Awesome class & an awesome professor. Do not expect an outline for exams because too many people were complaining because they were too stupid to read the textbook and use their own brain as well. Come to class, pay attention, and READ THE BOOK..you'll get an A.

Ms. Lee was an awesome teacher. The class was very interesting. She teaches directely based on book and powerpoint so if you study them you should do well in the class whether you attend or not. The only thing is there are no daily grades or assignments, so if you do bad on the tests then your screwed!

Lee is a fantastic professor. She really cares about her students and her lectures. She answers any questions you may have and believes none of them are "dumb". She's sarcastic and funny. Doesn't play games when it comes to coming late or leaving early. She's okay with it as long as you let her know before hand. I would take her for any class.

She isn't one to take cr*p if you show up late or leave early without telling her first. But if you show up and just ask for help, she will without fail. If you skip, she won't help you. I'd take her again in a heartbeat!

This was the class that you can take in place of Research Methods. It wasn't a blow off class but she is such a great teacher and helps you any time you need it. She reviews all of your papers multiple times before you send them in. One of the best teachers I have had.

This professor is very nice and willing to help in anyway possible she wants her students to do well I took her online for human sexuality her syllabus is on point and accurate I highly recommend her just dint get behind on your assignments you will do just fine

Really enjoyed taking her for this class! The class itself is difficult, but she made it a lot easier to get through. Don't take the paper lightly though, otherwise you WILL crash and burn with it. She offers a lot of help with it so long as you're willing to take her up on it - and I really suggest you do.

She seems a little scary at first but trust me you will love her by the end of the semester. She has a dry humor but very knowledgable. Smartest women I know, trust me you will learn everything there is to know about research once you finish her course. She will give you multiple opportunity to send her your work before the final grade!

She is a great teacher. She does not give good grades for free but it is junior level, so... Go to the lecture, read the chapters in the book, take notes and you will have a good grade in the end. Lee is an incredibly hard tester -- she makes you work for your grade. Extra credit ended up saving my A in both of her classes. Hard class, but SOOO worth it. She's awesome. Jessica is my favorite professor!! Took her for human sex. Her response papers are there for your benefit and the topics are interesting, an easy 100 so don't slack. Probably one of the best professors i've ever had. She does an absolute amazing job making her lectures entertaining, where you're actually excited for the next lecture. The students in the class are also so comfortable to be around and share their stories and thoughts throughout class which is great. Absolutely loved this class and professor!

Let's just say I have taken a couple psychology classes and she is by far the best psychology professor I have take. She does lectures to were you are entertained and you can tell she loves what she does. Test aren't too hard but you definitely have to study. Attendance isn't mandatory but you honestly don't want to miss out on her awesome lecture

Her class is not mandatory, she gives five exams with the opportunity to drop the lowest grade, and her powerpoints are posted on BlackBoard. Much of what she talks about in class are on the exams. I noticed that there were sample questions in the book that she used for the exam.

I've been at Sam almost three years and Jessica is the BEST professor I have ever had. Her courses are difficult, but it's fun to work for it and if you attend lecture she really helps you learn the material. Definitely a professor that goes the extra mile, I've had her for four different courses and still look for her classes.

There were no assignments to help boost gpa within the course. There were only 4 tests which made it difficult to achieve the grade I wanted. There was little room for mistakes without drastic drops in gpa. But, on the plus side there are no assignments! Just study for the 4 test Otherwise class was fun, teacher was intriguing, topic was awesome.

her online notes only give the bare bones information, the main focus is in her lectures where she goes into drastic detail on everything in the ch. (i highly recommend bringing a recording device) she only has 4 exam grades and 1 make up exam but aside from that she's a great prof. open for visits, energetic and very passionate about the subjects.

Amazing professor, doesnt give out any homework. All you have to do is show up for class to take notes but attendance doesnt count against you. There are 4 exams and the final is cumulative but optional, taking the place of the lowest grade of one of your 4 exams. If you have the chance, take her class. She makes every class entertaining.

Very nice lady. Make sure you show up for class because the tests come mostly from the lecture material. You can probably pass without the textbook, but I would recommend skimming it before the test. No review but she covers all of the material in class. I would take her again if I get the chance.

Second time I've gotten Jessica Lee as a professor, and I can confirm that she is great at what she does. Due to helpful feedback and guidance from Jessica and the TA, I did good on all parts of the manuscript paper (the most difficult part of this course). Exams fair game to her detailed lectures and the required textbook. Not a blow off course.

Lee is a solid professor and I enjoyed her lectures. Her tests are applied and some of the hardest I have ever taken, and are the ONLY thing your grade is based on. I spent literally 2-3 hours a day reading, compiling notes, listening to my recordings of lectures, and studying a ton for each test to get an A in the course. I learned a lot, though!

I took Research Methods over the summer with Jessica. I would HIGHLY recommend taking a class with her, but I would not recommend taking Research Methods during a shortened semester. There is a lot of content that is difficult to learn within a few weeks. If I were you, take the class during a full semester.

Her close relationships class was one of my favorite classes the semester I took it. She has 8 assignments due by 5 and no late assignments accepted and 4 exams. The lectures are based off the textbook but there are some things she talks about in the lectures that aren't in the textbook that you will not understand unless you attend class.

Professor Lee is fantastic!! Her lectures are always engaging and she is very funny. There were 8 assignments for the semester, mostly responding to prompts (usually writing between 400-600 words). There are also 4 exams and the final is not comprehensive. Definitely recommend taking!!!!

This is one of my favorite classes I have ever taken, and Jessica is now one of my favorite professors as well. She made this class so much fun and even though it may be a bit difficult, but once you learn how to prepare for the exams you will be just fine. I am not the best writer but I always asked questions and attended her office hours. She truly cares about you succeeding but you have to put in the work if you want to pass!!

She breaks the big paper into smaller parts, which honestly saves your life when it comes to time management. She lets you turn in drafts beforehand and gives really helpful feedback it feels like a cheat code if you use it.

Class consisted of 4 exams over the whole semester. Amazing lectures that taught me so much but I made a 70 on my first exam that gave me a B. If you're willing to put in the work, you will succeed. Large class of 90 students but was taught effectively. Would highly recommend this instructor. Due to 4 exams, class can be difficult.
