Prof Armstead is a great professor! Anytime I had any questions I emailed her and she quick quick and very nice to answer all my questions. No need to purchase book, its an OER online book. Midterm and Final I find to be too much- takes me about two hours- It's basically 10 discussion question & they need to be 150 words APA.

This is the best online course i have taken. Dr. Armstead is extremely caring, and definitely knows her stuff. Be ready for APA formatted essays. They were not easy, but I wouldnt say they were hard either. She takes off points for not following APA format correctly, even if your essay is nearly perfect, she sticks to her grading criteria to the tee. 17/20 is what I received most often, but I had an A in the course all semester. Lots of extra credit too.

I've taken Armstead before and she provides assignments that are easy enough to do if you take the time to review the text. This course was like most of the courses in the program. The work isn't crazy hard. You just have to get it done. Hard to fail if you put in the effort. Professor was helpful and offered plenty of extra credit to help grade if you fell off like I did during the beginning of the semester.

When approaching his class, I was going to love it but after a few assignments graded by Dr. Jaye, he graded heavy but it gave me the motivation to keep giving me a better grade. Having this motivation help improve myself so definitely take his class.

I have taken this professor twice. Once in-person and once online. She does a great job in both because the course is essentially designed to be done online with minimal engagement. When feedback is needed to improve she really shines which in my opinion is the key to success in any course no matter the delivery method.
