Professor Gonzalez gives you all the materials needed to do your homework. His quizzes were open book but they were not easy. No midterm or final exams but required to do a final project which was fun. There is also an extra credit assignment which was awesome. He is easily approachable and accessible via email. TAKE HIM!!

Professor Gonzalez wants you to achieve and do well in the public health field. He is very kind, supportive and brings real life examples in the classroom.

Professor Gonzalez is a great Professor. Attendance is mandatory in all of the course he teaches. He does not accept late work without a doctor's note. He works with his students to pass the class, and is accessible outside of classtime via email especially. Do your work, put in the effort, show up to class, and you will pass.

There were weekly discussions posts that you had to participate in. There were also 3 journal summaries and 3 or 4 other papers including a research paper. All in APA format. I enjoyed the class and the topics we discussed. The professor was very helpful and encouraging. Beware, he doesnt accept late work!

One of the few professors that will respond to your emails- Lets be honest not many professors do!!! Too much work though- every week there is an assignment, I felt like there was no break to rest. As I finished the course I could see why there were so many assignments- it helps you with completing the final. He is very nice when I spoke to him

I am taking this class during the winter break that Lehman offers students to catch up on credits, like me haha. I have taken Human Sexuality classes before and it gets pretty boring. All the due dates were on the syllabus for you to get ahead and the assignments given were very clear and barely asked for the extreme. He graded all assignments within a few hours or a day . but he doesnt take LATE WORK! besides that, he is great!!

Prof. Jessie is great. One of the best professor. He replies to email fast and tries to help you as much as possible. Grade by few things and not very picky about grading either. I have taken classes with professor Jessie Gonzalez in undergrad and now graduate at Lehman college. Professor Gonzalez is a great professional and a human being. He is understanding and available to students; it is seen that he works with vocation. His classes are normal; if you are responsible and do all the tasks you can achieve an A.

All of the assignments were very easy and engaging, really made you think about the field and develop your own opinions on different subjects. Fair grading and due dates. Reminds you of assignments and even sends you information regarding opportunities in the health field. There were some textbook readings but that's most college classes.

A great professor gives excellent PowerPoint presentations to better explain the topics giving in the book. Also, videos to better explain the content. Make sure to purchase the book read the chapters giving for an ultimate understanding of the class. he is really open to talking to the student if there any concern.

I don't know what class the student below me was in as that STI/Anatomy assignment was 4-5 pages long. The professor was cool but expected too much on the final research paper yes it was 5-7 pages but he wanted 6 journal articles and to write in apa style. The topics we discussed and read about were cool too

BEST Professor at Lehman College!! Definitely recommend taking him. His classwork instructions are VERY clear and he posts work up ahead of time to have everything done quicker than usual. I took him during the winter session, so if anyone has not taken this course I would take it during the winter! so happy I did!

Winter 2021, class consists of discussion boards, weekly assignments and quizzes. Not hard but you have to put in some work on the assignments. Not harsh of a grader, full credit as long as you follow the rubric provided. Gives 2 chances on the quizzes on BB. Responds quickly to emails. No text he provides it. Great professor. Would take him again.

I really enjoyed taking this class. This class was an asynchronous Summer course. I learned a lot about health education and the profession.
