Really nice person and teacher but...He goes too fast only on ocasion he goes into detail on the meterial. Uses a different book than the students so whenever he assignes page numbers to read, it's super confusing. Does too much administrative stuff.

I had Chamberlain for Public Speaking. At first I wasn't too crazy about the course, just because of the course in general but it ended being one of the easiest classes I had to take. The work load is very easy and he is a very easy grader!

Professor Chamberlain is a pretty cool guy, he has some interesting stories and teaches well. Sometimes his sense of humor is a bit strange but he can also be hilarious. He basically tells you what to study for each exam, which is nice.

Except for his sense of humor sometimes, he is a really easy teacher. He made speaking class fun and not so uncomfortable to be in front of everyone.

Great professor! I took Speech Class during Fall A term. It went by very quickly and was quite easy. I was dreading taking speech, but it was so much easier than I ever dreamed. Take Dr. C.--he's great!

Its a relly easy class, he's kind of a weird one cuz he tries to be funny, when he's not. But the class is easy as long as u show up. He hates when people aren't prepared to give their speech, but overall its an easy class. The tests and papers are a joke. Take it for an easy A.

easiest class i've ever had. Chamberlains a little off but funny. speeches and 2 reporst are all that is require and he is an easy grader on all the speeches. TESTS are a joke. Class is easy and the teacher makes it enjoyable. I would def take him again. youd regret not taking this class!!!

Very Easy class. I took the spring B calss and it was very simple. He isn't very clear about what he wasnts for the assignments but it doesn't matter b/c if you just do something you'll get a good grade.

A very easy class. The key is to make a good impression on your first speech and you will always get a good grade because the first speech will test most of your skills. He tells you where your test questions must come from. An easy and fun teacher.....

chamberlain is amazing. very funny and really easy to understand. doesnt make the tests difficult and you can pass with an a only spending about an hour a week on class work. definitely recommended

Well Dr. Chamberlain gave the opportunity for an easy A. He tended to be cheerful but occasionally had a few irritable days, but who doesn't. Hey Mr. Chamberlain, you nosy man you! We all know you are reading this!

Dr Chamberlin is a terrific teacher. He made you feel very comfortable during speeches. Make sure you do just as he ask or he will take points. A little on the strange side but very intertaining. I would take this class again if needed.

I dreaded having to take public speaking.. but this ended up being my favorite class! Dr. Chamberlain is very entertaining. Definitly take his class!!

Funny guy. Can be corny. Gives a lot of speeches. Work due almost every other week. Tests are simple true/false. Pretty fun class overall. Almost the whole class is passing with atleast a B.

Very easy teacher. I mean, he gives TRUE FALSE TESTS! I got an A- on a test i forgot to study for! He even tells you the exact material to study for his exams the day before. I mean the EXACT pages and paragraphs! Take this class, you wont regret it.

This is the best class i've ever taken! He tells you exactly what to look at for the tests, and they are T/F. i would recommend it to anyone. Plus, he's hilarious and keeps the class laughing. and you always get out early.

He is a great speech teacher. If speech is one of your biggest fears he is the only way to go. Speeches are easy and he doesn't pressure you at all. MUST TAKE

Love this guy. He has has the silliest ways of being humorous and you can't help but to like him. On ALL of his tests he tells you exactly (down to the paragraph) where to find it in the book to be able to study. No homework ever! Only a few easy essay's that you can BS and still get an A on. This was the easist A I've ever gotten.

haha, funniest man ever! easy "A". Exams are true/false and only about 15.. but its not the tricky kind of T/F, its straight forward. A couple papers, but they only have to be about two paragraphs each, and as long as you meet the length requirement he will give you a 100% regardless.

His assignments are easy, but there are a LOT of them. If you do it you'll get an A, so just do it. Keep track of every grade he returns because he forgot to record two of mine and it dropped me to a B, but he issued a grade change. Strange guy, but pretty entertaining.

He's a goofy teacher..a required writing class, but the papers are pretty painless. If done on time, easy A. He makes it uber easy to have an A on his T/F tests as well since he reviews in quick detail.

If you want a class that you will have no stress then take him!! Through out the semester there are 4 short papers( most of them are do around the end of the semester). Everything is worth 70 points so if you forget to turn in a paper or do a test you can still get an A. Best part is we always get out early because he has "meetings".

Dr. Chamberlain is the best professor. He really has a passion for humanites. He makes the class enjoyable. I wish I had him for every class. His class is alot of work. You have to work for an A. But if you show up to class and do the assignments you will do great.You will learn alot.you wont regret taking him!!!

Great Professor. Very funny, keeps things light and stress free. 4 writing assignments to do, some performances to attend. I wish I had him for some of my other classes!!

I enjoyed this class. Required to go to museum, play, concert and then write a 300 word report. Not hard to do. Shows dvd's of different cultures to let you get a feel for the time period. Helpful hints for testing. Nice dry sense of humor throughout course.

Great guy, dry sense of humor. don't be offended if he calls you by the wrong name or adds names to your name. volunteer to be his time keeper, you get 100 extra credit points. class is fun.

Dr. Chamberlain was the easiest professor I have ever had at Santa Fe. Classes went no longer than like 25 minutes and the tests are true/false and impossible to get less than an A. Also there are 4 papers due that are 500 words each and are a piece of cake. Definitely take him for any of the humanities courses to get an easy A!!!!

Best teacher. Take him for every class he offers, easy A. All of his tests are T/F and he assigns a few papers. His class allows 6 absences excused or unexcused and he doesn't really tell you attendance counts til the end of the year. Also very fuuny.

This is what college is all about, some of the least interesting subjects were lectured about interestingly. And being so loose amidst some uptight students was a great example of nonchalance, and it was hysterical often.

Other than this Professor is certifiably insane the class was fine. He really gets off on tangents but your syllabus tells you everything you must do for the class. I took him online and it was pretty easy. I recommend taking this class online for anyone who wants to get the prerequisite out of the way. He's very helpful if you're uncertain on the assignment and responds back rather quickly. It's very hard not to get at least a B+

I liked him so much I took 2 different classes of his. They were req. courses apart from my major and he still drew my interests to French art and culture and a dozen other classical or pop. traditions. He doesn't feel the need to display his complete knowledge of a subject rather he highlights the most engaging. Hilarious , fascinating, and def.

The written parts of the class were good. Grading was consistent and fair.

Chamberlain is an easy teacher- which is not to say I'd take him again. He is very witty and clever, but he gave super sassy responses to students when they asked him simple questions. He definitely knows his material and is extremely intelligent, but my experience with him was not the greatest.

Dr. Chamberlain is a hilarious and witty professor, he is very knowledgeable about what he teaches and wants you to make a good grade. The tests are easy and there are barely any at all. Expect a lot of speeches, but not hard ones. He will prepare you and explain everything to you, but you do have to pay attention and do your work.

If you do exactly what he tells you, and show up to give your lectures- you will get an A. He grades the papers fairly, 3- 500 word papers. You have to go to an outside event and see a production of your choice. Don't read off your outline while speaking. He can be a little witty, but is a very smart professor. The textbook is online!!

Chamberlain is hilarious, don't expect him to call you by your REAL name. He's sassy and intelligent, however, if you're looking for an easy A ... TAKE THIS CLASS. Turn in the work and you will receive full credit. Papers are reasonable (500 words) discussions are easy (300 words). Tests are t/f and he provides a study guide that has what you need.

I really enjoyed Chamberlian's class, he is a very good teacher. He is funny, fun and likes to interact with students. His lectures were interesting and I enjoyed researching all the different topics. BUT there are A LOT of papers! Grades are easy, just do the work. Show up and participate and you will pass. Funny, Fun would take again if possible.

Easy class with easy assignments. He only really takes points off for lateness or just lack of response. Tests are easy. He makes the ocassional comment on submissions, which is okay, but otherwise no communication. Pretty good prof to take!

This guy is.. Well eccentric I suppose. Absolutely hilarious, but my entire class was, 1) show up, 2) be lectured at, & 3) do the one project and one mandatory field trip and pass. I would take a class from him again if only to hear his banter & anecdotes.

Dr. Chamberlain is a great professor who desires nothing less than the best for his students. His lessons are elementary level, meaning they are extremely easy to understand. I would definitely take his class again!

I took his humanities class online this semester and I am very happy. Dr. Chamberlain is a very nice and understanding person. You have 4 papers, 3 multiple choice test that you get a study guide for and 9 discussion post that are due throughout the semester. As for as learning the material it is up to you whether you want to learn or not. Easy A.

Supper easy class. Be ready on the speech days. Doesn't put in grades right away but does hand back speeches at end of class. Must see a play and attend a public speech. All discussion posts and essays are really easy. His essays are no more than 500 words and do not take long. Excellent professor and I highly recommend him.

Took this class online and it was very simple. A few simple papers and mini assignments. Gave everyone a 100 on the final. Highly recommend taking this class especially online!

I would describe Dr. Chamberlain's HUM2020 online class as an easy A. As long as you do the assignments, which are a combination of Discussions and Papers (All around 400-600 word writing assignments), you will pass. The fact that this class had no textbook and all materials provided were basic websites with adds was my only major problem.

Mr. chamberlain class is very easy the assignments are simple most of the assignments you just have to type 400-600 words and you have discussion post that's due every week but they are easy and simple also there are three test and each test has a study guide this class is an easy A just do the work and your are fine also he does accept late work.

Took this class online and really enjoyed it. You're grade is based upon a few papers, class discussion posts, three tests (all true or false), and one final project. If you do the reading and follow his instructions he will give you a good grade. Highly recommend.

This class was an easy A. If you show up, you pass essentially. The online format was a little bit difficult to get used to in this class but if you read the syllabus at the beginning you should be fine. The textbook was free and this class didn't require a lot of work. Dr. Chamberlain will let you make up assignments if you're honest.

If you follow his instructions you will get a 100%. The midterm and final were each 16 questions and they were multiple choice. Every Friday something is due, but other than that, there is nothing. Prof Chamberlain is very nice, and he just wants you to succeed. He does not post a lot of announcements, but there are never any surprises.

Dr. Chamberlain was a great professor & I would definitely take this course again! He would respond very quickly to emails and give back good feedback if you request it. He was very lenient when it came to turning in late assignments and his assignments were actually interesting. All classwork was super easy, even the tests were open book.

Follow his instructions and his syllabus and you will literally get a 100 in this class. There are 3 speeches, 3 discussions, and 3 papers which are extremely easy. There's a midterm and final that's multiple choice and also simple as well.

Really easy class. English is not my native language so he went easy on me and sometimes gave me more points even though I obviously didn't deserve them according to the clear grading chart and requirements. He is laid back guy so I would recommend taking him.

I took this class a hybrid, mostly online and attended class on Fridays. The class isnt hard if you know how to manage your time. Every Friday there was an assignment whether that was a speech, an essay or outline due. None of the assignments were ever hard as long as you met the grading criteria. The classes on friday were about an hour long.

Professor Chamberlain its just amazing belive me take this class you will not regret it.

This class is perfect if you want to get an easy A, Professor Chamberlain is hilarious but you may don't like him if you are too sensitive. I would recommend this class to everyone who wants to improve a little bit his public speaking.

Professor chamberlains public speaking class is consists of around 1 speech ever other week at the most, its very easy and hes very clear about what your speech lacked. Hes also a funny dude despite speaking in monotone, and hes very kind to his students. I would 100% recommend taking his class if you want a laid back class with an easy A

Looking for a lot of interaction? Skip it. Looking for a really easy A for minimal effort? Take it. Class almost never went more than 30-45 mins for a class sched. 2+ hrs. Volunteer to keep time- enough EC to get you out of an entire speech. Make a friend. He will always tell you ahead of time if next class is cancelled but never posts it on Canvas

Prof. Chamberlain was funny. He'll tell you straight up if you did something he doesn't like. His class is very easy to pass as long as you do the assignments. There were only a couple tests and they were multiple choice. Textbook is provided online free of charge. You won't find an easier public speaking class.

Took Chamberlain for both Humanities and Public Speaking. I passed both. I was very shy about giving the speeches but he grades based on improvement, even if you are not the best. He was very interesting to learn Humanities with him because he described the different topics very well and kept everyone engaged. He teaches everything very well.

He's a silly guy, and the class was easy. He grades speeches really quickly, and it didn't seem like he was paying that much attention to them so even as someone stutters a lot when making speeches it didn't hurt my grades. Besides speeches, there are some writing assignments and tests but he tells you where the answers are in the free online book

To be honest, his speech rubrics are very straightforward. However, he doesn't seem to pay much attention as long as you meet the allotted time. His classes are very short.
