There is three exams including final. I highly recommend prof. I made a "D" since never attended but will take again to see him!!
Amazing man. Amazing professor. If you have the option to take him-do it! He loves teaching and it very good at it. A very refreshing class. Love this guy!
I loved this class! His lectures are interesting and he always asks for class opinions and participation. His tests come mostly from his lectures, but know bolded terms in the book. He also gives bonus points randomly for attendance. 12 extra points just for showing up to class. You can't beat that.
Great professor, he is good at what he does and you will love his lectures. Attend his lectures, read the book (esp bold and italic words), and take notes for an easy A!
Amazing professor! He taught the material very clearly so you could understand. Attending wasn't mandatory, but helps to prepare for tests. The tests could be easy or hard depending on how much you read. Be sure to study well and you'll do good!
LOVED this professor. Never had a hard time paying attention in this class. He is very enthusiastic and laid back. From what I remember the tests were pretty easy as long as you studied his lecture notes and he gives extra credit for attendance. He's really pretty good looking too! :)
Very good professor. It's good to show up to class so you don't have to study as much for the test, but you still have to read the textbook to make an A. All in all, it doesn't take more than ~ 1.5 - 2 hours per week of reading/studying to make a sure-fire A in the course.
Was not expecting to enjoy this class as much as I did... it was a blast! He made the lectures interesting and told relevant stories. Study lecture notes and know at least the bold terms from the book and the tests will be easy. Also - attend to get bonus points!
I had Dr. Shelton for Intro to Sociology. His class is simple, yet you learn so much about society that you will want to go to his class and learn. He is very knowledgable, passionate, and funny. I highly recommend this professor because of it's simplicity, ease, and wealth of knowledge.
Awesome teacher. He's younger so he relates to the class well. Attendance isn't required but the he gives bonus points randomly for attendance. The tests are also entirely from the lectures so you pretty much have to go and take notes. Gives a review before each test which is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend taking him.
Shelton is an overall awesome professor. He really teaches the material in an interesting way so the textbook is almost obsolete. Just make sure to know the bold and italic terms from the chapters for the exams. If I could, I would take another one of his sociology courses!
TAKE HIM !!! He is great! He is clear! He is awesome! He makes class interesting. Book is needed bc he puts things on the test thts in the book that he does not discuss in class at all.. ANYTHING is fair game. But majority is inclass and if you take good notes and can study well from them you will get an a!
HE IS AWESOME. I recommended all my friends to take his course whether they needed to or not. Very passionate about sociology and makes it very interesting. I learned so much! And it was very fun. He has a sense of humor and it shows through in class when he tells stories. He's a cutie. I chose to read the book, but its not required to do well!
My favorite professor!! I totally recommend everybody to take it! You write a lot of notes but it's always interesting!!! &He has a great sense of humor; sociology is my favorite class!
He is wonderful! Brilliant. He is very clear, doesn't waste your time, & teaches you so much! I don't know if I would like the material w/ a different prof. He's also really funny! Will clarify any questions you might have. Does test reviews. Doesn't include any surprises on exams. Overall, awesome professor- would love to take more of his courses!
Great professor. He preaches the subject. Makes you excited to attend lecture. 3 exams over the course of the semester. Very straightforward and not hard at all. I'm going to miss this class!
I also took his 1311 class. He is the BEST. Passionate, prepared, engaging, organized. gives bonus attendance points randomly (4 points on ur exam). He's just all-around an excellent professor. You can tell he loves what he does. He gives you all the tools you need to make an A. Super clear about what's on tests. I look forward to his lectures!
I just want to give him a hug. I think he's the nicest most down to earth professor I've ever had. And it's really easy. And really interesting! I learned a lot in this class!
He's probably one of the best sociology professors I had at UTA. He's so passionate about the way he teaches and he loves to get a discussion going. He only has 3 tests and he lets you know what you need to know. Plus he'll keep you laughing.
good professor. down to earth professor i have known. wish i could take him again for my other sociology classes.
Very funny, great lectures, and does a good job of letting you know what will be on the exams. He lets you know at the start of the semester what you need to do well. If you show up almost every day and take decent notes, you'll pass. Read the textbook (not too much, just review the very few things he doesn't cover in class) and you'll get an A.
As long as you show up to class and listen, you can make a solid B. If you want to make an A, you have to read the book. The book really isn't difficult to read at all. I learned a lot in his class. He's really funny and made the course matir
Shelton is an amazing professor, his lectures are super interesting and often turn into discussions. He is a great guy and you can tell that he truly loves what he is teaching. The tests are pretty straightforward but you MUST read the book or at least know all the bold and italicized words in the book. I didn't go to class often but still got an A
He is a wonderful sociology professor. I love his class! His class is super easy. Be sure to attend lecture, because his tests are based off of lecture. He gives extra credit if you attend class. He will ask some questions from the textbook, but it's not required to make an A in his class.
He is a very clear teacher that gets students involve in lecture. Every one would want to speak in class. Time passes by fast in lecture. You read the book and go to class everyday, there is no way you will fail. Awesome teacher. Grades from only 4 tests that's it.
*3 Exams (Including Final which was not comprehensive) *Signature Exam (taken for Extra Credit 15 pts added to FINAL GRADE Attendance not mandatory and easy to memorize. EASY A if you study. Hilarious teacher and great lecturer! Would take him again!!
Dr. Shelton is amazing!! I want to change my major to sociology now
Dr. Shelton is a great professor. Very personable. A lot of note taking, but tests are straight from notes. Also Offers "bonus points ". Very interesting class. Would take again.
His lectures are interesting and what you learn there corresponds to what will be on the exam. He will tell you what you need to read in the book, otherwise it is not necessary to read. Non comprehensive final and extra credit opportunity. The true and false section on exams can be tricky so make sure you're well prepared.
Dr. Shelton IS FANTASTIC!!! His lectures are amazing and so interesting! He goes at a good pace for taking notes, very funny (like his own comedy show) but also professional and clear. Attend class because it's fun, but you have to read the chapters before the test if you want an A (textbook is an easy read). Very helpful! Loves class participation
I don't know why so many people keep saying this is an easy A. While it is not the most difficult class, it certainly was not an easy one. The exam averages were low B's. Go to the lecture and read, you will make an A. However, he assigns a lot of chapters and there are only 3 tests. If you're looking for an easy blow-off class, this isn't it.
There's only three tests and then the final which is not comprehensive. Dr. Shelton is hilarious and I would most definitely take him again if I needed another sociology class.
Very interesting class. Class participation isn't necessary but some people get really into it. If you study your notes you should get a 90-94 on exams. The other points are from textbook reading. If you miss a class he posts the recorded lectures online before the exam. No homework. Just 3 exams and a signature assignment.
He gets along well with his students and his lectures are engaging. He enjoys hearing students' opinions, so don't hesitate to speak up. He had us read several articles and books from multiple viewpoints so he can foster critical thinking. He has a great sense of humor, too!
Professor Shelton is awesome, he says "yo" a lot, but he is passionate about what he teaches. I actually loved waking up in the morning to go to class, he keeps everyone interested in the topics. His test are a bit tough, you really need to pay attention in class and he sneaks in questions from the book. Overall would take him as a professor.
Dr. Shelton makes learning sociology fun as hell. He's not bad to look at either ;) you can tell that he loves what he does. Always has lesson plans filled with all the information in the textbook, and the way he explains things is so clear. I wish I had another class I needed for credit so I could take him again. I REALLY enjoyed his class!!!!!!
Great teacher, he knows what he's doing. I took this class my last semester of high school and then took it the first semester of college and can say that he was more engaging and interested in educating than the other teacher. Would take him again if I needed to!
He breaks down such a boring subject and gets on a level with you. He also doesn't put up with lazy people or people that are late. He treats you like an adult and is so genuine to talk with
Fantastic professor. I hate morning classes but I never fail to miss his because his lectures are not only informational but entertaining. His tests are straightforward. Take notes, read the book and you'll be golden. Overall great professor, if you like engaging lectures and have the option to take him, don't pass it up.
Best teacher ever, didn't know what to expect on this class. But he made is super interesting, lectures are long but he makes them awesome. You take note that are straight forward for the test. Loved his class made me think a lot about life !
I learned a lot from his class. He always made his lectures entertaining. The tests weren't too hard if you came to class and skimmed the textbook. I loved listening to the debates in his class, always entertaining and funny!
Dr. Shelton is charismatic, funny, and passionate about the subjects he teaches. In Racial & Ethnic Groups, he made the material very accessible, and promoted in-class discussion to help the material sink in. The tests aren't too terrible, though they can get a little rough sometimes, but attend class and read, and you'll pass with a good grade.
God bless this man. One of the best professor I have ever took at UTA!!You should definitely take his class.
Lectures are very interesting. Even though attendance is not required I had never missed a day of class because I always looked forward to it. Only 3 tests and an extra credit signature assignment. Tests are a bit tricky. Take good notes, go to class, go over the book and you will make a good grade.
Great professor for a first-time college student. I worked for an A, but never got there even trying super hard. Show up to class, even though it isn't mandatory. Tests are difficult if you don't study, but I would most definitely take him again.
He is very funny and the lectures are very interesting. As long as you read the textbook and slideshows you will get an A on the exams.
Sorry... But the Amazing Lectures don't make up for the hard exams that are given. His tests are very hard to study for, and difficult to take. His lectures are interesting, but a very very hard class. Extra credit was given, I made a 100 on extra credit and it only brought my grade 3-4 points up.. GOOD LUCK.
He is so down to earth, I enjoyed going & listening to him lecture. You can tell he loves class. You need to read the book to get an A on exams. 5-10 Q's are from the book and he doesn't say in class what he will test on. But the majority of his 50 Q tests are vocab from lecture. He has a extra points grade later on that saved my A in the end.
His Lectures were very long, he tried to make this subject interesting. His tests are extremely hard though. Not once let us out early and he always started like 5 min early. hard class, wouldn't take again.
Tests were not easy, but his lectures kept me coming to class! Get ready to study or you will not pass!
Great lectures. You have to read on your own because reading material comes on the test. Extra credit opportunity really helps. Great person, great professor, great teaching style. You basically have to be there on every lecture because of the notes taken in class. Would definitely take again. His classes are fun too.
This man is the GOAT. His lectures are funny and he's very passionate about teaching. No hw and just one extra credit quiz. You will pass if you study his notes. Please take notes during lectures!
Take this class!! It's probably my favorite class. He makes the class really interesting and talks about things you can relate to. I promise you will laugh at least once each class. Don't even think about it just take it.
Professor Shelton is easily one of my favorite. He is hilarious and his lectures arent boring at all. His tests are always MC or T and F but if you study and take good notes then you should be fine. He includes the class and he will expect feedback from students.
I always looked forward to his class! Amazing professor! He makes lectures very fun and interesting. The things he talks about makes you think, question, and realize things within our society that are very true. If you attend his lectures and read the textbook, you are sure to pass his class with no problem! Love this professor!
Dr. Shelton knows his stuff, and is absolutely hilarious. He's engaging, and the content of his lectures are interesting. It is quite apparent that he genuinely cares about his students, and offers three opportunities for extra credit in the form of extracurricular lectures related to Sociology. I'd take any class offered by him in a heartbeat!
By far one of the best professors at UTA. His lectures are super interesting. You have to come to class to pass though. You do have to do some reading from the textbook but not too much. He also giving a few extra credit opportunities.
No bad thing to say. Shelton crushes the competition when it comes to lectures. Get ready for things to be personable and easy to learn. Doesn't mind explaining terms to students. Best decision ever.
He's great and easy. Gives 3 extra credit opportunities. Really can convey the information. Studying for his tests is easy. You'll definitely pass if you take this professor. Your grade might be different if you don't try. But easy A if you do.
Dr. Shelton is such a great lecturer! You can tell he loves teaching. He is lecture and textbook heavy so get ready to put in a couple of hours studying; he does make you work for it!! There are 3 Exams, 2 Unit and 1 non-comprehensive final exam, which mostly tests you over bold face terms which is GREAT! He really does care for his students.
DR. SHELTON IS INCREDIBLE! By far, one of the best educators I've had in years- Even switched my minor to sociology because of his impact on my education. Dr. Shelton is an exceptional lecturer, there are bonus point opportunities for the class, and the course grade is based on 3 (non-cumulative) exams. Don't miss out on the opportunity to take him
Great lectures!
Professor Shelton is amazing! I looked forward to going to his class all semester. His lectures are interesting, funny, and relatable. Tests arent hard, especially if you go to class and study. He offers lots of bonus opportunities as well!
Dr. Shelton is AMAZING. He is hilarious, caring and makes sociology so interesting and personal. Took him for intro and then again for Sociology of Religion because he was so awesome! Then I switched my minor to sociology!!!
Dr. Shleton is amazing!! I love all of his lectures. Even though he doesnt take attendance, in order to pass the class you must go to class because so much information is given during each lecture. Plenty of extra credit opportunities. If you have the option of taking Contemporary Black Experience with Dr. Shelton, take it!
Dr. Jason Shelton is one of the best professors I had. Really good lectures, he makes coming to class worth it.. However his test are difficult if you do not study! Three 50 question test: mix of true and false /multiple. DO THE EXTRA CREDIT, it will boost your grade in the end! Highly recommended!
The class is obviously lecture-based, but Dr. Shelton makes it fun. He's really nice and does his best to make the entire class feel included even though it's a giant hall. As long as you attend class and take notes, you should pass. He also gives lots of extra credit opportunities.
Dr. Shelton is an amazing professor. His classes were hands down my favorite. If you show up to class, actively listen, and take notes then there is no reason why you wouldn't get an A. Reading the textbook isn't necessary if you show up, listen, and take notes. Simply going to class is enough. Lots of extra credit (around 7 opportunities)!
He's great. Unlike stuck-up professors, he occasionally reminds you that he's a parent and a person. He's relatable and the way he speaks is easy to understand. I absolutely love him. He also gives a lot of extra credit opportunities so it's easy to get a high grade.
HE IS AMAZING AND SUPER EASY. You will never get bored of his lectures and if you show up you get all the info needed for your test. TONS of extra credit you won't regret it bc its super easy and worth it. Test aren't hard tbh, its just either you know it or you don't.
Lectures were very interesting, I actually enjoyed coming. Grade consists of ONLY tests and some extra credit. Must memorize everything from lectures and all bolded terms in textbook to do well on tests. I had an A all semester, but ended with a B after the final exam (2 questions away from an A). Do poorly on an exam and it'll ruin ur grade.n
Switched my minor to Sociology because of him. Lectures are amazing and gives you almost everything you need to know for the exams. I have taken him for two classes. He makes you want to show up to class even though attendance is not mandatory. Review textbook/ notes a day or two before the exam and it should be easy A. 3 exams, non-comprehensive.
Shelton is an amazing professor! He has a good teaching style you can follow. He gives extra credit as well.
Prof Shelton's lectures are really good. The exams are not hard as long as you study. Pay attention in class and read the book if you want an A. The material in this class is very interesting so its easy to learn. He makes class super interesting and also gives extra credit. Overall, this class was very enjoyable.
This class definitely isnt a blow off one. Im a nursing major and this prereq made me work the most. There are only 3 tests and theyre over between 4-5 chapters each. Each chapter is about 50 pages and you have to read if you wanna do well. While lecture was intriguing and Shelton does a great job, the reading aspect killed it.
Dr. Shelton is a great professor and he is an amazing lecturer. I learned a lot from the lectures and he provided tons of extra credit. Unfortunately, his exams were very difficult and the class is graded by 3 exams. So each one is worth 1/3 of your grade. Take advantage of his extra credit but if you want an A, you have to read the book.
I loved this professor during my freshman year. The course was easy if you paid attention in class and he explains everything clearly. He told us to review and look over our textbooks before an exam but I never did and I still passed the class. His lectures are never boring because he always has an entertaining story to tell.
One of the best profs I've ever taken !! I first had him for sociology, and at the end of the semester he recommended for us to take this class and I'm happy to say I'm glad I did! :) Cooolest/funniest prof, I wish he could be my friend haha. Class wasn't difficult, of course you have to put in some work but he also gave us mult. EC opportunities.
He makes his lectures entertaining. It makes the 50 minutes go by too fast.
There is only 3 exams with no lock down browser. Attendance is not mandatory, you can attend virtually through ECHO360. The book is cheap online but really isn't needed. Just listening to the lectures will get a guaranteed pass.
This was easily my favorite class this semester. If you show up (or watch the lectures via echo360), you will get an A. Everything he teaches is super interesting and he always tells stories to make everyone understand. Learned a lot and couldn't recommend him enough!
Best prof I've taken in general. Really outgoing and caring. You have to read the book BUT he gives good follow-up lectures. His exams are based off of the book, but he will give exam reviews. The papers are easy to do especially if you review the syllabus & read the book. Easy to reach out to & responds to emails quick.
Really solid choice for soc and makes the material so easy to understand. His lectures cover the basic stuff but you will need to look at the textbook if you want an A on the tests. Only 3 tests (non-cumulative), and 3 essays that are mandatory but only for bonus points so it is super easy to pass and get an A. He makes class fun so def recommend.
Definitely the best professor. Is super interesting with the way he teaches which helps you remember a lot of stuff. Go to class because his PowerPoints aren't super detailed. Grades consisted of 3 exams and 3 essays that were just extra credit. Best sociology teacher to take, you can tell he enjoys teaching about this subject.
I LOVE Dr. Shelton. I took his intro class and I could not have enjoyed it more. His lectures are super informative and very interesting. He is very passionate about what he does and is honestly one of the best teachers Ive ever had. He also is super funny and makes going to class fun, I highly HIGHLY recommend him, you will not be disappointed!
There were 3 tests for the course. Those leveled out to be the grades. The lectures are more like discussions. I had never had a class that I genuinely learned so much from a professor. It's immersive and I learned more history here than my history courses. 10/10 recommend. Amazing experience. Extra credit opportunities come as they are available.
Lectures go into great detail, however for the exams you will also NEED to read from the textbook. You will not get bored in this class. He will make the information easy to understand and slip in a few jokes while he's at it. The only real assignments are the ones given for extra credit. Also offers chances for extra credit by attending events.
Professor Shelton is genuine, hilarious, and very easy to understand and follow. He is a great lecturer, unbiased, and engages with students constantly, which is impressive given the huge class size. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
This professors was one of my favorites this semester. The lectures are not mandatory, but I really recommend attending all of them, since there's where you get most of your information from. If you want an A, you also need to read the textbook. But you could easy get a C without it. He is the kind of teacher who seems to really love his job.
You can tell he loves to teach this class, he makes lectures are fun and interesting. He does a great job explaining things to make sure they are fully understood and encourages students to add things to the discussion.
He is a great professor who interacts with his students and makes class enjoyable. It is important to attend classes because the powerpoints don't have all the information you need. Course consists of three exams for grade and three assignments for extra credit. Textbook is needed for topics he might not go over in class. Highly recommend!
Amazing lectures! Attendance is not mandatory but I HIGHLY recommend students to attend because the slides do not have all the info that he gives during class. I did not purchase the textbook, but having the textbook would help gathering more info that he does not go over or will be on the exams. Passing can still be guaranteed without it though.
Dr. Shelton is the best professor I have ever had. When it comes to taking this course, make sure to do the reading. BE SURE TO ATTEND LECTURE. You are doing yourself an injustice, and its just plain rude to him as a teacher, if you do not show up to Dr. Shelton's lectures. He is amazing at teaching and communicates well with his students.
Dr. Shelton is an incredible Professor. I took him for a summer class this summer and his lectures were amazing. If you choose to take him and don't attend his class, you're doing yourself and Dr. Shelton a disservice because he is just that good of a professor. He takes a subject that not many might think is interesting, and makes it interesting.
I would definitely sign up for a class taught by Dr. Shelton, if you attend every lecture you're going to do fine. He explains everything extremely well, he's an awesome professor! You won't have homework besides reading your textbooks if you wish, and the only grades are tests and sig assignments!
I love Dr. Shelton! I was pleasantly surprised by how fun & interesting his lectures are! U can tell he is very passionate abt sociology. If u have any questions he is very acessible and explains things to you very well! ATTEND THE LECTURES PLEASE. ALL his info is provided in his lectures and he tells u whats on the exam.
Spring24. Amazing teacher, he really knows how to make the class interesting! There are only 3 Exams, this is considered a final they are not cumulative. Attendance is not required but if you don't attend he does give important notes during lecture in person that will help with the exam so show up! I will be taking him for another semester, Easy A!
Took Dr. Shelton for Racial and Ethnic groups Sociology in Spring 2024. Show up to class as he gives the answers to a lot of questions that will be on exams. If you don't go your gonna miss out! Amazing teacher, very good lectures that are not boring! Got an A, take this teacher only 3 exams and 4 chances for bonus points. Easy!
Dr. Shelton is an engaging prof who makes sociology fun. Attend his lectures - they're worth it! Unstuck study was a big help for test prep, along with the textbook. Definitely take this class if you can.
I LOVE HIM! I totally see why his rating is a 5—he's amazing! I love his lectures. Attendance isn't mandatory, exams are on LockDown Browser with no webcam, and it's an easy A. I definitely recommend him!
