You can't get a better math teacher! I had him for mediated learning. He will help you with every single problem if you need him to. He is sooo nice, patient, and easy going. You can use your calculator if you need it. AND you get partial credit on all of your tests!

Mr. Chang has got to be one of the best math teachers I have ever had. He makes a hard class fun and easy. If you can, sign up for his class, but you have to register early in order to get into his class, so my recommendation is register for Jimmy Chang's class as soon as you can and have fun learning math....lol

Jimmy Chang is seriously the best math teacher ever! I went from hating math and failing in high school, to getting A's and B's in college with him as a professor. Don't bother taking any other math instructors.

GREAT TEACHER. He is young and very funny. Uses the text hardly at all. Assignments (or projects) can take time to do, but he gives you triple the time to get it done! He is so nice. Make sure your english is good, he is a spell checker and grammer cutter! Good luck! All the subjects are really interesting and easy after they are learned!

great teacher! i was in his mediated learning... i always take mediated learning because its hard for me to understand math thru teachers but he breaks down everything for everyone... and hes so nice, and he always reminds everyone about where they are in the class and he tries to help you understand the formulas, hes greattttttt

Quite simply the best math instructor I've ever had. He is probably one of the only teachers that makes class easy without making you feel like you didn't learn anything. I feel well prepared for the next level of math.

He is simply the best teacher you will find for any math class. He is more then helpful, will go out of his way to go over any problems and will even delay the test a day or two if the class wants. Simply do well on all his test and you will be fine.

Wonderful teacher. Explains work clearly. Makes sure you understand. Willing to answer any questions you have without making you look like an idiot. For the more advanced math courses, he's a great teacher. The only thing is I wish he'd teach a class or two at night that way I won't have to change my work schedule again.

He is very funny. Watch out though, his tests are HARD. But it is calc, it's suppose to be hard. But you wont fall asleep I GUARANTEE! He is not as genuinely funny or nice in 1 on 1 though for tutoring. So enjoy him in the class and ask questions during class! His word problems are tough, but he is GREAT at everything else and you will be prepared.

He breaks the material down to your level and if the class doesnt understant it he will back up and slow down which is great. He is a very smart guy but never speaks above you.

I took Professor Chang's College Algebra class online as a transient student from USF. Very nice professor! He emails back right away. The online class is a lot of work and quite demanding though. I wish I took this class with Professor Chang in a classroom instead of online. Very nice guy though. I'm glad I had him through this hard process!

I love this teacher! I hated math and never ever did well in it. I took his math class online and I actually for the first time in my life understand what I am doing! The class uses PLATO but he responds with in minutes always. He is always there and making sure to remind everyone of due dates and changes. He is AWESOME.Would love to have him again

I took trig online and expected it to be hard but this was a little crazy... The professor was nice, but the online lectures wouldn't cover things that were on the assignments and it just seemed overwhelming. And on top of that webassign was so confusing. I had to drop.

At first, I was checking rating of him in this website--it's awesome! Then I finally decided to take class online w/ him. His HW pretty a lot of work and every units would be tests in limit time, that really needed time to spend! But, Mid n Fin exams were easily if u understand well. Over all, he was very good professor u should try about math! ^_^

Professor Chang is wonderful. He understands that life happens. There is a lot of material to cover in the class, so make sure you stay on schedule. He is quick to respond and will do anything he can to help you out. Final and Midterm are mandatory. I highly recommend his class! Thanks for everything, Professor!

Mr. Jimmy is one best math teachers you can take at SPC if not the best. LRC! Hes a genius he can tutor in all math subjects. His class is all about the homework you do the homework pay attention you get a good grade. If you care about learning he will show you tricks and break everything down. I hadnt take math in 4 years. If you can take him!

He does tutoring as well! I went to him for math tutoring and passed exams with 100%. He finds good ways on to approach a hard problem and use the easiest way to find the answer.
