Not bad at all, another guarenteed A from him!!

Awesome classes... Like his style of teaching, but his tests are short answer competion and essay (not multiple guess).

Great Prof. - clear and interesting - a must take. Fair grader.

Eichlin is awesome! This class would suck with anyone but him. Most of the time I go to class just to hear him talk, and have no interest in what he's talking about. He's soooo funny. Every class is an adventure. Great guy with a fantastic sense of humor.

TAKE THIS IF YOU CAN. he is so easy, class is so laid back, no book. Class is let out early every day by at leas 15 minutes. I've gotten out 20/30 minutes many times. EASY A. my friend has him now and goes once every couple weeks and will get a C. but you do learn alot if you go, makes it interestin

He's a great prof. His grading is fair and pays close attention to those who are having a hard time with it. It's the only class I wanted to go to last year. He's hilarious, good teaching, and doesn't move on until he feels everyone knows what is going on. I reccommend him over any other law prof!

Eichlin is probably the most interesting professor on campus. I wasn't too interested in law when I scheduled the class, but he makes it interesting. He goes into great detail with funny examples. His assignments are unique to say the least and the midterm was take-home! Highly recommended.

his midterm is killer, you have to study your butt off, but our class did horrible so he gave us another test to do, one question, take home, to replace our bad midterm grade. hes soooo funny, and interesting, hes definately a nice guy, kinda hard class though, but go to him for help.

Dr. Eichlin is the reason I stayed in school. He probably saved my life at some point during the semester. Class was challenging but he helped me persevere through all of it. I would best describe his class as a religious experience. After you have finished the class you are a better person morally, ready to have a positive influence on society.

Dr. Eichlin skipped around a lot (which makes it hard to study), but he also knows how to make class interesting with outrageous examples. Essay tests are NOT as hard as they seem - stop freaking out about it!

I love this guy! Just go to class and take the notes. The tests are easy. He's funny! Whats not to like!?

The first day of class he tells you that if u get in any legal trouble, give him a call and he'll do what he can to help you out. the textbook isnt needed, just listen in class/take notes. he makes crazy examples so that it makes the topics easy to remember..not only is the class very easy, but you learn a ton of stuff thats actually useful in life

He is one of the best professors i ever had. Go to classes listen to him take note and relax.No textbook needed. Kind of confusing since he jumps from one topic to other and comes back, so a bit difficult to grab at his pace so just take notes and they'll will u help u clear what he said in the class. Overall a fun and interesting class to take up.

Great guy, gives lots of case examples to get the point of the discussion across. Humerous, I personally give my reccomendation to anyone who needs this course.

I have had Dr.Eichlin for Legal Environment II and Adminstrative Law. He is an awesome professor he is very understanding and is a good professor. You should take him if you have the chance. Plus you will learn something unlike some professors you take.

He is a really cool guy. You do not need the text book. He gives people assignment at random and will give you credit for it. I suggest when he asks if you want to be his secretary that you jump at the offer, because he actually pays. He has two tests. But if you're good to him and participate and show up to class, He will take care of you.

I had him for Legal Enviroment I. Hands down one of the best professors I have ever had. He makes class enjoyable and you actually learn alot. He is very helpful and will take the time to go over points that the class may not get. Very nice man, great prof. If you have a chance to take him. Do so.

he is literally the coolest man i have ever met. every semester you have him, he will represent you for free if you get into trouble. he never loses his case for the students. he makes you want to listen in class and makes everything easy for our generation to understand. even if his classes aren't required i would definitely take it

One of the best teachers clarion has. Very interesting and not hard at all, attendance is required but he maes the classes fun so its not a big deal. I suggest taking a class with him if you get the chance.

Really easy, gave us exactly what would be on the first exam. Can kind of get off topic in class but is really funny and nice. Actually does pay his secretaries like he says. Really fun and interesting class.

DO NOT BUY THE BOOK, never opened my textbook and aced both exams.

Great professor,I would highly reccomend. Eichlin is easily one of my favorite professors at Clarion. He's extremely helpful and informative, definitely makes class enjoyable.

Funny older guy, with a lot of knowledge. Makes class enjoyable, and has the best stories. Do not buy book! Barely any homework. Take him! Final(40%), midterm (40%) and class participation (20% which everyone pretty much gets) is how you are graded. Test are open ended and straight from the notes.

even though he doesnt use a book, he really knows his stuff. he goes through a lot of material and his method of note taking is kind of scattered - but you get used to it. he gives you everything you need for the midterm and final. notes and attendance are important to him

Super cool guy. Very helpful when you need it and response fast. Offers free legal advise if you need it. Test were not bad at all, just understand your notes and you'll do well. Over all, I liked the class and Eichlin as well. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGITIVE REVIEWS!!! Those people were most likely the ones who didn't show up to his class.

By far one of clarions best professors. He makes class enjoyable, while teaching the material efficiently at the same time. His midterm, and final exams are easy. Just simply show up, listen to the material, and take notes and its all easy from there. Anyone who disagrees about his tests just never go class, and Its easy just go and enjoy it!

Professor Eichlin is one the best professors at Clarion. He drove me crazy at first because we are so fine tuned to GRADING GRADING GRADING. Eichlin cares about whether you actually LEARN. All you have to do is stay up to date with current events and go to most classes and you'll easily get an A. Eichlin will teach you things you'll actually use.

TAKE NOTES and ATTEND CLASS. You will absolutely fail if you do neither of these things. He grades tests pretty tough and there's no other grades other than ATTENDANCE(seriously, this is so important.) Knows what he's doing and is fun to have, had some really comical moments during his lectures and I found it very easy to stay focused.

The dude is hilarious and I'll definitely remember the stories he's told my class. Take fast notes and study hard. His personality makes the class so worth it tho.

Best professor at CUP by far!!

I have now taken both Law Professors. Dr. Eichlin is much more knowledgeable . I learned so much more from him.

Knows the law and how to teach it

We only had two tests which were easy. There were several pop quizs on which you would receive 100% on if you were there. This man is hilarious and would help out any of his students with legal trouble if they needed it.

I took this class my first semester at Clarion and LOVED it. It is quality professors like this that make the college experience worth it. I never skipped a class and never had any desire to. Does do pop quizzes based on attendance (more than 6 missing) pop quiz. This class is the reason I added my paralegal certificate.

I took many of his classes and never got anything but As. There is a lot of note taking. Review for exams includes material to answer test questions. Most will be essay and consisted of everything he covered in class. Classes very interesting and useful.

His class is very lecture heavy and he makes you work for your grade. Overall, he is great guy and fun to listen too. He also has great stories. If you participate in class and ask questions you should be able to pass. Also if you study and take lecture notes those will be helpful for the tests. He is very test heavy also. I really enjoy his class.

Dr. Eichlin was the best professor I had on campus. He clearly states the material and what will be on the test. Very caring!

Dr. Eichlin was the highlight of my first semester. Great guy who gives awesome lectures, and legendary stories to top it off. He is brutally honest and will call you out if you're not paying attention, but won't hold it against you. If I could take one of his classes each semester, I would. Highly recommend

He is a great professor.. The only thing is he makes you write a lot of notes, but it's worth it. He shares some funny stories. He knows what he is doing and there is no homework. There is one midterm and a final.

I never missed a class. Lectures are amazing! Love this guy. Cant wait to take another class from him.

Really knows the law. I chose to enroll at CUP because of him. Heard his lecture when I was a high school senior during an open house.

The best and funniest professor I've had at Clarion so far as a freshmen, and inspired me to go for the certificate. He answers questions, doesn't criticize wrong answers negatively, and takes pride in teaching the material. I can't wait to take the second level course of this (LEGL 348) with him again in the fall of 2018!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Professor Eichlin!! I cannot recommend him enough. I originally took Legal1 as a business major and after having him I switch to Paralegal! Very inspirational and caring! Easily one of the best professors at CUP!

Dr. Eichlin is a fantastic professor. His lectures are interesting and informative. He offers extra credit opportunities at random to students he feels would be reluctant to take them, and that he feels would struggle with exams. The textbook is not needed and is only supplementary to his lecture. If you're not a confident test taker, I would avoid

If you or a classmate has a legal issue ongoing, he offers Pro Bono services incorporated into the class. He is exactly what makes Clarion a great school.

Eichlin was super funny and was definitely my favorite professor this semester. It's pretty straightforward if you pay attention and he always posts the lectures online if you miss class or just want to review. He will tell you exactly what the tests are like and does his best to prepare you.

Doctor Eichlen is genuinely one of the best professors you can take at Pennwest. His lectures are very engaging and he's so supportive throughout the entire semester. I'm so glad I took law with him.
