This class was supposed to be in-person but was online because of Coronavirus. Taking a lab online isn't ideal, but he makes the most of it. He really wants students to succeed and helps them succeed. Overall, a low stress class.

This class was very nice and stress free. His labs aren't hard you write a lab report for every lab but it's not hard he tells you what to include in the lab report. This class was suppose to be in person but it wasn't because of Covid 19 but he's been very nice and clear on the grading and how he teaches the subject.

This class is one of the most stress feee course I ever taken. Due to the COVID-19 this class was virtual however, he was extremely patient with his students and was dedicated to help his students. Each lab you will have to write a lab report but its not hard. He even provides an example of what to include in the reports. Hes very nice

Professor Das is good, I recommend him 100%. I took his class during the covid era and he still managed to explain everything clearly and tell us exactly what he wanted. Would be nice to be able to a lab in person, but as for the situation, the virtual labs are easy and good. The lab reports are fairly simple as well.

The textbook used was for the online lab. This is one of the best classes I've taken. The professor is patient, kind, and is genuinely interested in having his students thoroughly learn the course material. At times he can be confusing but has no problem repeating himself until your concern is dealt with. Would definitely retake him.

Professor Das was very understanding during the summer term in a pandemic. Labs are hard to take in an online course but he really tried his best to keep us engaged and make it easy. He extends due dates frequently and explains the assignments that will be due for next time. Grades consist of 3 tests, 5 reports, participation, and attendance.

Professor Das is one of the kind at Miami Dade College, I took him last semester (BSC2010L) and I'm taking him again this semester (BSC2011L). He make you feel comfortable with the subject, he cares about your grade and your knowledge.

Das understands that you have a life outside of class many of us work and run into roadblocks HE WILL HELP YOU. Test and Labs are fairly easy and if you need help you can reach him at any time. Will take Das again.

The professor will lecture straight from the book. This means that if you ever miss a lecture you can simply read that chapter on your own. The quizzes and exams are very easy. He is knowledgeable and can give you in-depth responses to questions you may have, but overall the actual content to be graded on is very easy.

Hes not trying to fail you, he gives multiple attempts at all assignments, and never. gives attitude. Always tries to help and his lectures are easy to follow with powerpoints.

Our main work was on Pearson this semester, so it was easy to accomplish. The assignments he gives are not hard, they just take some time. The one thing that will get your grade low would probably be missing a class.

Prof. Das' BSC1005 class isn't too hard as long as you review your notes and study. His homework assignments aren't that long and easy to complete. He seems to really enjoy teaching the subject. I would definitely recommend the course.

A friendly man who tries to make you pass in your best interest. None of the tests were hard and the material can be lengthy but also shorthanded. The lab reports were very easily done too and I didn't stress too much in this class because it is easy.

Interesting and easy class during this pandemic crisis. I highly recommend Prof. Das because he is patient, caring and has a kind personality. He likes to help students. There are 5 virtual labs, a scientific paper in a group and a midterm and a final exam.

Professor Das allows you to make up your quizzes, which allows for a good grade in class, basically it is quizzes of 10 questions and two exams each 10 questions and 1 group presentation.

Attendance is mandatory but if you didn't show up you just had to email him and he'd change your attendance. Besides attendance, you had to complete a few homework assignments online but they were all multiple choice with multiple attempts to get a good grade. I would recommend it as an easy credit.

I currently have this professor for remote learning and so far it has been easy going through the class. Attend the lectures, watch the videos as he's sent our class, and the exam shouldn't be a worry to you.

The professor spend a lot of time explaining , sharing course related videos. All the notions are understood during the class which make studying so easy. The exams and homework are more about understanding than reciting data. The class is not difficult , and everyone can earn a satisfying grade.

You are graded on attendance, McGraw Hill lab HW, 5 easy lab reports (you can work in groups), an online midterm, and an online final. We did not use the lab manual. By attending class and doing the work you are basically guaranteed an A.

Professor Das is very accomodating and let me take the class 100% online even though it was blended. The only thing I wasn't aware of was an extra $150 for access to McGraw Hill, where all the quizzes take place. Every chapter/week there is homework but it's easy. Strong accent but definitely take him. Thank you for everything!

He really cares about his students and the work is easy, so he tries to make sure everyone gets an A. He will answer and questions and is good at responding to emails. 'Blended' lab class, but only 3 optional on-campus days, while the rest were self-study. Extended all assignments until the end of semester. He's great, so don't hesitate! The best!

If you want an easy grade this is the guy for you. He will make sure get that good grade. If you want you learn about biology, you are on your own. Dont worry about the group project, it is quite easy. The only problem is that he just reads off the PowerPoint slides word by word with no further explanation. Non proctored exams. Confusing Accent.
