Just BE ON TIME. That's all he asks. If you decide not to come early, the doors are closed for you.other then that- the work load is fair and he coudlnt be clearer with his directions..have fun.

This guy is one of the best business profesors at NJCU. I wish he would teach more business classes. He is always there to help you, and you'll remember a lot from his class. Highly recommended. Just don't be late to his class.

Best NJCU has! I loved his classes and I look for his name when registering for new courses. I had him twice and would take every class with him if he taught it. I really learned in his classes.

Dr. Egan is the best and very easy to understand, you take notes by listening to him sentence by sentence. Uses many real-life examples. BE AT CLASS EARLY AND ON TIME. Midterm Final exams are multiple choice and often curved. I got an A, take him again!

Good teacher, easy grade, you'll learn. Likes to lecture and call himself cheap -- very punctual and requires the same of his students. Otherwise, a cool guy.

He is a brilliant professor! Knows the book, and dictates the lessons very well. You will dephinately pass this course as long as you come to class. It's an enjoyable class that teachers you alot about the business world. Don't be late to class, and keep up with the business news :)

Great Teacher. Easy A but u have to study read the book and take good notes. Caution! you need to be on time! if class starts at 10 u'd better be in class b4 the bell stops chiming or else he doesn't let u in the class and marks u absent. do the readings! he has ur name in his deck of cards.

Great teacher. Probably the best professor I've had in collegein my three years of college. took him twice once for intro to business and for principles of marketing, he actually teaches unlike some teachers. What you learn you wont forget the day after finals like most classes.

took him for four (4) summer classes. tests are multiple choice and wording comes straight from the textbook. make sure you come to class before the time starts, take good notes, participate and you'll get your A. they don't make professors like dr. egan anymore. i love him.

He is a awesome professor...DO NOT COME LATE TO CLASS, HE WILL MAKE AN EXAMPLE OUT OF YOU!!! You will think he is a dick the first day of class when he does this, but after the 1st class he's great. He will use post cards with everyone's name on it, he will ask questions during class and randomly pick out names. Kind of sucks, but you stay awake!

Dr. egan is a cool teacher. he is very understanding and the exams are easy. just be prepared to answer questions. he uses index cards every class and calls out names to answer questions. other than that we is an easy teacher. I took him in the summer.

This class was very interesting to me since I am a business major but I think that Egan makes the class easy enough for all majors to enjoy. I also took his principles of marketing class and I got an A in both. The only thing that he asks is that you show up on time and participate.

Dr. Egan is a good example of what all professors at NJCU should be doing! He covers the material that is going to be on the exams throughout the semester, and he goes over everything clearly and in a way that you actually can relate to what you are learning. This is not a show up and pass class but if u fail u should change ur major or drop out.

No doubt the best professor I've had. Very informative, reviews everything, easy, funny, understandable, very professional. His powerpoints are easy to follow & his tests are challenging but never impossible. NEVER be late to his class! More than 60secs. late and you won't be taking class that day. Just pay attention & read what he tells you to.

i highly recommend taking Dr. Egan's course. at first, his professionalism intimidated me. but as the year goes along, u realize that he wants the professionalism to rub off onto his students. he teaches through powerpoint, all the notes come from there. Very informative, reviews everything, easy, funny, understandable. u will not regret it. ENJOY

Egan is great! Once the class starts precisley on its given time, he doesnt allow late ppl in, so dont be late! He is funny and gives good lectures.

One of my favorite professors! His test are basically what you go over in class and it really helps to make sure you read the book before coming to class. Be on time and prepared!

Best prof for business ever...i wish he taught all of the other classes as well...

This is my 2nd time taking this professor. I took his HRM class online, and you'd be expected to write an essay, plus a quiz, weekly. If you're a student who doesn't like to do a lot of hw then I don't recommend this class to you. I got an A in this class but that's because dedication was involved. Do likewise. Fun class, you'll learn a lot!

International Marketing Online SUII with Dr. Egan was a blast. There's a good amount of reading, in fact almost the entire book but if Business is your world, you'll appreciate it. Quizzes are verbatim from the text. Read and you'll succeed.

Intro to Business with Dr. Egan was great. He's such a great professor, yes he does get upset if you come late to class and yes he does call people randomly for questions but other than that he's easy. All his test and quiz are online and you have to do 2 case studies that's it. It's an easy A if you put alot of effort on his quiz, test and papers

Well organized, use of textbook important, analysis papers important to follow required format materials comes from the chapter material, test can be challenging. Nice friendly man and helpful with class work and general advisement.Online course very clear and organized.

Dr. Egan it's a great. Don't get scare with his Syllabus, it seem hard, but is really not. Great assigments, good classes and very helpfull information. I recommend taking Dr. Egan Any Time. I will be taking him againg during my winter classes.

I had Professor Egan online for International Marketing. He is explicit as to what he expects from any written assignment. This means you will get a good grade if you follow his directs implicitly. I would definitely take another class with Professor Egan.

I always look to find him as my professor. great teacher explains what is expected, you must follow what he asks and you will do fine. i have taken 2 courses with him and if i can take all my courses with him i will. just follow his intructions, its for a reason, to prepare you for th real business world.

I took Prof Egan for HR mgmt this semester as my last semester, I wished I had taken some of his other courses prior to now. He is very detailed in what he wants and expects upon completion of his course. His test and exams are based on exactly what's in the text book. No surprises. over all Dr.Egan is a wonderful professor I highly recommend him.

I took proffesor Egan for International marketing. I am usually not fond of online courses, but I enjoyed Professor Egan's course, it was very clear, and informative. The online classroom is very neat and organized, and you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

I took this class online. He is very clear on what he wants. He explains everything in the syllabus. To pass this class i recommend u to read da chapters b4 u take the online tests, it will help u get a better grade. He asks questions that u can easily find on the book but some of da questions u have 2 apply da concepts. If u do so, u will pass.

Just took the summer online class. During my class and had some personal issues. Dr. Egan was very helpful and quite understanding. For an online class, it is worth the class and the professor was great if you need any help.

Took Dr. Egan this summer for Intro to Business. This man is great! All quizzes and test are up once you start the class, allows you a head start, and he always has grades within a few hours, if not, next day. Instructions are always clear and there are no surprises. Most of all, he is understanding and shows that he cares you pass his class.

Good class just do your work and read the chapters and you will do fine.

I took an online course with Dr. Egan it was well organized and straight forward and unlike most professors he is very good with responding to emails i never waited more than a day for a response to a question. Do your reading and read his outlines and you will find the tests to be very fair. I highly recommend taking a class with him.

Very pleased with his teaching method. Easy online class. Quizzes every week, textbook is easy to read everything on the quiz is in the book. Also offers chances for extra credit! Responds to emails quick and willing to help you with anything you do not understand. Learned Alot !

International marketing has enlightened my basic knowledge to a comprehensive understanding as to how the world functions around us globally. This course is highly recommended. Dr. Egan is approachable and responds to all emails in a timely manner; which is so vital when taking an on-line course. You will certainly benefit from taking this class.

This guy is awesome. I took his class online because I work full time. Not only is the class interesting, the material is actually necessary knowledge for anyone looking to be in the marketing world. At the end I had an issue and he was MORE than understanding. He's a very cool guy. I very much recommend him!

Professor Egan is a nice guy, the class had meetings every two weeks, but it was up to you if you wanted to attend it or not... the rest was online, Quizzes and tests, questions based on the book...

Dr. Egan is one of the best professors NJCU has to offer. You have to put in the work, don't be lazy. Quiz ever week, no HW, 2 case studies and 3 test. Honestly not a difficult thing. Dr. Egan is very clear and EXTREMELY accommodating, he will work with you and do all in his power to ensure he tried his best to help you succeed. Take him!!!

Easy "A" if you are willing to put in the work. 2 case studies (which require serious effort, i.e. - don't submit junk!) and weekly quizzes. Read each chapter as required and you will do fine. Subject matter was relevant and useful. Pro. Egan is recommend ONLY if you are willing to take this class serious and apply yourself.

I have taken Dr Egan a few times in my journey at NJCU I must say he is a wonderful prof I have learn so much from him. His syllabus is crystal clear and must follow as instructed.

Took his online summer course for a requirement. The class is great; use the textbook and you'll most likely get an A. All the answers are found in the book, all it takes is a little looking around. Class consists of three tests, two or three quizzes, and one "case-study" (basically a short essay). Highly recommended, great professor. Cares a ton.

Dr. John Egan is a great professor. The biggest thing I've learned in dealing with him is that communication is key. At the beginning of the semester the course work seems intimidating; its not an easy A but just communicate with him. If you have a problem, speak up. I've found him to be easy going if you reach out to him.

In the beginning I was nervous about taking my first online coarse, But this class was very organized with schedules, reminders. Dr. Egan explains in detail what needs to be done. he answers all questions promptly Dr. Egan inspires you to give it your all. IF your want to learn about business take dr. Egan.
