J.J. Brotton is the best teacher I have had at Kansas State. She is one of the nicest professors and wants her students to succeed 100%. If you go to class and participate, you should receive an easy A! I would recommend her to anyone! Take her! 10/10 Recommend. She is amazing! Good Luck if you don't have her!

Professor Brotton is a good professor. She makes it clear what you need to do, and as long as you work just a little you will do well. Homework is easy, but monotonous . Tests are worth a lot, but are not very difficult. The best part about her is that she listens to her students and fixes things. She cut our homework in half when we asked for it.

Mrs. Brotton is by far the most caring professor I have had a Kstate, she will help you with anything you need and listen to you when you need help or are going to miss class. Homework and tests are extremely easy. Class can be boring but JJ makes an effort to make the class fun! 10/10 recommend.

J.J. was the best teacher I have ever had at K-State. She genuinely cares about her students and what is going on in our lives. She takes time to learn every name in her classes and she is there for you school related or not inside and outside of class. I was sick one day & she came up to me the next class to check on me. 100% would take her again.

She was by far one of my favorite professors. I didn't end up with an A because I slacked off but it is an easy A if you study the coursework. Review the videos and answer the questions that are provided at the end of video on connect because that helped me on tests. I've never seen a teacher that cares about her students as much as she does.

JJ is so sweet. I took intro to marketing with her the first semester and she was a great prof. I enjoyed her class and as long as you go to class for the in-class assignments and do well on the online tests, the class was a breeze. I still see her in the hallways and she always says hello!

I struggle with content heavy intro classes so i had to work and study to get an A but she was so willing to help me get there and genuinely wanted me to get there

I really like JJ! There is a lot of homework, but the tests are pretty easy and the group projects in class are helpful. The only thing I didn't really like were all the learn smarts, but they are pretty short.

JJ is my favorite teacher so far at ksu. She's such a sweet lady and tries her best in what she does. She tries to be fun in lectures and make the tests easy, she's overall the best. I can tell she loves teaching and I'm actually going to miss her class. It's the only class I actually went to this semester because she made it so great.

A genuine person. She takes such interest in her students and will have all names of the kids in her lectures memorized before mid terms. Such a great person but lectures tend to be speedy and hard to jot down everything if you don't prepare prior to lectures. If you do the work and put the effort in you will be fine and get a good grade

JJ is a great professor, it is obvious how much she cares about her students & their success. She had our full names memorized by midterms (& its a big class!) The only negative is that she uses McGraw Hill Connect/Learnsmart so homework can be lengthy. Also the tests are through McGraw Hill & everyones tests are unique which can be frustrating.

Super nice lady that cares a lot for her students. The only thing to look out for is that her tests are harder than you would expect. However, if you do all the homework well, the tests aren't weighted that much. She also gives out a good amount of extra credit at the beginning of the semester, so pay attention to that!

JJ genuinely cares about each of her students. She had a lecture of 100+ students and still took the time to memorize each of our names and got to know us on a personal level. She was extremely helpful when I needed accommodations. Class was easy as long as you show up. The "learnsmart" HW takes a lot of time but I always did it during class.

Professor Brotton is super nice, and her lectures were kinda interesting. There were no tests in this class (intro to marketing), only bi-weekly quizzes, which weren't too difficult. The class is based on the McGraw Hill online program. I liked this class a lot!

JJ is actually one of the nicest teachers. She changed a lot of the homework and things like that halfway through the semester because of student request. There are no exams only quizzes and in class activities. All you have to do is go to class, read the chapters and you'll do fine. Take JJ if you have the chance you won't regret it.

JJ was AMAZING. You could see her passion for marketing and she really made this class so much fun. I learned a ton. One thing she did that I loved was halfway through the semester, she took a day to get everyone's opinions on her assignments for the rest of the semester. We collectively came to agreements on points and extra credit. She's great!

JJ is amazing. Basically you use McGraw hill and have 2 chapters due a week. Each chapter has 3 things with it: learnsmart assignment, homework, and a quiz. BUT THERE ARE NO EXAMS. Not much extra credit opportunity but if you show up to lecture she goes over the exact things asked on the quizzes and the lowest score I ever got was a B on a quiz!

If you go to her lectures, and do the online assignments it is very easy. She is super nice and highly recommend.

Professor Brotton was a really good professor! There are 21 chapters of work, each consisting of a homework, Smart Book assignment, and a quiz. There are some in-class group activities that aren't too hard at all, but overall, it is an easy A. She is very helpful and cares about all of her students.

I highly recommend this professor, she is amazing! She's very accessible with any questions, concerns, or if you cant make it to class. There weren't any exams but there were bi-weekly quizzes and homework. One of my favorite professors to date.

Top 5 professors in the business school. I started college in her class and now I made sure to end with her too. I learned so much from her and never had a problem getting help from her. She attends student functions outside of class to for charity/student life etc. Also, her Canvas courses are laid out way better than others! Take her if you can!!

HW assigments took awhile to do but the test were fairly easy I got B's on all of them. Study the definitions of the vocab words and you will be fine.

I loved having Professor Brotton as a teacher, she knew everybody's name and was always very kind. I would usually study for her exams using Quizlet or StudyFetch before exams because they are very term and definition heavy. She gives out a lot of extra credit over the semester in both the exam and assignment categories. Do the extra credit.

She knows her stuff but she teaches class like it's elementary school. We were told on the first day to make a nametag and use it all semester, we are in college and are supposed to be learning how to be adults. It is a business class though. Passed with a B and studied maybe 90 minutes total for all the exams.
