My Favorite class this whole semester took her night class she had loads of energy loved what she did , and had great story's on work that she has done . Gives good feedback on assignments she is very clear , and feels like she gives you a unique personalized feedback . I would take her again , and again if i could .

Business of Fashion Styling under Professor Topol was one of the best classes yet! We learned from someone who has styled many prominent icons. We did not use the textbook much, and we didn't need to being she has been in the field many years. I learned a lot from this course, and I would've never considered a career in fashion styling prior.

I had Professor Topol for a stylinb class, and I love it. It wasnt an easy course by any means as the assignments took a fair amount of time and effort, but they are a lot of fun to do. She gives great feedback, and group assignments help to alleviate the amount of work each assignment took while allowing us to be more comfortable working in teams

Professor Topol gives great lectures because she has a lot of first-hand experience working in the fashion industry (she styled Beyonce!). For this class she assigned weekly journals and assignments that you have to put effort into, but are usually pretty fun. But, she is a VERY tough grader. You definitely have to put in the work to get an A.

By far my favorite professor. Professor Topol is so kind and really cares about her students on a personal level and wants everybody to succeed. Her projects were so much fun and I felt like I learned a lot in her class. As long as you review her power points before the tests you will get an easy A.

Professor Topol was an amazing. We only had 2 exams, 1 midterm and 1 final. She makes the PowerPoints very interactive and to study for her test all you have to do is study the PowerPoints so the textbook really isnt required. Be prepared to be let out only 5 minutes early.

If you have the chance to take Prof. Topol's class you totally should! She is the absolute coolest person I've ever met and she really cares about her students. My only advice is always be on time she's strict with attendance but its totally worth it because she's my favorite Prof. at FIT and she'll probably be yours too!

One of the only professors I've had at this school that genuinely cares about her students and makes her class engaging. Prof Topol doesn't give much homework; only weekly reading assignments and many projects throughout the semester. The projects she gives are very creative and really made me think outside the box.

Professor Topol is AMAZING, this was my second time around taking her and it was just as great as the first time! She really cares about her students and teaches the subject matter well. She is a little tough when it comes to grading so you actually have to work hard on the projects but there are plenty of them so it's easy to make up. 10/10!!

Prof Topol is one of the coolest professors and always has something exciting to teach about in class that keeps us engaged. While the projects were fun to do, I still felt she was a tougher grade, but not really too tough, she just says it as it is and I think that is helpful. She loves to hear from us and gives amazing feedback.

She's a very chill prof. Doesn't assign much hw but the hws are usually enjoyable. Gives detailed feedback on each project/hw so if u have problem with grade, u can be specific on which part. One midterm and one Final group project.

If you want someone who has A TON OF EXPERIENCE IN STYLING, Prof. Topol is THE ONE! Her projects are all extremely fun, nothing boring, but do expect to be creative in this class! I cannot recommend Prof. Topol enough. She is a caring and fun person, plus a great person to learn from. This class was very entertaining, evening as a night class, and although the assignments were time-consuming they were interesting and relevant. This professor took over my styling class from my original professor who had to leave at the beginning of the semester. Even though we were already a few weeks in Prof Topol picked up where we left off and helped us throughout the rest of the class. She is funny and positive and has great hands-on experience and insight. Definitely recommend!
