Jeff's a straight forward professor, pay attention in class and study his notes over and over, you'll do really good on the test, if you have a high MP recording phone, use it for the practicals that he demonstrates during class, it's very helpful, ASK ASK ASK him if you dont understand and study his notes for his quiz, you'll do good.

Lab with Jeff is the best. I liked how he did films in the beginning of each class and then we'd split up. He explains anatomy and films clearly and is always willing to help you understand when it does get confusing. I would recommend him to everyone and would retake this class with him again!

I had the pleasure to having Mr. Sammons for a professor in positioning and summer image critique. Positioning was nerve racking at first because it is "the test for performing". He makes it so that you the student is more calm. He asks why people are failing his quizzes and he listens. Overall, he is calm natured person.

Jeffery Sammons is a great professor. I've loved his classes so far (though all online). His lecture videos are clear and fun (& funny). He gives great feedback and is a fair grader. I say get ready to read because if you want your A, that's part of what's needed. I do the reading, workbook, studying, etc. Good class, awesome professor.

Jeff is always available for help outside of class time and holds practice labs before exams. He truly cares that students understand the content and that we succeed in the program and beyond.

Radiographic Positioning I Laboratory He is really good at introducing you into positioning your first semester. He is straight to the point and good at answering any question you have. That being said do not miss class because he will not catch you up on what you missed. You are expected to keep up with the scheduled lessons if you are absent.

I truly enjoyed Jeff as a professor, he's very kind and genuinely cares about his students. He LISTENS to the students and is always willing to help. He has a lot of knowledge and gives good advice on different ways to position and interact with patients. If you have the option to take him, do. You won't regret it.

I had the chance to take this class and RADT 190 L (Radiographic Positioning Lab)with him, along with RADT 201/201L(Radiographic Positioning 2/plus the lab), and was an awesome experience. I learned a lot in detail. Don't miss the opportunity to complete the home works, I found it to be helpful remembering material for the quizzes and tests.

RADT 192(Radiology Image Analysis) is a very challenging class. He was very helpful pointing out what to look for on the images and giving us homework directly related with the material given on class. The homework given was essential on helping the students learning the material and improving our grades.

Jeff is an amazing professor who cares a lot about his students and the material he is teaching. The only downside to this course this year was that the textbook edition did not match the assignments.
