prof. mechmech is one of the best still out there....she always goes the extra mile to help anyone who needs the help. she isnt a slacker...so if u thought she was u pretty much didnt attend class because there is no reason why u should have a problem with her or her class. Take this Professor...u won't go wrong!

Fall Semester 08. I took MAT0002, with her. This was my last attempt at Math. The previous instructor I had was uncomprehendable. If it was not for Mrs. MechMech, than I never would have understood Math or passed. Her teachings and dedication's to her student's learnig are +! Because of her I took her for MAT0024!

Mrs. Mechmech, is a truly remarkable instructor. Always, on time! :) If any student needs extra help or is not understanding a particular problem she is more than willing to assist them until they are confident enough to know they got it. I have taken her for MAT0002, and now MAT0024. I just hope she gets her BA so I can take her for MAT1033!

When she saw that i was really bad at math she invited me to sit in on her saturday morning college classes. she helped me with all my hw and stayed late with me after school for tutoring. not only that, but at the end of the semester wen i had a d because of test grades she curved the grade to a c. Great teacher.will def take again this year

I have no clue what the person underneath me is talking about. I take her Saturday class and LOVE IT. Prof Mechmech is a very lenient and has very good teaching style. Your work will be online so you do most of it at home. Also she lets the class out after lecture. And attendance is not mandatory just aslong as you do your online work.

i have truly enjoyed this instructor. her taching style is amazing, because you understand what she is going over. have had this instructor for my first class and enjoyed her so much that i will take her again next term. and truly look forward to it, due the fact thatshe came in ealy to class or stayed late, or atleast until you understood.

MechMech is a GREAT instructor. I have always struggled in math, but she helps you understand it in a way that is easy. She goes out of her way to make sure you are ready for the material. She did weekend study class for our class.

One of the best instructors I've had. Really interested in ensuring the students learn the concepts. Very flexible and willing to make herself available to students who need extra help. If you are have struggled with Math in the past, she can definitely help you. Don't try to BS her though.

Great professor. I didn't know anything about math and within two weeks I was master. I was a D average student and I managed to pull an A in the class. She let's you finish on your own time, self paced. Finish the class early if you want to. Very helpful and understanding. I liked the fact that you can retake tests an unlimited amount of times.

If you come to class and do the assignments you will pass the class. Mrs. Mechmech is a very good teacher if you have been out of school for few years.

Let's be honest all the work is online. She demonstrated what we needed to do we and watched the videos. She was very helpful I missed a lot of classes and still made a B. Definitely taking her for MGF1107.

This is a great class for those of us that don't necessarily enjoy math. She speaks in laymen terms, will explain as many times as needed to help you understand. She made math "fun".

Professor Mechmech literally saved my semester. All classwork is done via "Mymathlab" along with the grading. The lectures are mostly just to make sure you understand what the portal is teaching you, though she does give great hints and shortcuts for problems you may be struggling with. She also will not hesitate to go through a concept with you.

I took Professor Mechmech during the fall semester and she is honestly the best math I had thus far. She helped me with any problem I had. For instance, you have to pass the practice test in order to take the actual test. I ended up flunking the entire thing, however she helped me with each problem I got wrong. I recommend taking her she's great!

I took Professor Mechmech for MAT1033 and MAT1028. All homework is online, she gets a bit off topic but overall a great teacher and I would take her again for College Algebra. She lets you retake all tests if you need to except the final exam to ensure no cheating. Attendance isn't mandatory but it would be wise not to miss lectures. Very helpful

Professor Mechmech was my first online class professor and she truly made online learning a real joy. I love that she does not waste your time with anything you do not need to do like discussion boards. She gives you the work, you practice it, take quizzes, and the test on the material. This online class used MyMathLab, which was wonderful. I was able to teach myself everything. Very easy to use. I had very little teacher communication, but didn't really need it. You have unlimited tries on all homework and quizzes, so its nearly impossible to fail, unless you literally do nothing. Easy A.

She is awesome and so relatable ! She's a good math teacher and has a lot of funny stories . Also , she makes sure you understand it and if you don't she will do it repeatedly .

Professor Mechmech is an amazing teacher. She uses MyMathLab, with homework and quizzes you can retake over and over. She responds to emails quickly. She is caring, kind and funny too. She just wants to see you succeed. She will help you understand the work, but you must show that you are trying and making the effort. I loved Prof Mechmech.

I am literally the bottom of the barrel when it comes to comprehending algebra. You couldn't get much worse. Professor mech-mech was simply inspirational. Her teaching style is NOT for everyone. Very fast and rushed for me because I took the C7. Best advice - Go over the chapters BEFORE class, practice the problems, then show up with your question.

Honestly if you fail this class you have no one to blame but yourself. She teaches fast and speaks fast but has no problem going over whatever you dont understand. You get an ample amount of opportunities to take the test and get a passing grade. I could have gotten an A but I Had personal issues during the semester so I ended up with a C.

Everything is online except the final. SUPER easy and she's very nice. She's understanding and she offers tutoring as well. I HIGHLY recommend if you want to take an easy math class.

It had been several years since I took my last math class. Prof. Mechmech's class was great. A real surprise! The program for the work (HW & tests) was pretty good, a few frustrating things--you must enter answers exactly, no extra spaces etc. I think I would have missed a few less if they were hand graded. Highly recommend!

This is the best professor ever. Before I took her class I HATED math but she made math easier for me. She really cares about her students and wants everyone to pass the class. Her lectures are sometimes fast paced but in the end you will see why she went so fast its for your benefit.

Prof Mechmech is amazing! She moved to an online class due to COVID, and she didn't care about attendance due to understanding everyone's difficulties. I didn't attend a single online lecture, and didn't lose any points because of it. Book is required (MyMathLab) but I would take her for every math class if I could.

Im terrible at math and I passed with a C which Im fine with, but workload wasnt too bad. All the work was on Pearson Math & 75% of your grade is based on your 3 tests scores. I took the C 7 week term. Proctored online tests. She gives you unlimited tries on practice tests & hw assignments.

I took Professor Mechmech's Intermediate Algebra online course, and it was great. The class was simple and the grading criteria was so clear. Professor Mechmech was so helpful and responded to emails very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend taking her if considering taking this course.

I almost didn't take this class. 2020 has been so hard on my family and Professor MechMech worked with me to finish the class. I took her online class. It is filled with lots of videos meant to make taking the class easier. If you don't understand something she goes out of her way to help you. With a little EFFORT this class is an easy A.

I absolutely love having Prof Mechmech as my college math teacher. I made sure to have her again for the college algebra course. She is very easy to work with when it comes to assignments.

Professor Mechmech was very patient and understanding. She helped me throughout the journey. I struggle with math; I mean struggle. But with the help of a great tutuor and the clear directives and assignment instructions from Professor Mechmech, math at least made sense. I immediately enrolled in her College Algebra class for next semester!

Professor Mechcech is an excellent professor because she cares. Do not get that confused with an easy A. The class is difficult because the criteria is difficult. Especially if you are not great at math in the first place. You have to put in the work. This professor does not make a hard class harder. Work hard and you will pass.

professor Joanne is awesome. I think she goes by Joanne Strickland now, but I took her intermediate math class and I suck at math but passed with a high B. She uploads videos that will help you throughout the course. My class was self paced, and there was 2 proctored test done at home.
