Great Chemistry Lab Professor! He came off serious and harsh grader but overall he was super funny and very attentive to all of us. Gives tons of quizzes but it's on things we learned the previous week. You can tell he cares about the students and making sure we learn the material. Lots of extra credit and some group projects. Took this class during summer for 9 weeks so the lessons were very fast. He was tough at first but he got easier, maybe it was to weed out people since you really need to focus. We had a new lab everyday then you take a quiz on that lab the next day. There's a group project, but it should be a breeze as long as you work together. Lots of EC!

Highly recommend taking Flores. He records his lectures so you can always look back at them just incase you miss something in class or you can use them to study. He's always willing to help if YOU ask for it, even came into the study room to help us understand a topic. Online homework needs to be done and quizzes every day on what you've learned.

He is willing to help you as long as you show up in class on time and demonstrate that you're putting in effort. The only thing I didn't like was when he told us he wouldn't drop our lowest exam scores if we don't do well on the next exam, which was very discouraging. Other than that, he is a good lecturer. Good luck!
