He was one of my favorites! His only weakness is that he is unprepared BUT he still teaches everything you need to know for the test and quizes. Very nice and helpful. He is also hilarious! Class is never boring. Makes pych fun and interesting! Count on him and he won't let you down! He has a great personality, you won't regret it!

Greatest teacher ever!!!!!! He is very helpful and will do anything to help you improve your grade. He provides study sessions for tests and the quizess are the same as the test, so it is easy to score high on his tests. Overall you have to take him because you will get an A foooo shoooo!

He is super unprepared for class every time, but he does offer study sessions and hiis tests are easy. It's and easy A if you can tolerate the unpreparedness and overall lack of structure to the class. He seems preoccupied most of the time and procrastinates about putting grades up after he says he will do it.

A must take if you need the credit, or help with your GPA! Very very very easy to make an A with very little effort. The sweetest older man with a huge sense of humor. Does procrastinate but also doesn't mind too much if you do too. Offers ample extra credit and makes it impossible to fail. The class drags a little but it's worth taking!

This class is an easy A. Professor Harris is an amazing teacher if I could I would take all his classes. He is willing to help you with anything, and is very good at keepin in touch. Anyone that needs this credit should take him!!

I've taken two courses. He's very clear w what you need to know. Show up/pay attention and an A is guaranteed. Book is not needed.He tends to be a bit unorganized but the class is so conversational and easy that you don't mind. He offers extra credit but not needed. Funny-very easy going.

Professor Harris is a HOOT! Took this class over the summer. No book needed. Goes through powerpoints and tells you everything you need to know for tests. Offers as much extra credit as you want to do if you need it. Responds to emails quickly. Class is fun so you won't get bored. :) Awesome professor.

This guy is an awesome teacher, one of the best I've had. He knows what he is talking about, he explains everything very clearly. Was always willing to help us understand the course. STUDY hard & PAY ATTENTION. Extra credit paper is a bonus. Got an A! Textbook recommended but NOT necessary!!

This professor is absolutely wonderful. He loves what he does and it is felt in his lesson plans. There is no reason any student shouldn't get an A in his class. He gives so many opportunities to gain bonus points and is always available for consultations. Professor Harris is one of the best teachers I've ever had.

Prof. Harris is AWESOME! He really wants his students to understand psychology is NOT just about mental disorders. He has excellent powerpoints available so we hardly used the book. Online quizzes and 4 exams - but make sure you attend the study session he offers pre-exam, it helps ALOT! Overall great professor and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He was very clear on exactly what would be on the exams. The quizzes are online and you can take as many times as you need till you get all the answers correct. He has 4 labs that are easy, just read the directions. As long as you do the labs, quizzes and GO TO CLASS, it is an easy A, but one that is earned and not given.

He is the most caring professor ever!! He genuinely cares about every single one of his students. He even met with me one time to discuss careers in psychology. Wonderful man and makes very obvious hints about what questions or topics that are on the exam. TAKE HIM!!!

If you have lost all faith and hope in your potential as a student. Take his class. He makes you feeling like you can do anything. EVERYTHING is interesting, and it's SO easy. You're going to have to really try hard to fail this class. Take his class now. DO IT!

4 easy labs that deal with your opinion, 4 online multiple attempt quizzes, and 4 exams (final included) which are easy if you follow the study guide he provides. There is an ex credit short paper you can do, and study sessions are 3 pts each, which do help you study. LOVED PROF HARRIS, please take him he is a sweet man!

YES!! Do NOT question taking professor Harris' class. Not only is it the easiest class I have ever taken in the history of my life, you actually LEARN in his class, and retain it. It's all so interesting. You will LOVE his class. Seriously- if you want to have fun getting an A, sign up. He's also the best person to talk to, and is always there.

I took him for Psychology and now i just did Lifespan with him, what an amazing lecturer. Professor Harris is by far the best professor I've had at Collin College. He genuinely cares about his students. His reviews are almost exactly like his tests, he gives review sessions (outside of normal class hours), and offers extra credit. 4 labs- do them and you'll get the grade. His instructions are very clear for each assignment (the labs). He respects each student and helps answer any questions. He gets off task rarely, but he tells funny stories that relate to the chapter. He also has review sessions outside of class and they help a lot. He makes the reviews exactly like the tests and they're pretty easy.

This class was very straightforward. Everything is based off of the PowerPoints, that I hardly used my book. He offers a ton of extra credit points, and goes over the material clearly. He also offers study sessions prior to tests, where you can earn extra credit points and get more information for the test. I would definitely recommend taking him!

Professor Harris has influenced me to change my major to Psychology. This guy is great and he loves his students. He will do everything to make sure you will pass! The man is talented by being a weightlifter, a singer, plays guitar, and owns a chiwinnie puppy. The tests and quizzes are easy. Easy A++ if you pay attention.

Prof. Harris is by far my favorite prof out of all of the profs I've had. He cares about his students, and whether or not we understand the material, and is more than willing to go into more detail to help us completely grasp a concept. He uses a lot of anecdotes to help us remember the material, and plans study sessions for the tests. 10/10

very caring and honestly such a refreshment from other teachers. He makes you think about things and gets you involved in the topics. Can sometimes go very off topic to the point where he is trying to rush through the things we need to know. Great teacher bad jokes.

There is a tiny bit of actual studying to do, and some of the test questions can be deceptive. But other than that, Professor Harris is e-a-s-y. This dude is just happy to be here and is always cracking jokes, singing and messing around. Class can sometimes drag a little bit because of that, but not because it's hard.

Very cool guy, pretty much impossible not to make an A+ unless you are trying. Even if his humor offputting at times, he still has the best intentions. He often forgets when he repeats his jokes, but just smile kindly and appreciate him for trying his best. My word of advice: ask him to bring his guitar, as he is also a really great musician.

He is one of the best professors at collin. Easy class. He is very good at explaining lectures. Study guides are given, test would be exactly the same. Quizzes given in online which is very easy. There would be no stress in this class. Attendance are mandatory, 4 labs which includes writing but really easy. Anyone can get A in this class for sure.

I took Prof. Harris for the Fall 2018 semester. He made psychology easy to understand and also gave test reviews before every test (outside of class though) where he goes over each term individually. Its very easy to get an a if you show up and take notes.

Come to class and do the work people will fail and not get a good gpa don't be like other people that don't have a good gpa

Professor Harris is a kindhearted soul. He makes hilarious jokes throughout his lectures and has even made me thought about becoming a Psychologist. He is so caring for his students and provides multiple resources if you need help. He is the loving grandpa I wish I had.

He was an amazing professor who made learning fun. It was a lecture-based class with a few exams (all could be taken twice), quizzes (infinity retries), and online assignments. If you got the work done you will get an A. He was a funny professor who keeps you engaged, if you have the opportunity to take his class you will not regret it!

Amazing professor! Communication is key with him if you miss any assignments. Very caring for his students, and will be happy if you show up on time or late, hes just glad you showed up. Tedious homework, but very easy! Exams and quizzes are open book and a easy A!

Professor Harris is great. Took him for EDUC 1300. Really down to earth! He does take off points if you attendance becomes an issue. Overall, communication is key with him. If you missed an assignment, you can literally email and he will open it up for you, as long as you show you care. Definitely recommend

Took Prof. Harris for EDUC1300. He is an easy-going guy. He uses real world examples to explain a lot of topics in the course. If you missed an online quiz , he will open it back up as long as you email. Especially great to end on with his class on a long day. Just dont let your attendance become an issue because he will deduct points!

If you show up for class you shouldn't need to do the reading/use the textbook. He can go on random tangents some times, so just kindly remind him to continue discussing the material. He's understanding of the occasional absence. Lots of dad jokes.

-HONEST REVIEW- Friendly, understanding, and passionate about teaching! He gets everyone to participate in class without triggering any participation anxiety. Sometimes, we'd fall behind schedule due to in-depth class talks, but he's flexible w/ due dates. He's understanding if you can't make it to class just as long as you inform him beforehand.

Harris was great! Very easy class to get through. He provides all of his powerpoints so you can get ahead if you want (which sometimes was needed bc we ran out of time a few times due to other discussions in class). He encourages student engagement and requires attendance. Would recommend!

It's impossible to make anything other than an A in his class. Hands out an unbelievable amount of extra credit, extends all assignments (and I mean ALL), and is just an overall friendly guy. He does his best to get to know all of his students and loves to crack jokes during 75% of each of his lectures.

Professor Harris was incredible, kind, and very entertaining! All of his lectures were PowerPoints that were super easy to digest and read through, but he made every class very engaging and motivated you to participate. If you need to extend an assignment, no matter how long ago it was, he'll extend it for you! Overall, just a great person.

If you don't like dad jokes, don't take Professor Harris. Personally, I loved them and found it easier to remember lectures because of the jokes and stories he would tell. He goes in depth in his lectures which kept me interested in the course. He also lets people get some extra credit for writing papers based on topics we covered.
