I had Mgmt of Change online; however, Prof Kerner made it interactive and interesting. I really liked the layout of the course, and he was always available for questions on the discussion board. He really seems to care about the well-being and understanding of his students.

Took online for Mgt/Labor Relations. Self-Paced with 3 easy quizes and 3 easy written assignments. 2 Long tests that are little tough and a 3 page paper. Kerner is very clear, fair, and helpful. Would take again for any class. Highly recommend this professor!

Dr. Kerner is an awesome teacher! he is very attentive and responds to your questions very quickly. I would not say he is easy, but if you put forth just a bit of effort oyu have nothing to worry about grade wise! I would higy recommend him!!!

I orinagolly took this course b/c it was a requirement but I enjoyed it and learned a lot from it. I started mareer as an amdin for a Change Mgmnt team and now I trulky understand what they did in the implementation of a stat management system. It was refreshing to take a course I could really relate and use the material in the real world.

He is a very good professor and he answers questions throughly.

Since our class was internet based our communication was via Tegrity, discussion board and email. Professor Kerner responded quickly and was very supportive. I feel we could have learned considerably more from the Professor's knowledge and experience if we had been involved in an interactive classroom environment.

Dr. Kerner is very professional and cares about his students. He provided supplemental materials that inspired the best in students and made you want to do your best. I especially liked the video by Art Berg. This was a brilliant way to begin the course and it stuck with me the entire course. I highly recommend!

Professor Kerner is extremely nice and helpful. He honestly wants his students to do well and cares about his job. I took the class online and had a MC test every week which was easy as well as weekly discussion board postings. I would highly recommend Kerner!!!!

This class was self paced. I took it online so you could speed up or slow down as you wanted as long as everything was finished by the end of the semester. The teacher didn't overwhelm you with a lot of busy work. You have an assignment due each week but they weren't too hard. You only have 3 tests, weekly assignments, and a simple case study.

Dr. Kerner is very enthusiastic and makes one of the hardest classes fun and extremely interesting. He is always right there to lend a hand or advice with whatever you are working on. Doc nevers makes you feel like a number but a personal student of his. If you have the chance to have him as a teacher make sure you do! You won't regret it!

Dr. Kerner was very helpful throughout the class. He chose interesting topics, videos, etc. and made the class interesting. He gave very good feedback on all discussions. He challenges students but at the same time pushes them to succeed. He does not load the schedule with a lot of "busy" work.

Dr. "K" was my student advisor and it was a shame I only had one class with him. He makes the class fun and exciting. Which makes for a better learning experience. A very caring professor. Take his class if you can.

It was a great semester. Dr. Kerner did a great job of conveying his expectations for the class. He explained the material well and his tests paralleled it. The test were very comprehensive and challenging; I feel that preparing for his tests really ensured that I learned the material rather than just regurgitate it for a test.

Professor Kerner brought real life experience to the class which made the class more interesting. Very helpful teacher that encouraged students to pursue careers.

Prof Kerner is very clear. Do the DB, read the material (book and case studies), answer questions. The paper was 3 pages, and SIMPLE. He provides feedback and every opportunity to not only pass, but pass with an A. Very responsive, polite, and treats you like you're an adult. Recommend him! Oh, and the videos are interesting, but old!

Dr. Jim Kerner is one of the most amazing, inspiring, caring, and professional professors I have ever had. He is beyond inspirational. Dr. Kerner is real, and most importantly, his ultimate goal is for all his students to succeed. He is passionate about his job, and he is very prompt in returning phone calls or email messages. I do recommend him.

If I could have Dr. Kerner as a professor for every one of my classes, I would. He is by far my favorite professor at this university. He truly cares about his students and their success, he responds quickly to emails, he is available outside of the classroom and gives clear instructions on assignments. Wonderful class, great professor. The class was a fun way to end my college career, and Dr. Kerner made it better. He gave timely and helpful feedback every week on the coursework from the week before. Business Policy is a challenging class, but seeing your grade you worked so hard for at the end of the semester is so rewarding. Professor Kerner had clear grading criteria, made plenty of explanatory Tegrity videos, & was always available through email (super quick response time). He was a fantastic teacher, but be ready to work for your grade.

Dr. K. was awesome. Very responsive and helpful. He gives you the tools you need to be successful in his class. I had him on line and although the group "game" at first was a handful, he walks you through steps so you know what to focus on. Choose your group members wisely, follow his advice and an A should be no problem.

This teacher sets you up for success. I had Dr. Kerner for MG 420 & 417; he was fantastic! He provided clear information & would instantly respond to emails. For MG 420, make sure you watch his debrief videos & ask him ?'s as needed. This class has a business simulation that can be very overwhelming at first but Kerner uploads numerous videos and explains everything very well. He also uploads feedback videos after every round so you know how to improve. I actually enjoyed this class and I cant say that about many others.

Coming into this class I was very intimidated and overwhelmed, but it turned out to be the best class I've ever taken! DEFINITELY watch the lectures, take notes, and follow directions (it'll take you far in the simulation). Gives in-depth feedback in weekly debriefing videos. Ask questions he's very nice and willing to help!

Dr. Kerner truly cares about each and every student. I had the opportunity to be a student in his Management of Change class. The class was very applicable to my job. I was able to bring some of my studies into the workplace, and help resolve issues that my workplace dealt with at the time. Take Dr. Kerner if you are ever given the opportunity!

Capsim courses have a learning curve and he was extremely helpful in getting us going and leading us to success. I loved that he made detailed lectures responding to our simulation results each week.
