Lectures aren't that bad, but the test will kill you. I read and went to class but still struggled with the tests. The reaction papers are a breeze. Sign up for experiments early to get them done and out of the way. They are hard to come by at the end of the year. Study hard for the test, they are not as straight forward as you would think.

Dr. Achee's lectures are really interesting, reaction essays are easy, but the test are what makes or breaks your grade. Dr. Achee was a fun teacher. Make sure to take detailed notes on the examples he gives for concepts - he tends to test over the examples on all the tests. Go to class, take notes, and study and you will have an A. Tests aren't like definition based tests, they are much more about applying the concepts and interpreting situations. Easy A though!!

He's a great teacher and great at explaining concepts, but he does talk in circles and even though you know the material perfectly, the tests are so tricky it's on of those tests that are "A and B" or "none of the above." tests that can really get you. He's a great teacher in all but it is hard to do well since 90% are test scores.

Dr. Achee is a very interesting lecturer who keeps classes entertaining and makes sure you understand the concepts presented in lecture through copious explanation and examples. There are 4 tests worth 20% each, and 2 papers worth 10%. Only went though about half of the textbook. Pretty easy to get an A if go to lecture and read the book.

Professor Achee wasnt the greatest professor, his lectures were good and helpful sometimes but other times they didnt make sense or were very repetitive. Tests or quizzes almost every week with very specific questions. Sometimes the book and lectures will contradict each other. He definitely wasnt the worst and the class was ok, but not great.

Find Quizlets from the homework & study those before quizzes/test. Written response on quizzes/tests were not graded consistently, but were not hard to make up on the fly if you have taken psych before.

He was very rude and rambled in class. Luckily, class attendance wasn't mandatory, and reading the textbook was enough to get good grades. There were grading errors on every assignment, and he refused to have any leeway on any assignments. We had a final exam and a final paper, which he refused to change e even after there were complaints.

Professor Achee was difficult to follow during the lectures. He goes over some things in class but 30% of the exams were book based. Some of the test answers felt ambiguous when taking, like there are always multiple possible answers with strong implications for each. John Achee is not the best teacher. His lectures are very tangental and mildly productive, so everyone stops going after a few classes.
