Mr Carr was one of my favorite professors in all of my time at PSC so far! He is super funny and makes you pay attention! You never loose interest because he's always bouncing around and moving! I have never been good at math but this class was the best! He lets you make 2 pages of copy paper for notes on the test. If you do the homework EASY A!!!!

His online class is very well organized. Log in 2-3 times per week for less than an hour each time! You just go to the Discourse, write your notes, go to the worksheet do a problem or two, then when the test or quizzes come, you have everything you need to get a 100% because the notes and concepts taught in the DSC are same as test. no curveballs.

Professor Carr cracks jokes often, but they aren't too funny. He's very sweet, though! Class is test heavy, as the class is only graded by 4 exams (including the final). With the materials he includes in the modules and some practice, you will surely pass. If not? Good luck!

Although attendance is not mandatory, I would not want to miss out on a day because you could miss out on something. He has only 4 tests. He allowed us to have open notes for each one. Make sure to take good notes.

He only gave us only four exam grades throughout the entire semester. He gives practice papers and exam papers to print out and work on. It is an easy class, if you do the work. You can purchase the book for extra help, but he mainly gives you what is needed to pass the exams.

Professor Carr is a great math teacher if you are the type of learner that you do well with examples and need visuals for math. He does only have four grades in the gradebook so it is very important that you pay attention and do his worksheets. The worksheets are not for a grade but his tests are set up the same as the worksheets.

Mr. Carr is incredible at explaining the subject matter and making it easier to understand. My section did not use the textbook at all for his class. He also did not assign us any homework so your grade will only be based off of test scores. He does allow a two-page cheat sheet for his exams so take advantage of that if you can.

Loved the class, I missed many classes and I never felt behind. There are no required assignments, you are only graded on 4 tests, and they are very simple and clear. He posts what you need to review beforehand, what is on the reviews is on the test. I ended with a 100 in the class, so I know that it's easy because I am not the best at math.

Professor Carr is an excellent professor. He is very understanding and willing to help you. For every "project" he gives extensive notes & worksheets to help. All of the projects were "take home" styled tests, which was nice because I could look in his notes on how to do the problem and ensure I got it correct without the stress of being timed.

You do not need to buy the online program (He can't tell you that) He has his own learning packets that break down the lesson better, he is fun as well.
