She is such a cool teacher, she is so easy to learn from. She gives lots of lecture notes with lots of examples that make it easy to understand the material. She is so willing to help. Her test are easy and she helps you study for final.

She is super nice and knows her stuff. Great class for the math challenged.

Excellent lecture style. She begs you for questions and always makes herself available for help. She gives you indepth information to prep you for what's on her tests, and is one of the most methodical and thoughtful math professors out there.

I took her online stats class, and she rocked! She always writes back right away. Her notes are really helpful for the tests. She doesn't require homework to be turned in until end of semester, but DO NOT wait until the very last minute because the homework takes a long time to finish. She's a breath of fresh air for people who despise math.

Took this class online. As long as you follow her excellent notes, you will do fine. I recommend reading the book along with the class for a well-rounded experience. I made the mistake of using the software to learn the material; it was cumbersome and inefficient. Weekly HW assignments (due at end of semester), 3 midterms and an in-class final.

EASIEST ONLINE STATISITICS CLASS YOU CAN TAKE. EVEN IF MATH IS YOUR WORST SUBJECT, YOU CAN DO WELL IN HER CLASS. DO ALL YOUR HOMEWORK AND IT WILL PREPARE YOU ON YOUR FINAL. FINAL IS OPEN BOOK AND NOTES. EASY A!!!!!

She pretty much gives you all the pieces you need to an A and your only job is to try and have all the pieces at the end of the semester. Statistics isn't easy, but everything is laid out in front of you. Open notes, books, anything during the final. Her notes are the only thing I used and barely the book.

Crystal-clear lectures. The homework assignments can be done without textbook reading with your in-class notes. She allows open notes/book exams and finals. If you need help she has no problem repeating any portion of her lecture. I highly recommend this professor to anyone, especially if math isn't their strong point.

I took the online stat class. Tests are online with open book, notes and internet. Although its an easy A with these, i feel i would have learned more if i took this class in a classroom setting. Kimm is very nice and understanding. Answered questions and emails quickly.

Professor Kimm is an excellent teacher! You can tell she is very passionate about math which makes learning very fun. I like the fact that she reviews material several times to ensure everyone understands before she moves on. Warning she does give a lot of homework from the book. But the homework assignments are designed to help you for your tests.

Never received an A in math before this class, and not because its easy but because she knows how to set things up in a way for her students to actually gain an understanding of the material. I took the online class, which i recommend if you can keep up with the work.

I took this online. I really like the software, Course Compass; it is an awesome software program. She provides a ton of step-by-step calculator tips, and lets you know which questions to study for the exams. The final was on campus and not too bad, so long as you can do the sample final which she provides and also, provides the solutions.

Prof. Kimm is the best math teacher. I actually love going to her class. Math is not easy, but she explains it clearly. She writes perfect notes on the board directly from the book, then she explains it, then she does examples. If you have a question...ask now because she goes through the notes quickly. She is very sweet and willing to help.

Take her,really helpful gives reviews for all test, homework is all due once a week its hand picked problem from each section,reviews for test in class,stays on past for the most part,easy to understand lessons answers all question,again very helpful,come to class and do the homework(doesnt mind being late but will mark dwn) and you will pass

Jenny Kimm is arguably the best professor that i've had the good fortune to cross paths with. Her teaching approach is interesting, she really gives you the step by step approach to solving the problems. she takes a genuine interest in her students as well. She is a real sweetheart. you just need to study, take good notes and you will do great.

I saw alot of ppl not show up, even though she uses attendance as part of your grade. Homework is a big part of grade. I'm going to try to take her again, she is super nice, really helpful, and if you do homework your so golden in that class. Prof. Kimm ROCKS

I took Kimm Online. She gave study review sheets before the 3 midterms and sample final. She wasn't strict about homework deadlines and let me retake a midterm for a better grade. She is flexible but I also had good grades and kept up with the work for the most part. Nice lady!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Professor Kimm..I couldnt believe I was able to pass stat with a B on my own online. Her study guides before exams were excellent and only tests you what is on the study guide. She is always available whenever you need her. Wish all math teachers were like her. take her if you want to pass and actually learn math!!

Ms. Kimm is amazing. She is very helpful, works through the problems with you and makes sure you learn it. Homework is on a weekly basis, though not due till end of semester. 3 mid terms (she provides study guides and can be taken twice), Final was comprehensive. (about 15 Q'S, NOTES are OK) I would highly recommend taking this class online.

Jenny tries to be as clear as possible in her explanation of the work. Statistics, in general, tend to get complicated. However, Jenny is very helpful; she'll even see you after class adjourns, if needed. She is THE BEST math instructor I've had so far. I would definitely recommend her class.

I took Kimm when I 1st entered city college for math 38, couldn't have had a better professor than her. She was very good, very nice and sweet and she explained the material good. I retook her for statway 1 and now 2 and still she explains the material very good, homework is easy class is easy. I love her and I would take ALL math classes with her.

Jenny is such a great math proffessor. She is so friendly and puts up with a lot from her students and never gets annoyed. She is kind and makes the material easier to comprehend. She returns assignments immediately with feedback on homework so you can learn. She will go to any length to help you understand including come in on her day off!

Second semester with her. She is an absolute pleasure to be taught by. She gives full credit for hmwk for trying. Her lectures are clear and tell you everything you need to know so take good notes on everything. She is so helpful and kind and patient. She will stop the class to explain a concept until you get it and come in on her day off to tutor.

Best online math teacher I've had. About 3 tests and a final. Small amount of homework that can all be turned in on the last day of the semester if you wanted. Very nice individual who offers a study guide for the final which you are allowed to copy down and use on the actual final. Definitely take this class.

The class is pretty much tests and HW. 3 midterms worth 50%, Over 30+ HW assignments for each section worth 25%, and final worth 25%. Time-consuming but easy to understand.

Had this class online for stats, Professor Kimm goes above and beyond as an online instructor. She has many videos explaining how to use the graphing calculator which really helped to work through the online homework. If you do your online homework on time, and follow the exam reviews this class should be a breeze, final isn't bad if you keep up.

Calmest teacher ever. Not once did she lose her cool. Any questions you got feel free to ask her she is very helpful and understanding. If I had to complain about something it's probably the fact that she is too nice. She spoils you. I was behind like a months worth of homework yet she still let me turn it in. It's cool but can be a bad habit.

I took Statistics 119 online and I got a B. Professor Kimm also responded my emails and she made homework and exams so organized. She really wants to help her students, statistics is not an easy course. If you are a committed student you will definitely pass this class. I definably recommend her.

BEST GMS 90 PROFESSOR! She has a unique way of teaching math that makes it so simple for her students to understand. As long as you get 70% on MyMathLab you get full points on homework. She always reviews before the tests which is helpful. Also, she is always accessible before and after class.

She made a friday morning statistics class pleasant and I never felt like my time was wasted. She is kind and extremely patient. Go to office hours she is gentle and doesn't judge silly questions. Highly recommended for people who hate math, are afraid of it, and/or need lots of explanations and patience.

She is always available if you have a question. If you show her you care about the class and want to do what it takes to pass, she will help you achieve those goals.

First off this class is a hard class, and by that I mean the subject. She does a fantastic job of simplifying it as much as possible. PAY ATTENTION, come to every class. Don't just copy the notes, understand them. If you're not sure ASK, or you won't do well on tests. She wants to see you pass. if you're struggling,tell her and do extra credit.

I took her online Stats 119 and it was not the easiest class but it was nice to have her as a professor. She is very helpful, even with an online class. It is pretty homework heavy but, it is worth it. Do all of the homework because you will definitely succeed in the class. I did pretty bad on the final but still passed with a B.

Online class. Easy A if you pay attention. 2 of the finals are online and 2 are in person. The weekly homework is very easy to complete. If I have any questions she responds immediately and is very helpful.

She is one of the best professors I ever took. Because of the pandemic, the class was completely online. She is understand and care for all of her students. All the exams can be taken twice, the highest ones count. The final was proctored on Zoom; you just have to record your own progress. Thank to her information, I even got a grant for Covid-19.

Professor Kimm is such a gem! She is so so nice and has a great speaking voice. As someone who took 119 with 4 different teachers I must say that with her was the easiest way to pass, it is heavy lecture but was worth it because I pass after 4 trys

Jenny was by far the best math teacher I ever had. I took her online MATH 116 class and she gives you all the help you need. The platform she used was straight forward and all the questions were just like the tests. During office hours she commits all her time to you and making sure you understand everything. Highly recommend her.

Attendance is not graded, but will help. Lectures are packed with coursework. You should take notes. Professor Kimm has mastered incorporating technology into lecture. She's very helpful and uploads class notes online. Her office hours are both in person and on Zoom. The tests are half online and half in-person. An A is there, if you're wiling.

The best math professor I have had in college so far. I took her over the summer session, and it was a ton of work. MATH 122 is a difficult class as it combines calculus 2 and 3, but she made it doable. Her YouTube videos are extremely helpful for the exams, and she is very easy to reach outside of class for help.

Prof. Kimm made Math 116/15X so simple to understand. She takes the time to explain the concepts, how to apply them and will answer all questions thoroughly. Very clear on topics/concepts that will be tested so there's no surprises. Accommodating and understanding. She uploads in class lecture notes/videos for convenience. Highly recommend her!

122 is hard. It's not the best class for online, but that's all that's available. Professor Kimm is awesome. She's always accessible via office hours, email, and zoom. She's quick to respond and happy to work on problems with you. That said, it's a hard class. Take advantage of the help, stay up to date on the homework, and you'll pass.

Where has she been all my math life??? I never thought I'd be taking this high level of math (Calc II/III) and I bit the bullet to switch my major. Took this at a CC for transfer to UCSD. If it weren't for Prof Kimm I would've tanked. So helpful! Go to office hours! And send in your notes after exams for partial credit. I will always recommend her!

If you took any CalcAP class in HS, MATH122 is basically just review. Which is good, because she basically lets you teach yourself about the subjects covered. She does provide video lessons sometimes, but other than that you learn through the online textbook you have to pay for. She is also very understanding and replies quick to emails

Material can be difficult, but the system used is helpful as you can do practice questions if you are unsure. 4 exams with 2 being at home and 2 being at the school, but you get to schedule when you do them at the proctor room. Easy to get a high grade, but also easy to lose it because of the finals impact.

Kind, caring, patient, accessible, prompt feedback, and an excellent teacher in a subject that is intimidating for most students. Her lectures are paced perfectly, plus, she is tech-savvy, taking her own electronic notes, posted within minutes after class. Cannot say enough good things about her, she is one of the best Professors I've ever had.

I am so grateful for this woman. I took her for Math 116, 119, and 121 and got A's in all of them because she is simply amazing. Her lectures are concise, easy to follow, and she posts her notes immediately after class. Just show up and listen, you will do fine in her class. You'll still need to participate and attend lectures. Studying is crucial and she is always available via email. You won't regret taking her.

The professor is very helpful and explains concepts clearly. Although the content is dense, attending class is worth it. The online homework can be time-consuming, but unstuckstudy is a great study tool to supplement the textbook. Overall, a solid math class.

Math 122 calculus is not easy but she made it for you easy more than no one can make it easier and nicer, her lectures and office hours availability is Super, she never stress you on tests, for every test she have a Preparing test questions that she guide you the questions will be like this, it was best

Professor Kimm was an amazing teacher! I took her for 121X and Stats 119. She takes her time with lectures and will explain it in different ways if you're struggling to understand the material. The homework is great prep for tests. She also lets you know what types of problems will be on the tests and gives a practice test with similar problems.

AMAZING Stats professor. She is thorough and if u don't understand, she is willing to go over the info again. Reasonable amount of HW every week, it's online w/ unlimited attempts. 4 exams total; 2 in person, 2 online, all open note and provides a study guide. She is always available during office hours. Take any of her math courses if you can!
