He tries to scare students the first few week of class, but later on he is very nice and helpful. His exams are very EASY!! I never got a score lower than 95 on any of his exams. And of course I got an A in this class. His lab is fun as well.

I didn't take him my girlfriend did. She is not gifted in the Science department and managed to get an "A". she is a hard worker though so i am sure he requires work to do. He makes you create a website with a bunch of chem stuff on it. If you do your work class is an easy A.

Who said he was hot!! Just kidding. He's cute in a dorky way. A good teacher though. He will try to scare you in the beggining to weed out the weak students. I totally recomend him. He is very helpful if u ask and very nice and fun. And also sarcastic in a good way. Have fun in his class.

So it is really hard for me to take this class but with Prof. Bradbury, the class was interesting. The matterials was explained well and clear. Also, Prof.

Stiff as a board, but otherwise an easy grader. If you want a perfect score on every quiz you have to study the complete lab as well as certain highlights of the next lab (which are usually worth 2 points). He make us take practice exams on the day of our lecture chem exams, which really helped a lot.

I LOVE him...definately my favorite professor ever! He made me want to be a chem major...lol. Be prepared for everything or you won't last a min! He is scary at first but once he warms up everything is great! I strongly recomend that if you need chem that you take it with him, there is no one better! Keep up the good work Mr. Bradbury :)

I believe he's a very good teacher. Very approachable, very funny. If you ask him questions he'll help you within his abilities. He's very strict though when it comes to handing lab reports. If your late you can't take the quiz but that help me be always on time and focused on the subject matter. I highly recommend him. Teaches 110,111 and 205

One of the few science teachers at the college that I really liked... He's sarcastic, but I thought he was funny, and he's just a good teacher in general. He's pretty strict in lab, and he grades his lab reports pretty hard, but it's not too bad if you spend enough time on them and the quizzes. I really wish he taught Ochem though...

He was strict but fair. I really liked how he taught. Made sure the class knew the material before going forward. I wish he would teach other science classes.

Best Professor on Campus!! gave great lectures gives you the notes and as he lectures he tells you what to write. Lectures were very interesting.Not at all a jerk he may act like it the first day of class but What professor doesn't? Great chemistry teacher. He outlines his entire lecture and all you have to do is fill it out as he goes along (so make sure you go to class). No need to buy the book. Tests come straight out of the examples from the homework so there are no surprises. He might seem intimidating at first but he's really a funny guy.

Prof. Bradbury might seem intimidating, but he is actually a nice and caring professor. He never makes you feel stupid for asking questions. As long as you know how to listen and follow directions, you will do well in his lab. His tests and lectures are very straight forward.

Professor Bradbury is the best teacher I've ever had! He makes note of what information is important for quizzes and tests. His teaching is very, VERY clear and all you really need to do to pass is pay attention in lecture and lab, study the notes and devote much time to studying his worksheets! In the fist couple of weeks he will be srict and to the point to strain the good students and to make the unprepared students drop the class ( for their own good) better to drop then to get an F!! His first two exams are a tuff one but the rest are exact copy of the practice exam. he is funny and brings the class to live.

I had him for Chem 100, he is by far one of the most amazing teachers i've ever had. He is funny, but really tough. As long as you study you'll be fine, he teaches exactly whats on the test and everything on the practice exam is on the test so STUDY! I've aced every test hes given but one and thats because I didn't study. No one can top him ever

I had professor Bradbury for Chem 211 Lab. He funny and he speaks very clearly. He makes the lab comfortable and fun. However, he won't always answer your questions. He may answer your question with a question because he wants to you think or do the research. I highly recommend him.

In my entire educational career, I can honestly say that Bradbury is by far the best teacher I have ever had. He genuinley cares for his students and is passionate about his subject. He made chemistry fun, understandable, and relevant. The best compliment I have ever recieved was the time he told me that I should be a chemist. Take his class!

Bradbury is the best professor you can get for chemistry!! Took him for both Chem 112 and 211 lab. He is just so cool and fun. His lab reports must be written properly though. very strict on those but otherwise easy. Just make sure you know what you are doing before coming in to lab. Few pop quizzes. gives out great letter of recommendations too.

Bradbury is simply awesome professor. He is very strict at the beginning of the session. I admire his satirical sense of humor. It is a hard class but he's the guy to take with. Very inspiring teacher.

If you hate math, the beginning will be a little intimidating but donâ??t get discourage try your best. He presents the material in a way one can understand it & relate to. Bradbury has to be , hands down, the best Chemistry professor in Cerritos. He has great teaching skills and makes things easy to understand. He may be intimidating sometimes ,but don't be afraid to ask questions! He doesn't baby you ... this isn't High School anymore. He really makes you work for that A and cares for his students' success.

He is friendly. he understand students and help them to grow up. Im an ESL student and tried to take chem 110 with him, but he was full, i was too upset but now i have him and i really love him from my heart. he always take care of every one and he wants people learn and get an A if they deserve it.

Best chemistry professor, period. Comes off as extremely stiff and cocky in the beginning of the semester but will lighten up later on. Teaches very well and was always ready to help when you went to his office hours. However, he can be a major a$$ at times.

Hi class challenged me to read the material that he lectured on, and be responsible for material not yet covered. If I asked him for help on clarifying something he was always helpful and approachable. Do his exam reviews, and you'll do fine, but be sure to check your work because he doesn't do answer keys!

I love chemistry because of him lol . Very helpful and caring, I sill go get help from him even i'm not taking his classes. Don't skip class or lab. The exam is same as the practice exam , but you have to do the practice exam cause he dosen't give the answers. Take him if you get the chance cause his class filled up very fast

Honestly one of the best professors i have ever had! His teaching is very clear and straightforward! He also genuinely cares for his students! I really wish i got into chem 111 but unfortunately I had a really crappy registration date.

I am currently taking Bradbury for a 5 week summer course for CHEM 100. YIKES! Lots of work. But honestly feel like I can stay on top of my work load vs. an 18 week class. For extra practice he has worksheets. No surprises on his exams or quizzes pretty straight to the point. Lab is pretty easy as well. He is willing to help if you ask. THE BEST!

Bradbury constantly challenged us to be more prepared, teach ourselves abstract concepts of chemistry, and increased the difficulty level of our quizzes and exams as a complement to our class. Bradbury is passionate about what he teaches and his level of commitment is reciprocated by his students. Best chem professor I've had! Wish he taught ochem!

Here's the skinny, show up on time, i.e. be there 3-5 minutes before your class starts. Chem 112 is a lab intensive course be prepared to give yourself time to complete the prelab and expect to write detailed discussions. He is tough in a fatherly way, he wants to see you exceed. Exams are very similar to practice exams. Study those and you're gold

Honestly I didn't learn much in high school chem and do not know how I passed it. I decided to be crazy and take 110 instead of 100, he has made it so easy to learn and will definitely help along the way. He will call you out if you need it, but is super willing. Do the work and the practice tests, if you don't understand go to office hours.

Very great professor! Honestly didn't know much about Chem, until I took this class. He really helped me understand it much better. he is always grading on time, and gives you e/c on your on line assign.

He is my ONLY GO-TO Professor if I ever get stuck with Chemistry. Coming from someone who never understood Chemistry and feared Chemistry, that says a lot about the Professor. Be prepared to work hard. He is not easy but you will definitely learn Chemistry. If you do everything he tells you and use the resources he provides you with, you're (Au).

Although the class may be challenging, Professor Bradbury's lectures are great. They are never boring. Bradbury's main focus is the perk of hard work. He believes that a successful student works extremely hard, nothing comes easy. At some point, he became like a mentor to my classmates and I. He's able to create a great relationship with his class.

He reminds me of Gordon Ramsay. He will destroy your soul in class but is the coolest guy outside of class. He's awesome. He's sarcastic and mean, and I love it. If you cant take the heat, get out of the chem lab.

Professor Bradbury is a one of a kind professor, and the guy definitely makes you work to earn your grade. He wants to see all his students succeed and is great at teaching the material. His sarcasm and hilarious character makes chemistry so much more enjoyable to learn. Just make sure to work for your grade, as he does not hand them out.

Really liked how he cared that we all understood. took during summer session so was pretty hard, but kept us going, he's very motivating and to top it off keeps you upgraded on what you need to do to be successful throughout the semester, makes chemistry sound easy

He is my favorite professor. He cares about how you are doing in his class, has practice exams, funny, plays music in lab, has a monotone voice but you get use to it, intimidating at first. Cares about you transfering and having a career in science. Can be mean, do NOT get on his bad side, but a real cool professor. Bradbury is the best there is.

I was in his class 3 years ago. Now I'm graduating from UC Berkeley and professor Bradbury is STILL one of my favorite professors. He cares about his students, about them learning the material, he's very approachable to help you, and he's better than most instructors at UC Berkeley! Yeah I said it! Definitely take his class.

I was nervous for his 6 week class because of the small amount of time to learn a whole semester of chem. He made it so easy! Lectures and lab help you understand well, he offers lots of worksheets and practice exams so you know what to expect. It's all on you to study. Just readactice hard & you'll pass, he's a great prof! & don't buy the book!

I took his summer class it was only 6 weeks long, so lecture was heavy. But do the practice sheets, practice exams and read your notes and youll will pass. It will be a tough 6 weeks, but he makes it interesting and fun.

He is honestly the reason why I did so well in Chemistry. He really helps you to remember the lecture material. I came in with the thought I was gonna do terrible and I ended up with an A in his class. Don't be afraid to ask him questions. He will do his best to answer them for you in a way you can understand.

This has been by far my favorite professor. He is passionate about chem. He uses real life situations for explain the functions of certain subjects and makes it easier to understand. He is also very funny so you will stay awake the whole time. He doesn't give much homework, but he does expect you to do readings and some TB problems.

5 exams, 1 final. He's tough the first few weeks to weed out the ones who aren't prepared, but after he becomes a lot more lenient and the work starts to lessen. All the exam material are from his lectures. Don't expect the study guides to be the same as his exams, the concepts are the same but the questions are different. Study the lecture notes.

Bradbury is such a great professor. Taking this class in the Summer was A CHALLENGE to say the least, but from the beginning he warned us and reassured us we would be okay. Bradbury knows how to explain Chemsitry from a standpoint where everyone can understand. I DO NOT recommend a Chem summer course, but I do recommend taking Chem with Bradbury.

Overall great professor if you show you want to be there, and can follow simple instructions. Cares about your learning but wont hold your hand through it. Would gladly take again.

He is easily one of the greatest professors I've ever had! Chemistry has always been such a daunting subject for me so I thought I wouldn't do too well. But Professor Bradbury explains chemistry in a way that was so easy to understand. His lectures are super interesting and time always flies by- I wish they were longer tbh.

Bradbury was amazing! Obviously taking a chem class over the summer is a hard thing, so be ready to work, but he made the lectures so easy to understand and offered lots of help. If you want an easy, low homework class, don't take science because its hard work, but Bradbury is AMAZING and not only taught us well, but prepared us for higher classes!

If you attend regularly to the class and study you will clearly understand the lectures and assignments. He is a great professor and will help you if you don't understand something from the topic.

Professor Bradbury is a tough professor who cares deeply about motivating students to do their best. He will not coddle you at all, especially if you take a 6-week summer class, but he makes succeeding in his class deeply rewarding if you put in the effort to do so. A Bradbury class is traumatic, but so worth it and you will learn Chemistry well.

Wisest professor I've met by far. He'll make sure to challenge you in lab to help you grow as a student. All grading is super fair and he has no problem revising concepts with you! He's very much realistic and tries to integrate real-life concepts with whatever lab technique you're learning about to tie it all in. Loved this class for sure.

Took professor bradbury class this semester and all I can say is that he is an amazing teacher. His lectures were so easy to understand thanks to his teaching and always gave the students more than enough opportunities to learn and never tried to half things and is so respectful to his students and is always open to questions.

I took him for my first chem class ever, transitioning into college right after graduating highschool. He was intimidating at first, but after the first few days he gives you motivation to do better. He makes it clear during lecture and always offers help, and he always made the class laugh! The best professors I've ever had!

Although he seems intimidating, he is actually hilarious. He goes at a perfect pace to keep up with, he is happy to answer questions in class or during office hours, practice exams are almost identical to actual exams. Getting a good grade in this class is very possible as long as you keep up with your work and attend lectures and lab.

He's a professor who really grows on you. At first, it was tough, especially since I hadn't taken chemistry in 4 years, but his teaching style helped a lot. He's blunt but funny, and you can tell he cares, even if it's not super obvious. By the end, I truly enjoyed the class. I'd definitely take him again, one of the best professors I've taken.

he is good, do the study guides because it will really help you out. overall his lectures make sense, hes a silly guy but great professor. dont be late to labs, he doesnt give credit if youre late. provides extra credit so do that, itll help boost your grade a bunch.

I took him for the summer and let me just start my prefacing this. Any stem class you take in the summer will be very difficult and time consuming. You cannot miss a day and you can cruise by without studying. That being said, Professor Bradbury was very clear and consistent with his grading, lectures and lab. He cares deeply about his students.

I took him over the summer and he was amazing. Any stem class over the summer will be challenging but Bradbury was a master in his craft. He has a very monotonic voice so his humor is very dry,(THE BEST KIND). He helps all who ask and wants his students to succeed. Exams are graded fairly and pop quizzes were not a thing. This class is hard just like any other stem class. My grade solely reflects my performance. Definitely put in extra practice! However, Bradbury was an excellent professor. He knows how to teach the subject well and you can tell he enjoys being an educator. He is very understanding. It is homework heavy but he's always willing to help and is fair.
