Ms. Robinson is funny, sarcastic, and nice. Her tests are easy and direct from the lecture notes. She also puts many of the notes she gives in class on an outline on WEBCT. She rarely comes to class. She reminds me of Debra Messing from "Will & Grace

Professor Robinson is the best. If you want to learn world geography take her class. I loved her reviews. She would always prepare us in advance for the test. This class is basically a guaranteed A!! As long as you don't mind waiting about 30 minutes for her to show up, if at all, and then listening to about 10 additional minutes about trips to China, mother-in-law, and having to always rush from the doctor's office, this class is fairly easy. True about the timing on grading work she takes forever!!!

She is an excellent teacher. Very well informed about what is going on around the world. Her notes are excellent. Gives you review sheet. Take the test and make an A+. Also, she gives you some journals to do, but are easy. She is sometimes late and sometimes doesnt come, but afterall, she is really good. I really recommend anyone to take her.

I took this class online. There is more writing than was expected - 1 page each on several major crises of the world. Good points - Clear, easy to follow lectures. Awesome reviews nearly mirror exams. Drops lowest grade. Other points - Expensive, dry text book required. She is prone to being not punctual. Overall, I would recommend her class.

I took her online and I cracked the book open like 2 times. I managed to get a high B, almost an A if I would've put more effort. We had about 8 quizzes that were easy, 3 exams, and 2 discussions. The discussions were very good though. One about the War in Iraq and the other on the VT Shooting. Replies online quickly.

I left a review earlier. It didn't sound positive. So I'm leaving an another review. Prof. Robinson's class is not hard comparing with other History I teacher. There was a lot of reading, but it was not too much comparing with other history class. Overall, this class should be an easy 'A'.

EASY A!! If you dont pass this class online, you seriously need to leave college. The whole class consists of reading a news article and answering 5 question. You get 1 hour and 2 tries for 5 questions. 3 super easy exams. I didnt read the book at all! if you have google you dont need a text.

I took her class on campus, she missed a lot of classes (kind of wasting gas to get school then go home), easy A class. Text book is in option. Review every tests, the test is exactly what on the review. Do like 9 5-questions quizzes, super easy (all is yes/no question) If you want an A but don't enjoy attending class, then she is your choice.

Guess the guy below attended same class with me lol, she skipped a lot of classes, super duper easy online quizzes, the tests are super easy if you attend the review test session, i believe 80% of the class made A. Don't waste money on book because she's gonna give you a couple questions related to the book (she even gives you answers in review)

i'm inter student, and my E is not good. i took her online. if u can do group, the test will easy, but u must have good english. the quizz just 4 or 8 question in 1 hour each 2 weeks and the exam 50 q in 1h30.so i think this class is easy when i have friend do with me.so make your choice.

I have NEVER been a fan of History, but Prof Robinson peaked my interest. She is a wonderful instructor, extremely helpful & it saddens me that she doesn't instruct 1302.

The quizzes she beyond easy. She gives you two chances. There are 4 exams and she drops the lowest one. I highly recommend you do the Review Sheets. Those will DEFINITELY help with the exams which are a bit tricky!!! DO YOUR REVIEW FOLKS! I made an A.

Just completed Hist 1302 online. Prof. Robinson was cool. She responded to emails quickly and she is also on point if there is a problem/mistake. Quizzes are easy. Exam are easy too if you follow her review questions (which are very helpful). Easy A!!

Just finished online summer class. Instructr very well organized, knowledgable, helpful & responds promptly 2 emails. Lots of reading, 10 easy quizzes, 3 exams & final. NO BORING NOVELS & NO PAPERS! Gives hlpful exam revews. Have a dictionary nearby during exams cuz some of the ?s r a bit tricky. Definitely not easy but doable if u r dilligent.

Easy online course but if you are not computer savy you will not do well. I am soooo angry that I made a B! ugh! I messed up on the first two quizzes so be mindful of that. No homewok! I took her online summer session class with serious hesitation after being burned badly in a previous online class and I am SO GRATEFULI did! Mrs. Robinson is an OUTSTANDING teacher. She provides you with class lectures for the chapters that you will be tested over. There's no written essays anywhere within this course. There are quizzes for the chapters that are video quizzes, and some are lecture/reading quizzes. Only 3 exams besides the final that are multiple choice. EASY EASY EASY!!

this was probably the easiest online course i have ever taken. you have 10 quizzes and 4 tests. you can get ahead and do all the quizzes ahead of time before they're due. she provides a lot of reading but if you just focus on the exam reviews, you should be fine.

I took Mrs. Robinson class in the Spring 2014. I really enjoyed the class. There are 10 easy quizzes and you get two attempts on them, 4 exams the lowest score dropped. She also gives review sheets for the test which are very helpful. Lot of reading require for this class but it's easy. I got an A. Take her.

Her lectures are hilarious. She's very down to earth and cool. Her slides are online. Her tests are 25% memorization on maps, and the rest is multiple choice. Her slides are very helpful. We've had 1 essay this entire semester. She also has test reviews online as well as reading quizzes. Overall pretty easy class, not boring, and would take again.

Miss Robinson is so FUNNY! I love showing up to class, just to listen to her lectures. Her exams are very easy, as long as you do the readings and study the review. By far the easiest class I've ever taken. There is no reason you should make anything less than an A in her online class, unless you just don't turn in assignments. Gives reviews for all tests (which are printable....). Lots of reading assignments (but those printable reviews sure are helpful). "Hardest" assignment is the on campus final exam.

She will go through the review with you so it's important that you show up. Also, I don't know if this was something unique to my class, but she didn't gave us a syllabus. Something to keep in mind if you don't show up regularly. Overall a great professor, I wished she taught HIST1302.

Easiest history class ever!! I took HIST 1301 online 3-4 test and a final drops lowest test grade. NO papers only quizzes and test. All of the quizzes are given in advance so you work at your own pace. I would definitely take her again!!!

I learned a lot about US history in Ms. Robinson's online class! There is quite a bit of reading, but I loved her videos that she used for quizzes. She answers your answers pretty quickly over email. Her tests and quizzes are multiple choice but not super easy. Read and study well and take her tests and quiizzes and you should do well.

Very easy professor and class overall. Since this is an online class, there won't be much interaction going on between students and the prof so it's mostly self-taught. But it still should be an easy A if you just do all of the required work by the due date.

I liked this class, 10 quizzes split into 5 each due at a certain time. 3 online exams. Letures with notes were helpful, and the book was also helpful. The only thing is that I had to drive an 1 1/2 hours to take the Final at the central campus which was very inconvenient for me, and that's why I was taking an online class. Liked the teacher though

Great Professor and pretty straight forward online class. I will say that the reviews are pretty vague, but since It's an online class and open book, it's pretty easy to maintain an A. The final is on campus and NOT open book, but the review for that test is much more 'To the Point'. Would recommend her for sure. Don't need the book at all.

I took Robinson last semester for HIST1301 and currently taking her this semester for HIST1302. Her online class is so easy to follow. No essays. Just Quiz. She provides reading material for all of her Quiz/Exams. No book needed! She does require a lock down browser but even then its no problem.

I took professor Robinson online and she was very quick to respond to my emails. The tests are not open book and the correct answers are not given; however, if you contact her, she will give you good studying tips. The quizzes are very simple. There was a lot of reading, but if you study her review careful you will do well on your test. Take her.

Good Prof. Follow instructions, do the reading and HW and you will be fine. It is not an easy A by any means bcuz of the volume of work. 1 Quiz per chapter, 2 Exams and 1 Final. The class is not difficult just requires time. Prof is helpful but takes long time in responding and feedback - which ads to anxiety.

I took her online class. The quizzes are fairly easy, but the tests definitely require full knowledge of each chapter. Do not procrastinate on test reviews. Read and comprehend each chapter and you should pass. Be sure to give scholarly answers on the short-answer questions on the tests. She is tough on grammar and spelling as well.

No doubt shes a great professor but the short answers on her test are the difficult part and there are usually 2 of those for 10 points each on her tests, so they can make or break your grade. Quizlet covers the Multiple choice answers easily, for short answers study the guide. Replies to emails fast so shes helpful throughout the course. Take her!

This class was smooth and to the point. I really loved that Professor Robinson's syllabus was a direct replica of her class layout. I was never late on assignments and knowing what was next made things easier for me. When I had questions Ms. Robinson was always available to speak to me.

I was all over the place with my thoughts, but her patience and guidance really helped me to achieve a better grade. I took this as an online 8 week course during the summer & it was pretty manageable. There are 7 short and easy journal entries, 3 exams, 9 short quizzes & a final. She's an easy grader. The quizzes & exams do require lockdown browser but no webcam. Though Professor Robinson is sweet & caring, she does grade assignments at the end of the semester.

She is an easy grader, but be prepared to spend alot of time reading and taking notes. Tip: print the review sheets out BEFORE reading the material.

class is based on journals, 5-10 question quizzes, and exams are super easy as long as you do the study guide. I wish she taught hist 1302 i would definitely take her again! does grade stuff at the end of the course but she grades easy in return.

Professor Robinson's class is so simple. We had to do 6 journals, 10 quizzes and 3 tests and that is it! The journals were based off of our point of views about the topics we read about. Her tests are so easy because the study guide is very helpful. The quizzes are short and easy, some are based on videos and some are based on chapters in the book.

I absolutely love her! She's very clear on her expectations and the course load itself is not hard at all. There are 10 quizzes, journals, and 3 exams. She is a relatively easy grader. She was super communicative and the exams were easy. Have the exams were state/country location memorization which made it an easy A. I would 110% take her again.

Easy class. Her quizzes come from videos & readings, though most are easy, except for the video ones, which can be very tricky. Tests are based off of readings, but all questions can be easily found... Makes you write an essay as well. She cares about her students. She always checks up on them and reminds them about due dates.

The class was easy. The only con is she grades the writing assignments last minute so prepare for that. Writing assignment (4pgEssay+Interview)20% from grade, was graded May16th. Class is regular term. I wouldn't say she's a lenient grader, but yet not tough. Shell give you critique feedback for your paper last minute of the semester.

Professor Robinson's class was easy and stress free. There were 3 tests and one final and she drops the lowest test grade. We had to do an interview paper and it was 20% of the grade. Overall her tests are easy if you do the reviews.

I absolutely love Professor Robinson! Her Online class has always been amazing, this is my second time taking her and I am glad about it. As long as you stay up to date with your coursework, you will not have any issues taking her online course, just follow the syllabus she provides and you will be good to go. TAKE HER, you will not regret it!

This was a very interesting class with fascinating lectures. There are many quizzes and 3 tests, all on lockdown browser. The tests are pretty difficult and the questions tend to focus more on minute details. No extra credit was given.

Professor Robinson was the best! You pretty much just have a weekly textbook reading and some resources to go over, then an occasional quiz. The tests weren't too bad. She was extremely sweet and caring, and always kept us up to date.

super sweet professor has such an amazing heart! also super funny! her assiments and test are a little bit on the harder side but if you review well you will be fine! she is also amazing at responding back to emails and super happy to help I would 100% recommend her.

She's pretty good. The class is not much work but the quizzes and exams do use a webcam. She's definitely better than the professor I had for Hist 1301. Tip: the internet can prepare you for the exams just as well as the book, so don't buy the textbook

I love this anytime class was Hist 1301 5 weeks class on summer. The quizzes were 5 questions and not heavy. You can find the answers on the internet. And 1 exam every week with 40 questions, no locked down browser, no anything, no midterm one essay, and the final.

Professor Robinson's HIST1302 class is manageable. The quizzes and exams are fair, with occasional AI-based essay checks. Staying on top of the work and using tools like Unstuckstudy for study prep can help you succeed. Overall, a solid online history course.

Really sweet teacher was dealing with medical issues so written assignments take forever to graded but long as you do the quizes you'll pass. 10 quizes total only 8 needed to pass/2 lowest graded drop and 4 exams. no lockdown browser. Do the work you'll forget you even took the class that's how easy. & control F is your bestfriend.

Highly recommend this professor! Three exams plus the final, 10 quizzes, and a couple discussion posts. She is very understanding and cares for her students. You have two attempts for each quiz and she will take the highest grade. Discussion posts aren't too difficult, you just have to respond to one other student. Not a difficult class at all!

I took her online Hist 1301 & Hist 1302. Same exact structure.10 quizzes (5 questions each that are multiple choice) in total split evenly with different due dates, one class paper on a historical movie, 3 exams (you will find all answers online for exams & quizzes), and a final exam. none of her quizzes or exams are on lockdown. TAKE HER PLEASE!!!

Great teacher, made my favorite subject way more fun and gave me more advanced knowledge of pre-1900s history, overall great teacher.

You can do quizzes early. 3 exams lowest dropped. 1 final. 1 paper. She takes a long time to respond and grade paper but not a hard grader. Easy A+
