Treats Precalc like its a rite of passage. I dropped at mid-term with a failing grade and did not repeat the course. I proceeded to take Calc I and II at UCONN in the first and second summer sessions and got A's in both. Something is wrong when Precalc is harder than Calc. I'm a math major doing well in all 3 of my math courses this semester.

you will not pass this class if you're not paying attention to the lectures. homework is harder than the tests but he prepares the class beforehand with a replica of the test. a little strict with test grading but all work is given partial credit even if the answer is wrong. if you're good at math this class will be a breeze

Excellent teaching skills. You can learn a lot from his class. However, he is a very tough grader, so make sure to attend his classes and memorize what he teaches. He has his own weird way of grading that does not make any sense! Plus, he doesn't care whether you've learned or not. So, make sure to follow up on everything.
