This guy is great. He is incredibly wacky, but fun nonetheless. I had him for Physics 11, and he curved the whole class up when grading. Incedibly helpful, to the point where he would have hour long problem solving sessions (at 5pm) when the class met at like 12. Make fun of his teams 2(Jets, Nets).

Not an easy class or subject, but this prof. helps u forget that and has the whole class in hysterics, a real psycho; tests are fair, and u will leave knowing this stuff backwards

Professor Mancini is a great professor. Im taking his class now and although it's a really hard class, Mancini teaches it very well. He is there to help you understand the material as long as you put time and effort to it.

Very helpful, makes himself available to help w/ questions. Even tho the subject matter is difficult, he does a good job of explaining it clearly. He can sometimes sound self-congratulatory and condescending, but it's worthwhile to take it with a grain of salt.

Want to understand this course with clarity? take him. Want to pass the NLN, and get into the nursing course with ease? take him. He curses in a cool way not meaning any ill. Hippie professor who desperately, and genuinely want you to excel. I got a C+ not happy with it, but your grade determine how well or bad you may do on the NLN.

Tests are tricky. I had to use the textbook extensively and do LOTS of problems, but I think getting an A is completely doable (just A LOT of work). Explains the concepts well, but the class had somewhat of a cursory feel to it, and we rushed through (or did not cover) the last few chapters. The other comments are reasonably accurate of Mancini.

Good man. I took his class to brush up for the NLN. He cares and wants the students to succeed. He is a great guy and funny also.

THE BEST PROFESSOR I have seen in the kingsborough so far.If you know nothing in physics&chemistry take him if you want to learn something. you will have to work hard to get an A,but it's worth it you will learn a lot. he makes learning so easy that someone like me got an A. again if you can work hard and willing to learn then take him!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Professor! Tells you exactly what is expected of you on the first day, no surprises. The course material is a little hard especially if physics/chemistry isn't your best subject but it's definitely doable. He teaches you not only to help you pass the course but also to help you pass the NLN. Try not to miss class and do the handouts.

Mancini's course was extremly helpful to pass a nursing entrance exam. He is caring teacher. He would give test preparations beyond his working hours, and if you need help he would be always available.

He's tough as hell with a 85% chance you will fail his first test but he is the most fun and one of the smartest professors I have come to know. He's always there for his students and makes time for you if you need help. Because of him I got into the Nursing Program.

He is a great professor, most students cheat on his tests because he leaves the room but he says "you are only hurting yourself cuz you will struggle when you go to city or stony or buffalo". I am so happy I took Professor Mancini for Science 25 in Spring 2014. He keeps your attention, and if you listen, you will get the material with no problem. I am not a science person, but I was able to get a good grade. You gotta study and practice to do good. Mancini really CARES about his students.

When I first heard this professor lecture, I thought he was insane! But I soon realized that his, unconventional style, was designed to help get us through, what is a very tough course. He teaches a course that prepares future nurses for the placement exam required for moving on into the clinical phase of the nursing program. He truly is a godsend

it's been said before, but I'll say it again - BEST Professor in Kingsborough (from my experience anyway). If you can survive his exams, you can survive anything, especially the TEAS. He makes you work hard, but more so he makes you CARE and you actually learn. Listen to everything he says! I really do miss this class.

Great Professor. Truly cares. If you show up, work hard and care you will pass. He can be a little rough around the edges in the way that he lectures (loud, screams and makes outrageous comments about race, etc.) I would take his class again.

Brilliant guy, very funny and, a real peoples person. This class is not an easy A, but you will learn the material well enough to get a good grade. There are custom notes at the back of the textbook that are exactly from his lectures, use that to keep up if you're lost in class. But make sure you are studying for the TEAS here and there. MT

Dr. Mancini WILL be tough on you, ESPECIALLY if you plan on going into engineering-and it's because he cares enough to not want you to mess up horribly once you go into your career. In every topic, trying to plug into the formulas won't help-you need to really think to even pass. Don't hesitate to ask him for help, especially during office hours.

If you want to major in engineering or physics, Mancini is a must take. He'll push your limits with his "Virginia tech difficulty" physics, and don't even think about skipping class-that's how you get on his BAD side. Not only does he teach the physics well, he also makes sure his students are well-prepared for wherever they go next.

This guy is like the Gordon Ramsay of physics, he'll push you to your limits with the stuff and won't settle for just teaching us the basics. I had no idea I would learn what differential equations were in this course! It's all to make sure we're prepared to go to our senior college and can actually withstand the workload there.

They don't get better than this! Most important thing to Manicini is that you LEARN, grades are secondary. Labs were awesome and he explains in a way no other professor does. EXTRAORDINARY! I still use his "steps" method for conversions, it works every time!

we had to buy a $200 book that we did not use that's the only thing I didnt like about his class. Very understanding just want you to try your best and be come to class. He don't like phones being put out while teaching lol every week we have a vocabular quiz and lab quiz just pay attention and study. His so funny love him great professor

Professor Mancini is an amazing caring man. He really wants the best for his students. Even if you are struggling, as long as you participate and show him that you are trying he will be fair. That's all he wants his students to do is try! All his exams are timed. There is homework on McGraw Hills that he gives you the entire semester to do.

He will help you out if you're trying. Make sure you show up to class everyday on time. He gives study sessions 3 times out the week before any exam or quiz and a bunch of practice tests. But, I would strongly suggest him because he prepares you for the TEAs, and homework is due at the end of the semester. (If you have sensitive ears wear ear plugs…) But all in all very caring and very supportive as far as right now :D

Professor is truly one of the best educators I've had the pleasure of learning from. His teaching style is engaging, clear, and incredibly thorough, making even the most challenging topics easy to understand. He genuinely cares about his students' success and always goes above and beyond to ensure we have the resources and support we need.

Professor Mancini is amazing and genuinely cares about his students. His lectures are always extremely engaging and make you want to actually learn and participate. His grading policy and syllabus is clear and maintained and when it comes to hw he gives you the whole semester to do it. If you ever get the chance to take him do it, he's the best!

Professor Mancini is the best! He is so kind, compassionate, and he loves to encourage all his students to reach their dreams and fullest potential. He gives the most inspirational talks in class, makes you feel comfortable to ask for help and reach out, gives so much review and help for exams. Do all his online HW! You will love him. Good luck!

Professor Mancini is the best! He goes out of his way to make sure everyone understands the concepts with his additional zoom sessions he held weekly along with his YouTube videos he has posted. He makes tough work more understandable and I highly recommend taking his class!

Pushes you to go above and beyond because that's what nursing is all about. He prepares you to the fullest, do the homework, show up and study because Sci2500 is hard. Especially if you haven't taken a Chem, OChem or Physics course in HS or college yet. Incredibly understanding and hilarious. Best professor :)

THE BEST PROFESSOR AT KBCC! science is a tough subject but he made it easy and very understandable! Unique science professor! He enjoys what he teaches and really cares for his students!
