loved having mr jeferson! his class was so easy. the final exam was 50 questions and i promise if you listen just once in his class and take good notes it will be easy. i finished it in 15 mins. i would recommend him to anyone who would want to ease through pysc! book was never needed!

He has a cool yet clear accent. He is very kind, attentive, and helpful. There are 3 tests. Some of the content tests is from the book. He draws visual aids, and helps you understand how your mind works. If you have trouble with the labs use his office hours. Very interesting and explanatory class. Don't talk or text in class or he can dismiss you.

Pretty great teacher! Class can be confusing but just ask for clarification. He will help you answer questions, if you let him know you are having trouble.

We had two tests, and the final for a total of 3 exams. He was very helpful and tried his best to teach us. Some say he has an accent, but he gets his point across, I never had any trouble. Tests weren't too bad, don't skip class though! Pop quizzes are open notes and help your grade. I highly recommend him!

He is very helpful. if you need help just ask and he will help you to clarify things and get you back on track. Make sure you study for tests to get better outcome for grades. He is really big on giving out handouts and slides to help us out. Also he gives extra credit opportunities. Sometimes things are confusing but he will do his best to help!!

Very nice man I took him for stats. if u need help he is willing to help you in any way so that you can understand. he does give quizzes but if u pay attention in class they aren't hard and most of the time you can use your notes. he is very helpful I will def. take him again.

He is a very good professor. He explains everything with lots of details, gives hekpful handout that he makes, is open to helping you one-on-one if you are having trouble understanding the information, gives extra credit. If you have to take this class i highly recommend you take it with him. Make sure to attend class to understand material.

He's a great professor who gives helping information before each test. You must study to past the test in this class, but if you do you'll easily pass. Has one paper project in the class though it is extremely easy. Participation is the key. Overall he is a very good instructor.

Not a bad class if you want an A, just get your stuff done and and the grade is easy. Not a bad professor, not the most interesting for psych, but 710, would take again if necessary.

I really liked this class. It's a little hard to understand him at first, but once you get used to his accent you'll hardly notice it. I didn't buy a book and did pretty well. When I did need a book I just borrowed a friend's. He drops the lowest test grade so that's awesome. Overall, very good class!

Only three tests plus the final, however as long as you go class (attendance is taken anyways) you should do well on the tests. Very understanding professor.

He is by far the best Statistics teacher to take along with Rinker. His test are pretty straight forward, you just have to know how to solve the problems given, and know definitions of the terms. He gives easy quizzes that is not hard to get full credit for and he also lets you use your notes to complete them. I would definitel suggest taking him!!

First time here at Lamar, hes a great teacher. I would love to take more classes by him. Gave alot of extra credit and hes fun to listen too during clan. Not a boring guy hes great at making up different ways of thinking about a subject. Not hard at all.

Jef. is a wonderful prof. he is helpful and if you do not understand he will backtrack and go more indepth . he wants you to come to his office if you are still not getting the assignment . he gives 10 quizzes which he tells you ahead of time and 3 tests.. make sure to read the chapters and know the vocab. other than that he is a great teacher

The class was easy as Far as content. But during class it was very dull and it seemed repetitive.

Gives extra credit close to the end of the semester

He was a really good teacher, and is always there for the students. Always read the chapters before going to class. Just read the book and show up to class and you will pass.

He's from Brazil so he has a little bit of an accent, but you can still understand what he's saying or trying to say. He does give out homework, but its not necessarily due, its just to better yourself, but he does discuss it in class the next day. There's a lot of reading in class, but he makes it fun. He will change things if they benefit you.

I find the tests and the quizzes hard, needs more studying even though it looks common sense. A good teacher over all.

Mr. Jeferson is a really great teacher. Class is mandatory. He does not bump your final grade but he does curve your test grades. Don't use your phones in his class, and always be respectful because he deserves your respect. All in all he's a great teacher and you'd be lucky to have him.

my professor was very helpful and understanding. the test were based on the notes we took and lectures in class, so there was no confusion on the test. class was always entertaining and very informative. the was not any group projects, it was mainly individual work. I learned a lot in this class and the class was challenging but not hard.

Not a difficult class. Everything is common sense, but reading is required for the life scenarios questions on the tests. Pop quiz's are not multiple choice and are specific to the assigned book. Overall, easy A

the class was overall pretty easy his test were no actual book to notes test they were more of scenarios. You didn't really have to come to class but you did for the test and quizzes.

He was a bit uptight, and rude in the beginning of the semester. But, loosened up and made class more enjoyable towards the end of the semester.

He really tries to work with you. If you are having a problem with class talk with him, so y'all can work out an agreement. He is a pretty fair grader. But he does not round final grades. Like if you have a 89.5 he will NOT round your grade to a 90. So, do all the extra credit it might help in the end.

Mr. Scheidemandel is very serious when it comes to turning in assignments on time. If he promises one student help he must promise the rest of the class the same help. He does everything he can to help you pass but he doesn't chose favorites.

Mr. Jefferson has helped me throughout the whole semester. Although I was one of the ones to fall behind, he continued to stick with me to give me as much help as possible without being unfair. He's also tries his best to keep the class active so that we participate. Resulting in complete understanding of the material.

This class is easy if you show up. He lectures almost every single class and it is boring, but easy to boost your GPA. He gives homework but never takes it as a grade. I have used the textbook maybe one time. Tests are easy but you have to study.

Great professor. Very caring and helpful. Goes over lectures in detail and has great in-class assignments. 3 projects, mainly APA essays, assigned over the semester. Very approachable after class and will work with you. He's strict when it comes to talking and goofing off in class and will kick you out if you persist, so be a good boy/girl!

Professor Jeferson Scheidemandel is from Brazil so he has an accent but not a harsh one and he always makes sure that the students understands what he is saying. He doesn't allow the use of phones and he hates interruptions which can result in him kicking you out of class. This course is self-explanatory and overall he is a good professor.

He is a lovely person and pretty understanding if you have an actual reason you can not make it to class. I went to his office a few times for help and he was very kind. His test are not too bad you just need to study for them and read the chapters you are going over.

He is a very good professor, and is very passionate about what he teaches. He is also very understanding. For example, if the majority of the class gets a question on the test wrong, he'll throw out the question. He gives a ton of extra credit opportunities, you could potentially earn up to 20 points on extra credit. The textbook is used a lot.

He's a really nice guy. This was his first year teaching Lifespan, but he's been doing a great job. His lectures are based on the slides, and he prints out the slides for us most of the time. Not too much time is needed to study for tests, they are pretty simple if you listen and review the power points.
