At first she was really hard to follow, I'm guessing cuz she's not very organized, but its getting better. She's hilarious and for the guys...she's kinda cute too.
She's a really nice and well educated teacher. She definately knows her stuff. I just took a test today and it wasn't so bad. She's really fast when she talks so be sure to write fast or bring a tape recorder. She's fair in grading. Be sure to read the material and take good notes. Take her for sociology! You'll love her! She's really funny too.
She is a very interesting teacher. Her tests are a little hard. Just make sure you read the assigned readings and take notes in class. It is a medium difficulty class.. If there is no one else better, she is a good option.
Great teacher. Great class. Easy. Just read and listen at the lectures. Don't really have to take notes. Quizzes every friday are simple. Interesting topics too
She is a really hard grader......and the test are pretty hard too....if you read and take good notes you will do fine though. BUT.......it's not an easy A! She is really nice and funny and teaching interesting topics. But don't expect to slack off........she is hard!
She's really cute and very nice. She is pleasant and commical. The class is not easy though. You will study pages of notes and readings for a 4 question quiz every week. Tests are multiple choice with wording that can trip you up. They are not easy. You won't learn much because of the abundance of information.
I would recommend if you get here to make sure you got to class and read the readings or the test won't be that easy and your grade will reflect that.
I found her incredibly interesting and there is at least a few laughs every class....she makes Intro inteeresting....so i would take her again.....but BEWARE!!! do not slack off! and read the readings!!!! READ!! but it was a fun lecture class....she gets everyone involved in the relaxed environment....and she has the same pearl jewelry alot haha bu
Dr. Stuber is one of the hippest teachers at UNF. She always keeps the class interesting, cracks jokes, and cares a lot about her students. She's very personable and is quick to get to know her students on a name-to-name basis. If you want to take a fascinating class with a great professor, I'd definitely suggest Dr. Stuber.
She was pretty amazing. She keeps the class interested and there's never a dull moment. Youve got to be really into the subject to understand everything but its a fun subject. You should definitley take her.
Prof Stuber was a pretty funny teacher and has funny little mannerisms. Overall very helpful and uses the textbook alot.
Dr. Stuber is straight to the point. She knows her stuff. She is very organized and expects you to be the same when writting your papers. I would take her again.
I loved her! She made an Intro class exciting and made me love Sociology. She knows her stuff and communicates it in an easy to understand, engaging way. If you have the opportunity to take her, do it! Plus, I had her for a lecture and didn't talk very much, but she remembered my name a semester later. Impressive!
i loved this class. jenny is a great teacher! her lectures are very interesting and engaging, and she loves to get the class involved. i learned a lot, and actually looked forward to coming to class.
Good instructor keeps class interesting and fun. Keeps you interested by including you in the discussion
Awesome professor. Kept lecture interesting and break-outs weren't bad. Very helpful and understanding, really tries to get to know her students. This isn't an easy-A class though - attendance and participation are crucial to success. After taking her class, I've decided to minor to Sociology. She's pretty much the best.
I thought she was very interesting and fun. She seemed to always keep the class flowing and alive, which I find very refreshing. I highly recommend her for any class that she teaches. Very knowledgeable and real world.
Very helpful, very good at explaining. Her background was very inspiring. The picture shown does not giver justice. HIGHLY recommended.
absolutely hilarious with amazing intelligence to match her stunning personality
very helpful teacher. as long as you keep up with the readings, listen to what she has to say, you are good. really not a hard class & extremely interesting.
she seems nice, but lack the quality of an organized teacher. She has problems using the clickers and the program that comes with it. Also, her quizes are confusing since sometimes they may be mistaken for survey questions, when in reality they're taking in for a grade.....Needs to be a little bit more clearer, and also lighten up a bit!
Professor Stuber at first seemed like a great teacher, but now midway into the semester many of us realize there are some re-occurring problems. For example, with some many quizzes, i'm confused on how she actually grades each of them since she teachers an auditorium class and she posts grade pretty quickly. She tends to snap here and there as well
If you ask her a question, dont expect her to answer it because she gets side-tracked easily or even sometimes she will tried to avoid the question and ask another to replace it. Stuber is nice but I dont understand is when we get side tracked she take it out on us, but she does it....things are jolly again....confusing...her assessments suck too!
.....after reading the comments from below....here's a brighter fact....she's actually really hot!!!! GRROOWWWLLL!
Her quiz questions were VERY UNCLEAR! this is the only thing that annoyed me. IF not unclear they focused on some trivial bit of information from the reading that despite me completing the reading, would miss the question. :(
Stuber is a very outgoing prof that gets to know her students. how she knows the names of every person in a 150 person class... i have no idea. She knows her material and throws . You must read to pass this class. There are quizzes every day but it allows room for error because she only keeps the top 15 grades. Fun class and very intersting
She loves her job. I do not have much more to say. It is very unclear what will be on tests because she just talks about her political opinion the whole time. If you wish our country was more like Sweden, this is the class for you.
She is really great if you keep up with the readings and attend class because she uses CPS clickers to give quizes based on the reading and previous classes. She is always willing to help in office hours or by appointment if you need her.
Awesome teacher! I wish I could take her for every single one of my sociology classes. The course work is NOT easy. She challenges you to think critically and do your work. If there is something you do not understand, she is more than willing to help you--just ask! And she has a great sense of humor, there is never a dull moment in her classroom!
i hate sociology. but she's ok i guess. it annoys me how we gotta take quizzes everyday.attendance is mandatory to pass
she is the best teacher ever! No joke I LOVED this class, even though it was a 3 hours long class on thursday nights, it was worth it! You just need to read the readings each week, and come to class to take a short quiz. she challenges you to question society and the way we think. I would recommend her and her classes to anyone!
She is fun and provides an atmosphere conducive to learning; goes off the reservation at times but overall uses class time quite well. She is concerned for students learning and very helpful / encouraging; I enjoy when intellect and concern are both apparent. Not to mention, she deserves at least 4,000 of those red peppers.
Dr. Stuber is a brilliant professor with obvious passion for her field. If Socio is your major, she is a must take. Absolutely on top of her game, organized, runs tight ship. No room for slacking. Must read everything & take good notes on lectures. She's funny & confident & real. Extremely interesting material.
great personality, though when it comes to teaching...well lets just say your paying money for a class that is taught by the book, her lectures dont really help ya out for her exams...better yet her slides! Be careful!
This class was easy in the beginning. She drops grades and all but then towards the end she screws you over. You think you're doing okay in the class and then you get the final exam and by the time SHE dropes your 3 worse grades you dont get the grade you thought but a lower grade. Very misleading and at times annyoing because she's very picky.
Interesting and intelligent. Exams reflect readings & lectures. No "tricking" involved; rubric clearly spells out her grading method; Grades on 350pt scale. Only prob is that Mid & Final are worth 250pts (70% of grade); do poorly on final & your grade suffers. I have a 4.0 and barely made an A. Fairly easy, but only if you stay on top of your game.
Her lectures are very fun and interesting. She is a great professor to take if you have the slightest interest in sociology. The quizzes are a must, so make sure you read the material! The questions are always reflective of what you read and clear cut. Exams are not tricky, and very reflective of the course material covered in class.
VERY RUDE TEACHER!! worst professor I have ever had. She doesn't like any of her students and is rude to all of them. Insults them all the time and always has an attitude. She thinks shes better then everyone else. Class is pretty interesting tho.
She is a great professor. Honestly. She is clear and notes are on PP. Study guide is online and from notes on BB. She kept me busy with readings but it really helped me in the class. I would take her over and over. GREAT CLASS if you need it or an elective.
SIMPLE: Go to class and listen/ Read Assigned Readings/ STUDY HARD for the Midterm and Final Exam. Do all this and you will get an A
She's very entertaining & knows the material. Loves it when students participate in discussion! Need to read the book for the clicker quizzes, but the readings can be interesting. Lecture notes are posted on BB. Go to class & pay attention. The tests can be difficult & are worth a lot! Just study & the do the study guides. I got an A-.
I took her for intro to sociology and sex, race, social class. I didn't do too hot in intro but I always liked her lectures! I learned my lesson the second time around. Go to the lectures! They really help you out. As long as you pay attention and get involved in group discussions you should do fine!
I took her every opportunity that I had. Very helpful, knowledgeable about course material. Her lectures are well organized and she is very clear about topics and what is expected in class. Strict grader and she gives attendence points. Read and come to class.
Stuber is fantastic. Her lectures are so engaging, and she's very receptive to student's comments. Take Stuber, you will not be sorry.
Dr. Stuber is a prof. I will always remember. She is well qualified with a Ph.D in Soc, and teaches students in organized, engaging lectures. As a Comm. major, I took the course as an elective with little Soc. background. If I were not too far along, I would def. claim a Soc. minor because of my experience in her classroom. Great teacher!
Very smart, very funny, very pretty. I enjoyed the whole class. If you read the book and pay attention during lectures it's an easy and very interesting class. Her class inspired me to minor in Sociology :)
Great teacher! I recommend going to class everyday because she gives weekly quizzes with material from the previous lecture and the readings. Do these readings or you will fail this class!!! She is very knowledgable and interesting to listen to. Also, don't show up late. She will make you sing or dance in front of the class. Again, great teacher!!!
Dr. Stuber is wonderfully funny and always has interesting topics to discuss. She often has video clips to show us and gives very engaging lectures.
She loves her job. I do not have much more to say. It is very unclear what will be on tests because she just talks about her political opinions most of the time. If you like someone that speaks in absolutes and if you wish our country was more like Sweden, this is the class for you.
She is a great professor. If you do all the readings and do good in your quizzes you will pass the class with no trouble. She has a great personality
She's an amazing professor! Take her class not only because it's an easy A but also because she makes it interesting and gets you thinking about issues without making it seem like hard work. Do the reading for the daily quizzes and you'll get an A. She takes the top 20 quiz grades. She offers study quides for the test and wants you to do well.
Very funny professor, made the class interesting. Tests were not hard if you read the material. Mostly multiple choice, included essay questions.
She is Awesome!!!!! She loves Sociology and keeps her class very interested!!! I recommend her class to everyone. If you come to class do good on your quizzes and study for her tests you'll get an A. I'm looking for other classes that she teaches.
She's amazing! Her class isn't easy, but it is soo interesting, I'm definitely going to miss her class! Do the readings. Pay attention in class, you'll remember things because she makes it interesting, it'll help on her tests, she tells you what the essay question will be about. TAKE HER! I'm a straight girl, and I would tell you she's pretty hott!
Loved Prof. Stuber!!! She's amazing! Makes class fun an interesting, her tests quizzes and exams are simple if you keep up on the readings, pay attention in class, and take notes! She's super helpful and very considerate. She puts all her lectures online as well as study guides. Her sex, race, and class course was my favorite class my fall semester of my freshman year! Stuber has tones of stories and comments on her topics and relates things back to everyday life senarios.
Dr. Stuber is by far the best professor I've had so far at UNF. This fall will be my third time taking one of her classes. She can interest anyone in the field of sociology even if it seems completely boring before you take her class. She's very enthusiastic, upbeat, yet contraversial at times and does alot of class discussions. She's the best!
Dr. J is an amazing teacher! i would recommend her class to anyone. There's a lot of readings, quiz everyday, but nothing too difficult. You can only miss 5 days of class in the semester, but she makes it to where you wouldn't want to miss a single lecture. Be respectful, don't text during class, and be on time,do all your readings and youll get an A
I loved Doctor J! She has an amazing way of teaching. The class had a lot of readings to do with daily quizzes but the readings definitely helped with the exams! I would recommend her to anyone!
A lot of reading to do but a very interesting class. You will have a lot of fun, even in the days that are hard to listen. Jenny makes the class very fun to live by, and it is a good idea not to miss a class. You need 4x6 index cards everyday and take a lot of notes. This class is amazing, and I highly recommend it.
The hottest teacher here. If you took any psychology classes, you would know that attractive teachers are actually better teachers. Doesn't matter if you're attracted to them or not, you just would learn more. Google it. Also, she doesn't make you buy a $150 book like most of these profs.
her class is not boring at all!! so that's definitely a good thing..she's also very funny and nice. TAKE HER CLASS
Professor Stuber is just the best. She keeps the class very engaged in interesting discussions. You cannot miss class because she gives weekly quizes which is very easy as long as you do the readings. Easy A or B just gotta go to class.
Dr. Stuber is an amazing professor! The lectures are never boring and she knows everyone by name. Make sure you go to class everyday. She has weekly quizzes on the readings and if you read, you will get an A.
I absolutely LOVE her! She is the BEST professor I have ever had. She is so helpful and really makes you interested in the class! I would take her again. The only thing is you have to read articles before class because she has quizzes (that are pretty easy). She drops 3 quiz grades but if you read you should do very well. Defiantly take the class!
Stuber is an amazing professor! I've had her for 3 classes :)
Dr. J is an awesome professor!! She makes the class really enjoyable and she's hilarious. There is no textbook, just online reading but make sure you do the readings!! There is a quiz every class but if you read the assigned articles then you'll do great.
Love her! Highly recommend taking!
She's awesome. You have to read before each class, and there is a short, easy quiz each day. She makes class fun. It's a great class, you just have to read!
BEST PROFESSOR I HAVE TAKEN AT UNF!! Stuber is such a great professor, she LOVES what she does, she's so funny, and the class is so interesting! She acts like she is still in college has so much fun with the class! Only downside is there is a reading for every class and there are only 2 tests..but she is willing to help you with anything! TAKE HER!
I thought this was going to be my favorite class, but I was disappointed and so wrong. Toughest professor I've ever had, grades harshly, doesn't always answer your questions, and was rude to some students. Attendance is mandatory, readings every night, quiz every class, little extra credit, midtern and final. I couldn't wait for it to end!
Amazing really cares about students!
Im in this class now and it puts me to sleep. stubes isnt that funny and is rude to some students. her readings are long but you can usually skim them and get buy with a good grade. her midterm was EASY not worth studying for but lectures draggg espically if you party the night before, dont take her as a morning class!
Wow Dr. Stuber, is really sweet and she dresses super cute. Her lectures are very clear and she teaches on an easy understandable level. You deff have to read tho, every single night!
Loved her so much. The class was really interesting and her lectures kept me awake. Go to class everyday, do the readings, and pay attention. no reason you can't get a good grade. no textbook - just print readings from bb. make sure you buy lots of 4 by 6 index cards- you use 2 per class.
Great teacher, deffinately helped out whenever a student had problems.. She makes you read like 30 pages a night and then quizes you on it the next day and they are not easy. Midterm/final were extremely hard. Must attend every class or you fail
TAKE HER! she is an absolutely amazing teacher! you need to by 4x6 notecards for quizzes everyday! go to EVERY lecture..dont worry though, theyre fun! she is EXTREMELY helpful! also-- super cute clothes!
AMAZING. Dr. Stuber makes the lectures interesting and is very funny. The tests are easy if you study the material and use the study guides she makes. Reading quizzes almost every class but they aren't hard if you do the reading and she drops your 5 lowest scores. Very very very light workload. Dr. Stuber is also very helpful and nice. TAKE HER!
Dr. J is AMAZING!! She is really passionate about sociology, and will do anything in her power to make the concepts clear to you. You must read prior to her class every night, to be prepared for her daily quizzes, which aren't particularly hard if you come prepared. She is hilarious and makes class super fun TAKE HER!
Dr. J is AMAZING!! She is really passionate about sociology, and will do anything in her power to make the concepts clear to you. The stubes. Dr. J. An amazing professor who pushes the boundaries and opens a new world of thought for you. She opens your eyes to specific issues, jokes a bit with them, but emphasizes the importance of them simoultaniously. Her daily quizzes take less than 4 minutes to do, on (important) 4x5 notecards. Studying is really unnecessary if you listen
STUBES!! The best teacher ever!! She'll cross any boarders that society has made, she'll make you feel uncomfortable, but this class will open your eyes to society as a whole and analyze everything in your life twice over. TAKE HER CLASS!! Best teacher ever! You won't regret it!
Best professor at UNF. Went to her office hours once and told her how much she makes the class fun and interesting. Her reply: "Yeah I'm one of those professors that bring it and kick (explecitive) everyday." That's her personality. She's awesome
Dr J is absolutely the best professor at UNF! I'm finishing up my third class with her, and I've loved every minute. She's very understanding, willing to help her students, and honestly cares. Hilarious in class! Sometimes the readings can be a bit much, but they're always interesting. TAKE HER! You will NOT regret it!
Dr J is awesome! Puts the powerpoints online, but there is a quiz every class. Not too bad, but you need to attend to pass
Best professor I've had. She is very strict about following her rules, but they're there for a reason. Go to class, pay attention (she makes it interesting and fun) and you'll get a good grade. simple as that.
"Stuber don't play". That's her saying and it's true. Follow the rules are you'll be good. She's an amazing teacher, funny and sarcastic (she makes you uncomfortable with the jokes its great). I say take this teacher!! I used her as an interview for another class and loved talking more with her. Make sure you attend!! The quizzes are helpful!
I loved this class. She is such a fun teacher. Quizzes and readings every class. Midterm and a final with study guides and up to 15 pts of extra credit. Take her and you'll love her, I guarantee it.
Probably one of the best classes I've taken. She constantly makes you laugh, really into what she does, great sense of humor, and just plain awesome. No textbook but she gives you readings and theres a quiz on the reading every class. Two exams and some extra credit. Definitely worth taking!
Such a great teacher! I always wanted to go to her class! She is really funny and keep things interesting a light in the classroom. No text book but she did put readings online that you had quizess on every class. Read and you'll do fine. Her tests were easy, just study her notes and go to class and you'll do fine!
Stuber dont play! Shes an awesome professor I loved her class. She gets the students involved. She knows how we think and feel about things so she tries to relate. She has quizes everyday but they arent hard at all so its an easy grade. I would def recommend her!
Stuber dont play! go to class and do the readings and you will do fine. Although class is mandatory she makes it fun and is a great teacher. This is a great class and i would definitely recommend her. I cant stress enough, DO THE READINGS!
Very fun class but watch out because her views are that of a neo marxist
This class was pretty entertaining most of the time. She makes the class fun and interactive. You HAVE to do the readings or you most likely won't pass the quizzes which you have every class. She only count 20 out of 25 quizzes though. There are only 2 exams and she cancelled the paper. As long as you read and study for the tests you'll pass!
Best teacher ever.
One word. Amazing.
Stuuubsssssss!! Take her class for sure!! If you just do the assigned reading you will ace the quizzes. She keeps things fun in class and keeps you interested! She knows everyones name in the class which is kind of creepy and is super strict about cell phones. Other than that, love!! Take her
AMAZINGGGGG TEACHER!!!! Definitely take her! Class is super interesting, and will always keep you laughing! Assigned readings are easy homework and help out on the daily quizzes. Extremely fun class to go! Would recommend to anyone!
STUBER IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST AT UNF!!! SHE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT ALL OF HER STUDENTS AND IS WILLING TO HELP. TAKE HER CLASS, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!
This women is HILARIOUS. lol she makes a 10am class so worthwhile. She definetly is a hard grader for the daily quizzes but she drops 5 AND offers random extra credit oppurtunities. i personally didnt care for Sex,race, class i just did it to fill my credit but now im glad i did! i learned so many useful life things in her class. TAKE HER! worth it
I fell in love with sociology because of Dr. Stuber. She is a phenomenal professor. Attendance is mandatory and there are quizzes at the beginning of class. Follow the rules, read, and participate. You'll learn some fascinating things about our society!
if you go to class and pay attention you'll do fine.. there's a quiz at the beginning of every class. they're simple as long as you do the readings. overall good professor, relates very well to students and is funny.
MY FAVORITE PROFESSOR AT UNF. Stuber is an excellent professor and really takes a personal interest in all of her students. Would definitely recommend her!
She is an excellent teacher. Loves to use humor to educate and the quizzes every morning are easy if you read. JUST COME TO CLASS AND TAKE NOTES!
You have daily quizzes (25 in total) on articles she assigns. She drops lowest 5. You have two tests (multiple choice and one essay) and you are given review sheets. It's a lecture class, you take notes everyday and power points are online. She is very helpful. Take good notes and you'll have no problem. I got a 95 on my first test.
Stuber is the best professor I've ever had!!! I loved her class, I learned so much and opened my mind to different points of view. All of the reading was relevant, lectures are funny. Each class is like going to a comedy show! She's so wonderful I would be a sociology major just so I could take her class again.
She is a great professor. She knows her material and can back up her information. She calls people out if they misbehave. Stuber don't play. Attend class everyday and read the homework. Easy A from that point.
There's a quiz every class and it's either a multiple choice on the last class or a short response kind of thing having to do with a reading, she drops your five lowest quizzes(so you can miss five classes). Just do the readings when you have them and pay attention to her- but that's easy to do she's rather entertaining. Highly recommend.
She is a great professor that has passion behind her teachings. There is never a boring class. She calls people out which is quite amusing. She gives quizzes every class. But if you complete the readings, you'll pass with flying colors.
Love love LOVED this class. It has been one the most real world applicable class I have ever taken. I learned so much and had lots of fun. She is so entertaining and never had a boring class. Fairly easy quizzes every class. Would absolutely recommend.
Dr. Stuber is the best in the Sociology department. Take anyone of her classes and you will pass anyclass forward
I don't get the hype about Stuber. She's pretty pretentious and neurotic in my opinion. I didn't enjoy the class that much, but I know a lot of people that did. There's a few readings for each class, and then a quiz every day. There's a midterm and a final.
I Loved her class!! There is a quiz everyday based off reading that can get pretty long and there is a final and midterm. She encourages you to engage in conversation and she has a great personality! Stuber dont play!!
Amazing teacher. She really loves what she does and cares about her students. Amazing person, overall wonderful and hilarious. She makes it easy to want to go to class. You have a quiz everyday and two tests. As long as you read you'll be fine. I don't even like reading that much but I enjoyed them. You won't regret this class.
Professor Stuber is awesome! Her lectures can be repetitive at times but she keeps it interesting. You have a quiz every class but if you read the material you should pass.
Lectures are great, attendance really matters in this area. Exams come straight from power points and lecture material. Daily quizzes, two exams and a group project. Tough grader but if you go to class, you should make a good grade!
Dr. J is my favorite prof ever! You for sure have to do all the readings to do well on the quizzes to pass the class. Overall, she is super hilarious and wears the cutest clothes.
I went into the class dragging my feet, but this woman is amazing! She got me interested while taking her class. You must read to prepare for a quiz every class period. She is very organized, there isn't any uncertainty or surprises. You get out what you put in. If a person gets an F, it's not the teacher's fault (that's for sure).
Professor stuber is probably my favorite professor I've ever had. She truly makes class interesting. You'll have a quiz every class based on homework readings, but there's only 2 tests. She's THE funniest teacher I've ever had and you will never be bored in her class
I LOVED Dr. J's class. She is super funny which makes the lectures interesting. She is helpful if you visit her office hours, especially near midterm and final exams. Both of the exams cover material directly from the lectures and notes so if you show up, you're good. Daily quizzes in this class but if you keep up with the reading they're simple.
She wants nothing more than to see kids pass, but also to learn the material. She loves helping in office hours and responds to emails very quickly.
Dr. J is awesome! Weekly readings and videos (easy) plus short quizzes each class. Mid term and final were the only tests. Gives you the information you need to know for the tests. Lectures are organized and posted before class. Posts grades quickly. Willing to answer any questions or concerns. Keeps students engaged. Fun class!!
Shes the teacher that knows your name before you go in. She explains everything she says and tries too keep the class involved. There are quizzes at the beginning of each class that go along with assigned reading, but other than that its an easy class.
Dr. Stuber knows everyones name (around 200 students) on the first day of class. She is not afraid to call on people or poke fun at students who arnt paying attention. She is very enthusiastic about what she teaches and makes the lecturers fun and easy to pay attention. She cares about you and your grade. I would take her again.
She knew peoples name on the first day of class. It is a very interesting class and when I got into this class I didn't know what I signing up for or that I'd enjoy it but I did. Always do the assigned reading (Stuber don't play).
This was my favorite class ever! Dr. Stuber could make any topic interesting. There is a reading and quiz for every class, but if you do what she says, you'll be fine. She offers extra credit and only counts 22 out of 27 quizzes. She really cares about teaching and her students, and I would definitely take this professor again.
Stuber is incredible. She is passionate about what she teaches and loves hearing the opinions of all of her students. I still comunicate with her today because of cool she is! If you need a CD credit this it. It's quite a bit of reading (you need to read if you want an A) but the class is so interesting. Take the class!
Dr. Stuber is hands down the BEST professor ever. She makes Sociology so interesting and her sense of humor really makes the class so enjoyable. I would take any course that is taught by her if I could. The work load isn't unbearable either. Quizzes every class, 1 midterm, and 1 final. But if you keep up with her, you'll definitely be fine.
Stuber's class is so interesting! The quiz per class for each reading she assigns aren't too difficult so long as you pay attention. She has a great sense of humor and is always willing to help a student out. TAKE HER!
quizzes at the beginning of each class but is an amazing teacher and hilarious
Stuber is an amazing professor!! She completely changed my life! Her class is so fun and engaging; her humor and wit is always on point (just like her outfits!). She is so invested in her students and their well-being and will do whatever she can! Not a super hard class, just read the assigned hw. She makes you want to show up for lecture everyday.
Stuber will forever be one of my favorite professors. She makes it a point to learn everyone's name in the class of 200 people. She also makes sociology interesting while applying real world examples to the lectures. She insists on you coming to her office hours for more help. There's a quiz every class based on the textbook that she wrote herself.
This women is queen B of the sociology department. Her class consists of daily quizzes as well as a midterm, final and a few other assignments throughout the semester. Im a sociology minor and she made this class fair enough for me to understand what i needed to know in order to pass and succeed. Will most definitely take her again in the future.
She is an awesome teacher, no one can denies that. BUT, is too much work, you have to literally spend at least 4 to 5 hours a week just reading, EVERY WEEK. Other than that she is pretty good.
Meh. Class is boring but she's awesome. Quizzes everyday. Read the book.
I can't explain how much I recommend anyone of any major to take a class with Dr. Stuber! There are quizzes each class, but as long as you do the required reading you will do just fine. Yes you read for every class, but she (literally) wrote the book and it's just as entertaining as she is. Go to her office hours, she's a great resource to have!
When i say Stuber is my favorite i mean SHES MY FAV!! If you need/interested in this class take it with Stuber and no one else. You have to read to do well and quizzes every class but they benefit you. She wrote the textbook and its as if you aren't even reading a normal textbook. I love this class. Just be engaged and you will do great.
I LOVED Stuber. She sparked an interest in me for Sociology and I've many times considered a minor because of her. Her class requires a bit of reading and attendance is most definitely mandatory but she is so much fun. She's funny, she keeps your attention and she makes the classroom comfortable. Not your typical lecture class.
Dr. Stuber, is a wonderful lady! Very intelligent, and passionate about teaching. The course work is relatively heavy but manageable. Reading and showing up to class is essential to passing! She is upbeat and hilarious which makes class a lot more enjoyable!
Dr. Stuber is awesome!
I love Stubz! Go to the midterm and final exam reviews!!!!!!!! EXTREMELY HELPFUL
You will never leave the class the same person each time....
Dr. J is an amazing person who really impacted my life. She gives amazing lectures that will definitely change your life and make think about life in a different way. I would highly recommend taking this class with this professor. I really wish I could take this class again!!!
Stoobs is so fun in class, she facilitates lively discussion every day to help us reach our own conclusions about the subject matter. She has excellent skill in calming down overly passionate students with humor.
Stubz is literally the best professor ever! The class is not too hard, but be ready to read every night. She is really funny and she makes you think about the "social norms" in a different way. Her class is a major key to success !!
Great professor, really cares about her students. Quizzes every day, go to review sessions in preparation of the mid term and final.
Responds to email. Lots of office hours. Many extra credit opportunities. Caring. Enthusiastic. (My favorite prof at UNF.)
One of the best teachers Ive ever had, hands down.
Her class makes you want to learn, she's incredible and you never will want to skip her class. She's hilarious and really loves what she does. You will have to read a lot, but it's her own book that she wrote and it's interesting so you want to read it.
Dr. J and her class helped me decide on a sociology major when I was going though a rough time. Her class is interesting, engaging, organized, and fun. I never dreaded the reading, and no assignment was particularly difficult. Quizzes every day (easy if you read), 2 assignments, 2 exams, tons of EC and shes SO willing to help. TAKE HER IF YOU CAN!
By far the best professor at UNF. Genuinely cares about students and is passionate about what she's teaching. Can't avoid the reading, but it's not bad. She makes the class as easy as possible and sets clear expectations, so it's not hard to do well. Would take her again if I had the chance.
My FAV professor at UNF so far. She cares very much about her students and the subject. Keeps things intereting. Very FUNNY. You will LEARN alot. You won't walk out the same person as you walked in. Your OUTLOOK on things will change. She has a unique way of teaching. Get ready to read, & small quizes everyday but its easy. She's my best friend! 3
Stuber is such an intelligent and passionate person. Quite possibly the best professor I have ever had. If you have the option to take her class, do it. The course material is really interesting and she provides plenty of extra credit opportunities.
Dr. Stuber is by far my favorite professor I have ever taken at UNF. Literally LOVE her. She's hilarious and super easy to approach. There's quizzes every class, some are MC and some are short response. You MUST read her textbook and attend class to pass the class. But it'll probably be the best class you'll ever experience.
She's amazing! There is a chapter to read before every class and a mini quiz every class but her lectures are amazing! She inspired me to minor in Sociology and she's just so smart and brilliant, she really gets you to think about the world.
Stuber's pretty great. Funny, knows her subject, cares about students. Lots of reading and daily quizzes, but she drops the lowest 5 (so you can miss up to 5 classes). Tells you during lectures if the day's topic will be the essay on the next exam. Took me forever to find the right damn index cards though.
I love Jenny Stuber so much!! Her lectures are hilarious and entertaining, and she wrote her textbook herself so it's very consistent with her in class lectures. Reading the book is mandatory to pass the daily quizzes, but it's an easy read. Also, go to her office hours! She's really easy to talk to, and she really cares about her students :)
Quiz every class, lowest 5 get dropped. Only 2 exams (midterm & final) She knows EVERYONES name even if you have never spoken. Therefore if you leave class, she knows and you'll get a 0 on your quiz for that day. Very interactive with the class and gives lots of examples to help you understand.
The most wonderful professor I've ever had!! She genuinely cares about her students, and learns everyone's names. The class isn't that hard, but you do have to read. Take her class!! It'll change your life!
Stuber is one of a kind. There are quizzes every single class & the lowest 5 are dropped. The tests take up a good chunk of your grade and are extremely difficult so make sure you read the material throughly. Personally, I had to withdraw from the class due to the fact that I didn't understand what was being taught and I had already used all EC pts
This was the most challenging but also greatest class I've taken. Stuber really has a strong opinion but allows discussion of differing opinions and loves listening to students. She's the sweetest and is truly there to help you learn. There are "pop" quizzes before every class but you can skip it if you do the homework she assigns.
I loved this professor! If I could I would take her for other classes. She had pop quizzes at the beginning of class but were super easy, some you just had to relate to the material. She has a study abroad class in Iceland that I wish I could take. She's really understanding and relatable too.
Stuber is honestly one of the best professors at UNF. This class will make you look at your environment different. She made me realize I wanted to minor in sociology. Quiz every day but the reading is super easy and interesting. Take her, you wont regret it!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE her!!! Makes anything interesting! And she cares so much about her students. The only professor I've ever had that took to time to learn all of her students names (in a 200 student lecture class) before the first day. You have to do the reading to pass the daily quizzes, but its super easy. She's an angel
Lectures were really cool and interesting. She would give you pages of the textbook to read or a video for the next class because she gives a 5 question quiz at the beginning of every class but you can cheat off of friends easily and she drops the 5 lowest quizzes so you can skip 5 days. Also really helpful and nice
Dr Stuber is the sociology love of my life, she is the reason I am a sociology major. Her lectures are engaging, interesting, and Ive learned more from her than I have anyone else in college. Lots of extra credit opportunities, clear rubric and deadlines, reading and quizzes everyday. Ive taken her three semesters and i plan on taking her again
ALL AROUND TERRIBLE CLASS WAY TOO MUCH WORK AND ALWAYS KEPT OUR CLASS LATE
Dr. Stuber was an amazing professor with some of the best lectures I've ever had. The weird part about it is even though it was a 200 student lecture hall, she remembered almost everyone's names which was insane. Super engaging class and you can be excused from five of the inclass quizzes.
Such a great professor. I was SOOO not prepared or even wanting to take SYG2013 with her but I honestly have never been so happy to get out of my comfort zone. Dr. J is hilarious, lecture heavy (but so beneficial), discussion based, and all around one of the best professors I think I'll ever have.
Ms Stuber is CRAZY! Her class has easily been my favorite here at UNF. Quizzes are everyday over the book which counts as your attendance. she drops the lowest 5 so do what you will with that. Her test directly mirror those quizzes tho so that's nice and makes it easy. Her class has work but is really easy and fun material if you put in the work,
BEST Professor ever. Very funny and keeps class interesting. Attendance is mandatory and is counted by the daily quizzes based on HER book so no getting around it. 2 test (mid/final). The materials i so interesting and she makes it better. One HW assignment varies based on your last name. Lowest 5 quizzes dropped. Tons of extra credit oppurtunities
Every day a 5 question quiz of half a chapter of her book. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier. She drops one midterm WITH review right before the test and Final test. Very easy and interesting material. It's things that happen in our every day lives that we don't truly notice. She loves to interact with the crowd and bring students in convos to
I've taken Dr. J five times and if that doesn't tell you how wonderful she is, idk what does! Her lectures are super engaging, she gives very clear grading criteria, offers some extra credit, and has extensive review sheets before midterm & final. She really cares about all of her students and wants to see you succeed :)
Dr. Stuber was easily one of the best professors I've had at UNF. She is so knowledgable about all things that involve qualitative research, and you can tell she really loves what she does. I would take a class again with her in a heartbeat.
Class is less of a lecture and more of a group discussion which gives the opportunity to hear different perspectives and make for a more productive class. She is so helpful outside of class and really wants everyone to exceed. She is a hands-on professor who makes sure your reading the material with daily quizzes assessing your comprehension.
Easily one of the the professors at UNF! Makes the class super engaging with really interesting material! Quizzes everyday, but your 5 lowest get dropped. Only two tests: a midterm and final (which she provides thorough reviews for). I would definitely love to take a class with her again in the future!
Well thought out ideas, and an interactive class makes learning in this class fun.
Stuber is amazing, definitely one of my favorite Professors at UNF. I really enjoyed lectures and her tests and assignments were not bad at all. She makes learning really easy by relating everything to something you'll understand and really breaking down concepts. I would recommend taking a class with her to anyone!
She is very passionate about what she does and knows a lot about her subject. She even wrote her own textbook. This was one of the best classes I have taken and I recommend it to everyone. She is really fair and doesnt pick political sides which was nice. If you read the chapters and put in the effort to do well you will pass.
At first, you might not like this professor but trust me it is one of the best classes I have had. She has so much knowledge on the information she teaches, yet does not use her opinions but states facts. She makes the class fun by letting students share their opinions. There is a quiz every class, but other than that it is a wonderful class.
Stubor cares about you more than you care about yourself. she listens and will work with you. her class is very well rounded and she is an incredibly intelligent person. so accepting and understanding. she is amazing in and out of class
I took her for sex race class. She is the best Professor ever, her material really opens your eyes to the world round you. Take her wont regret. You read her book she wrote its cool asf take daily quizes if you read you straight
Dr. Stuber is a really great professor and person. She knows what she's talking about because she literally wrote the book, however annoying it is at times. There is ample opportunity to get a good grade in this class, and if you're a good person it's already pretty easy.
She is one of the best professors I've had so far. There is a quiz every class but in the end she grades the best 22 out of 27. There is only one homework assignment and its simple. She is a lecture professor but she is very enthusiastic and knows what she is talking about. I'd take this class again. She is awesome.
Jenny Stuber is hands down one of the best professors I've ever had. Her lectures are entertaining and thought provoking. I actually WANTED to go to class every day. You have a quiz every class, but she doesn't count the lowest 5 quiz grades. You're grades on quizzes, 2 tests, and 1 easy writing assignment. Go to class and read, and you'll pass.
You will enjoy the class. You'll love it
Dr. Stuber was an interesting professor. Every class you took a quiz, one day would be multiple choice and the next day it would be open ended. There was 1 homework assignment on a documentary where you just write a paper. During class its mostly a lecture but she asks questions for students to answer. She was alright but kinda intimidated me lol
Very well respected, quizzes every day so if you dont watch the videos or read you wont pass. You had to read half the chap & watch vids every day for HW. Tests are not bad, we only had mid term and final. Shes super funny, and has a ridiculous amount of knowledge to share so show. Up. To. Class. Or you probably wont pass!
If you do not like to read I do not suggest taking this class. You must read for every class because you will have a quiz during the first 10 minutes every day. There are only two tests and you will be well prepared if you go to lectures and read the assigned pages. If you miss class you will not pass that as plain and simple as it gets.
She is very willing to help and loves to get to know you, her lectures are amazing, and the material is truly mind-opening. The grade requires studying and reading or else you won't pass: She has daily quizzes on the reading. She provides review sessions right before the exams so you can have a good understanding to make sure you do good.
To begin with, I took this class Fall 2019. She clearly structures whats going to be taught and how she grades. Dropped 6/30 quizzes. Her office hours are always open and I encourage you to go visit and introduce yourself during that time. Overall, I loved her class and was always excited to go even when I had little to no sleep. Definitely worth!
Quizzes every class, so make sure you read (but she wrote the textbook, and it's actually quite an interesting read). She only counts the best 22 quizzes. Her tests are easy if you read, TAKE NOTES, and study! The tests are multiple choice with one essay question. She is very personable, goofy, and accessible outside of class. I love her!
Dr. Stuber's passion for sociology creates engaging and interesting lectures. I've taken her for two courses now and she is hands down one of the best professors. She genuinely cares about her students. For sex, race, and class, it is VITAL that you read the textbook, or you will not pass. Your world view will change after taking her class.
Stuber is super funny and not afraid to have controversial topics of discussion. She makes you buy her textbook that was pretty expensive though. She has small quizzes that easily boost your grade. tests were always easy if you study. She is extremely biased, but I was just there to pass the class.
Dr. Stuber is hilarious and knows how to keep the class engaged. Wrote the textbook herself and it's really interesting. Lectures are fun too, especially with the discussions. Quizzes at the start of every class, 5 points each and she drops the lowest 6 - 7. Three exams with multiple choice questions and an essay at the end, reviews included.
Professor Stuber was an amazing professor as the majority of the sociology department are. However she does give out a work load, it's very easy though. Just pay attention, do the readings before class and take notes. She encourages comments and questions even during lecture and keeps the class entertained. 10/10 would recommend.
She is the best! Loved her class. You had to read a small portion of the chapter for each class and take a short easy quiz everyday-she drops 6! She give EC and really cares about her students actually learning. AMAZING exam reviews before each exam so its impossible not to get A's if you show up and do the work. Super easy, super fun. Take her!!
Best prof ive ever had to date. Ive taken her for sex/race/class, social strat, study abroad, etc and she is the most knowledge person ive ever had the pleasure to meet. She actually cares about her students outside of academics and makes an effort every class to get her students to comprehend the material, especially classes b4 an assignment/exam
This was the second course I have taken with Dr. J and I have grown to love her even more as a professor. She is the most caring and intentional professor I have ever met. She knows life outside her class can be rough sometimes. She gives guided questions to help you focus on certain aspects of the readings which helps tremendously on the quizzes.
She was great! Her lectures are interesting, she engages students, and she encourages questions. If you zone out during class you might have trouble but generally class is interesting enough to avoid that. She's very funny and uses good examples. Read your textbook if you want to do well, and participate! Care's about her students, and checks in.
I've taken 3 classes w/ Stuber: SYG2013 & 2 SYA4930 special topics classes (Soc. of Higher Ed. & Soc. of Childhood). She's my favorite professor and I honestly adore her. Lots of reading & she likes daily quizzes (but so do I tbh, I actually do the reading & learn). Go to her office hrs! She's a great resource on post-grad. plans & good to talk to!
There is a lot of reading involved, but all readings are provided through canvas. She is very intentional in making sure everyone understands the material. You have to put a good amount of work into the class, but it is all worth it. This is the third class I have taken with her, and I love her as a professor.
AMAZING professor. I didn't know Zoom classes could be fun until I took Dr. Stuber. You get the choice to read the textbook or listen to audio lectures & you definitely need to dedicate a couple hours a week to them. There's a quiz and a discussion post once a week and class time is dedicated to discussion. I loved the class and had sooo much fun!
Shes a good professor. Her class requires a lot of reading. Be prepared to read before class and participate for points. All in all, shes very adamant & a great professor.
Professor Stuber was amazing, if I could I would take more classes taught by her. Do what's assigned and go to class and you'll pass with an easy A. She doesn't try to overwhelm with work or trip you up, she genuinely just wants her students to learn and take away something real from the class. Highly recommend!!!
A true gem! The most amazing professor you could ever take! Dr. Stuber is incredibly smart, kind, and funny. I've taken her for two semesters and I adore her. She wrote the textbook that is used in SRC which is awesome! She genuinely cares about each one of her students, and is beyond supportive. She's overall such a lovely person, Take her class!!
Dr. Stuber's class is very interning however, she uses her own textbook that she wrote which she contradicts herself on a daily basis. She is quite rude to students for no reason and makes the class very difficult. We have open ended quizzes every Thursday and she asks for too much in the amount of time given. Moral of the story, don't take her.
Professor Stuber's class can be very interesting but it is a tough class. Be prepared to read A LOT. Tuesdays you'll take 4 question multiple choice quiz and an open response on Thursdays. She does not give enough time for the open response and expects the most in your answers in 9 minutes. She THEN teaches what you where tested on. DO NOT TAKE
I took both SYG2013 and SYO3530 with Dr. Stuber. The material is difficult and the expectations are high, but this leads to very interesting conversations. There is reading after each class and you WILL be quizzed on it. Dr. Stuber is so passionate about what she does! She is funny and a badass, I love the way she ignites others' love for Sociology
Dr. Stuber is an awesome professor. Her classes are NOT easy but that is not a reason to give her a low rating. She is available often and is always willing to help students. There are two quizzes a week that will not be hard if you read what she gave you. Her textbook is factual and a great source. Show up and read the assigned material!!!!!
Stuber is the best and if I could I would take every class with her. She is fun and approachable and makes the material easy to understand. You will have to read before class, but all the readings are provided online for free. The fact that she made a class about social inequality my favorite class this semester should tell you enough lol
If you are a sociology major/ minor then this class is the one to take but if you don't understand much of the information it is a hard class. Tests are difficult and hard to study for. She does offer A LOT of extra credit but your grade is mostly based on the quizzes every day. Have to be a sociologist to succeed in this course.
I absolutely loved Prof. Stuber. This class is the reason I have decided to major in sociology. Don't get me wrong, she makes you work for it in this class. You NEED to read the textbook in this class, there are small quizzes every class, and there are a couple exams. It's not super easy, but not really hard either. I've enjoyed her class so much.
Professor Jenny Stuber is interesting, to say the least. Her content is controversial and not for the faint of heart. Be ready for a lot of reading, in which she wrote the textbook. I don't agree with the content, but her teaching style made it stick in my brain like glue. That being said, she is a great teacher and is very open to discussion.
This is the most I've read in any class so far, but don't let this scare you. To put simply, you won't pass if you don't read. There are quizzes every class and extra credit opportunities that are simple. She cares greatly about her students and offers office hours where students can talk to her about their grade, how to do better, etc.
She's a very knowledgeable sociologist that will change your perception of certain topics. Class-wise, you have to read the book chapters and take the 2 quizzes per week to pass (28 quizzes total; she drops the 5 lowest). She has 3 exams (each had 50 or 40 mc qs + 1 essay). Offered some extra credit opportunities & review sessions for unit exams.
Unless you are a sociology major this class might be above your head. I don't know why they recommend this to freshmen. Completely challenging, if you need an easy sociology credit it would not be this one.
She is an amazing professor and is passionate about what she does. She cares for her students and give plenty of opportunity for grades. If you don't go to class, it is easy to fall behind so make sure you get notes for the lecture somehow. Overall, would love to take her again and all he sociology classes.
Took her over the summer distance learning style, was very helpful when needed through email. Her grading was a little tough. You had weekly quizzes and essay prompt questions with it, she times you for only 20 minutes; make sure you can work fast and steady. You don't need a textbook she writes her own book and gives it to you weekly pdf version.
AMAZING. lots of reading, but I love to read and she assigns very interesting materials. If you don't like reading, her classes r not for u. She is so sweet and funny, always ready to help, and cares about what she's teaching. U will learn so much. I'm not a sociology major/minor, but I take her classes as electives any chance I get!
READ, READ, READ! If you don't read, you will NOT pass this class!
As a freshman, Professor Stuber has been my favorite professor! Her personality and teaching style is amazing! She is very easy to talk to and her office hours are open every day, so she is available most of the time. I highly recommend taking her for SYG2013. Dr. Stuber is awesome!
I took her my freshman year at UNF and right from the first day of class, she gave quizzes and expects her students to read the night before her first class and prepare for her daily quizzes, her tests are meant to trick you with true or false answers and she talks to her class like shes teaching an elementary class.
Dr. Stuber is the kind of professor that really loves what she teaches and cares how much you understand. and wants you to love it as much as she does, but understands that it's not always for everyone. Truly an amazing teacher and would 100% take a course from her again. She made me love sociology out of the blue.
she was the worst, she grades so hard, her class is so boring.
DON'T TAKE HER. very hard of a class. hard grader. bad at teaching. her extra credits don't help your grade. 0/10 don't recommend.
Do not listen to these other fake reviews her daily quizzes are trick questions and the correct answers on her exams isn't even what's logically right. Its what she believes which is stupid.
She is the worst don't take her unless you want to have mental problems
I have never in my life met a more caring teacher than Jenny Stuber. I took her a couple semesters ago. She goes the extra mile to ensure her students wellness and success. She's always offered me help out of class. The course material is difficult and the work is hard -- pay attention and study! Engage in her lectures and you will do well.
Dr. Stuber was an amazing professor! She's understanding & she's also very accessible outside of class. Here's how she grades: * 22 highest quiz grades (she removes the lowest ones once the semester is over) - one multiple choice quiz and one short answer quiz once a week * two tests graded out of 120 points * one test graded out of 100 points
This class can be challenging as there are daily quiz's based on the reading however they are only 5 questions and very easy making it easy to bring up your grade in the class. The lectures are very interesting and intriguing. Exams are online and open note. She is very helpful if you begin to struggle and your grade falls
You need about 90 4x6 index cards and a 1 subject notebook. quizzes are either 4 MCQ or 1 FRQ. Exit tickets are very easy. Exams are open note and online. She does do extra credit, just email her a picture of you getting involved with campus. In my term, her grades were out of 460 points total. This is 22/28+ quizzes and 3 tests which are open note
Get ready to go into the first class with the first chapter of the text book read. You take a quiz at the beginning of every class based on the reading assigned the class before hand. Her exams are online :) and her lectures are extremely easy and engaging. Extra credit is given for every time you attend office hours and for engaging on campus.
Professor Stuber's class is very interactive and interesting. Attendance is pretty much required if you want to get a good grade. At the beginning of each class, you have a quiz on the HW reading either multiple choice or a small paragraph. She really wants you to pass the class and provides a lot of extra credit.
(Took SYD3410, it's just not listed) Attendance is lightly graded but not mandatory, quizzes and readings are frequent but can be dropped. Stuber never hosts a boring class, and I will always recommend taking her. She listens to student feedback and is always willing to work with you on a personal level.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE JENNY STUBER! She is such a great and intelligent individual. I had her for Sex, Race and Class my freshman year and then took her again for Sociology of Higher Education and now I am taking her for Sociology of the Family. A lot of articles to read but it's all worth the discussions in class and what you learn.
She is super funny and passionate about what she teaches! I love her and everyone I know loves her. She's great.
Professor Stuber is a true gem. She is super funny and supportive. You have to read a chapter before every class unless there's an exam. I was not a big reader but the material was fun. You have to be there everyday for quiz and exit notes. The class was fun and for the exam she lets you have a sheet of paper with whatever notes you want. TAKE HER!
This lady is so sweet and wacky, she is an amazing teacher and i learned a lot in her sex, race, and class course. Take her!!!!
Professor Stuber's class is interactive and engaging. Attendance is a must, but her support and extra credit opportunities make it worth it. I found unstuckstudy AI super helpful alongside the textbook for preparing for her quizzes and exams. Overall, a challenging but rewarding class!
Dr. Stuber is hilarious and so kind and caring. I believe this was the first time she has taught sociology of sexuality and she did amazing. One midterm, a finale (cheat sheet on both), a short biography, and a quiz every week, but manageable. The other students in the class were kind of strange, but everyone loves her.
I love Professor Stuber! She is very nice, caring, and have some of the funniest lectures. I will say if you're the type of person who hates and doesn't do well on quiz taking it might not be for you. All of the assignments in canvas are quizzes and exams. The quizzes sometimes can be tricky because there based on 15-20 pages of reading/ videos.
READ THE TEXTBOOK- before the first class too! Other then that, she's an amazing professor. Extremely engaging and entertaining.
Amazing professor with amazing lectures, but I personally hated the fact that she always has 5 question quizzes at the beginning of class, and this isn't anything of her fault, but the free online textbook is very confusing with the pages which sometimes caused me to not do great on the quiz because I was missing context.
