Jennifer is another really great teacher. She tells you that she has a passion for teaching and she proves it. She knows her material and she explains it very well. Her tests are really easy. Great teacher. Take her if you want to get a really easy A.

Great communicator, very understanding and fair. She really wants her students to succeed and understand the material. All tests were take-home, but heavily based on lecture notes so I suggest you show up for every class or set up a buddy system with someone. Just a very good teacher on all accounts.

Amazing teacher! By far the best at LPC! She has compassion for her students and is extremely understanding. You don't really NEED to attend her classes, but she makes you want to. i've taken two of her classes and would love to take every class with her! She was a really sweet lady who related well to her students. I missed a lot of class and still did fine so if you need Psyc but have a heavy load, this will make things easier for you.

If you're genuinely interested in psychology, you should really take this class. Jennifer is a fun and interesting teacher. She doesn't lecture every class, and notes are minimal to moderate. There is no homework other than to complete take-home tests and case studies (which are interesting). She grades very fairly, and it's easy to get an A!

Great teacher! I am learning a lot of information in creative ways. She really cares about her students. She says she loves to teach and it shows. I also took Psych 6 with her and that was an amazing class! She grades fairly and really wants you to succeed not only in class but in life. Great instructor!

I took general psych with her and she showed two great movies, has class activities that makes it more understandable. Also take home exam are easy, better than in class of course. All her projects and assignments are easy too and she gives extra credit.

Her lecture days are more interesting than most and she's always willing to take questions. If you get the chance, definitely take her class!

O'Neal is one of the best teacher there is @Las Positas College.She is very into her teaching and her class is very easy!all u have to do is do her wrk!!she gives ALOT of easy extra credit and all her tests are take home tests and its due a week after.Her class is always fun and she makes you feel comfortable so u dnt have to do anything u dnt want

Ms Oneal is my favorite teacher I have had at Las Po. She is the reason why I changed my degree over to Psych. She truely cares about her students and her way of teaching is great, I would highly encourage you to take her class. :)

Highly recommended. Got her on accident for my first health class and have followed her around the psychology field whenever I can. She is there to help you and not stress you out. Take home exams and movie discussions are a major part of your grade; very simple. If you do what she asks of you, then you will get an A. Tons of extra credit as well.

Many college courses stress me out these days but having Ms. O'Neal made a great difference. She is a teacher in the truest definition. I loved every moment of her Human Sexuality class. She involved her students in discussions about sexuality that are often not easy to talk about. I WISH IF SHE COULD TEACH ALL OF MY COURSES. Love you Ms. O'Neal.

She really made me excited for college. Took her back in 2010. She is extremely easy and still very informative. The subjects are obviously really interesting and she makes them even more interesting with props, guests, and her clear interest in the subject. Amazing teacher and I recommend to everyone.

Jennifer is so great! She doesn't like to lecture for a whole hour so she expects us to get into groups and have discussions instead. Participation matters. No Homework besides once a week quiz open book at home. She always makes class fun and I definitely am learning a lot in this class! Book is necessary! She's the best! TAKE HER!

Professor O'Neal's online PSYC 6 (Abnormal Psychology) course is organized and provides clear expectations. The course is heavily dependent on Cengage and is very structured and easy to follow. The case studies are informative and easy to understand. Show up, do the work, and you'll leave this class with an A and a wealth of knowledge.

Jennifer is awesome! Took her Psyc12 class online this summer and was an easy A. Online homework is super easy and interesting, but a bit long. Assignments are due every Sunday. She is super nice and communicates well for being an online course. Fast grader and really cares about her students. Take her!

Professor O'Neal is great. Had her for online psychology 6. She is very easy to reach when you have questions. She is always willing to help. She also is pretty chill grader. I wish I could've taken the class online with her for more interaction.

Uses online textbook for all tests and courses. Make sure to complete all the work, and you will pass. Holds study groups for exams and they are open note. Great teacher. Took course over the summer and even though it was a lot of material in a short amount of time, still feel that I learned something.

BEST PROFESSOR EVER. Seriously the sweetest and most caring woman ever. Super easy homework and interesting reading. Love the discussions- it is super meaningful. Took her class over the summer, there was a lot of work but it was doable. Had to buy an online access code for homework, but I think that the way assignments were set up made the course so much easier. Really interesting content, and she is eager to help you out. Would recommend if you can handle completing 3-4 chapters a week

I have to revise my rating. I also admit I was wrong. I thought this class was overwhelming but I hadn't gotten in the groove. It is indeed something you can accomplish. I find Professor O'Neal inspirational in her interactions, encouraging, and A LOT more caring than many. She is in tune with students' rhythms. Genuinely glad I'm in this class.

She is a great professor! She is very caring of her students and if our grades were 90% or higher we didn't have to take the final. The class is mostly taken through Cengage with weekly assignments and a discussion post. If you can stay on top of deadlines you should be fine. If you don't have a 90% or higher, the final is really easy.

The most easiest and laid back class I've ever taken! I've taken psych before, and I didn't really like the way my previous teacher taught. Professor O'Neal made me understand psych a lot more! She uses a website called Cengage which allows you to read, test your knowledge, and see how much information you retained! Great teacher overall!

Great class if you just need to get the credits out of the way. All assignments are through cengage. You get 3 attempts at each answer. I rarely did the discussion posts, but aced all of cengage assignments so I still got a 94, and if you get above 90, you dont have to take the final. She offers extra credit. No late work, though!
