I really enjoyed the weekly videos she posts as I feel more engaged in her class. I think she truly wants her students to succeed and overall, I have truly enjoyed her online class and would certainly take her again.

She is a great professor, very helpful and informative. She genuinely cares about her students which Is always a good kind of professor to have. She does some great video lectures as well.

great professor, gives good lectures with salient detail for the students to understand. the textbook is highly used for test and homework so i advise any upcoming students to make sure they purchase one. professor emails students with reminders so that we stay on task and answers questions in a timely manner.

Tough class but if you do the work then you should pass. Took professor for online class, not bad, plenty of reading and tests, but that can be expected from any online class. Made the subject easy to understand and I would take her again!

Dr. Jaye is incredibly passionate about her job and the course. It is important for her student to come away from the class having learned valuable knowledge. Her responses are prompt and she stresses that she is there to help her students anytime! It was not the easiest class I have ever taken but its definitely doable if you put in the work.

Professor is awesome. Online class has video lectures which are really helpful. There were discussions every week and two papers along with weekly quizzes. Study and keep up with the work and you should be good

Mrs. Armstead was very helpful and clear on instructions throughout the whole course. There was never an overwhelming amount of work. The course was fun and fairly easy with all the resources, videos, and practice quizzes she provides with each module to further your understanding of the material.

By far one of the easiest classes I have ever taken. Professor Armstead is extremely helpful and makes it well known that she is there to help you succeed in class. There were 7 different sections of the class (including the midterm and final) in the entire semester. 10/10 would take again.

Dr. Jay is a class act. She makes learning interesting and fun. It is difficult not to connect with her and there is no reason you cannot grade well because there are so many tools to help you succeed. She is interactive, responsive and over all engaged in the learning experience. I wish all professors possessed the same passion for what they do!!

As far as online classes go it was pretty good. She tells you exactly what needs to get done and gives time to do so. She tells you what to fix for the next time you do a discussion. I would take her again for sure.

Dr. Jay has been an excellent teacher. The way the class is scheduled and organized made it fun and easy to learn. She also there if a student has any questions at all.

The POP quizzes were not a surprise, but you may only have 20 seconds to answer each question and the quiz covered three chapters. I found it difficult to process the questions quickly based on the amount of material covered.

This was a class I was dreading in the beginning, but Dr. Jaye made it a great learning experience. I learned a lot more than I thought I would, and I would definitely recommend this class to a friend.

Dr. Jaye is a really good professor. She really cares that you pass, you have to put in the work in order to get a good grade. She gives you chances to make up work and she is easy to talk to if you have problems or do not understand something. I would def. take her again!!

She is one of the most lively, caring professors I have ever had here at SPC. She keeps the homework simple in terms of giving clear direction for assignments and provides many helpful tools. She posts video lectures for her online class. Grading is true to syllabus and is always fair. Quick email responses. AMAZING PROF! Highly recommend!

Dr. Jay is very knowledgeable. I like that she is available at all time, and that she welcomes any questions. She is well prepared for this class and expects the same from us. Class itself requires non-stop participation and it is a lot of work. However, I learned concepts that I can actually use throughout my career and life.

She is really nice, writes what she liked about all my assignments and gave really good feed back. I took this class online and she went above and beyond with her videos that she provided of herself. She made videos of her going over the chapters and explaining things. She is a great help and very open door policy if you have any questions.

This class was yet the best to come for me. I've had over 10 Professor's and none of them had the energy of Dr. Jay. She is amazing and an inspiration for success. She has taught me a lot in such little time and I respect her for that. Always available, always on time, and her lectures are never a dull moment. I must take her again on the future.

She's funny and not a tough grader. She starts all her videos with "Hey, hey, hey, It's Dr. Jaye!" I had my mom and I watching her videos just because she's great!

Dr. Jaye is an amazing professor, but don't misunderstand "great" for "easy". As a Management and Leadership course, she provides "real world" type assignments so the student can be better prepared when managing yourself and others.

Professor Armstead does a great job going over the course information, even when taking the class online. Make sure you are prepared to read the chapters, it makes the class that much easier. I really liked how she incorporated movie clips into what we learned, by using them for our discussions. She gives great feedback when grading your papers.

Dr. Jaye is awesome. She is a military vet and is very charismatic. I enjoyed having her. However, instructions on team assignments are not clear and the amount of work is a little much compared to other courses in the business program. Dr. Jaye responds quickly to emails and offers a lot of help in the course and in professional development.

Dr. Jaye is a hoot and knows the material cold. Just do the work and you will be fine.

She's very passionate about business and wants all students to learn. She has tons of video lectures and links to click around to really help you dig for the material and knowledge if you choose so. I'd recommend her to anyone!

Give very good feedback on subject matters and discussions. A lot of reading to take quizzes but gives the students a good amount of source material for topics pertaining to discussions.
