Best stats class ever. I'm a crappy math student and pulled an A!

Lectures are easy to follow. Makes all the math equations simple and easy to understand. You also get to use a cheat card on the Exams. Awesome Instructor.

Easy going teacher, eplains thoroughly. Definitely recommended. One of my friends recommended her, Easier tests, and the best past is, you actually learn something, instead of confusing people, gives details on side on how to look at the problem from a different perspective.

This has got to be the easiest STATS. course every. I highly recommend her. She's a really good teacher & a nice person. She is very clear & organized with her material which makes it easy for students to learn. There are no surprises on her test. Be sure to attend review day--it helps a lot.

she is a very good teacher. tells you exactly what is on the test. no essays or anything, just multiple choice tests. lets you drop one. the only catch is that her multiple choice questions are a little confusing sometimes, but i got B's easily on her tests.

she is a very easy teacher if you read the book! honestly, I never used to read the book in high school but she gets her test questions straight from the book. her lectures aren't very helpful cuz she abbreviates a lot and writes all over the board. She's the best. Listin to me, you study your notes and skim through the book (Bolded stuff) and you'll get an A. Best teacher I've every had.

She is the coolest person. She has a lot of interesting stories to tell. Most of her tests are based on her lectures, so attendance is very important if you want to pass the class. I went the whole class without a book and still got a B.

Good instuctor. Lectures are very thorough and easy to understand. She keeps it interesting by comparing what you learn to relevant real world situations. Definitely a good choice for a statistics course.

Good teacher. I've taken her for General Psyc and Statistics. Her tests are a little hard but if you study and read the material...then no problem.

I took this class to complete a math requirement and ended up having a lot of fun. Dr. Edman was very clear and easy to understand. No homework other than reading, and the four exams are fairly easy. Make sure to attend lectures, some of the formulas she introduces are different from the text. 3x5 card (1 side) allowed for each exam.

A very nice teacher. You wont regret taking her! Her tests are not difficult if you listen to her lectures and read the text. Very easy! I got an A without struggle. She also offers a lot of extra credit points possibilities.

shes a great prof! very interesting and funny! and there isnt any homework besides studying for the exams.

Easy class. No HW, 2 exams, final, and several in-class work. 60% of the exam is based on short answer questions. 40% is 40-45 question mult choice. Gives you review sheet with all possible questions she might ask. Do those and memorize before the exam and you will get an A. Offers a lot of extra credit. She talks a lot about personal experiences.

Edman is great! I would definetly recommend her. She talks alot about her personal experiences and makes time fly, she is really easy to get along with and is really enthusiastic. Exams are mostly straight from the text and are very predictable, also lots of extra credit points available. She showed our class really cool videos too :D

Edman is the best! No hw drops lowest of 5 exams, bonus questions from films shown in class, extra credit for completing surveys. She is very nice and understanding, really explains things so u can get it and remember it. No tricky questions on exams or shady stuff like that, she is great!

Very Helpful and Easy Class!

This class was one of the hardest I took the tests are pretty much everything from the book so make sure you read, but the final was what break me it was so hard it drop my grade so make sure u read extra hard for it because the questions are tricky.

This is my 2nd time taking psych bc of personal reasons. Compared to Eckley, i'd say she is soooo much better. I love the way she uses real life, interesting stories to relate to a certain topic. That was how I memorized a lot of the materials. BTW: i nvr purchased the book. The book she uses has a site that u can go on n review for FREE!

Dr Edman is an AMAZING teacher. You do have to come to class and pay attention to get a good grade. If you study, the tests are NOT hard. I got an A in this class. If you get less then a B in this class then you probably rarely came to class or didn't study. She is straight forward and to the point. You will know what is expected of you.

PSYCH300 was my favorite class. Edman is easy, what she teaches in class is on the test. You have 3 tests and a Final, you can drop one. If you are satisfied with your 1st 3 tests, you do not need to stay for the Final. Edman is highly entertaining, I rarely stopped laughing in her class. I recommend her to anyone!

I recommend her to anyone who has any interest in psychology. Her exams are very straight and to the point, no tricks, and almost right from the lecture. You do have to know the material, but she gives a lot of extra credit so if you do well on the tests you're not always looking out for your grade.

If you are a strong at taking tests then go for it but your whole grade is basically based on test scores. Come to class for participation points and there are no homework assignments. Tests are tough!

She's a good person, very good teach, charismatic, lots of energy, has interesting stories/examples to go with her lectures, and is also understanding (being a psychologist). Her tests are not as easy as she says they are-class avg. on them aren't very high and wording can confuse you. You must study book for a good grade. Lots of Powerpoint slides

Profeesor Edman is one of the nicest teachers i have met. i took the class at CRC and being a Psych major it was not a piece of cake. The tests are hard but if you take the time to study you shoukd be fine. The lectures and group projects are interesting for the most part..The movies not so much. Show up each class, do your notes, and study!!

She's an awesome teacher, everything on the exams were in the lectures. She gave us a study guide which was pretty helpful. There's no homework, and she even lets you drop your lowest exam score. There are credit days for being there, usually when she plays movies. But overall I'd recommend taking her class!

She was a nice teacher! I wouldn't say she is easy though! I got an A in her class, but it's from reading the textbook! I found what helped me was reading the textbook and then looking over the powerpoint and noticed how everything made a lot more sense after reading the book. Overall she's not easy but she's not hard either. She's a cool teacher!

Very approachable and friendly professor. Passionate about the subject she teaches without being snobby. Research Methods was a pretty easy class with only a few minor assignments and a major paper. Wants her students to succeed. Recommended.

You will need the textbook, you better read the chapters if you want a C or above, the study guides do help, but reading the book is a BIG chunk of the test. This class is hard, and you have to attend the lectures or you will get dropped. She gives extra credit, but you have to pay attention!

notes are all available online, very helpful when studying for test. didnt use the book very much, if you do you will probably receive an A without the book i received a B. she drops the lowest test out of 4 tests including the final which doesn't cover the entire class only 2 chapters.

I took her hybrid class. Great and very interesting professor! I highly recommend her. Dr. Edman knows her stuff and tries to break down the psych terminologies as best as she can. It's an easy class as well.

Professor Edman was very awesome. She is very pleasant, organized and structured. I really enjoyed her class. For me her tests were really tricky you really have to make sure you READ every single word of the textbook. I would however recommend her, because she made the subject matter interesting.

In my opinion, she is too easy. Althoug, I did appreciate her dropping the lowest test score. I mostly enjoyed her lectures. but overall, I guess I wanted more out of the class.

Dr. Edman is passionate about cross cultural psychology. She is always upbeat and funny. Her midterm and finals are based on the book. If you read the book, you'll do good on the tests. Her homework consists of watching videos and answering questions related to the videos. The videos are very interesting. She also give extra credit!

I'm in her hybrid class, and the online part is easy but in class is just rushing through notes and students getting her off topic. Edman herself is helpful and responds very quickly to emails, but in order to get anything out of the in-class stuff you need to go on D2L and look at the powerpoints

Edman's course is never boring. 4 Exams including the final, lowest one is dropped. I studied very hard and got A's for the first three exams therefore, I didn't have to take the final. Study guides are given for each exam, STUDY & UNDERSTAND them! I cannot stress that enough! If you don't, lectures only get you about 12 the points on the exam.

You just need 3 A's out of the 4 tests that she gives but you have to read the textbook to get A's. Very laid back, helpful, and understanding, not a pushover. Gives a study guide on topics that are on the test. Definitely have to know the material to get an A but its average difficulty. Will drop you if skip 4+ lectures. I highly recommend her.

Professor is nice, sweet, funny and loves her job! No papers! Instead you read the textbook, go to class and take lecture notes then read the textbook again. She'll give 3-4 big exams and a final, if you do good on the exams you don't have to take the final. So study. I didn't have to take the final but I took it anyway, I went from a C to a B!

Professor Edman was so energetic and came to class with a smile on her face ready to teach or basically READ from the lecture. Exams are multiple choice but be prepared to READ and UNDERSTAND the DEFINITIONS and important information about the subject. Suggest NOTECARDS & STUDY!! She's incredibly passionate, and lectures are lively and mostly engaging. Try to attend every class, she does grade participation. She gives four exams total with 3-4 extra credit questions, and drops your lowest. (Try to pass the first three so you can skip the final!) If you don't read or study for the class, expect to fail miserably.

You are graded only on tests and if you get A's on the first 3 you get out of the final. If you go to class and take notes you will pass the class no problem. The tests are only on the lecture and its a very easy class. The professor is super chill and nice.

She gives really good examples for you to remember things. 4 exams total, but she drops the lowest exam. If you get an A on all 3, you dont have to take the final. She sometimes takes roll, and it counts toward participation points, if you go on extra credit days it really helps your grade. Science is not my subject, but i still did really well.

Professor Edman is a really sweet professor. Her lectures arent too boring, and she really wants her students to pass. I took PSYC300, so the class was super full; therefore, she isnt able to get close to each and every student, but shes a great professor to talk to and learn from. Her general psych class was overall enjoyable.

I took this professor's online class and it was great. At first, I didn't by the book and I just went off the powerpoints, but I recommend renting the book. There were two assignments and one extra credit opportunity. There are exams every Wednesday, which are 40 questions each and timed. On the weeks you have assignments you don't have an exam.

Professor Edman is a kind and a smart Professor. Shes nice and engages in her lectures as well as does a pretty good job of making sure you learn the information. To pass the class you need to go to the lectures and listen as well as follow along in the textbook. She also lets you drop the worst test grade out of 4 (5?) tests which is helpful.

Took both PSYCH 370/371 online. Tests were not bad, just need to read to pass. Professor allows you to not take the final, if you are satisfied with your overall grade from previous exams or she drops the lowest test score if you take the final. An overall pretty good professor, this is why I took it a second time.

I really enjoyed her class. She is super enthusiastic and her lectures are amazing! They keep me awake and usually I zone out through lectures in all of my classes. No homework, just participation days (she tells you in advance) and 4 exams, lowest one is dropped. Just make sure you either read or reference your notes. Take her!

Took her 8 week Psych 300 class online in the fall of 2019. Received an A+. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ps if you do take her class online and get stuck on a question, you can google it, it is usually there on quilt.

I took this professor for Psyc300 and 371. She was super easy and there wasn't a lot of work at all. The tests are SOOOO easy and you can essentially sleep and pass the class.

Most people had a textbook, but I decided not to get one and I still passed with a B. The lecture are kind of long but she doesn't really what you to write everything down. If you listen to her lectures you will pass. I didn't really need to take much notes and didn't get the book either. You also get to watch videos pretty often.

Really good professor. Lectures the whole time and doesn't get sidetracked, I was personally engaged but others can think differently. Her stories usually tie in with the lectures, all you need to do is pay attention and go over the textbook. There are study guides and you can drop the lowest test grade if you decide to take the final.

So glad I took her class! During this difficult time it's so stressful when professors give you a million assignments. Final grade based on 3 exams. 60 questions and you get 1 minute per question. Just READ the textbook and watch the videos(optional). You'll pass with an A! I'd definitely take her again for other PSYC classes! Highly recommended!

Great easy A, class has only six exams which has the answers online. One assignment where you watch a video on also offered along with extra credit on that one assignment. Took half semester class passed very easy. Highly recommend professor. Take it 5/5

Tests are pretty much weekly, but the syllabus is clear and pretty simple. Would definitely take again!

Tests are very hard but answers are online. You get a short amount of time for ?'s. No homework, just exams (6). One extra credit opportunity that is super easy. Good class if its for a gen ed requirement, but not really if you want to learn anything. Asynchronous.

I took the 8 week asynchronous class so I never met her in person. Only graded on 4 exams and the required writing assignment. As long as you do the reading and take notes you'll pass the exams. She provides lots of resources like PowerPoints and videos. Graded based on points earned rather than total % .

Took the 8 week course and there were four exams and two assignments, one of which is extra credit so I never met the professor. She drops the the lowest exam so you dont even have to take the last test. Its an easy A if you study for the exams, which can be long for the time allotted (1 min per question)

I took her fast-paced class and it was great. Every two weeks you had an exam. Super easy class as long as you read. She doesn't allow retakes but does weigh out your best top three scores. Also don't have to take the last exam if you're happy with your grade.

I took the 8-week course which went by fast, and I honestly didn't try too hard. But if you do try hard, you'll definitely get an A easy. I slacked a lot on taking notes for the exams, so I ended up getting a B on average. There were 4 exams, but the lowest score was dropped. She gave extra credit, and textbook is needed for this 8-week class.

This class is by far the easiest class I have taken in college so far. I highly recommend it if you are taking this course just to get rid of a GE because it is an easy A. Though, if this is your major, it may not be for you because I did not learn much from this class. The internet is a good resource for this class as well.

I took the fast track because I needed a quick 3 units and it was a great decision. Literally 4 assignments total one small writing assignment answering questions and three exams. (she drops lowest exam grade) I wish all my classes were like this. Take this class if you are a lazy procrastinator like me.

Had it for a 4 week summer course. There was an exam every Fri, but she dropped the lowest one. She posted slides, but the most info was in the textbook. Def recommend taking her, bcuz its all on your own time

The class consists of 4 tests (lowest grade drops) and an extra credit assignment. It lasts for 8 weeks so you have to focus to do good on this class (or you can just search for every answer on Google). If you do the searching it is the easiest class you can take.

Easy class. 3 exams about 60 questions each. There is a book you have to purchase but you can find the copy online. Relaxed class just find time for exam days.

Jeanne's class is a cakewalk if you put in minimal effort. With dropped exams and extra credit, it's an easy A - just don't slack off on the textbook. unstuck study proved super helpful for test prep too.
