Excellent teaching methods. Lots of worksheets for practice. Available for one on one help. Explains in great detail and makes sure that the class is on the same page. I have never made good grades in math. Got an F the first time; got a B this time.

Jodi is a great teacher, I think everyone in our class passed the state exit exam, many more than passed from some of the other classes.

Mrs. Peeling was a very nice and sweet teacher. She drops the lowest quiz and makes her quizzes and tests easy. She also jokes around a lot with the class which makes it funner.

Awesome teacher. She has great teaching methods and makes sure that every student understands all of the problems. She assigns homework, but doesnt collect it. We had a quiz or test every wednesday, but they were usually easy and you are allowed to drop the lowest quiz grade.

She has great teaching skills. Homework every night and a good load of it too!! Tests are somewhat challenging. She is not very humorous. She messed up my grade 1 week before the final!! I had a B all sem and then she changed the grading scale and went to a C.

I had to take a prep course. Jodi is a delight to learn from. She explains everything clearly. There is homework every night you're in class. The reviews for tests are basically the tests themselves, with the numbers changed. She is hilarious, too. And she's not bad to look at, either. If you have a choice, TAKE HER!

Anybody and I mean anybody can pass this class even if you know nothing. There is quite a bit of homework, but as long as you do the work, you'll learn the material. Very easy going teacher. She makes a 2 1/2 hour class not-so boring.

Do your homework, go to class, and it's simple! Peeling is great professor, and PATIENT beyond normal human capacity. I ask a lot of questions and never once have I felt any annoyance from her. Moves quickly (like all prep classes) but always willing to go back and explain. Seriously get in with her class if you get the opportunity!

If you are bad at math, any math class will be difficult. She is a great teacher/math geek who loves what she does. She takes her time and makes sure all of the students are ready to go on. She is a bomb teacher, always helpful and clear. Doesn't swamp you with homework and gives you plenty of chances to get extra points & retake quizzes. Due the homework, quizzes (online), and the review packets; they are very helpful. Don't miss class, I would have gotten an A if I hadn't missed so many days & I never missed any assignment or tests.

This teacher is awesome. If you are not very strong in algebra, she definately helps you to understand it. Make sure you go to class and she gives extra credit. She assigns homework every class, but it's not too much and you don't have to turn it in until an exam day. Definately two thumbs up!

Mrs. Peeling is a great Math Instructor, you can tell that she loves what she does. If you have a question don't hesitate, she is really there to help you. she is really understanding. There is no such thing as a stupid question, and if you still don't understand she will work with you to get you where you need to be. I wish she taught MAC1105 :)

Mrs. Peeling is always on time, she will help you but not spoon feed you. You have to do the work and ask for help. she is clear and will go over things as much as possible. She must move fast in a mini semester but she does a great job cramming it in and being clear and concise.

This class has the potential to be very easy if you attend class, pay attention and ask questions along. She is more than willing to help you but she won't "spoonfeed you" as someone said below. At the end of the semester she drops your four lowest quizzes and homeworks which is helpful.

You don't need a textbook for this class just the code because the textbook is online. She is willing to help you anyway she can and explains stuff as good as she can. Class is mainly filled with you doing work on the computer and her walking around seeing if anyone needs help.

I took Professor Peeling for 1033 and she has been one of my favorite math teachers. She gives very clear instructions on how to do the homework, and is willing to spend as much time as you need until you understand how to do the problem. I have never been this good at math. The way she teaches just seems to do it for me! I took the studio class (so attendance is DEFINITELY mandatory) - Anything I needed help with she showed me right then and there. She was very clear & concise about everything. 10/10 would take again!

Prof Peeling was a very nice teacher and it is very easy to pass as long as you do the homework. There are a lot of questions but it's not hard, you just have to make time for it. There were three tests and there were opportunities for extra credit and retakes on all of them. I highly recommend this class.

Honestly, if you put in the hard work like any math class you will get a good grade!! Anyone who gets below a B in this class is just careless and doesnt know how to grasp the material on their own. She does go fast during lessons but if you keep up its easy. She does also provides retakes on tests & so much extra credit so its hard to fail.

Great teacher but if you are absent you miss vital information, which may stop you from doing your best. Also if you miss a class then you have to go to the studio for 1.5 times the normal to make up your attendance. Tests aren't bad 4/10 but DONT SKIP CLASS!!!!

If you show up to class you will pass. Her lectures are very informational, and if you have any questions she will answer. Everything in her test reviews are in the test, so there is no surprises. I took it online, summer b. 4 Test, 9 quizzes and two homework's due everyday.

I had her for MAT1033 & MGF1100 via zoom & she was GREAT! I highly recommend her. Good amount of homework but it helps & she's very nice.

I like her use of canvas instead of another program. Due dates are weekly so it's easy to keep track of. Drops a lot of assignments. I had a 79 point something but she wouldn't round it up, so keep that in mind when you have extra credit opportunities.

This class was a very easy A, you just had to do all the work. She was very flexible with late work and gave you extra credit on all her tests. 100% recommend her.

I took a ten year gap between high school and college, and math was always a sensitive subject for me. I have an A in this class and I've never had an A in math before. She really is so good at making it so simple, no matter how unappealing the problem looks!

Wonderful professor! Very thoughtful and good at teaching. Lectures are easy to follow along with and she provides the notes. If you have a question she is happy to explain it in a way so that you understand. The assignments relate with what she teaches and are pretty easy. I loved this professor! She was the first class I have ever taken in college, and highly recommend it. It is an excelled class but she prints out the notes that you follow along in class, and she teaches you how to use your calculator. Super easy class, prof goes slow and answers all questions thoroughly. It can get tedious bc class is a lot of practice problems and review, but I definitely learned a lot! Easy professor for this class. A lot of the course is beginner math and some is real-life math. Show up for class and participate and you'll do good. Homework is assigned for every lesson however it's few questions and online.
