Professor price takes a lot of time discussing current issues, and presenting them as "cool economic topics" but has trouble relating them to the class cirriculum. The homework is done in groups & the tests usually have a couple of the current homework problems on them, so if you make sure you understand the homework you'll be fine.

Super nice guy who loves the topic but has no idea how to teach it. He flies through material so quickly, doesn't explain anything as he's going, and it seems like he's often talking in another language. Dr. Price is incredible. He gives the keys to success for a hard class: reading the chapter before class, and then being in class to learn with other students makes success possible. He teaches engagingly and loves his students. The class has lectures with iClicker and then quizzes with unlimited attempts. TAs are great. Take Price!

I highly recommend Dr. Price. Econ can be tough, but Dr. Price makes it enjoyable. His unlimited quiz attempts let you practice and learn from your mistakes and learn the material in preparation for the exams. He is very gracious when it comes to grades and isn't there to tank your GPA. You will need to work hard though to understand the material.

You can take the quizzes unlimited times to really learn the material. This is a very hard class but if you read the textbook before the lectures and study hard you will succeed. Take econ from Dr. Price!

Price is a nice guy and does fascinating research, but everything I learned in this class was from the TAs (the lab is so underrated) and Khan Academy. Price just got totally off topic in every lecture and I often felt totally clueless on quizzes. Unless you're ready to teach yourself super tough material, take this from literally anyone else.

This professor actually didn't teach me anything about economics. Maybe someone who already knew most of this content would've succeeded in this class. But I had to spend hours outside of class, not studying, but simply reteaching myself all the content he was trying to teach. I would've died without the TAs. They should get paid, not him.

I honestly learned more from the Econ with Adam YouTube videos made from a previous TA the year before than in class. I have to go research myself the content after the class since his teaching style is not visual, more talking through the concepts. It seems the TAs are willing to work with you but not the professor at times.
