Really nice guy and super easy. Took him during the Spring and it was scheduled for a four hour lecture, and we always got out at around 8:30-9 on Wednesdays.

Professor Tungol is honestly a great professor! I highly recommend him to everyone! He made learning interesting, very helpful in/out side of the class room, and the test weren't hard at all. You would want to goto class he's not boring at all and has a sense of humor. As long as you are attentive in class and read the chapters, B+ easy. Great Guy!

This teacher is hands down the best Professor you will ever have. He is helpful, Clear, Eager, has the class full attention with out trying. Homework is rare and simple. Every thing you need to know he puts on a powerpoint for class. The tests are dependant on how much time u spend studying. 30minutes for a unit exam should get you an A. TAKE HIM!!

Everybody says he is such a good teacher, I am in his class right now and have never been more bored in my life. He is a very nice guy, but he goes right off his power points and can't teach without them. If you want a teacher that really captures your attention, I would suggest not taking this teacher.

I start school after 10 years and I picked this class… Mr.Tungol is a great professor I highly recommend him to everyone who needs Business or Marketing class, he made learning very easy, interesting and most important “Fun” while learning. Had Joe as a teacher and he's definitely a really educated teacher who knows what he's talking about. He's also really funny and keeps things interesting. Not a fan of group projects but he made it bearable. he was really understanding. Expectations are laid out at the beginning of the course and its pretty straight forward. Definitely recommended

Professor Tungol is really great. He's passionate about this teaching, he makes the material interesting. He has a lot of real world experience and he's funny. The 3 assignments homework requires you to read the textbook, and to be able to pass the quizzes/tests. Overall he is really great, I really looked forward coming to his class everyday.

He is a great professor who truly cares about his students. In terms of class activities, all you have to do is take notes or listen carefully because he does explain each chapter thoroughly. Everyone in my class enjoyed him as a teacher. Very easy to talk to. Don't hesitate on asking for help or questions because he will help you out.

Prof. Tungol has to be one of the best professors at COD. I took him for 3 classes because he was awesome. He really does care for his students. He jokes around a lot about not wanting to do extra work but if you ask him for extra credit or study guides he will gives it to you! The course load is light, but be aware the exams take a bit of effort!

Took the class online. Very straight forward you just have to complete the assignments on time. Mainly discussion board modules. About 5 self assignments and 5 tests. Very easy, do your work and you should get an A.

I had Mr. T and can honestly say he was one of my best instructors. The class was interesting and fun, and he made the effort to get to know his students. To him we were individuals with different interests.

Pick Mr. T! His lectures relate to the students. His jokes/stories keep the class entertaining. There is one group project which wasn't bad, just make sure you don't miss a deadline. The online assignments- easy. Just do them on time & you should be fine. He is flexible & helpful & will work with the class on deadlines if you ask!

This teacher is comfortable to talk to, or email when I have question. How he score homework wasn't the worse. Once in a while , he didn't explain clear when I had a question.

If your looking for an easy class, you won't like it. He has a lot of requirements, and he's a tough grader. But you will learn from his class. And you'll need the book.

MR. T is the coolest teacher ever. He made a promise to make every class entertaining and fulfilled it. Everything is straight forward and nothing should be a surprise. The most important thing to do in order to thrive in his class is to be in attendance as much as genuinely possible. Since he isn't the quickest at grading/sending out announcements about new due dates for assignments/exams, the best way to stay on task is to show up for class. (I have not taken any of his online courses). You get what you give!

Joe is one of the most caring and genuine professors I have had the pleasure to meet at COD, creates a fun and comfortable work environment to learn and interact with other students in a way that promotes education and development. Could not ask for a better experience. Textbook is somewhat expensive and requires access code, but easily forgivable.

Professor Tungol was great. It's probably students that take his class online that dont like him. They take his online class because they think it will be an easy A. Ive had both online and inclass courses with him. Do the work and youre good.

PSA: Read the Syllabus!! Overall Great teacher and Hilarious. Prior to becoming a teacher he worked for multiple companies and knows what he is talking about. You take 4 exams and they are all fair. Connect assignments are used for this course and they are helpful towards not only learning the subject, but to also help you on exams.

Bro, I honestly hated this dude at first. He's very energetic and loud, but I grew to enjoy that about his class eventually. Better than having a low energy/quiet professor. Keep in mind that there WILL be a group project in his marketing class. Very few hw assignments, only read the textbook a few times but still passed with an A. Exams are fair.

I have to say group projects suck, but he made it a great experience. I meet really great people and my score reflected the work that I put into the course. A flexible teacher who cares about not just his course but his student's total education.

I thought Professor Tungol cared the most of all my professors. He knew we had to deal with the covid crap going on, and took it easy on us. Weekly discussion and he even waived one of our exams. He had 2 conferences while my other professors were having us meet every week to go over powerpoints! And i honestly learned more in his class!

Ive had Professor Tungol for a couple of classes. One of my favorites. He pretends to be hard-nosed but will help. Youll need to read and write a lot, so be prepared.

Online course over the summer. Gives really good feedback on all assignments. Lot of discussions and some homework but you have to make sure you read the text to understand the assignments. No extra credit. I would recommend him, and am taking one of his other classes again.

He's a great guy and teacher. I was never bored in class even though it was virtual. Best part was using the course to learn job search and interview skills. Only cap was having to have my camera on during meetings.

Mr. Tungol taught the class in a way that is very easy to understand. He adjusted the class due to the pandemic and moved all tests and homework online. He's a funny guy and always asked what we wanted to talk about first. His class is a great foundation if you're thinking about marketing.
