"Jackie" Lindbeck is a very detailed teacher. She is extremely organized and teaches the entire class on Power Point. She gives you study guides for every test so there are no suprises. I learned and still remember so much from her class. Good j

Initially it was boring but after an in class evaluation she took heed & things improved & the tests got a little harder, which is good considering its for med students. Its still an EASY A. Just memorize the study guide words & theres NO homework!

Since she has around 11 exams its VERY easy to get an "A" because there are sooooo many points in the class!!! Most of the exams are VERY EASY if you study her study guide and WEB CT! Great professor. Test are very fair and comes all from the study guide. Teaches from power point and gives extra credit opportunity throughout the semester. No way you can fail.

Hard class but great teacher, she is very clear on what you need to know, she even has her own web site with all her stuff she teaches in class. You will do countless hours of studying but you do your part and you want have a problem.

Pay attention in class...once u do so, her test would be easy...d hardest part of her class is when u have like 3-4 chapters to study for one test... use her study guides and power points on Webct they are very helpful

Very nice and cares about her students. it is a boring class but she hands out study guides and tells you exactly what to study so if u study what she tells you, no excuse not to pass. her tests are mc, matching, and fill in the blank. her 1st 3 test are super easy and they will help with ur grade so make sure u study. oh and all tests are weekly.

Ms Lindbeck is an awesome teacher! She teaches very clearly and does everything in he power to make you understand what she's teaching.Her class is not easy. Of course you have to study a lot but she tries her best to make it as easy and understandable, and as fun and interesting as possible. If you put forth the effort you'll do fine.

Class is hard at the beginning of the semester,but after the 3rd test they become a lot easier.No extra credit opportunities,but you get free points in lab for basically showing up.This could help pull your grade from a C to a B.Very caring teacher,will work with you when needed. 11 100 pt tests and 5 10 pt quizes & lab points every week. Prof. Linbeck is a very good teacher. You have to study hard.The best way is to study from her power points and read the book for review. I really put a lot of effort in this class. I ended up with a A. Do not expect this class to be easy. There is a lot of material you need to understant. I do recommend her. I loved her class.

frequent exams keep you on your toes, but makes "bad day" scores less of an impact. very clear about what material will be on exam. questions are in depth and can be difficult, but are not tricky and again very clear on what will and wont be on exam.

She is great! She gives you study guides that is directly on the test. Its not an easy class and you MUST study! She is boring but its definatly worth it. But if you dont study for a couple of hours everyday there is no way your gonna pass. Takes a lot of time and work. Alot of tests and quizzes to help your grade & drops lowest test grade. STUDY!!

If you're willing to put in the time, this class is a breeze. Her study guides contain exactly what's on the test. Weekly quizes were also helpful. Dr. Lindbeck is not the most exciting teacher but is very clear on her expectations! I highly recommend her.

This professor is great. she truly cares about her students and your success in the class. Lab quizzes frequently but they are only 10 pts and participation of 5 pts. Gives study guides of everything on lecture exams and nothing on the exam isnt anything she hasnt covered on the study guide. requires studying but its college!Id take her again!

I am loving this class.. really recommend her. this class is not easy you have to study a lot to pass... she gives you study guides of exactly what she will ask for on quizzes and exams so that makes studying much more simple... please buy the book... it is like 207 dollars but ur really going to need it... very sweet lady

She's a really sweet person, but her class didn't prepare me for A&P II. If you plan on going into the health field, take another anatomy professor! Her class only touches the surface of material.

Professor Lindbeck give you study guides and tells you exactly what is going to be on the tests. If you do the study guides you will pass. Her lectures are very monotone and consistent, but she is very nice and wants everyone to succeed.

I took Professor Lindbeck in Spring 2013, I withdrew because if you have three other classes, there is no time to do her longgggg study guide and STUDY it. That is a must. The tests are really hard if you dont study.

Great Professor. I would say it was a rather easy class. She has study guide available online. Fill it out in class, as she lectures, no need to take any notes besides that. She says you need a text book, but i think i used it once or twice...wouldn't recommend to buy it.

Great teacher! What is not on her study guide, will not be on her test. Study her guides, follow the power point, and you will surely pass! She is very well organized. Lab quiz every week, with 10 questions. several exams that are straight from the power point. Exams are very straight forward, no trickery. An A+ is easy to get as long as STUDY!

AMAZING!!!!!! Best proffessor I've had, I ended up dropping it because I took to many classes and work full time and it does require a good amount of studying. I am taking her again in the fall though. She made Bio of Sex class very interesting and nothing is awkward at all.

She is an easy teacher. BUT IF U NEED TO TAKE AP1&AP2 DONT TAKE HER! I took her last semester thinking I could catch up during AP2 or teach myself but it's SO HARD. U R wasting your time & your money by taking her! The teacher that I have now is great but bc I don't know AP1, I have a low grade in the Class & everyone else is having a better time.

She is a big sweet heart, she always answers any questions you may have. Class is a lot of fun, I look forward to it. Getting the textbook is good, but I never bought it. I use her powerpoints. MEMORIZE MEMORIZE the entire study guide and you'll be fine for tests or quizzes. A little unorganized, always changes syllabus. Offers extra credit.

Overall I enjoyed this class and Dr. Lindbeck as a professor. The class was tough and your grade is based almost entirely on tests/quizes. If you don't do well on the tests it would be hard to pull and A or B. She has study guides available for every test, which is sticks to. The class was challenging, but I learned a lot and enjoyed it.

Took Onsite. Old school, give tests back, paper progress reports every 2 weeks that show the points that are still up for grade improvement, NO drop any grade, extra credit in form of 5 Q's or less. less than 10 points of extra credit on certain exams. No hw, no online work, Allows use of older book editions save money. Memorization is key to pass

Professor Lindbeck provides a study guide for each chapter outlining exactly what you need to know. If you use her study guide properly and show up to lab there is no reason not to get an A in this class.

Lindbeck was so sweet. She was clear with her grading criteria and really seemed to love her job. She was actually pretty easy. I could study for her test the day before and get a B.

Professor Lindbeck has a really great teaching style. She lectures, study her study guides, and take the two chapter exams every other week. I never touched my textbook book and only studied off the study guide a few days before the exam, and my lowest exam grade was an 88. And I have terrible memory. 10/10 would recommend. Has extra credit essays.

Professor Lindbeck is super organized, there's 6 lab quizzes and 6 exams over 3 chapters each. She provides study guides which is great. I did not use the book at all and no HW. She's super nice and always there to help.

She is very straightforward with what she is expecting from you in the course since the first day. There is no homework just 3-4 test that she provides study guides for. There is extra credit as well. It's an easy science class and very interesting. Professor Lindbeck is also very kind when you ask her questions.

Professor Lindbeck is amazing! The class hasn't finished yet but I have an A so far and it was so easy to get it. She gives 5 point after lab. Quizzes mostly every Tuesday but super easy. Tests are basically what was on quizzes. Second time taking A&P1 because I failed the first time, and I am so happy I chose her! I wish she gave an A&P2 class :(

Easy class if you study the study guides given to you. They're just like the tests. Offers two extra credit papers worth five points each and keeps you up to date on your grade.

Professor Lindbeck is fantastic. It's a hard course but she does a great job teaching the material in an understandable way. She doesn't give extra credit or homework, but if you fill out and study her study guides the tests aren't hard at all. Labwork is interesting relevant and easy points, and she is really nice and easy to talk to.

Prof. Lindbeck is very nice, clearly cares about her students and is very straight forward and clear about what she expects you to learn. A&P is a difficult course, but I found that she really helped guide us towards the information that was the most important to know instead of making us just memorize the book. I wish she taught A&P 2 also.

Dr. Lindbeck is a kindhearted professor, who truly cares about her students success. Her expectations are clear and she fosters an engaging learning environment. Use her handouts! Dr. Lindbeck is an amazing Professor. She gives numerous visual aids-examples to help students to understand material. Study guides are provided for exams-take notes & make flash cards. Know EVERYTHING on these. A&P is NOT an easy class & lots work, but Dr. L makes it manageable and shes accessible for questions. No lab pract- no cumulative final.

Professor Lindbeck is great. Her PowerPoints are thorough and she can answer any questions that you have. However, her exams are 100 questions each and some of them took me an extraordinary amount of time to complete due to some of the questions being specific. All the answers can be found in the PowerPoints. Other than that she's really easygoing!

Like any other online class, your going to have to teach yourself. She give you 3 chances to take the test & the final is the same (100 quest) All the answers are in her power points-which are very thorough. If you have a hard time understanding the text book, read her PowerPoints! They help you understand the contexts better!

Professor Lindbeck was one of my favorite professors I have had during this pandemic. She is really understanding, and there isn't too much work for a science class.

I took the Mixed Mode (Hybrid) 1 day a week, 3-hour class. Her lectures are great, you will learn exactly what you need to pass her tests because she makes them. The textbook is not necessarily needed, her powerpoints are more than enough. I wish she taught A&P2 because I would take her again. Do not think twice about taking this professor.

Honestly one of the greatest professors Ive ever had! She gives fantastic lectures combined with engaging activities. Her test are very long but come directly from her study guides and PowerPoints. If you study and put in effort, you will pass. Homework load isnt difficult. Highly recommend using flashcards/quizlet. You wont regret taking her!

Dr. Lindbeck was amazing!! Theres not a ton of homework, she makes PowerPoints easy to understand, and her in-person lab she really goes over everything you understand it. Would def take her again!!!

I wish she taught A&P 2 because I would pick her in a heartbeat. You can tell based on her slides and lectures that she cares for students understanding. Her slides are the best because they explain better than the actual textbook and that is all you need to pass the semester. The textbook was never really needed.

i wish she taught a&p2 because i would totally take her again. only labs were mandatory for points/participation. she teaches off her powerpoints and gives them to you on canvas. exactly what is on her study guide is on the exam. 10/10 would recommend

Study hard, pay attention to her PowerPoint, and take good notes. She offers many resources, and her study guides are like her exams. If you take the time to study and plan accordingly for her exams, you'll pass. The only thing is that this class is hard to take with multiple courses simultaneously.

Course is hard but the way she breaks her materials down it can be easily learned. Majority of the grades are from quizzes (which are easy and are 10 questions from the study guide) and tests. The tests are based off her study guide so as long as you put in the effort it's an easy B. Only her labs are mandatory for attendance. 10/10.

I completed the Anatomy & Physiology 1 course for the summer of 2023. I took it in person so it was very fast-paced with two days a week, a three-hour lab, and a lecture. Professor Lindbeck is amazing and super sweet. Everything that she puts in her study guide can be on the exam. Do not miss out on the extra credit or labs!! read the PowerPoints.

Professor Lindbeck will be there when needed! Gives no homework. Accesible when needed during office hours and provides a study guide which shows what to study for the exams. The only thing you have to study for is the quizzes and exams. Try practicing on other exams before the tests and dedicate enough time to study and you ll be just fine.

This class wasn't easy but the way she broke it down into multiple short slides made it easy to understand and study. if you study her PowerPoint and follow the study guide, you will pass the class. There's no extra credit and no homework, there are 6 quizzes and 6 exams just make sure to study hard at the beginning to get 10/10 on all the quizzes.

She's truly awesome, caring and so very knowledgeable. This class is tough, you can't pass without studying, but her study guides are great and she will kindly answer all of your questions. She doesn't give homework, there are 5 exams, 6 quizzes and 2-3 extra credits, your grade will be based on that. I would take her again for sure.

She was a good professor overall. A little boring, but she has good material. Some labs she will go around the room and ask every person a specific question based on the material. Lab points help with your grade. Just study and pay attention and you'll be fine.

Professor Lindbeck is amazing. There is no homework, just about 7 quizzes and 5 exams. She gives clear outlines in her PowerPoints and clear explanations of what is expected of the exams. She will frequently say “this quiz will only cover these things: etc, etc.”. Now, you do have to put in the work to study, but it's a good class.

One of the best professors. Lectures are easy to follow and understand. Labs are engaging, she's personable and funny. Approx. 6 quizzes, five tests. No homework, just lots of studying. Final exam isn't based on everything learned the whole semester. Final is on the final chapters that you will be learning and studying already. Wish she taught APA2

Prof. Lindbeck may seem demanding, but her clear guidance and useful study resources make the class manageable. Attend lectures, use the study guide, and try unstuck ai - it can really help with exam prep. Overall, a worthwhile course if you're willing to put in the work.
