One of the best lecturers I have had. Makes all of the material really fun to learn and the way he lectures makes you remember what he is saying. His lectures sound more like stories than someone lecturing at you. Definitely do not take this course if it is not required though. The material is really challenging.

Really great professor, I learned so much through taking this course! However, as a student-athlete, I would not recommend taking the course in class. He tells you if you don't have the time to commit then you shouldn't take the course. I lived at open lab trying to understand the material and I missed an A by a few points.

Love this dude. Fun and caring teacher. Pay attention during class and go to the anatomy lab and you'll get a good grade.

Print the photos of the lab stuff. Then label them (use correct spelling). Then you can use them on the at-home (online) tests. It's so easy!

This class is so hard! Even though it is open-book (open-note) exam, it is so hard unless yo have had anatomy before.

This is the class for you if you want to teach yourself from powerpoints from the textbook (hundreds and hundreds). Few "lectures".

The course itself is tough and requires a chunk of study time. The professor is always sure to give you a heads up on what is going to be expected for tests and quizes. He is very clear about his instructions, straight to the point, very responsive and fair.

Very fair grader, nice guy, and good lecturer. Anatomy is a fairly difficult subject to teach extremely well, since most of it is just memorization, but he makes lectures reasonably engaging and gives you lots of opportunities to succeed in the class with extra credit, take home tests, and dropping/replacing exams.

Anatomy is a hard subject in general, if you want to get an A you have to do a LOT of studying. I think I would've liked him more if I took the class in person, he seemed cool. There were 7 tests, the tests have some pretty difficult questions and are worth like 80% of your grade. There were quizzes and a few assignments but they weren't too hard.

do not take this class unless you are prepared to read. Anatomy is a hard subject on its own but this class was so hard. I am an A or B student and i struggled to get to a high C. I spent hours studying for tests and would be happy with getting a C on it. You teach yourself. Maybe he would be better in person but only a few 5ish min lectures online

Had to drop after the first exam. The quizzes and smartbook assignment were fairly easy to complete, which gave me confidence for the exam. However, it was extremely difficult to complete with the given time restriction. If you think you can complete a 50 question exam in 30 minutes, id say go ahead. If not, stay away.

The class consists of reading the Smartbook and then answering questions, followed by a few quizzes here and there. Come test time, the questions had nothing to do with what we read and the time requirements for tests are ridiculous, my last test I took had 70 questions to be completed in 45 mins. There was no teaching, just reading and memorizing.

Compared to other online classes that I have taken, this was awful. There are no lecture videos or much content outside of the textbook and some low quality virtual labs. The class is not weighted fairly, tests make up 80% of your final grade. Seems like a very lazy attempt at putting an online course together. Would not recommend.

If you want an easy A, do not take this class. I lost about 60% of my social life. Tests are worth 80% of your grade so you have to do good on them. Print out labs and label them. Make flashcards on the individual modules and STUDY little by little everyday. Drops lowest 5 quizzes and replaces final with lowest exam if you score good on it.

Worst class I have taken so far. Because of how little this professor participated in our class, I barely knew his name. The homework wasn't so bad, only four assignments every two-ish weeks. There are no lecture or lab videos to watch, so you have to rely heavily on reading the book to understand the material. Tests are impossible to get perfect.
