Nice lady! Watch out for her tests, they can be tricky. You can bring 1 sheet of notes for a test so if you can write in a size 2 font take her! Her grading system: 10% take home quizzes (not sure if take home is for every class), 25% Final, 65% tests.

Excellent Professor! Knows what she's talking about and how to explain it to her students. If you show up to class you'll get an A!

Very good professor, really helpful. She doesn't give a lot of work and you are able to use 3 index cards on the test. If you did decent in MAT 123, you should have no trouble.

This professor was pretty good. Just 8 home quizzes (which are based on class notes and hw) and 3 tests (which are not bad). She made the mathematical concepts easier to understand....

I had her for stats 1&2. She is a really good teacher. She explains things very well, and is easy to understand. She allows a cheat sheet for the tests too. Take her if you can. She's an Awesome teacher. If you put time into her class you will get a good grade.

She is an amazing teacher, she is very helpful and very dedicated. She lets you use notes on the tests so if you study and write up good notes you'll do fine. She is very fair, the downside you have to do 2 projects which can get pretty confussing but she is right there to help you through the whole thing if you have any problems.

If you are not strong in math, she makes it easy for you to understand. She gives out pwrpoint notes, and lets you create a sheet of notes for her tests. She gives out reviews for the tests, and is always available to help. If I can get an A, ANYONE can. I always hated math, but now I might actually consider taking a Math class as an option instead

She is so easy & helpful. She gives students the power point notes, which r excellent.Just study from them & no need to open the book. Excellent professor. Very Very easy. Even weak students, who r phobic to maths manage to pass her course. Average students can just hit A & brillant students don't even have to give finals in her course.

Great professor, I'm currently taking her for statistics 1 and plan on taking her next semester for 2. Very eccentric, definitely keeps your attention. She allows a cheat sheet on her tests so impossible to fail. I'm not a math person and I understand her completely.

Took her for STATS 1 Online, she is great. Responds to any questions you have right away. If you do all the homework problems on the sylabus and make a good sheet of notes for the exams, you should get an A with no problem. If you fall behind and don't do any of the homework problems, you are in for a rude awakening.

I loved her! She's awesome and answers questions thoroughly. There are 3 tests and a final. You can use a cheat sheet on all the tests (not quizzes) and use all of them for the final. 3 projects to do and they're easy. I never did hw (she doesn't check it) and got an A for the course. TAKE HER!!!

She's really good! I took her Stat II class over again because I dodn't do well the first time. You have a do a project, which she splits into two parts. 3 tests, and the final, and she drops the lowest test grade. Homework is a must, especially if you don't understand something. All of her notes are in PowerPoint presentations. She's awesome :D

Her class is mad easy. it would be fun if she wouldnt make fun of some of her students including me, its like every time i ask a question she puts me on the spot and always has a remark to say. i would recomend her shes cool though

GREAT PROFESSOR! I took her for stats 123 and she was excellent. She gives you a packet of the power points she goes over during class which tells you step-by-step of how to solve problems. She also lets you use a sheet of notes on each exam. Very understanding and fair teacher. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING HER.

Trying to decide what Stats teacher to take? STOP NOW AND TAKE HER. She is an AMAZING professor. I absolutely sucked at math and ended up with an A-. You get a paper (front and back) of notes that you create for each test (total of 3). You get a quiz after about each lesson (and trust me you will be glad you get them later), 2 projects & a final :)

If math is not your strongest subject, but you want to learn.TAKE HER CLASS; she provides approachable lectures on PowerPoint that are easy to understand. Homework is mandatory. If you are lazy, don’t bother, as great as she is, she will not tolerate people that do not do the work. She is exceptional and she pushes you to learn.

I have had my in's and out's with this professor. Her class was a struggle for me, but it was from my own stupidity at times. The quizzes are what killed me, but her tests and study sheets truly made her class worth it. 1 page of notes for each test and 3 for the final. I'm glad to have walked away with a B, it was well worth the struggle.

Great professor. I took her for mat 123 and mat 124 online. She is extremely helpful and wants everyone to do well. She mails you the syllabus weeks before school even starts to help you out. I recommend taking her if you plan on taking an online math class.

She is a great teacher. If you are willing to attend every class, do homework to reiterate the class lessons, study for quizzes, study for exams, and follow guidelines for the project there is no reason why you can't get an A. Totally recommend her!

Shes a nice women however i didnt find her very helpful. You kinda need to know some math before going into her class. She has time to help you but only for a half hour. Shes clear to a point and you must do all your homework and attened class.

Prof. Osborne is the best math teacher. If you attend class and do the homework, than youll pass with an A. She makes her quizes and tests the same way she teaches and the same way it is in the textbook.

Great Professor. I took her online last semester and liked her teaching style so much that I'm taking her again in the summer. One sheet of notes is allowed on all tests, front and back, and 4 sheets front and back on final. Stats is a difficult course but she taught it well and was available for any questions quickly. I got a B+

I don't know why others are saying this but I love this woman. She is sweet as hell, helps you whenever you ask her. Her exams are fairly easy with extra credits. I hate MATH but this lady helps me in liking it. HANDS DOWN, take her!

Had her for Stats I. I'm only ok at math & aced this class. She gives you a booklet of the notes she presents in class & uploads them online. Lets you use a sheet of notes on tests, available 4 office hrs, stays after class to help. She can be sarcastic & has an annoying voice but overall a nice lady. I found her lessons to be clear and concise.

Professor Osbourne was pretty good. If you did your homework and study the material then you would be fine on quizzes and tests. Doesn't trick you she teaches you the math you just have to pay attention and ask question if you have any. Overall great teacher

Too bad this professor is retiring but overall she was the best math professor I've ever had. Provides easy to follow notes and keeps the lectures interesting. I have no head for math, so the "cheat sheet" provided for each test did help, but they do not guarantee a pass.

I dont know why this professor has such bad ratings. I really liked her powerpoints and felt that her emails with reminders and tips were very helpful. Plenty of time to do homework and tests. If you pay attention to the powerpoints and practice youll do fine.

Took her statistics 1. Easy at first, got hard towards the end. However, right before the final I met with her to go over it and she was absolutely great! I understood pretty much everything by the end of it and was sad that I hadn't met with her previously. Take her class and if you have trouble do NOT be afraid to request a meeting! :)

She is a good lecturer and will answer any questions you have. She is also super accessible offline via email, MOM messages, and phone to answer any specific questions. There are three tests and a final...progressively harder towards the end. All tests/homework's are through MyOpenMath and are open book. The final is easy cumulative but easy.

I have learned a lot, just be responsible and don't procrastinate. I took this class with two other classes in the winter season, I recommend that if you are going to take classes in the short season it is better to take only this one so as not to overwhelm you. In my opinion the professor has a great method to teach.

Phenomenal. All of its online and on MyOpenMath. Greatest experience in math thus far, and my first A. Easy as pie. I just spend about 3 hours EOD when I got home from the GYM. Your work will look like this: 1 Hour of note taking and reading the slides, and then another hour or so doing MOM. Easy, Light work. Sometimes I was done for the day in 1hr
