She's hella cool. It's a fun class with cool people, a great instructor and lots of interesting subjects are touched upon. I like goin to that class and I'm sure mostly everyone else does. She makes it cool.

I LOVED her. I am a pysch major and her class was way easy. Her approach to teaching is entirely hands on and her love for psych and research shines brightly. She is very enthusiastic about what she does and therefore you will feel the same. I got an A+. I recommend her all the way!

What can I say? She's a great teacher and easy to talk to. I love her quirky sense of humor and half the time in class we're laughing, yet we still learned a lot. I have had her for two semesters and look forward to having her again. I highly recommend her!

one of the best teachers i've ever had and definitely the most interesting class i've ever taken. you can easily get A's on her tests without buying the book as long as you go to her lectures. her lectures are fun and exciting so you hardly feel like you're learning at all, and yet you still learn everything you need to.

I truly enjoyed taking this class with Dr. Clifford. She has this way of teaching that makes you want to learn not just for a college grade but for life. She's straight and forward and she's always up to date with her emails. There are no projects or essays (just optional extra credit) and the final isn't required. I took human sexuality over the summer, it was my favorite class ever, she is so funny and genuinely nice and caring. The class is beyond easy and it is only 3 weeks long, you won't regret taking it.

Great person! loves psych, although seems to share her own experiences in detail rather than go into depth with what we are suppose to learn which makes test hard, low/no book use never assigns readings. was really hoping to learn more about research methods but this is not the class for that. bummer. really great person, energetic, funny!

Clifford is very energetic, loves to laugh and cry as she'll tell you on the first night. Very helpful and kind to students. Lecture pace is a little too fast to take notes in so make sure you read text prior to class. This class has several tests, but no papers to write. She asks questions from lectures on test, so attendance is key.

This professor is super adorable, super enthusiastic, and super clear. For this class, she makes it fun and attending class was mandatory because if you wanted to do well on exams and class participation, you have to show up. Highly recommended to anyone taking any psych class although I've only had her for one. She's amazing!!

I took Professor Clifford's Short term Psych 1A class. It was only 9 weeks long, but I found it to be very interesting and very comprehendible. I took her class online, but I have heard many good things about her from those who have taken the course in class and she seems like an awesome instructor. I took Professor Clifford's online course for Psychology 1A and I actually loved it. She's always one email away if you need any help, plus her grading is pretty clear. She even makes the class interesting.

I took her online Psychology class. She is a great teacher. Her slides are straightforward and easy to understand. Test are multiple choice and true/false. I emailed her about a few questions she responded quick seems like a cool teacher. I wish there was room for me to have her in person.

Dr. Clifford is an amazing online teacher, even though we don't meet in person she is easy to reach by email. She always emails back within a day. I've taken a few classes with her already but this was online which is different than her in class teaching style, but still very simple and easy to use. You use the REVEL program to complete assignments, discussions based off the chapter, and an exam every 2 weeks I think. Interesting class, I learned alot.

I wish I discovered Clifford earlier. Crystal clear notes and test questions. She's interested in you learning the material, not trying to trip you up with trick questions like some professors. What i like about Professor Clifford is she's explains very well and from what I notice as a student she enjoys teaching which makes learning fun. On certain exams she would give extra credit and she also gave an extra credit assignment. Overall, Professor Clifford and Murphy are some of the best psychology instructors at Merced College.

No question why she's one of the most liked teachers on campus. At the beginning of the course she says she'll turn everyone into a psych major and its because she makes class so fun and lectures so interesting. One negative is that she loves discussion and in a big class, classes quickly become discussion based rather than learning new material.

Her lectures are really easy; just follow along. Everything on the exam is in her lectures. She lets you bring a 3 by 5 note card to use on exams. She really seems to know her stuff and the lectures are fun too. Easy A if you just pay attention.

She's really helpful although I only had her class online and never met her. She had given multiple chances at extra credit and I was really grateful. The work is not hard but it is a handful. It can be easily finished by the beginning of the week though. Since it was an online class, the only thing to remember is the due dates to your assignments.

I was very happy in her class, because step by step she took us to the objective of learning all the content that was required to pass the class, she was very patient and she always clarified my doubts. She also has a very good style when giving her classes, because with the practice we did in class, everything was clearer. She is really good.

She gives genuine feedback on everything. She responds to emails quickly and thoroughly and doesn't slack on grading. I have never met in her in person, but you can just tell that she has a big heart and I appreciate that in a professor. I understand why she has so many great reviews.

Super easy class! You are given a week to finish all required assignments. The exams can be tricky because theyre just true/false questions. There is one group project, but its simple. You choose your own group, but choose wisely. She also offers extra credit.

She was the best! her class was always a joy to go to. She lectures off powerpoint so its a must to show up and get the information if you dont get the book. Also grades participation from canvas at the end on the semester so you should show up to get those points (50 points). She lets you use a note card on the exams which was super helpful!

Prof Clifford is an amazing instructor. Her lectures are useful. She speaks from personal experience. But pay attention because when she lectures, it will be on test. Gives extra credit opportunities and NO HOMEWORK. Attendance mandatory depending on what you're in the middle of. The only issue I had is study guide is not compliant with test.

I first took Dr. Clifford for PSYC36 and really enjoyed her teaching. This is my final semester and I finished off with the one of the best professors. You simply will gravitate towards her. You do have to work, but she will prepare you with the material. She has guided me through my psychology major. I am a better person today becasue of her.

Amazing professor I took her online during the pandemic. She assigns easy assignments and we do about 2-3 group slide presentations (we just share the link no presentation needed). We use an online revel textbook after each chapter you have to answer questions about it and have 3 attempts for each same. Lots of reading but you will pass if you read

Professor Jeanie is a sweet and caring person. She responds quickly to emails and questions. The class has a good decent amount of reading and quizzes throughout the reading. Participation matters with discussions and responding to your peers. Four (t/f) exams. The class was enjoyable and the work is clear and concise.

I took her at CSU Stan online. Weekly assignments were a handful but doable (easy) and simple. Her materials was interesting and engaging. Probably my favorite course this semester. Online book had weekly homework assigned to it. Prof. Clifford is caring & her personality shows while it was only an online course. Highly recommend taking her.

Such an amazing class. They are my favorite professor by far, I've taken about 3 classes with her and they are amazing all her classes are set up about the same way. Pearson Revel, short lecture videos, quiz and lecture slides every week. Super easy as long as you read the text!

Nice professor, A lot of work! she gave more homework then any others, learned a lot she also doesn't allow you to work ahead in the module and will doc you for not remembering to leave feedback on other peoples work. Even after I had submitted, I was still docked. Take this class when your case load is light. she requires your undivided attention.

If possible, please take this professor!! Even if this course is not mandatory for you, Human Sexuality is something that I believe everyone should take. Took her Psychology 01 course during the summer and it was a lot of work crammed unto a few weeks but overall the assignments were very easy and so were the quizzes if you followed along with the video lectures and slideshows. She is very tech savvy and would create her own narrated interactional videos that were both informing and entertaining.

It is important that you watch her lecture videos and all videos she will assign to watch as there will be several questions on the exams about them. The way she asks the questions on the exam will confuse you if you do not pay attention to the videos. Overall, it was a wonderful learning experience. She is very passionate about helping you learn.

One of the best professors at the college I have ever had. Understanding, Sweet, and super Patient. Replies to your emails almost instantly, and gives you feedback on more than half of your assignments. She gives really good insightful lectures, and has a bright bubbly personality! All you have to do is pay attention to get the grade you deserve.

Professor Jeanie is super sweet and engaging. While the workload can be heavy, her feedback is invaluable. Definitely utilize Unstuckstudy and the textbook to stay on top of the material.

Professor Clifford is the best she is very laid back and if you need help don't be scared to ask for help i recommend her for any psychology classes she is very easy for class.

Very good teacher, and so understanding! Yes you will read a bit, and take quizzes during readings, but it's not hard if you pay attention. Take notes for quizzes/tests! You will pass if you try. Super sweet, and understood me whenever I had technical difficulties. If you have questions, ask! She is so nice, and doesn't mind at all. Great Teacher.

Dr. Jeanie is a super kind and excellent professor. I took her for Psychology 22 and Psychology 09 and easily got A's in both classes. She replies quickly to emails and has such a great sense of humor. In Psychology 09, there were 4 exams, and for Psychology 22, there were 5 exams and 1 final group project (graded based on individual performance).

Jeanie Clifford is incredible. She will be the nicest teacher you ever have. The work is laid out very clearly. The lectures are short and very understandable. You will not struggle, she won't be a stickler for every grammar detail, you'll be able to understand. Submit your work complete and on time and you'll probably get an A.

She's super cool

Lectures are great, not boring. Homework is minimal and fairly easy. One group project and extra credit opportunities available throughout semester. She is personable, and very easy to talk to. Super helpful with direction for not only her class but future goals (Psych related). Not super heavy with papers, mostly interactive.

Amazing professor! She cares about her students and I loved her lectures. She uses a free textbook (which is great) and her assignments were all straightforward and easy. Four exams in total, but don't stress, if you pay attention and review the study guide, you will pass!
