Jeff is hilarious. Lectures are fun. He will send you his notes if you want them. Attendance is not mandatory. Grade determined based off four 35 question exams. No homework. Always curves exams (usually over five points). He gave me four courtside tickets to a Buck's game for free. He makes himself available to students. Awesome professor!!!

Professor Hahn is Amazing!! He is very familiar with all of the topics that he teaches and makes the lectures very enjoyable. I always looked forward to going to his class. The class grade is 4 exams which are challenging but fair because he curves them based on class performance. Definitely take his class if you have the opportunity.

Attendance was not mandatory, but the lectures made me want to attend class because they were so enjoyable and interesting. Jeff Hahn is without a doubt the best prof I've ever had, I wish I could take another class with him. Lectures aren't mandatory but trust me, you'll actually want to go because he's so funny and knowledgable about law. Only grades are four exams worth 25% each but he ALWAYS gives an amazing curve. Jeff was a great professor. He cares a lot about his students and wants them to succed. There are a total of 4 exams in which he curves heavily! He is very knowledgeable about law and incorporates real life stories to help you better understand the topic. He is very funny and goes above and beyond to be there for his students. Take him!!

Great Guy really helps all of his students when he can. gives you a print out of his notes each class. what he writes on the board is just to help you understand. He cares about his students and has a pretty cool life and relates it to the topics we are learning. take him trust me

A lawyer himself, yet one of the funniest and most entertaining professors I've had. Makes a class that is very memorization and studying-focused a fun class. He also emails out notes and does not take attendance. Tests are hard, but not unexpected. Course is hard in itself.

I had Jeff once a week in night class for 2.5 hrs at a time. He made business law bearable and kept everyone entertained the whole time. His real life examples and crazy stories help retain the material. I would recommend taking his business law course. One time he bought us all pizzas. 10/10

Awesome professor and class. I expected this to be a boring class but Jeff makes every minute count. you don't have to show up but his examples might be worth it. He posts every lecture online before class. You take like 4 exams, and as long as you even study just a little bit you will pass. He gives hard question but the curve makes up for this.

Jeff is arguably one of the easiest professors at Whitewater. I rarely went to class and got B's on all the exams. All the material is on D2L. He makes class fun with all of his random stories pertaining to the material. Not sure if I would have made it through Business Law without him.

He gives a generous curve on tests, although it definitely isn't a blow off class. You actually learn a lot in his class. Finally, he's often available outside of class, provides review videos, and bought my class pizza.

First class in my 4 years here that I actually look forward to go to every other day. Exams aren't too difficult and he curves them. Plus he bought our class pizza, overall great guy.

Great at explaining things in an easy to understand way. Hilarious. Goes above and beyond of what a professor should be. Does a great job of making the two an a half hour night classes go by fast. He even helped me out with some legal issues during the semester.

Jeff understands how to teach a course properly. You get the grade you work for. If you attend classes, watch his review videos, and read over the notes before the test you'll get an A. If you do the latter two you can get a B. Don't do anything then you're chancing it. It's really minimal work you just need to make the time.

The first day of class I noticed how crazy and outrageous Jeff was and I thought to myself, "Oh boy what did I get myself into?" But he is the most charismatic, fun-spirited & interesting man I have ever met. His exams are hard, but he grades on a curve, you get to use your notes on the exams, and he also gives you the lecture notes before class.

We were originally supposed to have 3 exams, but due to COVID we had one exam and 4-5 "mini exams" that were 7 questions each week. He's hilarious & really cares about his students. Take him!!

Humorous and informative lectures. One of the most pro-student professors that I have had at Whitewater. If you have him as an option, take him.

Professor Hahn does a great job making the course interesting with stories that relate to college students. His exams are not that bad but there are some tough questions with that being said he does curve the exams. He is one of the best professors you can take at UW-Whitewater. He really cares about his students and makes the class enjoyable.

All you do for the semester is take 4 exams. He curves heavy, pretty much can't fail. I ended with an 86% and he said that's an A. He provides notes on his lectures so you really don't even have to attend class, but his lectures are information and entertaining. He is also very caring and wants to help educate students. He is pretty cool, take him!

BEST PROFESSOR EVER! Great guy, super funny, & lots of fun stories! No homework, just the exams which are open note and follow the note handouts he gives for each lecture. All summer I was dreading thinking about having to take this class thinking it would be very difficult and boring, and it turned out to be neither thanks to taking it with Hahn!

Only reason why I put lecture heavy is because he does use some of his jokes/examples during the exam so I would advise not to skip but thats up to you. Overall though just take him. Trust.

Favorite professor by far. Jeff makes learning fun, and would rather have you get an A and learn the important stuff, then learn random stuff and get a B. He truly cares about his students, is available anytime day or night, and also feeds his students which is a bonus. Lectures are hilarious, filled with life stories, and actually worth going to.

This class was a breeze. Attendance not mandatory but Hahn is so funny that you want to go to every lecture. I recommend taking this class when you are taking a credit heavy semester or taking multiple hard classes. There is no outside homework or projects. Just lectures and 4 open note/internet exams. The workload is as minimal as possible.

I've taken Hahn twice now, and he is one of the best professors I have had at UWW in my five years here. He cares about students and is very approachable. Class is lecture-heavy but it isn't terrible since Hahn is just very entertaining to listen to. He tells personal stories, jokes, and just makes it an enjoyable experience. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
