She is a new professor who apparently was just hired on full time. DO NOT TAKE HER FOR ANATOMY. She is the WORST professor I have ever had, she gives incorrect information, doesnt know how to give a lab practical, and doesnt even make sense half the time. Her tests are easy but you will not learn a thing. This is a major problem for me!

This class is definitly hard. If your going to take this class be prepared to study A LOT and read and know the book INSIDE AND OUT. If you do that then you can get a good grade. You need to put a lot of studying time in and cannot miss any class time.
she is the worst prof. too strict! and teaching method sucks
Terrible instructor...huge language barrier!!!has class pets....youll see if you take her...she usually talks to them on break!!!!!booooooo
She's a really nice lady with a great sense of humor. The class requires a lot of studying, but the tests aren't too bad. She's a good teacher and I would take her again!
I was NOT one of her class favorites. Still, I learned a lot from her class and she gave me the foundation that I needed for Physio. I would take her again.
she is terrible. she has class pets and favors them. for the rest of us, she makes fun of our answers when we try. she grades so hard. i compared a test of mine to a "pet" and we got the same answer .. she got it right and i lost 6 points. shes so unfair. the class is fun, but shes not. DONT TAKE HER!
She's a wonderful woman who really cares about her students. Cute personality! Not very good with the whole study guide thing, but if you just take good notes and study what she talks about in class you'll be fine. I love her heart!
I thought Dr. H was so helpful, nice and funny! She made me want to come to class everyday and learn more! She gives you study guides, which definitely help you for practicals and exams. In my opinion, she did not have favorites. She just remembers her students names and many people take her more than once! Take her!
It was SO HARD but I know physiology. So sad she doesn't teach microb.
The class to take if you want to learn, I took her for ANAT and PHSO! She is active in the teaching process provides the most up-to-date information on the topic, will let you know when the book is out of date and to use her info. Clear on what she expects on test & provides a study guide.
I was actually sad when the class ended!!! If she pushes you it is just because she likes you and wants her students to succeed :) She gives study guides which help a TON. Basically, if you put in the time, there is NO REASON you will not get an A. If you are lazy and do not put in the time, you shouldn't be taking PHSO at all anyways!
I loved her class but her teaching style is not for procastinators. She has prepared me nursing school.
I'm taking Dr. H for Anatomy M01. I really like her as a person. She is intelligent and has a good sense of humor. Her teaching style, however, doesn't work for me. Lab is all study time. She basically tells us what we need to know and we are responsible for learning it on our own. She is there to answer questions but doesn't offer any guidance.
I had to get use to her accent, but is doable. She expects a lot from her students (more than half of the class dropped by the end), but explains what you need to know for the tests. As far as grading goes, she has marked correct answers wrong; if this happens just ask her about it. I would suggest Mrs. Hernandez to anyone.
She is an awesome teacher but anatomy is a hard class. It take a lot of work on your own to get a good grade in this class, but if you are determined you can get an A. If you are waitlisted stick around. Most people drop.
She is a hard teacher you get out of the class what you put into it. She will know what kind of effort you are putting into the class or not. I would take her again. I did and did well in both classes!
really great teacher i'm taking her again for physiology in the fall. dont expect not to study hello its anatomy its all memorization. very intimidating at first, but its just because she want to weed out people that are serious. tons of extra credit on her exam and she is super super helpful. she actually is tudoring me in spanish! Take her
She is hard but I am happy I survived her class. She teaches all you need to know and she applies all concepts to nursing, kinesiology, physical therapy. If you are not serious do not dare to take this class.
She is a very difficult prof. She definitely knows her stuff, but I found her teaching style to be disorganized. She expects a lot from her students (which is good!) so be prepared to study a lot. I don't recommend taking her class if you have a job/young children bc her class is demanding.
extremely hard class. very nice lady. has thick hispanic accent and speaks very quickly so it's hard to understand her. she doesn't complete her thoughts and often jumbles her words and makes no sense. her studyguide's arent much help, and she put's stuff not covered on the tests. labs are easy
Very disorganized, hard to follow lectures, tests are extremely difficult. You have to basically memorize the book. She's nice, but goes off on tangents and seems to have ADD. Unresponsive to emails and inquiries. I guess I was't a pet either. Am electing to withdraw late due to her failure to respond to my inquiries and her lack of response.
This semester with her was bad cause it was the first time she went by the book... Her notes and lecture don't compare to the test. She supplies study guides and maybe 2 of the 5 tests were related to the study guide. A lot of points were given for extra credit but not enough. Lab helped pull my grade up a lot!
I took Dr.H for Physio. It is a bit difficult to understand her. You will need to read the book thouroughly. Her lectures are a bit scattered. Lots of extracredit and a good portion of her class ended with an A.
I took Dr. H in Fall 2010. She is a terrific teacher and has high expectations. Her lectures are meant to be general; read the text before lecture and know textbook detail for the exam. Outline the book on topics she covers in the study guide. Be able to apply the info and use critical thinking skills. Great foundation for nursing school!
she is a great teacher! i had her for anatomy and phys and got good grades in both. yes you are going to have to work hard but if you need help she is always there any time you need it. Best advise is to use her office hours and have a study buddy or group. she gives lots of extra credit and that helps a lot.
I took Dr. H in spring 2012 and the class was a challenge. BUT, I learned soo much from having to apply myself to learn the material. Dr. H IS EXTREMELY helpful and willing to help anyone who asks for help! She gives study guides and tells you what information on the study guide to focus on! I got an A, but I worked hard for it! Future ANAT w/DR.H
Such a great teacher. Very hard material, but will help you as much as needed and keeps you entertained. Have to come to class and study to recieve a good grade. Gives a study guide and tells you what to focus on. Lots of extra points. ASK HER QUESTIONS! she will help! Great professor.
Took her class in Fall of 2012 and I thought she was extremely helpful and supportive. Invest in the time and it will pay off. Take advantage of the extra credit work offered and don't fall behind. Take ownership of what is yours and you will not be disappointed. I walk away with A LOT that I learned from this one class. Would take her again.
I think she was the most amazing teacher!! She has so much passion for what she teaches. You definitely have got to take the time to study. She is so helpful when it comes to the tests. She lays out a study guide, so if you follow it you will do great. Make sure you read the chapter before class, it will make a huge difference. She's the best!!!!
She is extremely scattered, hard to follow, not organized. Does not respond to emails, and then comes up with an excuse as to why the next day in class. Forgets what she lectures on and then puts things on test that she never covered. Offers a lot of extra credit to make up for her inadequate teaching.
One of the most difficult classes I've ever taken. You will have to work like crazy if you want an A. It is difficult to figure out what exactly to study for her tests and she can be difficult to understand. She does show that she cares though.
Overall she is very good at what she does, you will have to study on your own time and really put an effort in the class and take the time to really memorize. Offers a ton of Extra Credit and is very willing to help anyone if they have a question. I'm sad her class is over with because i learned a lot from her!
Great teacher! Physio is a hard class no matter the teacher. She does have an accent but its easy to get past after a week. Her tests are mainly multiple choice and the questions are all fair game. She doesn't teach everything that is on the test, BUT she does tell you exactly what pages she doesnt cover and which will be tested on. Take her class!
Avoid this professor. Does not explain well and is very unorganized with her lecture notes. Takes off points for any possible reason she can come up with. Learned mainly on my own.
Her lectures can be very confusing and spastic if you do not already know the material. READ THE BOOK - it will help you understand the concepts and ace the class. If she likes you, it only helps you. She is there to help if you ask, and she is bright - just not the best at explaining concepts. If you read and study often, you'll be golden.
Classes consist of a lecture and nothing else. Read the chapter before the lecture and ask questions if you have them. Tests are detailed, but she does tell you what aspects of the chapter to pay especially close attention to. No homework, just reading. Lots of extra credit. She is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. A very good teacher.
I really enjoyed her class. Prepare to read every chapter prior to lecture. Make flashcards ahead of time and study off of her study guide. Make sure to read the extras in each chapter. She can be a bit confusing on her instructions but she's easy to approach and will clarify her instructions.
This class was so hard that I had to withdraw during the semester. I tried so hard but it was too much for me. The chapters are so long and it's confusing on what you should and should not focus on. Her lab exams were impossible. My sister who is a RN was surprised at the advanced questions and solving problems on there. She's confusing & unclear.
Prof H is one of the best science teachers I have had overall in my nursing prereqs. This is not an easy class at all, but if you put in a lot of time and effort the class is doable. Go to office hours because the one on one is really helpful because she goes really fast in class. She cares about her students and I would 100% take her again !
Her exams are tough, but she really does care about your grade and will work with you if there is difficulty. She does offer extra credit. Make sure to read the book and pay attention in class. She's very approachable.
She's the best thing that ever happened to my nursing career goals. I had her for PHYSIO 2 years ago-CHANGED MY LIFE. Her method of teaching and knowledge single handedly gave me the skills necessary thrive in nursing school (I'm in my 3rd semester). I use what she taught me at least once a day. Pay attention, and really throw yourself into class.
She is extremely smart and very nice. If you ask for advice or any questions she is more than willing to help you out. She is a VERY tough grader, you may turn in the work you think it is good but you word it wrong and she will give you zero credit. She's an amazing person but tough teacher.
I would highly recommend- I wish I could take her for all my science courses! Lectures are extremely helpful she explains things very well. She is a tough grader on lab tests. But she is very approachable and willing to help you out as much as you need. Gives lots of extra credit.
SOME LOVE HER SOME HATE HER. I ENJOYED HER CLASS. SHE TELLS YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED TO STUDY. AND SHE IS VERY SMART. YOU DEFINETLY NEED TO STUDY AND READ THE BOOK THOUGH. SHE MAKES YOU WORK FOR YOUR GRADE. THERE ARE MANY EXTRA CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES AND SHE IS WILLING TO HELP YOU STUDY AND ORGANIZE YOURSELF IF YOU ASK HER.
Dr. H is a wonderful professor! She really cares about her students' success and does her best to make the concepts as clear as possible. This class is not easy at all and if you want an A you have to work for it. Do all the extra credit because it really boosts up your grade. Also, follow the study guides and do NOT procrastinate. I learned a lot!
Professor H is very intelligent, but she's not a great teacher. She gives out study guides for the tests, but often there would be other material than what was on there. More than once she graded my test wrong and each time she would promise to fix it and never would, even after reminding her. I got an A+ because of all the extra credit at least.
She's really hard and intimidating at first, but if you stick it through the semester she'll help you and give you a lot of extra credit. But you have to read the book and take good notes to pass her tests. She's very smart, nice and knowledgeable in anatomy and physio. She's always there to help if you have questions.
I TOOK DR H FOR ANATOMY AND I AM SURE GLAD I STUCK WITH HER FOR PHYSIOLOGY. SHE Real YOU MUST READ THE BOOK THOUGH TO REINFORCE WHAT SHE TEACHES IN CLASS. SHE'S APPROACHABLE FOR QUESTIONS AND EVEN THOUGH AT FIRST SHE MIGHT BE INTIMIDATING SHE IS VERY NICE AND WANTS YOU ALL TO LEARN AND BE SUCCESSFUL. LOTS OF EXTRA CREDIT AND STUDY GUIDES
unorganized lectures and unorganized exams. The study guides if she gives you one does not help. Expect the unexpected. Study a lot more then she tells you to. She does not answer emails very often and frequently is not there for her office hours. be ready for pop quizzes
This instructor will give you a hard time grade wise if you don't study well for her tests. She gives you a study guide online, which doesn't help at all. She goes too fast during her lectures and tends to skip a lot of them, making it difficult for you to take good notes. There's a presentation in the end that might just help your grade somewhat.
If you need physio, take Dr. H. The class is not difficult if you invest time to read the textbook and follow her lectures and board drawings. If you do not read the textbook, you will not pass. Aside from that, she is an incredible teacher that wants the best for her students. She will go out of her way to prepare you for your future goals
I was very disappointed at her level of disrespect to myself and a few of my classmates. She has favorites, which can be shown by any positive comment under her name. *Beware*: she makes A LOT of grading errors and is known for her errors. Be sure to check her work throughly. I throughly dislike her, due to her disrespect.
Dr H is one of my favorite professors. Not gonna lie, it's a hard class. Her exams are crazy, but most often she tells you what's on the exam (especially short answers)/has study guide. Lots of extra credit! She has an accent, and is sometimes all over. She's funny and motivates you. Lecture is super important for multiple choice, so always attend!
She's pretty tough but really prepared me for Microbiology. She taught me new study skills and really cares about the future of her students
In all honesty, physiology is going to be hard no matter which professor you choose. Dr. H was hard on all her students because she wants to see all her students succeed in the class, and beyond the class (future careers). Attend every lecture and lab, and study the study guide and what she tells you to study every day and you will be fine.
She is a nice person, but she is a really tough grader. Lots of errors you always need to check your work. Takes points off for every little thing. She's all over the place in lecture which makes it very difficult to follow. Her study guides don't help very much. You basically have to read the whole textbook and teach yourself. Would not recommend!
Heavy accent, unorganized during lecture, writes very small and sloppy on the board. Hard class. Tough grader with all written tests. Sometimes when I would ask her questions and I was still confused she didn't care to explain again or explain in a different way like how some other professors I've had would have done. Talk about anxiety!!!!
I love this Professor, Anatomy is a tough class meant to prepare you for the medical field in most cases which is why she is so helpful. She is a Doctor and knows what you need to be taught, not only in the book but also how your behavior should be. If you cant make it through her class, good luck in the medical field.
Anyone who rated Dr.H below a 3.0 probably didn't pass her class and is angry about it. Dr.H is an incredible professor who cares for her students to be successful in their future jobs. Her class is tough but its rewarding. Her lectures are never boring and she's always willing to help you if you don't understand. Take her for anatomy and physio!!!
Dr.H is INCREDIBLE. The most inspiring teacher I have ever had. She cares so much for her students. The class is really hard but it's physiology. She prepares you for your future career and I'm extremely grateful to have taken her. Take Dr.H you will not regret it.
Dr. H is a very good teacher! She is very knowledgable about physiology and she really cares for you. I love how much she wants to prepare you for your future. Also, I really appreciate how she connects all the different systems together. It makes everything much easier to remember! I would 100% take her again! Listen in lecture!
Hardest class ever! Better than any of mi biology UCLA professors. She cares but us tough. Dont take her if you dont want to read the book and work hard.
Hard to understand and calls on students at random in class. Tests were hard and the study guides/notes were not helpful.
I took Dr H fall 2017 she is very passionate about her job & teaching her students. If you need help understanding something do not be afraid to ask. Use her office hours! It will help you out in the long run. Study and read ahead. This class is not easy and do not expect getting an Easy A. It is a hard class but rewarding when you out in the work
If you don't have a good background in chemistry, reading the entire text book, and other classes, Do NOT take this class. She is very particular when grading, even if something is partially right, she'll mark it entirely wrong. Her lectures were also all over the place along with her study guides. Physio is hard no matter what but choose another.
Absolutely amazing professor. Definitely one of the hardest classes Ive ever taken, but I loved it. Test are difficult, focus on the textbook more than her study guides. She explains everything so well, and really makes the class enjoyable. Really cares about her students too.
I know what ur thinking shes the last teacher left... BUT dont do it, she makes the subject thats already really hard even harder. Her lectures are scattered and expects you to know things that should be on a 2nd or 3rd level class. Study guides are useless.
I took Dr. Hernandez for general biology and I would definitely take her class again. She gives A LOT of extra credit opportunities, the final was easy, and she dropped our lowest quiz score. You will need to read the textbook and work hard but her class is very reasonable.
Not good at English. I watched YouTube videos for everything. Her lectures are not useful. You have to read the book. Exams are long and you dont know what to expect easy or hard.
Really scattered lectures in the online format. It seems like there was absolutely no structure to the class. Read the textbook, learn the material yourself, and her tests and materials are not difficult but don't expect lectures to be coherent. It's not that there is a language barrier, its just she doesn't have the ability to teach complex ideas
She really wants us to succeed in our future careers as health professionals. You have to work for your grade. Its a hard subject and shes a tough grader but is approachable and helpful when you dont understand the material/expectations. I feel prepared for microbiology and my future health career thanks to Dr. H.
Dr. H is a phenomenal professor who really values her students understanding. She is willing to go great lengths to explain the concepts (diagrams, analogies, etc). I could not have had a better experience in this class!
Asynchronous. No lectures, you have to read the textbook and teach the material yourself. Do the questions she gives in each week's modules to help study. Exams are hard, but you are not proctored(open notes) and you are given adequate time to complete. Weekly labs are mandatory, but there are easy. Not such a bad honors class. She's very caring.
Professor Hernandez taught me effective ways to study that I'm still using to this day. She is more than fair, and her lab classes were very interesting. The online portion of her class was a little disorganized. If you're able to teach yourself from the book, you should be ok. Some tests are much harder than others but still very doable.
Dr. Hernandez is a great professor. if you're like me and have an affinity for life science, she's a great educator that'll tap into that desire to learn more. Her Biology 1 class is a very hefty course- 5 units- but if you read the prep modules before lab days and stay on top of it, she's a great teacher who wants to set you up for success. 10/10
Dr. H is a super nice and caring teacher. She truly knows exactly what she is teaching and enjoys doing it. She wants to see her students succeed and is there when needed. Her way of teaching can be a bit tough but physiology is not a very easy subject as is. I would honestly take her course again for any other science class if needed!
Super nice and caring, really wants you to succeed. Gives good advice on how to take notes. I feel like lectures, labs and material on Canvas material didn't intertwine. But she gave lots of extra credit especially to those who showed up to lectures regularly. Exams were online and open notes. heavy material, you must do a lot of reading and study!
She is a very nice person. Read the book, take notes, memorize stuff you will be fine. She gives a lot extra credit.
She's such a sweet and funny professor. I don't think her teaching style is for everyone. She definitely prepares you for nursing programs by hitting you with a lot of information. She talked about giving us extra credit throughout the semester but only gave us one. Not much homework, few labs, presentations, quizzes, and lots of studying!!!
Teaching style was very unorganized, get ready to teach yourself from the textbook and power points. Extremely tough exam grader, study guides/practice quizzes useless, very forgetful, have to remind her what assignments/labs you turned in to get your points, going to lecture is a waste of time, Incapable of teaching complex topics like physiology
Most frustrating class I've ever taken She was nice to you if she liked you and if she didn't prepare to have all your tests and homework "go missing". She is extremely unorganized and then blames her inorganization on students. What she lectures on is not on the test. Study guides are useless.
If you are ready to stick your head in the books, take this professor. She is so sweet but she is very disorganized. Don't bother using her study guides. Practice tests are somewhat similar to the actual exam. Labs were basically given participation points. She doesn't use PowerPoints so it was hard to follow along or visualize anything!
Very caring professor, she takes pride in her work and is well qualified for her job. I appreciated her resources she provided us for exams and understanding. However the class itself is extremely difficult for what I believe an first level class to be. Her expectation falls in line with students majoring in biology or health sciences.
She is nice and passionate about her knowledge. Unfortunately, she is extremely unorganized and lectures are a hit or miss. She expects you to read 90% of the material in the book and only lectures on a small portion. Study guides are not that helpful and she is a tough grader. Has multiple choice exams and short answer questions as well.
Be ready to be stressed out more than you anticipate. The professor is very knowledgeable of the subject, but seems to teach us in a way as if we're on the same level. She is very particular on how she wants things worded in exams, if its not written in her way you get no credit for effort. Exams are multiple choice, and SA, both graded separate.
I have had bad professors, but this professor made it nearly impossible to succeed in her class. Extra credit is offered but it has to be word by word from the textbook to get it right. She also plays favoritism. She wants you to respect her, but will not provide you with any respect at all. Belittles everyone on top of that. I had to drop...
Extremely discouraging. She lectures as if we have had previous physiology classes, and will not help you if you have questions during class or outside of it but will rather make remarks on how you wont succeed as a nurse or whatever career you plan to pursue.. I have never had to drop a class before until now, and its very unfortunate.
Know this: If you're not going to put in the requisite time and effort into this class, you will fail. And speaking as someone who has spent time at university: If you cannot handle this class, you are not (yet) ready for the workload of upper division classes. With that being said, she actually is a good teacher who explains things well enough.
One of the worst experiences with a professor. She made it extremely impossible to pass her class. You had to do 90% of the work on your own. Her lectures where all over the place and just back and fourth. There was extra credit but it had to be exactly the way she wanted it. No partial credit given. She embarrassed students in front of the class.
She didn't show love for her students and showed favoritism. Questions were not welcome and she made you feel stupid for not understanding and just sent us to the book for the answers which contradicted what she told us. She's also a tough grader and doesn't give any room for error. If we miss one wrong word on a long response we will get a 0.
1/5 reviews are too harsh. Pros: Lectures are good, she acts like a caring mother. Will gladly answers questions about concepts/medial field after class. Cons: Not all material covered in class, but tells you what section to read. No partial on extra credit (short ans), but that's b/c it's applied to TEST score. Lecture before quiz gives answers.
Dr.H is very caring but don't get it confused with favoritism. She can read students that truly care to pass her class and those who don't. She gives everyone many chances to bump up their grade. Although her class is tough, she prepares you for Micro and for the nursing program. If you try your best you will pass.
Dr. H is a very knowledgeable and compassionate instructor. Her class is not easy because she expects high standards from her students, but if you work hard and dedicate yourself to her class, you will succeed. You also have to try to be understanding of her teaching methods and learn to be flexible as she helps prepare you for the nursing program.
For the sake of yalls grades and mentality, please trust in the 1/5 ratings. Although passionate, she is very degrading to those in the classroom. She does NOT answer your questions without making a remark at it, and an insane amount of people dropped. It was til then she started playing nice. It screams favoritism to the max. Just don't do it.
Dr. H was always so accommodating. Your grade is mainly based on tests however she truly does want you to succeed. Lectures only provided a simple overview of the topic so you had to read for the rest of it, but she provides everything you need, the slides are posted online, there are practice quizzes, and even videos to help you understand more.
There is no favoritism when it comes to Dr. H. You just have to respect her and put in the effort. Do the labs (majority of them were fun and lab exam was easy), ask questions, she provides study guides and practice tests! If you just communicate with her then she will be understanding if you are having a difficult time juggling classes around.
Dr. Hernandez is probably one of the best professors I've had at Moorpark. She's very clear with exactly what you need to study for the tests and only lectures on what you need to know. The lab exams are easy but the lecture exams do require a large amount of reading and studying on your own.
It's true that her lectures can seem all over the place & you're expected to do a lot of reading on your own, but I think if you just make the time to study or review the material it's an easy class. So many people do drop, but even with getting 60% on one of my exams I was still able to end with an A; So don't give up early in the semester.
Be prepared to put in the work - this class is challenging but manageable with dedication. The professor is knowledgeable, though their teaching style may take some adjusting. Using resources like the textbook, unstuck AI, and study sessions can really help.
Whatever u do do NOT take this class with this teacher Wish I could go back in time & decide to wait til next semester with a better teacher Lectures are all over the place & the way she lectures is disorganized. Shes bad at teaching is aware of it, as she literally stated in class that she knows most people taking this class will have to retake it
Jazmir Hernandez is the worst professor I've had in five years of college. I took her class to complete prerequisites for my master's, but her disorganized lectures and lack of clear expectations made it impossible. She even stated many of us would likely retake the class, showing little concern for student success.
I definitely underestimated these low ratings when I first took this class. Be prepared to read the entire book all by yourself. Everything about her teaching is just so confusing and hard to keep up with. If you get this teacher I advice you to drop immediately and find a better professor.
Doesn't give you clear criteria for studying, every student that got an A to my knowledge was cheating in the back of the class, assigns a lot of lab HW. Caring teacher because she actually wants you to know everything, but she demands too much for a non-honors class.
AVOID THIS CLASS! lecture is disorganized, professor is all over the place and acknowledges it. No study guide or even helpful learning objectives for exams, exams are a mess! expects you to read the entire book. she tends to go off topic A LOT. She "takes attendance" whenever she remembers, and always talks down on students who miss her class.
Absolutely horrible. EXTREMELY disorganized in her lectures and study guides. I asked her a question and she responded with “oh no, you don't need to study that, that is not on the exam.” Okay, so why is it on the study guide? Now we're just wasting our time studying something we shouldn't. Also, the students have to correct her in her own lectures
I don't know what happened to those in physio, but I had a great time in bio with Dr. H. Her tests were challenging for me, but I loved the labs so much. If you communicate early on she'll notice you and care for your well-being. She knows she has a tough class, but she believes in those who take it! She'll give you all of her support.
You can do good in the class if you focus on the learning objectives when studying and pay attention to her lectures. She often tells you what some of the questions are going to be. Labs don't take too long but she does give a lecture quiz and lab quiz every day from the previous days lecture and the lab quiz is on the prelab.
disorganized
She moves pretty fast in lecture so I would get a little lost sometimes, however her slides are really easy to study on your own. As long as you study the slides you will do just fine on the exams, they weren't very hard. SO much extra credit opportunity on the exams due to easy bonus questions. Sweet and caring!!
Studying is a must in this class, as lectures can sometimes be all over the place. Despite that, this professor was my favorite becuase of how she taught and made sure you understood the course material, especially if you ask questions.
