Professor Goldstein is a great teacher. He truly cares about his students succeeding and is great at communicating with his students. The subject can be difficult but he does his best to help you understand. Students will also gain a lot of hands on experience with different Tax software. Overall, he is one of the best teachers I've taken.

This man was hands down the greatest instructor I have had thus far in college. Very energetic and looks out for the best interest of his students. The material was time consuming only because of the condensed form I chose a 6-week version which was heavy on time. I learned how to be an accountant and a great one. Dont think about it just sign up.

Everything you need to do to get an A in his class is clearly explained, AWESOME teacher, cares about his students and wants you to pass. Do not expect to barely do the minimum and assume you'll pass. Teaching method is easy to understand and follow. Will definitely be taking more of his classes.

Professor Goldstein has been my favorite professor thus far. I was nervous about taking accounting this semester, but he has made learning accounting a wonderful experience. You're not going to get a better professor than Prof. G! You will leave his class with real world skills. He genuinely cares about the success of his students and is very passionate about teaching. An A grade is NOT difficult but you're going to EARN it. Go to class, participate and do the work and you're golden.

Take any class you can with Prof. G. You won't regret it. You will work hard for an A, but in exchange for that you will leave his class with useful real-world skills and a mentor for life. He gives teaching everything he's got. I've never had a professor as genuinely interested in his student's success.

He's a very nice and caring professor. He is always willing to help you before or after class and through Skype. There is homework every week and one quiz that must be done online. Mid terms and the Final are also done online and if you are smart, you'd print out the homework to help you with those. It is best not to miss a class if you want an A.

I would hands down recommend taking professor Goldstein, but ONLY if you truly care about your degree. If you're looking for a class to coast through, he isn't for you. He is the best professor I have had to date. He truly cares about you learning real world accounting, not just the test. He is passionate and experienced and extremely helpful.

I have never done this but this time I'm going to take some time to do this. Strongly recommend taking the class with prof. Goldstein, very passionate con the subject and on your learning. He knows the subject as he has been in the industry for over 20 years. Be ready to learn and work for your grade as is earn with the hard you put into the class.

Great teacher. He explains each topic clearly and makes sure the class understands before moving on. He makes sure each student can feel free to approach him and ask questions. Workload is light, 1 chapter each week but don't procrastinate. I had a great time in his class and look forward to taking Tax 2 with him.

I was a transfer student from a bigger school and decided to take financial and managerial with him and would highly recommend it to others. Easy two times a week in person-- and provides real world experience in a tough subject. Course load is a lot for summer but A is not hard to achieve. Very passionate for his subject and very funny.

This is an honest assessment about an honest guy. I tried this class online with a different professor and had to drop. Professor Goldstein was the difference maker for me and financial accounting making sense. He is engaging, easy to reach outside of school, and genuinely cares about his students and their success.

Overall a very good class. He really pushes you to do the best work you can, some of the online work can be tedious, but that's a problem with every class. He is firm, but fair. Overall I would highly recommend his class.

I was nervous to take this class but professor G made it extremely easy to learn the material. He loves teaching and he really cares about his students. He also really relates the material to real world situations because he works full-time as an accountant. I want to take him for all my other accounting specific courses. He is amazing!

This is a very tough class, but professor Goldstein makes it enjoyable. Participate and don't skip class and you should be fine. There is a lot of homework and assignments are lengthy! If you are dedicated, you'll be good. If not I don't recommend this class.

The only thing you have to prepare yourself is the take-home mid term. The mid terms is usually 13 questions but has several parts within each question. This professor is a fair and caring teacher. I took him for my accounting class and I was scared at first but after getting to know the professor and learning how he teaches i felt calmer. He gives out weekly homework with 1 quiz. One midterm and one final. He also does two project, one in class and one outside.

If you are looking for a good Financial Accounting class take his. it is very educational, and you do learn a lot the work is a little hard but it is worth it make sure you give it your all.

A great teacher who truly loves his job. His course is challenging, but at the end of the course you will come out with a true comprehension of the material; you truly have to earn your grade in this class. This professor has a clear assignment-structure. It is easy to follow and you are able to find out what to expect. You will learn in this class but have to work to learn the material. You will have plenty of Tax experience by the end of the class.

This is my fourth or fifth class with Professor Goldstein and I would love if I had the option to take for Finance and Business classes as well.

Professor Goldstein, provides excellent lectures and relates how it is applied in the real world with his experience. He doesn't get involved with technology too much so expect using paper in class. He should begin recording his lectures so students can review concepts that they didn't grasp. Just show up and make an effort you will pass.

This guy may not be the most well-liked but expectations are very clear. He can sound condescending. However, if you do your work and meet expectations, you will be fine.

Professor keeps the class clear and cut. Grading scale gives no room for a day off or an off assignment. He likes to play music while your working on Drake tax returns. The homework and quizzes are not that hard as long as you follow the reading.
