WONDERFUL CLASS. I LOVE THE WAY SHE TEACHES THE CLASS. HER TESTS ARE NOT HARD

no enthusiasm but she very easy, take her for a kick back class

Boring lectures and easy tests

Can she make it any easier for you than practically going over the whole test the clss before? I don't think so. Take the class, it's intresting.

You can tell from the amount of people who have recomended Feldman that its a good class. Its straight forward.

This was an easy class. The people giving her a bad rating probably deserved the grade they received. Some lectures drag but it's so easy. Her reviews before the test are VERY helpful. Only 2 tests and a final. TAKE NOTES. that's it.

Super easy. Don't listen to the idiots below. They've probably dropped out by now.

Really, you don't even need to go to class. As said before, she reads verbatim from lecture outlines. Super easy course.

great teacher loved her teaching so much that i took her intro the counseling class! Basically the most straight forward teacher i have ever had! hope u take her class great gpa booster!

Her lectures have a lot of information, so be prepared to write during class. She is easy to understand and there's only 2 mid-terms and a final. She reviews the test, but adds lots from the book on the test. Make sure you do lots of reading too!

So so so easy! Material is easy to understand and everything is straight forward. Make sure to be at the review sessions and write down everything she says...it is very helpful for the tests!!!

2 midterms, 1 final..also offers a couple of extra credit papers. She gives A LOT of information so you must attend class everyday! She is very PICKY w/ her answers..so be careful! I got a B-..Take Sucuzzo, I hear he's easier.

Must go to class to do good on tests. No need to buy the book, I never used it once. Offers some extra credit. Lectures are interesting.

This class was an easy B, however VERY boring. I studied the night before each test. I only took 2 tests, and chose to do an easy paper instead of second test. Don't buy book, never used it. Just take good notes.

This is the one SDSU class I NEVER fell asleep in. Yes, it's all lectures, but she moves FAST. I never got bored. She does great reviews for tests, and is very helpful. If you go to class and take good notes, you'll do wonderfully.

DO NOT BUY BOOK (waste of $108)- MUST go to class to do well on tests, BORING, sittin in front of class helps, tests are very picky with answers, careful: she's monotone!

Not the most exciting person, but nice enough. Don't buy the book. I never once opened it and got an A in the class just by going regularly and taking good notes.

Easiest teacher U can take.Dont buy book.All U need is the thin packet& U'll be fine.U dont really need to go to class cause she tells U whats going 2 be on the test during the reviews,although going to class does help avoid being lost during reviews.

Very clear notes. DO NOT BUY BOOK! You will not need it. I went entire semester, no book, got an A. She's also very clear about what to know for exams and final. Do not skip review days, it's a sure shot at an A.

Anyone complaining in this class is just plain LAZY! You don't need the book and she is very specific on what she wants. Yes, class is a little tough, but this is COLLEGE...Good class!!

Very interesting course taught by a very organized professor. Many extra credit options. Tests are easy, but be sure to go to the review sessions! She will tell you everything that will be on the exam. Uses lots of videos.

her lectures are boring, and she doesn't try very hard to get people to participate. but she pretty much gives you the answers to the exams if you show up at the review. don't waste your money on the book. i never even took mine out of the shrink-wrap.

good lecture all test are from lect material. do not need book. reviews all material before exam so you'll know what to expect. ended with a B+. offers extra credit

I don't know how anyone can find her lectures boring. I thought this was the most interesting class I have taken at State. It is easy to remember the material. No paper to write. Tests are straight from lecture. Highly recommended!

Great class! Dr. Feldman makes material very easy to understand. She does reviews before the tests which spell out what you need to know to be prepared for the exam. Tests are fairly easy. If you go to class and get the course reader you'll be good. Not necessary to purchase text.

This class is very straight forward. DO NOT BUY THE TEXT, but the lecture outline notes are a must. Come to class, take good notes, and take advantage of the many extra credit opportunities Dr. F offers. Two midterm exams (100 points each), one cumulative final exam (200 points)...all exams are multiple choice, fill in the blank and true/false.

You dont have to buy book just get her study guide. GO to the reviews and study everything she tells you on the reviews and for sure you will at least get a B. She helps kids out with giving extrra credit. 2 tests and 1 final. Everything on the tests and on the final are in her review. Easy class.

class was super easy. DO NOT BUY TEXT, IT WAS A WASTE OF $100+. go to lecture and make sure you go to the reviews and you will be good to go.

Dr. Feldman is the best professor at State, she gives a review before each exam, tells you everything you need to know. I got an A in 351 and will prob get an A in 452. Great Professor. Dont buy the book for either class. She is very nice, very understanding. GO TO CLASS, or you won't pass. Write down everything she says it will be on the test.

Feldman is a really good professor. She explains everything you need to know and really teaches you the material. She provides easy to understand examples to go along with the different concepts of the personality theories and doesnt leave anything to question. There are two midterms and the final. All three of which are easy if you go to class.

This class is so easy and she offers so much extra credit it would be impossible to get a bad grade in this class. Go to every class and bring a recorder to the review before the exams and memorize EVERYTHING she says and youll do great on the tests. She's approachable and nice, and the class was really interesting. I highly recommend this class.

Do not buy the book but do buy her lecture notes.study your notes and her lecture notes and you will do fine on the exams.

loved this class. so interesting and her lectures are great and she does such a great job of making you understand the material. DON'T BUY THE BOOK, trust me, it was a waste of $120. She's a great prof, highly recommend her for this class.

This class was so easy because she is a great professor who made everything so clear. Yet she seems to get irriated when you ask questions! Buy her notes they are well worth it and dont miss a lecture!

Just buy her reader notes and attend lecture every now and then. Don't buy the book. She can be boring at times but she's a little sarcastic lady (which I love). She tells you exactly what's on exams. No papers or attendance check. I agree with the comment below --- she kinda gets irritated if you ask her questions. She's also kinda arrogant. Whatever!

Pretty easy class. Her tests contain exactly what she told you they would and nothing else. The material is pretty dry, but she's a cute, sarcastic lady who makes it intersting! DON"T BUY THE BOOK! Never used it and got an A. Just go to class, take notes and study what she tells you to and you'll do great!

Very funny, in a dry sort of way. Took her for Psy 351 and will be taking her again for Psy 452. Don't waste your money on the book, just get the study guide. Hint for an EASY & GUARANTEED A: fill in the blanks on the study guide, and bring a voice recorder to study sessions (basically, just study...relax, it's not rocket science).

I love her lectures & stories. It's like she's reading the book for you but in a simpler way. This class is really a joke. I read chap 1 & skipped the rest..got B's on midterms, got a whole bunch of E.C. Just go to class and enjoy it as a lecture. Don't see it as a college, rigorous course. She's so good at explaining hard concepts in simple terms.

Funny teacher. has a low key sense of humor. if struggling talk to her to get some insight. Not an easy A. You have to work for your grade. Go to review sessions...tell you u exactly what is on the test. Test are MC, Fill in the Blank, Short essay. No curve...what u get is what you get. Good teacher though.

She is a great teacher and knows what she is talking about. She tries to use common everyday life situations so you can better understand some of the personality theories. Has a great sarcastic sense of humor, four exams, and offers extra credit.

Awesome teacher! She's really knowledgable and has a good sense of humor. The class itself was really interesting and pretty easy. Don't get the textbook but do buy the reader, all the basic info is in there. Good class, great teacher.

Very easy to listen too and has a sense of humor. She only keeps you in class long enough for her to lecture what you need to know and then lets you go. Don't buy the book, just the reader and go to class because she'll occassionally tell you things that will be on the midterm that she won't go over in her review for it.

Interesting class--would have enjoyed it more later in the day.Text is ok for background-her booklet is critical. Lecture follows the booklet.Take good notes or you will regret it later.Great review,love the extra credit--made the difference between an A and a B.

Great professor! Grade based on 3 exams and extra credit opportunities. Go to class daily and you should be OK.

No need to buy textbook. Her notebook is usefull. Lots of extra credit, so show up to class.

Dr. Feldman is the one to take if you actually want to learn something (compared to others in counseling & psychotherapy). Had her for both 351 & 452. Her 452 is very challenging & hard. No e.c. took it in summer 07. I think if I had to take her 452 during the regular semester, it would be a nightmare. She should teach forever! Very brillant!

Her lectures are so clear and easy to understand. As long as you go to class you don't need to even open the text. Good at giving examples when someone doesn't get a concept.

This professor is very chill. The class is easy as long as you study for the tests, since some of it consists of short answer questions. In review sessions she gives you what will be on the test. Very interesting and fun!

Three exams (100 pts. each except for the final its 200), go to the review, buy the reader not the textbook. Exam is based on T/F, multiple choice, & short answer. The exam can be tricky; be careful. The short answer can be hard to answer. Study hard for the exam. The exam is hard and tricky. Don't over look it.

Quite easy. All you have to do is go to the review sessions and study it. She basically gives you the test. I suggest getting a tape recorder. The best way I got my A in that class.

EASY Class, and Very great professor!!!! I give Feldman the A grade!!!! She teaches a very good class, I actually learned from her....She is witty and has a great sense of humor.....she is nice and she cares about her students, she even let me crash her class!! I really liked this professor!!!! Take her, you will really enjoy her!

Interesting class, doesn't use a textbook, all main notes are in a little spiral bound book, you just fill in with your own notes while she does her powerpoint presentation-great study tool. Does review sessions before the tests which are VERY helpful. I wish she taught more classes!

Dr. Feldman is the perfect psych teacher. She is a practicing clinical psychologist and has the experience to back up what she teaches with "real world" knowledge. If she's covered the material for the evening you go home early. She reviews for each test so you know what to focus on. Don't skip class--she'll have extra credit occasionally.

This tacher is good. I was not that intested in counseling and therapy but class was not that bad. Her final was a bit hard but class is doable. She gives realy good reviews but her T/F questions on her exams can be tricky. Pay attention to details!

This was a very interesting class. You do not need the book, just attend class (which she lets you out early). Just pay attention in class and study your notes and you will do fine on the notes. The movies she shows are really boring though.

Easy A. She gives study guides that practically give u the answers. I got 100% on the last exam. I never opened the book. She doesn't lecture off powerpoint but she is still interesting.

This teacher is a gem! Seriously, she is so awesome...makes lecture really interesting. The videos are a little boring but they are informative..She tells you exactly what she is going to test you on, really..if you do badly at this point, its your own fault. She really made me want to be a therapist. Love her, take her if you get the chance!

She is very organized. No book needed. Need to show up to lectures through, occasionally gives EC...Easy A if you attend all lectures.

Took her for abnormal and therepy. She's a real bore, her tests were easy in abnormal but really hard in therapy. Don't recommend taking it with her, might destroy you're drive to be a clinician, mine is being crumpled like a tin can. Plus is she doesn't make you stay nearly the whole time.

Dr. Feldman doesn't encourage questions, doesn't budge when you clearly know the material; but fail to use HER words exactly. She is monotonous, and doesn't provide any other method of evaluating your knowledge other than exams.If you really want to be a counselor, see how you feel after her class. I have no desire now, and dislike Freud even more.

Hilarious teacher. Difficult class. Type up the guide notes before class and add to them while she lectures. Review this for the exams and you should be good. GO TO CLASS.

Probably one of my favorite teachers at SDSU and easily my favorite class taken. Lectures are straight and to the point and does an over view lecture on what exactly is going to be on the test before. Tests can be a tad difficult but if you take notes in that overview lecture your golden. She's a feisty one but loved her.
