Wonderful class, great experience, and good lessons. He is passionate and very helpful. I enjoyed the discussions in the class.
Information systems course in UC Denver will be great with him. I was in his class and have interacted with him outside also. Very practical, gives great advice, and is helpful. He may be funny sometimes, but the fun has some very good remarks and useful contexts.
I am in his class in University of Colorado, Denver. He runs the class on two tracks, one the book and exams, the other is bringing examples, videos and to know more that is relevant to the understanding of IS in Business. Very helpful. Sends reply to emails instantly. Take him, very friendly and approachable always
Great teacher, futuristic. Responds to emails very fast. Prepares the class well for exams and assignments.
Challenges to think critically (and says so beforehand), explains everything very clearly, excellent guide, works with you at the time of need, and funny at times. His class activities are very involving.
Great professor, so many insights, very passionate about teaching and students' progress, experienced, lot of industry insights, good cases and analysis. Take him if you want to be a good leader and manager. I did not even yawn ever in his 15 week lectures and class sessions. Course is challenging through weekly readings, but very helpful.

Great prof, great class, all wonderful about him.
Wonderful class, cannot be better. We started with the broad base of IT Governance, and drilled down to each details using cases and examples, every week. Very interactive sessions, clarification of concepts with examples. Strongly recommended to take his class, interactive, attend all sessions, you will love those. EXCELLENT !
If you want to develop critical thinking on how to manage IT strategy and govern IT in business, this is the best class. He discusses concepts with applications thoroughly and relates them to real world examples. A good deal of readings and case analysis. Do not miss the class discussions, that it the key to this class. He is great !!
A great class explaining both the concept and practice of IT Governance. He uses cases to a great extent to provide insights. Pushes to think real world examples. A good build up on the strategic thinking on IT and IT governance
He is the prof. in UC Denver on IT governance and health IT. His class is full of discussions, insights, and relevant work. Prepares you for real world. We like his jokes--sometimes sarcastic though--but has a point. Great Dr. Khuntia, keep it up.
I took this class to fulfill a graduation requirement. But, glad I chose this class over something different. It was a very unique and interesting class. The professor was knowledgeable and had a genuine interest in his students. He very much welcomed different opinions and discussed the topics from different perspectives. Highly recommended.
He is experienced and has industry insights. He gives cases and provides good analysis. He can train you be a good leader and manager. Helpful and encouraging.
I had no idea when started IT Governance class, he helped to sail through and score well. Good class, a lot of industry examples and insights. Knows both ends, and appreciates to debate on both sides.
Great prof. Great person. A good gift to our school.
Great person and a good professor. I enjoyed his class. He is so helpful and very interactive with students. I loved this class, although I am not an IS major.
He is COOL.
I had taken ISMG 3000 with another professor in same school, had dropped out in between loosing interest. This one turned out to be exactly opposite, great, very interesting, realizing value at each step and very helpful to me. I am changing my major to Information Systems after taking this course.
Super prof to take make you understand about the IT landscape in industry. He flows easily, clarifies concepts, stays away from vocabularies to explain everything in simple words. Very easy to work with; does not mind our complains. The class really loved him and had a good vibe always.
If you want an easy ride without any work, then he is not the one. He is not easy. But, at the end you learn a lot. His learning process is by doing, not by skipping. Great professor. I like his class, although the readings can be overwhelming, but the approach is unique.
I took Information systems and health IT courses in UCD. he is great., I have have interacted with him outside also. Very practical, gives great advice, and is helpful. He may be funny sometimes, but the fun has some very good remarks and useful contexts.
Great prof in UCD. I learn a lot in his class. Talk to him and come with a learning attitude. He worked in industry for 10 years at top level, and knows the practice stuff. Wants you to succeed. Excellent!
We had great time in Dr. Khuntia's class. He helped me also to get an internship and a great job.
We had great time in Dr. Khuntia's class. He helped me also to get an internship and a great job. I would strongly suggest to take his class.
Prof Khuntia teaches health IT, and it is a great class. He brings real world cases and examples those are very helpful. He is my best prof.
I liked all he did. May be a bit of work to be on track in the beginning, but then things smooth. He is a great friend, philosopher and guide with practical insights.
I was in a bit of confused in this class, but he helped me from the beginning to end to get the stuff clear. We did a project with his contacts, and that helped me to land on a job.
I had taken similar course with another faculty, and then dropped in between. But, this class changed my perspective about IT. So clear and illustrative--that helped me to stick to his class. In the end I came out with more than what I expected. Recently, some examples from his class was helpful in an interview. Thanks Prof.
Dr. Khuntia is the best. He wants students to attend the class, do honest efforts in homework and assignments. His assignments are built to develop hard and soft skills around IT. Tests are good, as those are from lectures. He loves questions and participation. Stay motivated in his class, and you will do well.
What is interesting is that he asks simple questions to answer in the beginning of the class. Then he opens the lectures with answers to the questions, connecting dots, and how it all makes sense. I remember even for a IT based decision making class, he started with some games that showed us why it is important. I loved his class and he is great.
Amazing Class and teacher. He shows in class by his passion, energy and enthusiasm. Inspiration and Motivation. I learned more in his class than in all of my other classes combined about business and real world. Enjoyed the lectures about getting the competitive edge around IT and business.
Great class and a good learning experience
You learn a lot from his class, helpful in and out of class, and brings out the applications around business and IT
He is an amazing faculty ! This class was not easy, and tough at the beginning, but once you get into the course it's a piece of cake. He is very knowledgeable of global issues and technology and it made the class a constant interest for me. I would love to take another course with him!
Class was with lots of discussion and presentations. Assignments take some time and there is quite good amount of reading, but it's interesting material. Interesting prof with good anecdotes. Recommend
He has been one of my favorite professors throughout all of college. He is extremely helpful in terms of feedback and typically responds to any questions within a some minutes. Classes are discussion based. Very interesting and thought provoking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
An excellent Professor, who gives students a chance to focus their critical thinking abilities, and apply them towards real live business. I definitley suggest taking this class. He is international, and so you may get a culture shock in some discussions, but worth taking that with some good poiints.
I liked the class, except a few bitterness here and there. He is insightful. Some points may be a but wayward. He says that others should participate, but does not happen always.
Great teacher! His lectures were excellent and I would definitely take his class again. Most of the assignments are interesting and pretty easy. There are two exams (a midterm and final) that are a little more difficult but are still not too bad. He preps you for that.
Good class and overview on business & IT
I liked the class as it was good and sort of provided the ideas around IT, I actually changed my major to IS after this class.
Some lectures may be a bit dry, depends on the topic of the day. Some subjects are foundation and some are advanced. But, the practical applications are good.
The book may not be that great, but he complements it with examples, ideas and class discussions. Be ready to read, as well as do some homework. This is a starting IT class, so not that difficult.
I am an IS major and so this is a good class for me.
This is the starting class for IS majors, and good one. He motivates you and also helps you to get good grades.
He is one of the most knowledgeable people in his field that I've encountered. He has a genuine passion for teaching and wants his students to succeed. There is a lot of work in the class, but nothing that isn't doable. This class turned out to be one of my favorites of my undergraduate career
He is greatest professor i ever seen in my life. He always take care of any student. He keeps the class good, but if you want more certainly ask him. I would definitely take another class with him in the future
Jiban is an AMAZING teacher! He really allows his students to learn through discussion, and focuses on real life scenarios. He gives you a study guide for exams, and they are super helpful. He's a tough grader, but gives you encouraging feedback. HIGHLY recommend!
Dave is a good professor. He gives a project, which is often you have to choose to be creative. For some students, they want everything given and not inventive. However, I did still pull an A. He's amiable enough, fairly compassionate, and knows the topic.
He was a great professor. Book not really needed. His lectures are interesting and the tests are directly from the lectures. Take notes. Although I slacked in couple of classed, I did well. His class was easy and enjoyable.
Seminar course with case analysis. Apart from the subject, one learns a lot of connecting dots in industry and sector. Must take. Haas person and faculty.
The health IT course was good, with lots of readings that may not be helpful now, but for future. A lot of understanding with current developments in healthcare and related IT implementation and impact.
BEST PROFESSOR
A great class and a great professor. It is a discussion based class, but you go over really good worldwide topics.
Superb, best prof in UCDenver among all the courses I have taken.
Jiban is a great professor at UCD. I am currently in his health IT class. The class is superb, with lots of insights, readings, analysis. Highlight of the class the guest lectures and internship opportunities through industry meets. Some students miss it when they are not active, but kudos to Jiban's efforts.
The smartest professor at UCD. Brings real world experience to the classroom. Strives students to go above and beyond. The man is brilliant
Jiban is very interested in his students' success. He gets to know you personally if you show interest in his course and makes an effort to help you succeed.
All about him is fabulous
Jiban tries to scare you on the first day by making the class seem extremely hard. Yes he has an accent, but you can understand him. He says there are in class assignments and pop quizzes, but he never gives any. its just to trick you to come to class. UCD has some terrible profs, but Jiban is one of the best. If you take IMSG 3000, take Jiban.
Great Teacher!! I had worst teacher in business school. He is best teacher i ever had. If you need take ISMG 3000 class, take him. He is funny and knowledgeable teacher.
One of the best professors in UCD. That's all./
Fabulous class and professor. Go for him.
I enjoyed this class well and had some good insights. However, you have to prepare for each class in advance if you want to learn form him the best.
He was a great professor, with good lectures and student interactions.
I liked Jiban's class and enjoyed it well with good learning. Keep it up.
you have to do some readings prior to each class in Jiban's class. But good class. He also gives tips for exams and makes you prepared for it.
Flip class, with discussions, case preparations, presentations. Sometimes it may sound a bit. But after a week or so you are in routine. Gives great feedback to writing and presentations. Works with you. Classes, examples are practical. Very practice oriented and very helpful to shape a career. I got an internship with his help also.
Health IT topics in the course Topics were interesting and the format is good. It is not just another boring lecture class. It had stimulating discussions and debates about some of the issues going on in the world. I highly recommend this class or any others he would teach.
This is a very informative class. Prof. is really interested in the subject. Cares for students and helps to get good grades.
We like him and his class. Best prof in UC.
This class is unique. There is readings and slides. But, what is best is that he comes to class, weaves in a story around the topic, explains the concepts with examples, and gives best to us. Often the class is filled in with discussions with all participating. Great prof. great class. Thanks !!
Fantastic professor. Jiban is funny, unique, and gives lectures on real world topics that will help you down the road.
Topics were interesting. Manageable readings and class was interesting with several stimulating discussions and debates around Health IT. Liked it.
Great class and discussion in class. Real work applications, and interests on IT governance, management and control issues. Wish he taught more classes. Cases need to be read and analyzed prior to class.
I took the online section of IT governance class. It was great with weekly readings, lessons, lectures and assignments have been very beneficial towards my future goals. Take his classes, real cutting edge of IT and business discipline.
He taught this new health MIS course for executive MBA. Three days consecutive lectures---could have been boring, but he has amazing grasp and style to make it engaging. He started with what we know and then moved to give new concepts and theories, with justifications. Liked his class a lot.
Dr. Khuntia is so energetic and funny! He relates the material to the real world, which helps see things in perspective. The material is really tough, though so study hard. Our class had 2 quizzes, 3 assignments, a midterm, and a final.
Great prof and class. Take it and listen to his lectures, full of insights.
This was the in-class part of the class. Went unexpectedly great--than a general lecture, there were discussions and participation. Some great insights and rounded view of concepts and practices. Keep it up Prof. !
Highly respectful, understanding and caring for the students. Tries to scare you away in the first class but after that it is a breeze. If you do your best, you will definitely get what you want out of this class. Has very clear exam and quiz, both done online. Not hard, but definitely not a walk over either. Take him, you will not regret.
He has a lot of knowledge that he incorporates to this lectures. His grading is straight forward and he does want you to pass. I would recommend him for sure!
Gives practical applications in the field. Dr. K's knowledge about information systems is second to none. Highly respected and an expert in his field. I feel fortunate to have been able to take his class.
This is the class and professor you want to take if you want to be a IT Professional. He always explained concepts, provides new ones, and connects to industry and real-world experiences. That is because of his industry experience and collaborations. In addition, he was my internship mentor and advisor to get a job.
Its a discussion heavy course. Write an initial response and respond to 5-6 others. He is very strict on discussion grading. There is an overall group project that is very content heavy. He gives video lectures every week. The course content is quite interesting. You will pass if you enjoy the lectures.
Grear class to learn applications of Business Intelligence in healthcare. Many new concepts to prepare for jobs. Hroup project was good learning. Instead of class participation, weekly discussions are graded. Liked the class.
Good class , both concepts and examples with cases. Updated relevant material. Quizzes to be taken. One research mid term and a final. Liked it. Keep it up prof.
IT in business class. Covered a lot, from ecommerce to platforms. Likes the technology discussions. Enough cases also.
This is a great Health Analytics/Intelligence class, with concepts and hands-on exercises, discussions. Discussions were good to get a lot of build-up knowledge than what was in the book. Gives good feedback and helps to score well. Many real-world examples of health analytics.
This class was good on content and are useful. Need to do weekly work on readings, discussions and some weeks case analyses. All the materials will connect dots on a weekly basis and provide a broad picture. Yes, quite good work, and staying up on a weekly basis is important. I learned a lot, and he helped me to get an internship as well.
You are required to participate heavily in discussions and there is a quiz every week. There is also three 5-6 page single spaced papers assigned throughout the semester regarding the unit's materials. Its an interesting class and offers some good content. It is also an average for your typical master's class.
This is the IT strategy class. Good learning and lessions. Many new concepts to prepare for career in the IT era. Busy class, but insightful in terms of learning.
It's a course that includes several elements, readings, lectures, quizzes, and case analysis. All these provide good learning points, both in-depth and breadth. He gives video lectures every week. Discussions help in clarifications and examples. The course content is quite interesting and very helpful for a business and IT relevant career.
A bit reading heavy in the beginning, then I got into habit of reading articles. Case analysis skill is a must. Course covers basics to the more complex topics in IT Governance and Audit-Compliance. I plan to take his other courses now.
One of the worst professors and seriously does not know the current trend in BI. Microstrategy is not a tool that is used in any business and giving a tool that crashes everty minutes and no one to bother to help. Useless discussions, outdated material, worst TA who knows nothing and to top it useless exams that are graded harsh. Want to fail - tak
This is Business Intelligence in Health class. There are weekly discussions, quizzes, and assignments. One has to stay on top of it to do, with a good routine. The class went smoothly. The project was a good learning process. He guided when we had troubles. I got an internship in this area also.
This course was very organized. There are cases to be analyzed. He expects to do a good analysis with critical points and recommendations as expected. Some quiz questions and exam questions are from lectures and power points. Each week's lecture was split into four or five smaller videos around 20-30 mins, which is good flexibility.
I should thank the professor for his help in the IT Strategy course. He did provide guidance when I asked, throughout the semester. This is a very good course and will lay a significant role in my future career development. I look forward to his other courses.
He is always willing to help. Online video lectures cover all materials and provide extra, also smaller ones to handle. Get used to the weekly routine. Cases can take time, and can be tricky to provide recommendations. Material is highly relevant and useful for future careers. Overall, really liked the class.
The course was well structured. Readings, lectures, quizzes, weekly discussions, bi-weekly case analyses, and two tests. The instructions were clear. Need some work to get good grades.
The class had full of interesting elements. Being an online class, the focus was on reading, learning and discussing key points. I liked the discussion questions and my classmates view points around important topics.
Good class will clarity on all aspects. I liked his approach. A bit of work every week, but that is necessary for skill and competence building.
Absolutely one of the good professors I had during my time at UCDenver. I took this class just as a core class, but was definitely happy with my choice. He as kind and considerate but also made your brain think from entirely new perspectives. His class was largely discussion-based so complete the reading and participate!
This BI Health had weekly discussions, quizzes, and assignments. One has to stay on top of it to do, with a good routine. The class went smoothly. The project was a good learning process. He guided when we had troubles. Microstrategy oftware had some issues as supporting 100s of students free is not easy.
This BI Health was good. It had weekly discussions, quizzes, and assignments. A Project assigned to create dashboard in health context The project was a good learning process. Materials expose to health terminology and context as well along with BI tool.
Healthcare does not use much BI. This class was a good starting point to motivate. Data analytics along with contextual explanations and applications was focus. I liked the class.
I learned a ton in this class, but the workload was painful. Dr. Khuntia knows his stuff and is kind, but he is difficult to understand in the video lectures and his test questions are difficult to interpret. The reading and writing in this course were among the most difficult so far. I recommend this course, but not online.
The class was good. Good lessons. Being an online class has its pros and cons. He is kind and good-hearted. He knows the stuff. As an online course, the focus is on reading several articles and writing case analysis. I recommend this course.
Dr. Khuntia is good on this one. He is kind and willing to help when seeking it. The online lectures are good and cover all materials. The readings do take some effort, and case analysis can be tricky and need efforts. I liked the class, and would take him again this semester.
The class was helpful. A great deal of learning. Several new concepts that I did not know. He did provide guidance when I asked. I liked his making some concepts simplers. Reading and writing throughout the course--be prepared for that--but helpful for career.
I took this as a core class. Good prof. Good class. good professors I had during my time at UCDenver. I am appy about what I learnt. Take it. But, also be ready to work and learn.
The class us helpful. He as kind. Provides new perspectives. Group project was good, needs some work. I liked the assignments as it helps to learn a BI tool and apply to healthcare context.
Overall concept is good but topics are not clear. More emphasis on medical terms rather than BI.
I am in healthcare. I liked the class driving deep into health topics where BI can be used. The examples were good. Helped to learn a BI tool and apply to healthcare context.
Interesting class on IT strategy. Many homework throughout semester, but nothing like killing. Slacking a few will have negative impacts, as all weeks have something to do. I recommend to take it only if you are ready and willing to work and learn.
Healthcare BI class, mix of healthcare applications of data analytics, a project and assignments on BI tools. He introduced new concepts and throughout provided cases and examples. I recommend to take this if you want a career in health care are, not for general IS career.
The course had readings, lectures, quizzes, and case analysis. Good lessons, using video lectures, discussions etc. May sound a bit heavy, but the content is quite interesting and surely relevant for a business and IT relevant career--more toward business side.
Overall a great class. He covered many concepts with examples and cases. Updated relevant material. Quizzes to be taken. One midterm and a final. I liked it. He is approachable, very fast to respond, and helps if you need clarifications. One has to do good work to get the grades. Keep it up Prof. Khuntia.
Dr. Khuntia is approachable and cares about his students' success. Easy grader. Covers a huge number of topics without overwhelming students. His lectures can be on the lengthy side and his directions aren't always clear, but he's always available for questions and is flexible on deadlines.
The healthcare IT class covers a number of topics. Good one. He is a great researcher, gives new concepts, and throughout provided cases and examples. A well-rounded change in mindset is the outcome. He himself is a pioneer in this field.
Overall a great class on IT strategy, including lectures, examples, case analysis. He is fast to respond. Helps if you need it. Some preliminary preparations need to be done to analyze the case well, that you may need help outside of the class. I liked the class and materials.
This class helped me to apply and extend my healthcare practice knowledge. It drives many concepts and applications of BI, and one can always find an application to do the problem-solving approaches. It helped me to understand and apply some of these at work.
I love Professor Khuntia's class format. I have taken most of the courses he offers because I know exactly what he expects. I hate group projects and I am glad he does not force us to do that. His courses are mostly focused on readings and discussions and the tests are similar to the quizzes. For ISMG6810, make sure you read!
The reading is very intensive (& interesting!) with 26 HBR articles, 6 cases and 2 press books with weekly videos and slides. 4 weekly tests and a final cumulative exam. Case analysis must be thorough and around 8 single-space pages each. Everything is mandatory, and you MUST read and memorize in order to do well. Structure and guidance are clear.
A great 8-week 3-credit online class. Wonderful!! The materials cover enough to shape a career in the digital world. Pretty much for an IT strategy orientation that helps to know the details. I liked the readings. The lectures add more substance to what is in the articles/cases. The cases tested my comprehensive knowledge and applications.
A great class (and Professor) on IT strategy. He is experienced both in practice and academics. His lectures lectures are short and good, which helps and goes beyond textbooks. Case analysis and discussions were very helpful to understand and he provided a lot of feedback when needed. I plan to take his IT Governance and Health IT Classes as well.
Prof. Khuntis is very helpful. Specifically, he is passionate about students and their learning keeping the COVID situation. I learned several new concepts that I did not know. He did provide guidance when I asked. I liked his making some concepts simple. Reading and writing throughout the course, for case analysis; but it helps to develop skills.
The class was waste of time. The professor showed up to class unprepared. For a graduate-level course, you would think you gain more knowledge. We just read papers and students made presentations. Hardly gained any meaningful information! Avoid taking classes with this professor unless you want to waste your money.
Wonderful class. Very helpful. He helped me to do homework and all good grades when I was facing problems l.
This is 8-week 3-credit online class, fast paced, but great. The materials cover enough to shape a career. I liked the readings, discussions and all aspects of the class. The lectures add more substance to what is in the books or readings
Online class. 8 weeks. He covered many concepts with examples and cases. Updated relevant material. Quizzes to be taken. One midterm and a final. He is approachable, very fast to respond, and helps if you need clarifications. Do good work to get the grades. Keep it up Prof. Khuntia.
I enjoyed the setup of this online class. The lectures are concise and great. Pace at yourself. No meetings needed. You will spend most of your time doing discussion posts related to the readings. This should be an easy A if you remember to do your readings and posts. I learned a lot without feeling like there was too much content.
Prof. Khuntia is very helpful. Specifically, he is passionate about students and their learning keeping the COVID situation. I learned several new concepts that I did not know. He did provide guidance when I asked. I liked his making some concepts simple. Reading and writing throughout the course, for case analysis; but it helps to develop skills.
I liked the class driving deep into health topics where BI can be used. The examples were good. Helped to learn a BI tool and apply to healthcare context.
I really enjoyed this class. He seemed to really care about us being successful in his class and he was really responsive to emails. I would highly recommend.
I liked this class because of the structure, learning potential, and help from the professor. He gives good feedback on discussions and case analysis to improve and do well. Responds to emails promptly, and meets in zoom if needed to clarify doubts.
Prof. Khuntia is very caring that you improve and get good grades. His submission criteria is clear and no extensions allowed. But, his feedback to improve and checking that we are doing good goes a long way. I was not doing well, but he encouraged and worked with me so much to get a good grade. Keep it up, Professor.
Dr. Khuntia is very helpful. He is passionate about teaching and ensures students learn to be great managers. I learned several new concepts that I did not know. He did provide guidance when I asked. I liked his making some concepts simple. Reading and writing throughout the course, for case analysis; but it is good skill. He is always available.
DON'T take this professor and DON'T be fooled by all of the fake 5-star reviews below. This 8-week class required these weekly: 150-200 pages of reading, 3-4 hr lectures, a test, an extensive discussion post with 4 replies, 8 total essays ranging between 4-10 pages single spaced. The lectures are poorly done. This class ruined my life for 8 weeks.
This 8 week online class is heavier/double-load compared to a 16 week course--expected. I could do well, although initially it was a bit hard to catch up. I liked the setup and building around concepts using discussions and cases. I learned a lot, although felt it is much content, but helpful in the current IT economy contexts.
Covered a lot around IT strategy in business settings. Given my experience in IT management, this course was a great one for me to take. A hands on exercise to take decisions that was also good. The selected cases worked to provide practice relevance. I liked the class.
Dr. Khuntia hekps a lot. He gives good feedback on discussions and case analysis to improve and do well. He eesponded to my emails quickly and we had seeveral zoom discussions. Class is good.
Dr. Khuntia is helped me when i had issues or difficulties with the course. He is approachable abd passionate about teaching and ensures students learn to be great managers. I learned several new concepts that I did not know. Reading and writing throughout the course, for case analysis; but it is good skill. He is always available.
The class a bit heavy, but very applied to higher managerial levels. Overall I liked the class. The lectures are concise and great. You need to pace at yourself. No meetings needed. You will spend most of your time doing discussion posts related to the readings and that helps in practical applications. Cases help in specific problem solving
This was an online eight week course, so very fast paced than a 16 week course. Be prepared to do double the work every week compared to other courses. The materials cover enough to shape a career in the digital world. I liked the readings. The cases tested my comprehensive knowledge and applications. Wonderful !!
The class comprised a heavy reading assignment weekly, including several textbook chapters and up to 6 journal articles. Additionally there would be a quiz and 4 question discussion post requiring lengthy answers. Several weeks also includes a 6-7 page single spaced paper in additional the above work. COURSE REQUIRED AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF WORK!
A wonderful class for IT strategy in business settings. Reading heavy, but it helped so much to clarify stuffy. A hands-on Tableau exercise to make decisions that were also good. The selected cases worked to provide practice relevance. I liked the class.
The class has a good amount of reading and assignments. But all are doable with good discipline. Things build on one another and help to clarify, and have examples and applications. I liked the load with a fast pace to complete in 8 weeks while learning a lot of stuff and concepts that are very useful.
Professor Khuntia played a pivotal role in possibly shaping the trajectory of my career. I decided to major in IS because of this class. His willingness to take time to engage with his students, even in an 8-week, online, format, is more than appreciated by me and really highlighted my experience at CU Denver.
This fast-paced 8-week online class is heavier/double-load compared to a 16-week course--expected. I could do well, although catching up was a bit hard without putting in a good effort. A great learning experience for concepts and applications. I liked the concepts using discussions, cases, and current IT business and economy context.
Not really a tough grader, but an excessive amount of work for one class. If you're a full time working professional, it will be your 2nd job.Hhundreds of pages of reading per week, hours of lectures (that just review the reading and are hard to follow), lengthy discussions, quizzes, and 3-5 page papers (single spaced size 11 font, which is odd).
I found this class a great one with a lot of learning points. Work is needed, but very practical and useful. This class is reat for regular MBA students.
I liked this class. Good structure, learning potential, and help from the professor. He gives good feedback on discussions and case analysis to improve and do well. Responds to emails promptly, and meets in zoom if needed to clarify doubts.

You will spend most of your time doing discussion posts related to the readings. This should be an easy A if you remember to do your readings and posts. I learned a lot without feeling like there was too much content
