Very easy class. No homework. Tests are very very easy. Usually gives an essay as part of the test but it is given before the exam and submitted before the exam.Lots of movies in the class, but some just sucked. Not a good class to take early in the mornign, as sometimes she just drones on and on.

She just worries about her pay check. She is teaching many classes, so that she never rememeber what she has taught, and wht has not. Absolutely disorganize. But the good thing is, she makes the lecture material simple. Also, she has lots of Homework, almost every lectures, like elementary school teachers. And we have to read 3 novels for the class!

Lectures are excruciatingly boring and require pages upon pages of note taking. Tests are simple and straightforward scantrons. The final project is simple and can easily be completed in a few hours. The book is very important for tests, she gives tons of busy work almost every week, gives an easy 50 pnt photo project, and gives tons of extra credit. Took the online summer class. There is a lot of reading and the chapters are LONG! Multiple choice tests, chapter quizzes, map questions, discussion board assignments, and other HW. I had trouble in her class but managed to still pass. 8 AM classes are bound to be skipped and doesnt take roll after a few weeks which is good and bad, its your choice. So rude, So little patience! She started the class of saying that she would lecture and we would take notes and that was it. No interactive experience, all she wanted to do was hear herself talk. Does not allow you to use bathroom at all during class. Hard to follow. Can not stress how much she talks, does NOT teach. DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS! If you do, prepare for long lectures and long note-taking sessions. Very difficult to understand material without rewriting notes and studying for hours. With two classes a week, expect at least 6 hours of studying per week. Jodi Titus does not make lectures at any percent interesting. Don't expect getting an A to be easy.

Very easy course in nature but horrible professor, the multiple choice test questions are nowhere close to whatever we learned in class. For example, unit 1 we talked about the different seasons but then the questions are like "which continent has the most population". Questions is very random.

Jodi Titus does not do well with high school students. The times we didn't have IVC classes, we were overjoyed to not be taught by her. She flaunts all the places she's visited like we care. We do not. I mean, yes, it's impressive and there is a correlation to the chapter, but frankly, she's boring and I can guarantee you'll fall asleep in class.

I wouldn't recommend take her unless youre fine with extremely late grading on assignments and knowing your overall grade 2 weeks after the semester is over.

Professor Titus clearly did not care about our class in the slightest. She would hardly grade anything and assign homework with little-to-no instruction outside of what she said in class. The tests were easy but riddled with errors, nearly every test had at least one question that had something wrong with it. Lectures were really boring too.

Main concerns with the class are in regards to grading and exam content. From all the reviews saying she's a terrible teacher, I expected her exams to be off-topic like one review mentioned. However, that wasn't the case. Yes, her assignments are very tedious, but you can use AI and get away with it. She grades off COMPLETION, not quality. Her exams are straightforward from the textbook and lectures.

Titus' Geography class was easy to receive an A, but not very accessible outside of class. The reason I didn't rate her five stars is that she sometimes does not reply to her emails. Her exams are based on lecture slides and, in particular, the textbook study guide. She has a lot of assignments, but they aren't challenging.
